Wild Ginger has replaced Rainbow Sushi! My husband and I were shocked when the change happened but excited to see the new place! We finally made it over there on Friday evening around 6pm. The decor is beautiful and inviting. The seating area is much more organized. The service was fantastic and the food delicious! Highly recommend their Hamachi Kama; it's mouth watering. Our 4 Sushi rolls were presented on a gorgeous boat. You pay a little more but everything is of quality. We are definitely going back for more!

LOVE!! This restaurant at first glance looks quaint. The server Deanna, is an absolute sweetheart, she is fast, friendly and was very kind to my children. The presentation of the food was amazing, everything looked great. The food tasted amazing, no complaints with an food we ordered. The only comment is if you like spicy food and it's listed as spicy. Today we came to this wonderful place to make an order and were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and service. We were met by a wonderful person at the reception and answered all our questions, we ordered a whole set and were very pleased. The set included soup, salad, many different sushi and fish. There were two of us and we ate too much and still didn't finish because the portion was very large. The fish was simply the freshest. It was nice to see Fortune cookie. We highly recommend this place! We thank all the staff for a delicious dinner and a warm welcome.

I’ve been looking for a new go-to sushi spot at the beach and this is it! First glance I would assume the quality wouldn’t be the best with the diversity of the menu (sushi, ramen, etc), but everything was amazing. Very fresh, amazing taste and presentation. And priced affordably! Deanna was our server, she was fabulous! My only suggestion would be to dim the lights a bit to add a bit of ambiance. Other than that, chefs kiss!

Best General Tso chicken I’ve ever had! I would also recommend the sushi and they even had a decent pad Thai to my surprise. You can tell they use quality ingredients especially compared to similar restaurants in the area. Can’t say they have great gyoza and wish they had egg rolls on the menu but their entrees more than make up for it.

The hostess and server were super sweet and attentive! We were given some appetizers and desserts on the house. Sushi was delicious as well. Would definitely recommend!

I have been to over a 1000 restaurants all over the USA and I tell you, Wild Ginger Asian Fusion is the best al around.

Great sushi and Thai food, dynamite roll was excellent as well as the chicken curry. Our server was very welcoming and friendly, and we also were given a holiday roll appetizer and fried Oreos dessert, as well, both on the house!

We ate everything before getting pictures! But FINALLY, we have found some good Asian food! We had the Sesame Chicken lunch special with fried rice along with the Sushi lunch special, we did shrimp tempura and a California roll. We were greeted and given hot clear soup and a sample of one of their rolls (before we even ordered) then given two fried oreos when we were finished eating. Everything was fresh, hot and REALLY good!! It's a little drive for us, but we will definitely be back! Bill came to right around $30 for everything. Keep up the good work!!!

What a gem in the neighborhood! We had the Edamame, Holiday roll and Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura. Everything was yummy. The tempura was lightly battered, crispy and flavorful. Lola, our server was delightful. The space is modern-sleek and inviting. The menu swings from sushi to Thai curries to hibachi favorites and lots in between. Vegetarians will enjoy the side salad with ginger dressing, avocado roll, cucumber roll, vegetable tempura and miso soup to name a few! Great addition to the JAX Beach food scene with no paid parking! UPDATE: We have now tried the yellow curry with shrimp: Huge firm shrimp with perfectly seasoned and just-the -right- heat curry sauce. Sushi: fresh and delicious and served so beautifully you don’t want to spoil the art by eating it! LOVE THIS PLACE!

I ordered the hibachi filet and shrimp. My filet was cooked medium, the exact way I ordered it and it was tender. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the veggies were fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back!

If you're looking for some tasty Asian food but you don't know exactly what you want, well Wild Ginger Asian Fusion is the place. You know why? Because they have everything good that Asia has to offer: sushi, Pad Thai, stir fry, poke bowls, tempura etc. You name it and they've got it!! Lunch menu was great and very extensive but I settled on the spicy salmon and Tuna rolls from the sushi bar and it was great!! Came with a ginger salad. And a complimentary cup of soup and a crab roll. Can't beat that!! I will return and highly recommended and affordable....

