Great experience overall!

The government provided grants, training, and information to investors, in hopes of seeding many Thai restaurants here and around the world. There are now more than 10,000 Thai restaurants in the US, despite the fact that Thai immigrants account for only 0.1% of US population.

And our dining choices have never been better. Bravo! Never mind that the signature Thai dish—Pad Thai—has practically nil cultural relevance, and was contrived to represent the cuisine of a nation. It’s still good, though.
At Orchid Thai in Lake Mary I went with another Thai signature, the green curry with tofu. Other protein options are available. A tiny salad with peanut dressing was an excellent lead-off to the curry, which, accompanied by steamed white rice, was filled with chunks of carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, and bamboo shoots, seasoned with basil, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves.
Oh, and the heat did not disappoint. I wisely chose “Medium,” which left my mouth afire for 30 minutes afterward.
Orchid Thai probably fits into what the Thai program would label Cool Basil (mid-priced casual) or Golden Leaf (for high-end). There are booths, tables, high-tops, and bar seating, along with tasteful decor, not the usual tropes one sees in Thai restaurants, like a waving cat, Buddha, or photos of the King and his extended family.

I highly recommend Orchid Thai. The food was excellent, the ambience and service delightful.

Great food with bold Thai flavors. Food quality very good loved everything I had. Papaya salad fresh with clean flavors. Tom yum soup very good on the stomach great starter. And the chicken and shrimp Thai basil Both are awesome. Can’t wait to try there whole fried snapper dish. Would highly recommend this place it’s great. Enjoy 👍😇

A wonderful warming and charming strip mall eatery. Thai food was amazing. We arrived to early for the sushi but I did include the menu photos. Warm Sake was just out of this world and food was made fresh, hot and spicy. Every appetizer was ample amounts for two and delicious new tastes abound. The atmosphere was pleasant yet not overly cheesy. The staff were courteous kind and absolutely top notch. Customers can expect to enjoy a quiet peaceful meal that satisfies the taste buds as well as is harmonious to the soul.

A nice upscale Thai restaurant. Our server was fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. The dumplings were very tasty as were the curries. The pad Thai was not my cup of tea it was too sweet. Tom yum soup was good and had a mix of seasonal veg. All in all a nice upscale lunch spot.

I really don’t like coming here to pick food up, they workers walk all around you and never ask you if they can help you with anything. I’m starting to believe you have to be a certain color or nationality in order to be greeted let along assisted in any type of way!! I hope I never have to return! Tonight at 7:35 was my second visit and experience!

Chef at front counter whipped through the dried white rice with his filthy hands this place had my stomach to turn once I observed that after I had eaten the dry white rice and the chef stated they had no more curry sauce available for my dish which leads me to believe this was left over from prior day(s) which I purchased for 35$ never again. I should have run over to peach valley to eat lunch. Waitress was awesome why a give two stars.

Incredible food!

This is going to be our new family spot for Thai food and sushi. Our server Mina took great care of us and walked us through the dishes as it was our first time. The food was quick and so delectable. We had the sampler which was a combination of 5 of their appetizers. It came with the 2 spring rolls, 2 summer rolls, 2 dumplings, 4 shrimp wrapped and 3 curry dumplings. This sampler are accompanied with 3 sauces. My husband ordered the braised short ribs and I ordered the basil duck. Both dishes were remarkable. I highly recommend this place if you'd like to dine at a nice Thai restaurant in Lake Mary.

I have been looking for a yummy local Thai place for a while now & finally stumbled upon Orchid Thai. Very very yummy & the staff was very nice and welcoming!

The food was amazingly tasteful and there were a wide variety of options. The atmosphere was gorgeous and very classy. The service was ok, yet kind of delayed. I requested a sauce and it wasn't delivered.

We have been here several times and before tonight, we loved this restaurant but tonight, my family came from Cocoa Beach to celebrate my niece’s birthday at the restaurant and we were greeted by rude a staff member who repeatedly scolded us for not having a reservation. Over and over, even when we explained we didn’t know we could make a reservation, she would not stop complaining even though the restaurant was half empty. Staff embarrassed us in front of the other guests. LAST time we will go there!!! We drove to another Thai restaurant and were warmly welcomed. Horrible staff member ruined a great restaurant.

