We ordered the basil fried rice, krab rangoons, and panang curry. The basil fried rice is extremely bland. I was surprised because the photos online looked pretty good, but my meal was extremely bland. Lacking spice and any taste in general.
The krab Rangoons tasted fine but were incredibly tiny. I usually get decent sized krab Rangoons in other restaurants. Definitely not worth the $6.
I saw the reviews on the Panang curry being good but it was also very bland compared to the other restaurants I’ve tried. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I wish I peaked at the meal before buying to request a refund.

It's always a pleasure visiting this restaurant. Food is good and staff is excellent. I'm not sure of her name, but the hostess, the lady that is always there..... maybe she's an owner, but never the less, she is an awesome lady! I always enjoy my meal and the service provided by these folks.

We decided to leave and feel we made a good decision. Basil Garden of Palm City may be fine for takeout & may have great food but not a good place for dining in. Snarky reply from owner. Petty & not professional. Too bad!

This place is really cool. Eclectic atmosphere with good fast service. They will adjust the spice too on request. The crab rangoons are very good and unique. We also had the pad thai, chicken peanut sauce, tofu namsod, and chicken yellow curry, all of which were delicious.

The food is the absolute worse I have ever had at any Asian restaurant in any country! Nice name, horrible food. It was downright nasty, no flavor, presentation was horrible. The place is filthy and run down.

Quite literally the best Thai food I’ve ever had. When you go, GET THE BEEF SATAY AND GYOZA. Just trust me on this. Get 3 orders of each.

Got chicken pad thai and it was hands down the best pad thai I've ever had. The woman that was helping me was so kind and sweet. Easily my favorite restaurant in the area.

I like the old building. The food was great and Mama was sweet as ever. I went safe with my order and I wish I'd have got something more authentic. But that's okay. I'll just have to go back. Thank you so much! Next time definitely the crispy duck. There used to be a place in Stuart that I thought had the best duck but they've closed so I need a new duck spot.

Lucky waited on us and she is incredible. Very nice lady. Highly recommended. Great food and service. I wish tradional American restaurants would take a lesson from lucky and start providing good service again. We will be back.

I was recommended this place by my family. I love thai food and I wasn't sure what to expect at first. The building sneaks up on you on US-1 but the lights will surely catch your eye. I tried the Chicken Satay as an appetizer and that was probably the most tender and juicy and flavorful chicken I've had in awhile. I ordered the chicken pad see ew and my boyfriend got basil thai fried rice and both dishes were probably some of the best thai food I've had ever. I was very impressed, the prices were even really really reasonable. I hope this place keeps doing what it's doing because it's working. The waiter was very attentive, the restaurant smelled amazing as soon as we walked in, I'm sure every single thing that comes out of the kitchen is to die for and whoever is back there is pouring their heart and soul into their work. Truly amazing! You've landed a customer for life.

Food was excellent. Everyone loved all they tried. Large portions too. Highly recommend take out. The place was a bit old and worn with limited family type staff. Friendly and nice.

I’ve lived in palm city for over 14 years and I’ve just now decided to go try it out and I was amazed. The food was amazing the service was amazing we were in and out in 30 minutes. The food came out quickly and was very very delicious. I will definitely be back and will be referring friends here!!

A personal favorite lunch spot of mine, if you're like me and you love Thai food, Basil garden is the place to go in the Palm City/Stuart area. Everything I've ordered from the menu has been superb, from the curry dishes to the noodle dishes to the appetizers.

Great food, supper fast but to top it all off the lady that runs the place (I think Ms.Lucky) is super positive, willing to answer the common questions about the menu, and makes us laugh with her upbeat attitude! I had peanut chicken with steamed vegetables and that sauce is on point! We will be back, for sure!

I loved Basil Garden! The atmosphere is benign, but who cares when the food and service are so good! The owner helped me to choose the right dishes, considering my dairy/gluten restrictions. She is a really awesome lady. The food was excellent and you can't beat the price!

Date night. Pleasantly busy but not loud. Had the stuffed chicken wings- wanted to be daring and try something outside my comfort zone. Glad I did, the stuffing was simple and mild flavored and the chicken was moist. My hubby had the Lad Na noodles. Simple rice noodle with broccoli in a brown gravy. Again tasty with a tangy flavor. Obviously a well liked establishment, busy with takeout.

