We showed up the day after Thanksgiving having never experienced Thai food before. We ordered three appetizers and 6 entrees and two soups for our table of 5. We wanted to try different dishes. EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS AMAZING. the flavor and different levels of spicy, sweet, salty were perfectly balanced. The spring rolls were so good. My favorite was the coconut soup and the tiger eye steak. We will definitely be back. Our server was very patient and gave suggestions, she asked questions on the types of food we like to help us choose the best experience. This little place looks like it’s tucked away, but very inviting and comfortable… and VERY CLEAN. we will be back, for sure!

I am in absolute awe of the HORRIBLE customer service at this place. My family and I have spent so much money here on takeout and have always supported this small business but after tonight I will never return. I ordered pad thai with MEDIUM spice level and when I got home to eat it it tasted like absolute FIRE. Like I was eating a dragon's breath pepper. I called them just to give them feedback so they'd be aware of it and the woman on the phone told me to come back for a replacement. I get there and they straight up tried to charge me for another pad thai entree!!!! I was speechless. Then they had the audacity to ask me if I brought the food back so they could see if anything was actually wrong with it. After multiple rounds of discussions and them doubting my honesty, I walked out. $30 and so much time wasted. NEVER AGAIN!

PHO review ONLY.

Having had Pho hundreds of times around North America, I was saddened to learn upon tasting they do not make Pho it the Vietnamese style. Vietnamese style is by the way the style that boasts, when done correctly, incredible flavor that people search long and hard for and debate over who has the best etc.

The server said they do their PHO in the THAI style, which I can assure you no one in the world is really searching for that. But that's what they do here and I drove some distance to eat so I'll review their Pho.

First, the broth is generic in opinion. It had a familiar almost bouillon or msg flavor to it like it started out as plain water and they added concentrate to it. I can't see how any bones were boiled to make this. I saw no fat in the broth either. So on that basis alone I wasn't impressed at all. Kinda offended to be frank.

The rest of the soup was good. The meat was plentiful and tender, the noodles were not mushy.

The bowl amount was below average in size compared to the market average.

So... I'll give the place 4 stars because I'm sure they do other things great, but do not come here for PHO if you expect Vietnamese Pho.

This meal was exactly what I was craving = Red Coconut Chicken Curry! The portion was the perfect amount for lunch, the flavor was great, and the temp of the spice (mild) was spot on not too overwhelmingly hot. I was hangry when I showed up, and quite satisfied when I left. :>)

Service - the waitress was very kind and pleasant. If I lived in the Ocala area, this place would be a regular stop for me both, for lunch AND dinner.

I love Thai food and I usually get the Pad Thar was an acid test. not bae, better than some not as good as others - not much peanuts, egg on top instead of mixed in, and noodles a bit gummy but did nave good flavor

Rude and dismissive staff, upcharged without notice, carelessly packaged missing utensils. Brought back order, asked for refund, woman who took my order began arguing unpacking bag to add napkins to hand back to me after I was clear 2x I was unhappy about setvice and just wanted my refund. Never again will I go there.

Its a cute hidden gem. They have pho in the menu which isn’t thai and it was okay, definitely not traditional but I’ve been looking for a good beef soup and I would come back for it. I will be back to try other dishes they seem very clean and friendly

Not thai not even Asian. Sesame chicken sauce was catsup. No veges on pad Thai shrimp. Shrimp was like frozen and just a plate of noodles. The crab Rangoon tasted like egg salad and was yellowish. Expensive and worst Asian food we ever had

The currys and noodle dishes are delicious and the sticky rice made with coconut milk and fresh mango is heavenly.

This quiet place made the best Tofu Panang Curry I've had in a long time. Their egg rolls were also delicious. My wife had the garlic and black pepper Tofu and we were both thrilled to find a new Thai option when our regular place was closed.

Fantastic authentic Thai food. I can’t believe it’s so close, here in Ocala. I highly recommend Tom Kha soup, yakitori, and the curries.
After more than a year of visiting this restaurant all I can say is there must be a new chef. The Tom Kha soup is even better but nothing else.