Terrible experience. Ordered to go, told 30 min. I showed up 40 min later. No hostess or server could be found for 10 min. When someone finally came to the front, I had to wait another 20 min to find out they gave my food away to another customer. They called the other customer and asked them to bring my order back. I said I didn't want it since it had gone home with someone else,, and wanted the kitchen to make a new one for me. The hostess seemed angry at my request, but honestly, gross, I'm not taking that food.

We absolutely love Orchid Thai and you will too. The food is flavorful and fresh, the service is amazing and the sushi is one of a kind. Yukio is a fantastic sushi chef and makes his own sauces. 11 out of 10 recommend you give this place a try.

A friend highly recommend the yellow curry here, and it was one of the best things I’ve had to eat in a long while. Other apps and drink options were great too. Golden purses (krab rangoon) were delicious, don’t skip them. The atmosphere inside was beautiful, with gorgeous live orchids. And the service was amazing. Highly recommend!

Great ambiance for dinner with beautiful orchids, lighting, etc. it was a slow early Tuesday evening, so service was quite attentive, but not inappropriately hovering over us.
Food was excellent. Spring rolls with shrimp about as fresh and tender as can be. Green curry w/ chicken at a medium spice level (my personal go to wheneverI try a new Thai place) was about the best I’ve ever had, from SF to Philly and points in between! Fresh cut vegetables were individually flavorful and at prefect firmness, chicken thinly sliced, tender and flavorful. The green curry sauce had just the right amount of heat.
My partner enjoyed a generous helping of Pad Thai which she enjoyed greatly.
Pricing quite reasonable. We had a drink apiece and the tab came to $68 which for the quality was a great bargain. We’ll definitely return.

This is truly a hidden gem in Lake Mary. My friend suggested it so we went and we were delighted. The food is not only fabulous but very presentable. My husband and I went to dine there Friday, March 29th. While waiting for our dinner, we saw a roach. Then my husband saw another roach. We got up and left the restaurant immediately. The restaurant has an infestation. They were cited 5 violations and shut down.

Awful food. Had to trash it and eat our own leftover food at home. When we called to tell them that the food seemed off, the manager and staff were incredibly rude. Avoid this place!

This restaurant was absolutely perfect. This was the first time I'd ever had Thai food, and I'm grateful I got it here. I ordered sushi to go with my Thai, and it was some of the best salmon I've ever had. All of the food was presented beautifully on the plate, and that was a nice touch. The restaurant is small and elegantly cozy, with dim lights and candles on every table. Our server, Thomas, was sweet and seemed happy to take care of us. I'm excited to go back, sit with him again and try everything on the menu

Asked for medium spice and I can't literally not eat the food. That is my big complaint about this place they never get the order just right. Ask for plain and add the got spices yourself

Grabbed a late bite here and it did not disappoint. The dumplings were really good, and I really enjoyed the peanut sauce for the chicken satay.

I opted for medium heat on the Pad Kee Mao and it was perfect. The noodles were delicious. Can't wait to come back.

Great meal at Orchid Thai tonight. It was a nondescript Tuesday in October. We had nothing to do and nowhere to go but I fancied some tasty food. We thought we’d try Orchid Thai. It was good. I had Penang chicken and my wife had the pineapple chicken — both wonderful. Great flavors. Highly recommended.

Normally have a great experience and great food this last time it was as if they put food of someone’s leftovers in my container on my takeout order and the food was horrible. It was liquid soup and should’ve been curry chicken. I called and left messages over three times to have management contact me to resolve this issue for $20 completely unacceptable it has been a month I’ve been told by several employees that I would get a call back still no callback no resolution they just don’t care. They took $20 gave me soupy curry sauce in a container and refused to provide excellent customer service in this case.

Overall I enjoy the food here. It does seem like they Americanized the heat levels way down. If you are not a fan of spicy dishes you will enjoy the food. I enjoy Thai food especially when it has the expected spice level. Was disappointed.

I love Thai food, but unfortunately, this area offers very few choices. While you might assume that Orchid would be the go-to spot, cornering the market, it falls below average. Being one of the few Thai places in town, Orchid should be thriving, but to achieve that, they seriously need a new chef with better recipes.