To be clear - I’m reviewing Basil Garden Thai (Palm City) …. Disgusting. Chicken was raw (look at the picture!) - restaurant response, “we’ll give you a free one next time” … like I’ll eat there again. Two main dishes, bland and boring. Never again.

Last time I tried the Basil Garden was 3 years ago. I liked it so much I returned today fir a pick up order. I ordered chicken wings, fried rice, spring rolls. Everything was great except the chicken .. I paid $9 for the chicken wings, do you believe that I had to throw the chicken wings in the trash… You’ll understand why by looking at the pic..

I can’t believe they even served chicken wings like this… it tasted like it was 2 weeks old, it was refried , and … I mean I can’t even describe it. I had to throw them away .. :(. Waste. Was very disappointed.

ATTENTION: Basil Garden of Palm City is without question the best Thai restaurant in the area! I love the personal attention from Ms Lucky when I am able to dine in or just when I stop by to pick it up to take home. My personal favorite is the Pad See Ew - with Crispy Duck! I personally do not go above the spicy level 4.... makes for the perfect marriage of flavor and heat. No order would be complete without their Crab Rangoons!

I cant recommend this place enough. Truly a hidden gem in Palm City right over the bridge from Stuart.

We order takeout from Basil Garden on a regular basis. Food is always hot, fresh and delicious. Service is always excellent and unlike so many other places, We have never had an order missing an item or anything over or undercooked. The food is consistently good and they never miss a thing. We feel very lucky to have such an awesome restaurant so close to home.

I have been eating at Basil Thai Palm City for many years. The food is consistently delicious. Are usually get the Massman curry with vegetables and it’s full of vegetables of different kinds with the most delicious sauce and sprinkled with cashew nuts. I highly recommend the food here which is very reasonably priced.

I have been in search of some good pad Thai here in Florida and I have found the place! We got the pad thai with chicken, pad see ew with beef, and the crab rangoons. They were all delicious and I appreciate how much they give you for the price. I was able to eat this for 2 more additional meals for leftovers! I also appreciated the meals being in tin containers. They were still hot when I got home!

On a visit from Miami we happened to drive by & decided to check it out as we are always on the look out for good Thai. What a pleasant surprise!! Not only was the food excellent but the service was on point. Great portions & good prices. The squid was cooked perfectly. I just wish we didn’t live 2 hours away so we could come back regularly.

I loved this place! It felt like I was being invited over someone's house for lunch. The service was excellent! I just love the very cozy and homey feel to the restaurant. The masaman curry was soo good. I especially liked the big chunks of sweet potato in it. My husband and I are very much looking forward to eating there again soon.

The Best and The Kindest!

The food is one of the most authentic culinary experiences I've ever had. I've been to Thailand and this food took me right back to the streets of Chiang Mai. The staff is immediately your family. If you're lucky enough to find yourself in the area and want REAL Thai food with delicious spices and traditional recipes that don't cut corners... This is the place! You can taste the pride in their dishes. Pad Thai is amazing. Seafood Yellow curry is outstanding. Highly recommend the Muscles app-- sweet and spicy broth will have you drinking from the bowl. Enjoy!!

Amazing authentic fresh tasting food.

I waited for 30 minutes in restaurant after my order was supposed to be ready. Once I asked about status of my order I was told it had been sitting on the counter for the past 20 minutes. I gave my name when I paid and was at no point told my food was ready. It was mass confusion when I explained my frustration that no name was called when the order was ready.

This is a hidden treasure. Doesn't look like much from outside but the food is amazing. I love this place. Great job

I love the food from Basil Garden, anytime I'm through the area I stop there to eat. The atmosphere is also nice for a small Thai restaurant.

We brought our Son & Family and our 20 month old grandson. Food was great as were all the appetizers. We ordered three different appetizers.

Each of us ordered a different meal so we could taste and share with the table. My personal favorite was the sweet and sour shrimp. All of us were very happy with our selections.

Our littlest grandson tried everything we ordered and liked it all.

My recommendation, if a 20 month old loves the food here, so should you.
