I came in and ordered the fried wontons and they were brought to me within 5 minutes of ordering and were delicious. My server Robert recommended me the Larb Chicken and it was excellent and cooked to perfection. Great food and Great Server

Anyway, the service was good as it was Monday and only 2-3 tables to serve. It looks like there is a Sushi bar which is only open for certain hours and was inside. The outdoor sitting area is good.

I hope they fix the restroom because it wasn’t good at all and no paper towels inside. To conclude, a good place to eat if you want to eat Thai but they can do better.

Tried the vegetable udon soup, chicken udon soup, and the fried bananas covered with honey served with vanilla ices cream and drizzled right chocolate. Everything tasted magnificent! The service was great too. Freshly made food.

There was a 30 min wait time. After we were seated it took one hour for food to come. We ordered Green Curry , Basil Fried rice & Dunken Noodles. The food was terrible.

The waiter had an air pod in the whole time, has to ask multiple questions as if he forgot what we ordered as he wrote it down. The food was super slow and the service was even slower. Multiple aspects of our meal was either wrong or forgotten by the server. The restaurant was not busy and we were one of 3 tables in the restaurant at this time.

Thai food, known for its unique blend of salty, sweet, sour, and umami, with a touch of nuttiness and spice, should be delicious no matter the dish. This was not the case at this restaurant. Quite frankly, the food here was subpar and unbalanced in flavor. My mother and I ordered two of their noodle dishes, hers was too sweet and salty and mine was simply too salty, no other special notes of flavor, like tamarind or pepper. Even as starving as we were, it was hard to finish our meal. Though edible, both dishes tasted of old ingredients, hers the noodles and mine the tofu. As someone who has eaten nearly bad tofu multiple times, I am very familiar with its sour, stale flavor.
Putting aside the mediocrity that was the food, I am most upset that we were automatically charged gratuity despite being a party of two. It clearly states on the table or menu (I don’t quite remember) that parties of three or more are automatically charged. Unless I’ve miscounted, but I do believe my mother and I are only two people. I would not necessarily mind if the server was exemplary at his job, but he really gave “I’m here :(“ vibes. I understand that we all have our days, but that doesn’t justify this automatically added charge, especially when we tipped on top of that unknowingly.
In conclusion, if you miss eating Asian and Southeast Asian cuisine, you can go here to satiate the urge, otherwise, I’d try to find some place else.

The food and service was fine at this restaurant. Just buyer beware! They added an 18% surcharge to our bills and never told us. Yes, I should have looked over the bill, but I want others to be aware. I ended up tipping at least an additional 25% on top of the 18% they added to the bill. Not sure I will be returning to that establishment. I understand adding a service charge to parties of six or more, but I was on my own check.

Absolutely horrible service and below average food. They don’t serve the appetizers first. Our folks were hungry and waited forever and surprised to see the appetizers come with main course. The servers attitude was terrible. They also add 18 pct tip by default. Expensive for a less than normal experience. I would not even call this food is Thai or Japanese. Most dishes were sweet and bland..

Menu is super confusing, thought I was buying something special “Korean pickle” but it was just regular kimichi. Paid $10 for a side of kimchi….. like a 2 tablespoon side of kimichi, that was it…. For $10.

Food tasted like rancid oil. Ordered through Doo r Dash so restaurant told me I had call Door Dash. They wouldn't do anything without a picture, after we threw it away. Last order from this restaurant

This was probably the worst poke bowl I've had. I ordered salmon and yellowfin. The fish smelled extremely strong "fishy. " Not how it's meant to. The rice had an odd taste, almost like dish soap. And the avocado was hard as a rock. Completely inedible. And when I called, I was not offered a refund or replacement.

This is the oldest Thai restaurant in Key West, older than thai island being here for 30+ years.
Forget what the negative reviews say. The main highlight here is the Thai food, compared to all the other asian restaurants here on the island they have the best quality for Thai food, The sushi is as good as a thai/Japanese fusion can get. Outside seating only with no A/C but thats the keys for you, besides that the atmosphere is really relaxing being on the second busiest street intersecting with duval on the corner of sloppy joes and across the street from Tattoos and Scars Saloon. The service is a give or take depending on servers working since people working in the keys are always in and out so i can’t say how the service is when you experience it here. All i know is the Thai food taste like real Thai food :)

This is one of the best asian places i have ever been too! Service was great! Food was amazing i got the mixed vegetables with tofu and the sauce and everything was perfect! So, was the basil dish and the pad thai with shrimp! Portion sizes were large and not expensive! I highly recommend this place if you are sick of fried american bar food!

I’m from the PNW and have been craving Thai food since getting to Key West. This place was delicious! My food was slightly on the spicy side, but the flavor was delicious. Service was super fast, even on a holiday weekend. Would definitely come back here!