I've genuinely made an effort to enjoy this place, but after multiple visits, I have to throw in the towel on Orchid. The food just doesn't measure up. It's bland, dry, the egg rolls are mushy, and the sauces are incredibly underwhelming. There's always something slightly off about the food that makes you eat hesitantly; everything seems either not fresh or lacking in quality. On our last visit, the fried rice had an odd, unpleasant taste, as if one of the vegetables in the rice was spoiled.

Orchids benefits from a great location and a decent interior, but regrettably, the food is subpar. They really should consider bringing in a new chef and relaunching the menu to elevate this place to what it could be, instead of what it is now.

Wanted Sushi and something spicy, so we gave this place a try. My son and I had the drunken noodles (mine Thai spicey), which were amazing. My wife had garlic shrimp, which she also enjoyed. The California roll and the Inferno roll were both excellent. Service was spot on and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Went for my birthday last night. The good: beautiful decor, very lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious. We had panang curry, Tom kha gai soup, dumplings, and spring rolls from the Thai menu. We also ordered sushi rolls which were exceptional in quality and flavor. The bad: the service was not good. Our server didn’t attend to us often, and the sushi took over an hour to get to us, long after we finished our Thai dishes. Our server offered a meek apology on the wait for the sushi. When it finally was ready, she said she’d bring chopsticks but never did. While we greatly enjoyed the food and atmosphere, we did not like sitting there endlessly waiting for the sushi to arrive or the subpar service.

Elegantly decorated with quiet surroundings. Everyone loved their food and our waitress was excellent.

The tilapia dinner was delicious and our waiter was exceptional! Thank you!

There isn't another thai place around. They are over-priced and know they can do this but thankfully we have another thai restaurant opening.

Their food is really good but I just can’t stand the wait time. It’s literally frustrating! I’ve been a customer who orders 45 mins in advance over the phone and when I go pickup it’s either not ready or there’s no one up front to hand me my food that is RIGHT THERE! I’ve also picked up as an Uber eats driver and waited 49 mins to find out they lost the order. How does that happen. It sucks that I really like the food but their service sucks.

Worst customer service, disappointing

Wow, absolutely my favorite Thai food restaurant. Quick service, a great waiter. And the Thai hot was actually hot!! No extra hot spice needed. My only complaint? That the dumpling small plate (appetizer) wasn’t bigger. It was so delicious I could have easily ordered three. And the moonstone peach plum sake was light and sweet, a great balance for the heat. Interior was lovely, relaxed atmosphere. 100/10!

Amazing Thai food and delicious sushi on select nights!

Celebrated a birthday here. Ginger chicken is absolutely wonderful. It's not the best Pad thai, but it's still good. The lettuce wraps are full of flavor and the right amount of spice. Big thanks to John, our server. He was quick, efficient, polite, and catered to all our needs. Dish portions were good for sharing. Overall, it was a great thai place, lively and busy for a Monday night.

I dined here with some of my colleagues and the food was delicious. We started with a sampler, and everything on that sampler was amazing. I especially loved the spring rolls, but the curry dumplings were also yummy. I had never had anything like that before. For my entree I had the pad Thai, which I ordered with medium spice. It had a kick but was very good! The wine wasn’t anything to write home about, but I didn’t mind. I don’t typically go to Thai places for the wine, I care more about the food! The server was very sweet and there was a nice ambiance.

Ordered for the first and last time tonight. I waited 40 minutes once I arrived for my pick up order only to find out that the order was “lost”… None of the 3 waiters I talked to thought to look in the place where they place pick up orders. The food was obviously cold by the time I got home.

My wife asked for brown instead of white rice with her curry main course and the server never brought it. When we flagged down another server, we were told our server left to make a food delivery. This was the worst Thai food I have ever ate. My shrimp were so overcooked they were hard as rubber, the fried rice was burnt and had black pieces of rice all in it. The waiter didn’t as us if we wanted separate checks and we had to sit and separate 7 people’s food costs. They added 20% gratuity which is pretty standard, but they would have got more if it wasn’t already added to the tab. Our bill was $266.00 Worst Thai Food EVER! If it hadn’t been my daughters birthday dinner, I would have made a big fuss, but I didn’t want to ruin her night! TERRIBLE PLACE TO Eat!!!

Richard was so helpful. He gave us his personal number and kept us informed the whole time. We had a huge order for our Christmas party. Some of our team had never had curry or Thai food and they were amazed how good it was! We will be going here for lunch more often. Food was so good we can’t stop talking about it.