This place exceeded my expectations! I came in for dinner after a very long day working an MS fundraising event in Daytona. The staff greeted me at the door, and soon, they led me to my table. My server, Deanna, was very kind, friendly, and quick with suggestions. The food was on a delicious, well plated, and generous portion. I got a complementary rainbow roll for an appetizer and a fried oreo cookie for dessert 🤩 The price was incredibly reasonable. This is my new favorite dinning place!

I first found this amazing place about two months ago.I come here for lunch 6 days a week and the only reason it is not 7 is because they are closed on Tuesday.My go too is the chicken hibachi portion size is amazing.it will be enough for lunch and the rest for dinner for most people.There is none better in Jax not that I have found.On Tuesday I have tried at least 6 different other locations and none come even close for freshness consistency and very healthy.Highly recommend and haven’t tried it yet but the sushi presentation is amazing…

Food was amazing. I usually go to Oku for sushi on this side of town but they were closed and I was CRAVING sushi. I found Wild Ginger and soooo glad I did. I had miso soup, gyoza, spicy yellowtail, and the Moon Roll. The soup had plenty of seaweed and tofu, which was unlike most places. The gyoza were typical. The jalapeño yellowtail was good quality fish. Beautiful presentation. Not to mention the dishes were very nice and heavy duty. The restaurant was clean and presentable. They even have spicy mayo containers at all of the tables! I’ve never seen a sushi restaurant that generous. Highly recommend.

This place is great! I had the Maki lunch special (2 rolls, salad). I had a JB roll and a Philadelphia Roll. Very nice portions, beautifully packaged, and the food was delicious. The gentleman who took my order was very professional and very friendly. I will definitely go back.

We ordered the Volcano roll, the Dynamite roll and the tuna special roll. All were superb! The service was excellent. Very attentive and prompt. They started with complementary soup and a crab meat appetizer. My husand ordered the house cabernet which was also excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here!

Went for dinner with my husband a couple nights ago and we both had the tuna and salmon poke bowl. Became violently ill shortly afterwards and are just beginning to recover. Beware!

Wow! What a hidden gem. The street front doesn't look like much nestled in beside the Dollar General. However, the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted by a chic, quiet atmosphere and smiling faces. The sushi was some of the best sushi I've ever eaten (and I've tried sushi all over the east coast of the USA). The presentation was gorgeous. The plates and cups are all very high quality stone. The staff were very kind, and the owner stopped by our table. He was very friendly and gracious. This was 100% a great experience. 10/10 will be back!

This is a first class Asian restaurant with great food and service. Please don’t let its location between a Nail shop and Dollar Store throw you off. It’s very nice inside.

Very busy menu, with too many options to count. Small dining area, I can see there being a long wait for a table here without a reservation. Friendly staff but it was a little hectic, I wish we had been visited by the waitress a little more often. Food seemed fresh and was very beautifully presented.

Food we fresh and delicious. Staff is attentive and the atmosphere is clean and pleasant. Prices are affordable. We had Rangoon, and several sushi rolls. I highly recommend anything made with the tempura shrimp. There is handicap parking right in front of the building.

Love this Asian Fusion restaurant. My favorite is the yellow curry and the tempura. They have Chinese and Thai also and a sushi bar. The lunch prices are great and quantity of food is more than adequate.

Omg, this place is 10/10, I'm so happy right now that I went. The waiters/waitresses were so kind and attentive. Idk why but I got a free serving of 5 rolls and clear soup. Not sure that's a regular thing, it's a tiny bit pricey but every cent is worth it, so hospitable and the kindness of the staff was amazing. The food absolutely superb, I 100% will be frequently going here and am super thankful for the kindness and love all the staff put into my experience.

We were greeted by Andy upon our entrance into Wild Ginger. He was welcoming and happy to meet us. We have been to this spot many times before, however, under his ownership it has never been better. The sushi rolls are very large and packed with the freshest ingredients. The servers were attentive and did not require us to call them over for refills or to clear plates away. They were courteous and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. One of our rolls came out incorrectly, and without question, a new one was prepared and sent out to our table. As a small business owner, I recognized their attention to customer satisfaction, in regards to all aspects of restaurant expectations; service, food and atmosphere. I cannot even tell you how fabulous this place is! They have made it so pretty inside....it's just adorable. The food is INCREDIBLE! I had the hibachi and it was so fresh and cooked perfectly. The vegetables were perfectly crisp and not oily. The sushi was amazing. A must go....I can't wait to go back!!!