After 6 days on the cruise we were hungry for spicy Asian food. We found this place by accident. A 4 minute walk from the pier. We wanted the spiciest papaya salad with sticky rice. This place came through. It was on fire. Their chicken laab and chicken fried rice were delicious too. We'll definitely come back if we ever come through here again.

Placed an order for 2 crab rolls. Mentioned that kids are allergic to gluten and dairy and remove the sauces and flakes that the roll comes with. Rolls got delivered with crab meat drowning in mayonnaise.

we had come for dinner and at an off time. it took over an hour to get our food with minimal rush and when arrived, it was bland and without any salt/seasoning for the fried rice. we had also ordered the tempura ice cream but the dough was uncooked and gave us extreme stomach pains. unfortunately please don’t come here

Very authentic Thai food ( I lived in Thailand ) and portions are ok , yet to charge Usd4 for small300cc water is unacceptable, it wasn’t even tasty one. We had to argue with the waitress to get one bottle returned

Our server was so nice and funny, made our experience so pleasant. The food came out very fast. I got the spicy tuna roll and it was so delicious I forgot to take a picture, I just dove right into my meal. My friend got the pad Thai and it was also so delicious. I highly recommend!

Aside from the mediocre food, the server writing the tips and total in with a pen before handing it to us was just distasteful.

Oh my gosh! Where to begin... Sitting down I was greeted and promptly brought a water and menu. The gentleman was kind and let me look over the menu before approaching for an order. Had the spicy conch, soup, and Edamame. Oh my, I couldn't finish the edamame but the food was well worth the price. You do get your dollars worth. I will definitely be back.

Still can’t get over of the rude and not good lady waiter, I am forget her name it’s short name like 4 or 5 letters, but at the end I still give her 20% tip just because I feel her work. She is super rude since we order the food, and I don’t think me and my husband and kids not nice to her or having bad attitude while in the restaurant. I like the food but go back to Key West we won’t ever visit again. She is bad waiter. A lot of good food and restaurant with good service in that city. She ignoring us and not friendly at all. The food is good only that good experience.If you think maybe it was busy, not at all, the restaurant very quiet only one table and that us, then while we almost done a couple came in.

Thai green curry and Thai spring rolls were very good, but do not order the chicken teriyaki, which is dangerously salty. Another thing I noticed, 18% “service fee” was charged on the final bill. I normally tip 25-30%, but when I see a “service fee” added on, for some reason my desire to tip so generously disappears.

After getting our fill of "Fried everything", we wanted something different. So glad we dropped in and dined at Thai Cuisine! We took our waiters recommendation on the spice heat level and the food was perfect! There was so much food, we ate leftovers the next day for lunch and it was just as yummy. Highly recommended!

Please do not come here. The reason is the tables are not cleaned fully, they are sticky. When I put my hands on the table, they are getting stuck. I tried to call them to clean, they even did care about this. If you are someone who follows the hygiene. NEVER VISIT HERE.

Good food but little pricey.

I had a rather unpleasant experience where they provided a sharp-edged spoon, and unfortunately, it resulted in a small cut on the corner of my mouth. When we told this to the server he said he cannot do anything about it. The food was below average, papaya salad that we ordered had nothing but salt. Exceptionally slow and subpar service.

Experience was bad. Wait time - 20 min (which is ok) as we go expected the food to be great. Food quality - 2/3 was good, 1/3 was not so good. Mediocre. 18% gratuity by default for a table of 3 with so slow service was a joke. We could not see it until the end. Will never recommend to anyone. We stayed in Thailand for 2 yrs and I am sure this needs to learn a lot about the service. We complained about couple of things but the items were neither removed , nor adjusted and the manager was also not called in by the server. All because of 18% default gratuity. Joke of our evening!

I ordered no spicy vegetarian Tom Kha soup and I received the soup with chicken and vegetables in separate. The waiter changed but I received a spicy soup that I couldn't eat.
My Thai friend recommended this restaurant to me, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

If the only thing you're interested in is food, it was good. But it was also sloooooow. About an hour wait from order to tableside. The food was good, and beautiful, but an hour wait for it is a bit much. Also, our appetizer never made it to the table, I had to ask for it. Server said "You refused it" when we had never been offered it. They also took our sushi to the wrong table, before bringing it to ours. Lastly, the bathroom has a sign that says "no paper in toilet" which someone interpreted as no toilet paper, and threw their used TP into the open garbage can, which explains the open sewer smell. We will NOT be visiting again.