Delicious red curry and springs roll, with very attentive service!

This is our favorite Thai place in Lake Mary. I usually get the Massaman Curry and my wife gets the Udon noodles. It's a quiet place, but the food is high quality and the staff has always been super friendly and courteous. Plenty of great options for vegans.

We have been looking for a good Thai restaurant in the area and super excited we found this one! Wed-Sun they serve fresh sushi! But there were so many other delicious choices on the menu, I couldn't decide! Specials were sweet and sour chicken and pineapple chicken fried rice. Again hard to make a decision but ended up with red curry because that's what I was craving. Tom Kha soup fabulous!! And red curry with chicken such a generous portion, took half of it home. Most impressive part were all the fresh crunchy vegetables!! Zucchini, carrots, bamboo shoots and peppers, so amazing and you could tell they were fresh cut and not soggy. Flavor was great!! My brother got the green curry with fried tofu and it was also so fresh and delicious! All the staff incredibly friendly and the owner very sweet! She came out to welcome us as well. We will definitely be going back!

Lived in Lake Mary for 6 years. First time eating here ever. I really like the place. Service was good. Food wasn't too bad either. We'll definitely come back.

A nice cozy little place in a busy strip mall. Our server was very nice. Everyone at the table was vegetarian and she accommodated our requests and answered our questions happily. However, once she served us, she never came back to ask if we needed anything else. She came in the end to clear the plates. Also, their were no napkins at the table, my friend ordered Drunken Noodles and she wasn't given any cutlery.

Orchid Thai is one of the best local Thai cuisines around. I ordered the Thai basil fried rice (sadly no picture because I was starving), but it’s always delicious and on par with the best Thai food I had while I was living in Australia. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is pretty. Nice for date night. I wasn’t impressed with the food. Shrimp was over cooked and the noodles were sticky and dry. Service was good.

Disappointed in red curry. Not fresh at all. Tasted like the refrigerator. Looked great but flavorless. Dunking noodles were OK I expected more flavor very Bland tasting had to put a lot of heat for it to taste better.. Server was a sweetheart and great with us. Maybe should have stayed with appetizers..

we ordered again from Orchid Thai and I had to deduct a start because the chicken pad Thai was nothing of what I received the first time. The chicken pad Thai was dry, bland, and the chicken itself was white. The noddles themselves were also very light in color and did not seem like they were seasoned. The vegetable spring rolls also tasted strange this time around. Very disappointed and not sure I would even order again or go in person.

I have been looking for an authentic Thai restaurant, and Orchid Thai popped up on DoorDash and we decided to give them a try. The food, mine more specifically (chicken pad Thai) was absolutely delicious. Of note, the vegetable dumplings were not as expected (and as I’m accustomed to), I would rate those 3/5, since they were a little dry. We also ordered some spring rolls, which were really good just on the smaller side (compared to what I’m used to). I did feel it was a little over priced, given the portions. However, I know DoorDash, and other delivery services up-charge. We ended up paying about $60 for two meals and two apps. Overall, I would go order again and would like to try in person.

Good food and super nice atmosphere! Perfect place for a nice lunch. Not super authentic but they make up for that in size of dishes and overall calming and professional atmosphere! But my drunken noodles definitely needed more spice.

Food is overpriced and not worth it and the server we had was more focused on flirting with two drunk girls sitting by the bar than paying attention to his tables and doing his job.

A wonderful warming and charming strip mall eatery. Thai food was amazing. We arrived to early for the sushi but I did include the menu photos. Warm Sake was just out of this world and food was made fresh, hot and spicy. Every appetizer was ample amounts for two and delicious new tastes abound. The atmosphere was pleasant yet not overly cheesy. The staff were courteous kind and absolutely top notch. Customers can expect to enjoy a quiet peaceful meal that satisfies the taste buds as well as is harmonious to the soul.

I ordered from here on Uber eats. They lost my ticket and I never got my food. Two drivers waited there then moved on.

Had an awesome experience. Food was bursting with flavours and they have a really courteous staff to compliment that. If you are looking to try food that is fresh, spicy( as per your preference) flavourful and will not burn holes in your pocket, Orchid is the place to go to.

The food from Orchid Thai is honestly delicious. But be warned if ordering take out - This restaurant does better if you're dining in.