Very nice people. Food not very good at all. The fried rice was white rice with an egg on top! The crab Rangoon was the worst we've ever had.

Tried this place today on a whim with my friend. The Thai springrolls, crab Rangoon, and drunken spaghetti with shrimp was AMAZING! Everything tasted fresh and cooked beautifully. Service was great, too.

The food here is an absolute must try. I'm an avid fan of spicy foods, and their hottest items, when ordered Thai-hot, is perfect! It's not the type of heat you'd get from peppers where it hits you instantly, it's a subtle build up.

Not to mention the service! The staff are incredibly friendly, and when ordering takeout, they still offer water while you wait, which is something I've never seen before, but I 100% approve of. If you ever want to try Authentic Thai cuisine, I would recommend no other place but this one. The only downside is the small parking lot, haha!

Edit: everything above still applies, but man. I only come here once every 3-4 months but some of the staff still remember me! I worked retail once, and I could hardly perform such a feat. Trust me when I say this place is great 👍

This is some of the BEST Thai food I have EVER had! It is clean, staff is very nice!!! I am so happy we found it being so close to our home. The only thing is it is 1 street behind 200 behind Chili’s so it is hard to see. THIS PLACE I AMAZING!!

Hidden gem right off 200. Food was delicious and staff was incredibly attentive. Had the springs rolls and gyozas which were both great(would prob do steamed on gyozas next time) followed by beef basil and sesame chicken. Every dish we saw them bring out looked great and the flavor definitely matched the presentation. Will be back next time we’re on this side of town!

Dumplings were super yummy! Had the beef Pad Thai and it was excellent. Wouldn't go for higher than medium hot, unless you really can handle spicy. Also, the ramen was surprisingly good. Over all I really enjoyed all three dishes and will come back again. Only thing I disliked was the to go containers: styrofoam, so bad for the environment.

Hidden gem next to the Walmart, behind the other businesses. Service is excellent, food portions are good, and if you want Thai Hot, they are not afraid to serve it like that. We had the Pho Beef Noodle Soup, Tom Yum Shrimp Soup, Gyoza, and Shrimp Pad Tai.

Our first time at Rice and Noodles. We were greeted with a smile. Food was fresh and delicious. Not like other Thai restaurants here. The sauces were freshly made and not out of a can. Prices were on point for the area. We will return back. 👍🏼

Came for the ramen new to the area the tonkotsu pork was serve hot hot as it should be had the hot black tea can’t wait to come again and try something else out prices are affordable I only wish going to a Thai restaurant that it felt more like Thailand decor is very old timer American and so is the music and I get it given the area lol waitress very friendly I think she was surprised that I asked for chop sticks she then offered me spicy on the side which I welcomed greatly… safe to say I tore it up, I will return!

My husband and I had lunch here with our 14 month old. The staff were phenomenal with my little boy, playing with him and being so friendly. The food was absolutely delicious! We are not from the area but while we stay here for our vacation we will definitely be back again! We don't eat meat, dairy and eggs and this place catered to us very well. Thank you for a lovely lunch!

Wonderful experience. The restaurant is spotless, the staff are wonderful, and the food is fabulous. The only warning I would give is if you add libations, it can be a little pricey, but well worth it! We love it to go, too!

Absolutely flipping amazing! First time there yesterday, placed an order for pick-up. I ordered online and was able to watch it be prepped then when it was ready. Walked in, gave my name and order was up front waiting. Super friendly customer service even opened the door for me when I left.

The food.. I inhaled it. The flavors were on point. It reminded me of Thai food when I lived in Denver. The Thai basil was perfect in the drunken noodles. I also had the pad see ew, chicken for both dinner choices. Even the Thai tea was delish! It wasn't overly sweet you could taste the herbs and spices in the tea. Everything about my pickup order and food was phenomenal. I will be dining in soon!

This restaurant has been opened for 9 months. The dinner portions are decent, not overwhelming. I ordered the sesame chicken. Nice presentation! Enjoyed the Gyoza 🥟 highly fresh and hot off the heat. If you like fresh soup, definitely order Chicken Tom Yum. They’ve earned their rating. Kudos to the chef 👨‍🍳