Very awful experience. We ordered something they serving different dishes. Ordered veg serving non veg and then when we are asking for change they are refusing . Most shocking was after charging service charge in the bill and payment done the waiter is putting extra 18% amount manually in the bill and doing the total which we accidentally happen to see . So overall they are there to con you . BE AWARE of this tourist trap

Its a TOURIST TRAP. One of the worst place to visit, my bad that I did not read the critical reviews. They tried to overcharge and then try to add things to your order that you did not order. Initially I thought it was a honest mistake but after 3-4 repeat attempts it was evident that they are trying to commit fraud. BEWARE of this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We had the crab fried rice which is not on the menu, but the waiter said they can make it for us which was fenominal. We also had a volcano roll with cooked seafood on top & spicy mayo & eel sauce on it. It was the best roll I've had in my life. The place is not super packed, but has superb sushi freshness. That's a must for me. Had good service & good prices. Completely recommended this place for lunch or dinner

I just arrived in Miami at happy hour and the sign outside was calling my name! It said, come get this cocktail! And I listened. The ladies in the restaurant were all pleasant and very attentive while I finished 2 like I just got outta prison. And when I say prison, I mean American Airlines flight that had me scrunched up. I would recommend to those for a casual place to dine. I liked that you can order from the table using the phone and to pay without having to wait.

Maybe it’s because I’ve eaten hundreds of Pho in the past I know what Pho should be and cost but the broth was underwhelming and the beef (where’s the beef?) (beef is not for dinner or missing in action). I’m sure there are many more options here in Key west.

Very lovely, pleasant dining with excellent food. My husband said it was the best sushi he's ever had. I ordered the drunken noodles with vegetables and no eggs, and server had the presence of mind to ask if I'd like to hold the fish sauce. Thank you! It was so delicious--real food that leaves you feeling great. We took our time in a lovely setting--bubbling fountains and pleasant breeze even on a hot night. We were only in Key West for 4 days, and we ate 2 of our dinners here.

We ate there for the fifth time or so and there was no way per usual, food was fantastic as well as quick. If possible at all ask for token she is amazing waitress and specifically recommend the pineapple fried rice. You’re welcome.

So the food was amazing but the service wasn't great. We didn't have cutlery and took a bit to get some even though the food was dropped off in front of us. I started eating and realized I had someone else's food that was ordered at our table, so it was weird that i passed my plate to the rightful owner. The bills were wrong but we just paid because we seemed like an inconvenience. The waiter never came back to ask if things were good or if we needed another drink or dessert. However the food was delicious!

Great fresh sushi. Two of us split the yellow tail lover & salmon lover dinners. Both fish were perfect, service was good and the price was right. Next time in Key West we will be back.

Really great Thai food here!! Would give it a 5 if I hadn't stayed in Thailand several times. We ate spring rolls, Satay, drunken noodles, and pad thai. Mom in law snagged most of the satay and she is picky asian eater.

The best meal I had in Key West.

Stopped in here for beer and sushi. Ordered the beer, and they immediately came out with the largest more expensive one they had. Sushi was subpar. Two basic rolls (yellow fin/salmon) were thinly sliced and tasted like they had just come out of the refrigerator already pre-made. Two rolls and a beer cost about $30; didn't even come with soup or salad. Never going back here, and I suggest you do the same.

Не вкусно, на настоящую тайскую кухню это не похоже. Даже Том ям не был хотя бы посредственно приготовлен. Гедза были разварены и развалились, мы даже не стали их пробовать. Подача ужасная. Не очень чистое кафе. Официанты работают хорошо, но ситуацию это не спасает. Не рекомендую.

Service was slow and not attentive. Food was some of the worst Thai we have had. Tasted like they tried to season the food too much to make up for the lacking chef skills. Had to continually flag down the waiter for assistance.

Prices online are not the prices when you get there. Much better options on the Island.

We visited this restaurant twice during our visit to the Duval Street of the Key West. We all had green curries with vegetables only. They are delicious but expensive. Of course everything is expensive in Key West.

One thing I couldn't help notice they themselves have added 18% gratuity to the bill. Usually I give 20%. They saved 2% for me. Still I'm not happy. I think gratuity is something I should decide based on the quality of food and service. They lost 1 star for that.

Great Thai food, the portion sizes were ample and the taste made up for the price point. Highly recommend the pad Thai noodles and pineapple fried rice from here. The only thing that could be improved is increasing the spice levels since my family asked for a 4/5 and the food was still very sweet.

Convenient location but food very average. Couldn't finish spicy tuna roll and basil fried rice with shrimp. I explained that I didn't like much spice and would prefer to error on the less spicy side. Server talked me out of it and I was so disappointed. She responded with "well that's how I like it". Really?
The bill was higher end and to top that off, they asked that we pay the tip in cash. Ahhh, why? So you don't have to declare?

Terrible. Won't EVER go back. Soup was fish sauce overkill, and the sushi roll had yucky mayo sauce on it that wasn't on the menu.

Talking about overpriced!! It is a nice restaurant, in good location. understaffed of course like most places. Took the drinks a long time and we only ordered water and a glass of wine. We took house salads as a starter with peanut sauce on top, the sauce was very watered down. We also ordered egg rolls which also had very watery sauce. Massaman curry was decently flavored but very expensive! $21 for tofu or chicken.

Food wasn’t terrible but definitely does not justify the price. 5 people $200+.