EVERY time we order take out, and I mean every single time, our order is wrong but we are charged as if it is correct. The employee always says the order back to us correctly over the phone, so why are we unable to receive what we ordered!? Plus, the time we are told on the phone usually the 30-45 min wait turns out to actually being doubled? We show up when we are supposed to and then have to wait an additional 35 minutes!

Love the food, really do. There are multiple reviews pointing out the same issues over and over again, management should take note and change what is being done.

TLDR: Beware if ordering takeout. The wait time is actually doubled what they tell you. Check your food order when picking up, cause they tend to miss items you paid for!

This will be my goto place for authentic Thai Cuisine. The flavors are so damn good and excellent service. Also great ambience for perfect dinner dates. Loved the whole experience!

Had the most odd/frustrating/upsetting time here trying to pick up a take out order. We called ahead and they told us 40 min, no problem. When I arrived 50 minutes later, so 10 min after the instructed pick up time, I walked in and immediately noticed three other people waiting to pick up takeout. I was not greeted by anyone when I walked in, despite there being plenty of employees and not that busy. No one would make eye contact with me or the others waiting. One gentleman was just waiting to be sat at a table to dine-in, it took 10 minutes before anyone addressed him.

I ended up waiting 15 minutes before anyone would even spoke to me. I had to wait another 30 minutes for my food because they had not even started making it (1 hr and 35 min since I had ordered). When my food was finally ready, it was wrong.

While I was waiting for them to fix my order, the gentlemen from earlier who had to wait to be seated got up and left the restaurant. No one had come to wait on him after he was sat despite multiple attempts to get an employees attention over the span of 30 min. Honestly, surprised he stuck it out that long.

I feel absolutely awful writing this review, especially as I know restaurants are having a difficult time right now, but this was a shockingly terrible experience. The final straw was that I realized the “manager” was sitting at the sushi bar the whole time chatting it up with friends.

Orchid Thai, there are dozens of other reviews from the last three years that all tell similar scenarios. Why have you not addressed this?

Great ambiance and even better food. Our server was attentive and very knowledgeable. We had the Pad Thai, the Chicken Green Curry (med spice) and. Lemongrass soup with Shrimp. Everything was top notch! Such a lovely place to relax and unwind.

OMG!!! This was my 1st experience with Thai food. It was a very pleasant experience. The ambiance the decor just the entire atmosphere and vibe was on point. Then they bring out these spring rolls… somebodies mama stuck their whole foot in that pot because wow! It was like biting into a piece of heaven. The rest of the dinner was good as well. I would totally go back

Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Clean and comfortable. On a side note, they do have a sushi bar here, but I came for the Thai food so I passed on the sushi this time. Prices here are very reasonable considering the quality of the food they serve. Friendly wait staff, and knowledgeable about the menu. Jessica was very attentive and helpful. I ordered the green curry which was delicious. It arrived piping hot, and seasoned exactly as I requested: Hot. I had the banana egg roll with coconut ice cream for desert. It was to die for. I'm stuffed. Highly recommend Orchid Thai. 👍

Friendly service, but terrible phad thai that was covered in a thick brown sauce that was almost too sweet to eat. I eat a lot of thai food and it didn't taste like phad thai. I've had panang curry from here before, which was decent. However, after the phad thai I had today, I don't think I'll be going back. There are better thai places around for the price you pay.

The food was great the service could have been better. We came in just as they opened up for the dinner service. Our server was not very friendly 😕 or engaging. It took her more than 10 minutes just to bring us a glass of water and a glass of ice. However, the food certainly made up for the poor service. I had a soft crab salad and pad woonson with shrimp. He had summer spring rolls with shrimp pad thai. The online menu does not say but they do service adult beverages.

Really bad food. We ordered a take out last night and the food was simply inedible. We ordered the tom kha soup, summer rolls and thai basil fried rice. The soup tasted like a concoction of salt and sugar and left a bad taste in our mouths after 2 spoonful. The fried rice was completely burnt. How could they serve such kind of food to customers. The only thing edible was the summer rolls. I used to really like the food in this restaurant, however the quality has deteriorated significantly based on my last few experiences ordering food from this place.

Pleasantly greeted at the door, with dim lighting and soft music providing a relaxing ambiance. Ordered the Summer Roll, Tom Yum Soup and Chicken Pad Thai, with the latter two extra spicy. Soup was great and heated just the way I love it, and the Pad Thai was spiced and seasoned perfectly, though it could have used a bit more chicken. Cost was very reasonable, so I would add some chicken and move up the price in relation. Didn't try the summer roll as the waiter was in error advising that Pad Thai recipes don't usually contain fish sauce instead of remembering what I ordered. I'll go back and get the rolls soon!!

We are vegan and it was a great choice for dinner on date night. Lots of great tofu options and the yellow curry was perfect. My wife had the sautéed veggies and coconut Thai soup. Wonderful date night. 👍

This place used to be great and we ordered once a week. It was the best thai food in FL. Unsure what happened but several months ago it started tasting not so fresh. I keep trying it every other month to see if it was just temporary, but i throw it out every time now for tasting old or expired. So sad to see this happen to such a nice place.

Orchid Thai Cuisine Lake Mary is amazing! I highly recommend. We will definitely be repeat customers—they have a great menu and vegan friendly! Pineapple fried rice was great and the drunken noodles are a must! We took a large group including a toddler and it was incredible and efficient service. They were so kind to our toddler...even gave a cute presentation for the meal.

I wish I did not have to put a star on here. Being so cultured and knowing good food other than in my own kitchen, let me tell you am disgusted and angry how our first experienced ended. I want a full refund what a waste of money. I would not go back. Management I felt is of greed! Unacceptable. The staff and management how they handled the food and not wanting to replace and fix the issue and if they think by adjusting the bill was anything. Should have sticked with the original plan tht evening, however the staff member saw us viewing the menu we were going to Stonewood, however they were so friendly and welcoming and said to us come on in gave a menu saw a large birthday party there, and few other tables smelled great we had our heart set on Thai. We were at another local favorite of ours but they were so busy we decided to look on google for options local. Saw Stonewood and decided lets call see if we can get in being it was under 5miles from our original Thai choice. Well we get to our stonewood but said let's see a menu for future they pulled our leg thought well you know what we have been going to Stonewood for years saw the big party which was a birthday party well my daughter's 18th. So we went, it began fine, but the food was different than we were use to, especially when you have children that are used to specific foods including myself and husband. His duck was great, the apps were but it was the service and focusing alone on the big party and the staff etc. well long story short our meals came out not to our liking to discuss the issue with management took forever very unprofessional. Then the waitress took like a turn and did a 360 guess she figured though 2 birthday tables to hell with us 4 we weren't drinking alcohol and she had a big table bringing them wine after wine and stuff. The wait to fix then to be refused not to fix dishes and recook that right there shows you suck, well management never came out, the table by us a elder woman who later found out to be the owner. Which for our table she should have come out. So now really upset my 18 year dinner ruined I was like asking another server what we are forgotten here get my bill never again. So staying as calm see there were some charges that shouldn't have been got so upset the manager Richard came out I was not pleased nor impressed with taking what like under $50 dollars off. Then say please give us another chance etc. Whatever, what should have been done management taking care of the issues there and then, also I feel the waitress Crystal is not deservant of my tip but being fair I tipped, her attitude after our complains and not being in sight to do her basic duties to fill water. Yet alone Richard heard me repeat several times about oh no water. I said my daughter 18 ruined we took home some food but tossed it out the same night. I could have done better and cooked better with my money or what I should have done was gone to our Stonewood a long wasted night for this garbage and the staff and management it is pure greed need a lesson how to handle these situation. Very disappointed. Don't have the waitress come out and linger customers in as if you are all so great. Because she said oh give us try we are good and better, well you all sure are not better than Stonewood and you are pretty much a awful restaurant. You all should rename your restaurant because it has no flavors we were used to it was our first time. Crystal raved about all the curries it was disgusting! I honestly want my money fully refunded. I am always about giving a positive review but this was a waste!

Such a cute place! I got the Drunken Noodles and a Thai iced coffee. It was all was delicious!

Staff and presentation was nice - but as an Asian person who just moved from the PNW (Alaska and Seattle love their Thai food). The food was horrendous.

Just moved here and was trying to kill my Thai itch since I left the PNW. Started easy with Pad Thai and mango sticky rice.

This had to be the sourest Pad Thai I've ever had. And the "sweet" mango sticky rice was way too salty. I'm giving the review a second star because the staff was friendly while I waited for my takeout, but I can't recommend this for "authentic" Thai with an upscale atmosphere.
