Discount for cash that they are up front about, which is nice. Nice wide selection of foods as well. Average portion size, but great turnaround time.

The pad Thai was sweet and had some sort of a red sauce on it??? The crispy garlic chicken was too too salty. We had two pieces of this and couldn’t finish. No adjustment to the bill. The Thai tea was way too sweet. Plus we like it when it comes unmixed to the table. This was premixed. Won’t return. We know good Thai cuisine from Seattle and Houston. We’re desperately searching for a place closer to us than Bangkok Thai in Beverly Hills, FL - which by the way is excellent. Restaurant appears clean from the dining area.

I came here today for the first time, and had a really wonderful experience. First off, the place is very clean! The customer service was excellent, the woman working was so sweet and helpful, answering all of the questions I had. The food is absolutely delicious. It came out piping hot, and smelled amazing. Lots of vegetables, deep and developed flavor, and very colorful because of all of the different vegetables in it. I got the sweet and sour chicken, and my fiancé got the pineapple curry squid. I honestly can't wait to come back and try new things, especially when the sweet rice with mango comes back in! I highly recommend Snay Thai! You won't be disappointed.

Shrimp tempura was cooked in old oil and had an extremely bitter aftertaste threw it away after a couple of bites. Thom ka soup had way too many onions in it. “Medium” spiced salad was too spicy to eat.

Not really authentic Thai food, average at best. More like a mix of Chinese and Thai. They do that scam where they try to charge you more for paying with a credit card, which is against CC company rules. Reporting them today.

Got there at 6 pm and cook came out and told us he did not have enough time to cook our food. There were only 2 other tables occupied.

My total was $28.00 for a nice bowl of hot yellow chicken curry, 6 crab rangoons l, and a can of coke. It took about 15 minutes to come out.

What a comforting feeling I’m left with. I was full after half of it, and I will absolutely be coming back.

Wonderful people own this place. Service is phenomenal and the food is made perfectly each time. I’ll be back over and over! Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You will be a loyal customer for many years to come!

Fantastic owners, always so upbeat. We stumbled onto this spot while kind of systematically trying every Asian place in the area. But this one we stuck to.
Kind of working our way through the menu. Pad Thai. Massaman curry. Pineapple rice. Stir fry chicken, etc. Everything is just great.
Highly recommend. Never had a bad meal.

We order our food Thai Hot.... this is first time I can say it was truly hot!! Had Pai kee , and Thai Basil stir fried! Food was amazing as well as the service.

UPDATE — The Thai Basil with chicken is my new go to, with a taste that no restaurant in the USA has been able to match. Do check out the Iced Tea which has a great taste. It must be their fresh Asian tea! Still plenty of parking in an out of the way location. Today it was half But it is a cozy place with a family owned Ambience. Great spring rolls and for the summer rolls they have home made satay peanut sauce.

Wow! What a great find! Snay Thai is clean and has AMAZING made to order, full flavor food! You can enjoy your meal right in the restaurant with fabulous service or get it by delivery services. My husband loves their Thai Basil dish and I had massaman curry. Both were outstanding!

I have eaten at Snay Thai a few times. The husband wife team work really hard to provide good service and food. The food has been delicious every single time. This time I decided to take 10 of my friends to experience their food. We had a variety of requests e.g. less salt, no soy sauce, no onion, no spice and no ginger. Kay, the owner patiently took our orders and brought steaming hot and delicious food. Amazing experience. My friends have decided to make it their go to Thai place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Might I start off by saying the owners knows how to flavor a dish! I have never had a problem with any meal. The thai tea is the best in Lake county..chicken fried rice, pork fried rice, pinapple fried rice, cashew chicken are all perfectly cooked. The chefs/owners keeps the kitchen clean so all the food that comes to the table is fresh. I come here all the time for the delicious food and friendly service.

HORRIBLE. This is the worst Tom Kha I've ever had, doesn't even taste like one. It's more like an onion soup,the amount of onion is way way too much and when you taste it taste like tomato soup,it's sour can't even taste the coconut. What a waste of money. I do not recommend this place. Thai tea taste like sugar with a little taste of the tea. I will never go back to this place ever again It's horrible.

So, you walk in and you think to yourself well, maybe they’re not so bad after seeing they’re also inside an outlet mall but… You order your food and pay the $3 CARD FEE and wait the 30 minutes for all that food just to sit and see that your Tom yum soup has no noodles… Then ask why there’s no noodles in the TOM YUM SOUP WHEN EVERYWHERE ELSE HAS NOODLES IN THE SOUP BECAUSE ITS THE THAI WAY, just for them to say, “No noodles in soup, that’s extra charge.” Uhhh?… I won’t go again. Alloy dee Thai is way better. Just go there. They were closed tonight so that’s why I suggested it. My fault but, it’s just so bad. There is a fee for everything.

I am an avid Thai foodie. There are a few decent selections at this restaurant. However the spicy rice I had tonight was not very good. In fact I took one bite and tossed it. The amount of oil was appalling. (Pooled in the bottom of the box and bag) I understand you need oil to cook not only this dish but many others. This was either old reused oil or a very low quality. It left a almost dirty taste behind. I won't completely bash these folks as I have had good food before come from them. But this is the second or third time I've ended up with something covered in the the same taste. I love very hot Asian dishes, I'm also experienced enough to know it doesn't need to be saturated in oil. Most likely will stick to that place in downtown Mt Dora.

Had the pad Thai through door dash and was not impressed, although I realize delivery services sometimes don’t do the food justice as a little travel time changes everything. Ordered it medium and it was almost too spicy to eat, and it just seemed to be pure noodles. Probably would not order from here again via delivery but might try it in the future in person.

Timeliness of getting your food was very quick. It could have been a little bit more fresher. Like the noodles were kind of mushy. But other than that, the service was great. really not much to say other than noodles were mushy.

I normally do not give bad ratings but sometimes it is necessary. When we walked in we didn’t see a clean table and I brought that to the owners attention to which she told me that there were only two dirty tables in the place and showed us tables to pick from. We sat down at a sticky table and she walked off. A kid with the restaurant was playing a video or video game very loudly of people talking about killing each other and killing other people. We did not stay because we sat there for about 5 minutes and decided if the place out front was that dirty we would just go ahead and leave.

Back again to say the sweet and sour was also excellent. Not the normal breaded pork that is way too sweet but a delightful change with un-breaded pork mixed with excellent vegetables and the sauce was not too sweet. I travel to the area quite often and will always eat accordingly so I am hungry when I get to Eustis. I gave this place 5 stars only because 6 stars are not available . Thank the good Lord they survived the lockdowns.

I love this place. I always get the fish and the shrimp. There's plenty of side dishes to choose from, soups and other meats too. I only wish they would bring back the sushi. Still a great place to eat and the service is always great too.

I love Thai food. Ordered Tom yum soup which is one of my favorites and this was not it! I felt like I ate a lemon. Like the skin of the lemon. I've always tasted a little spicy, little lemon grass, mushroom, scallion and mushrooms. This was pure lemon, no spice, lots of regular onions, mushrooms, colored peppers. Not good. I love Thai so I will try pad Thai next time and will hopefully enjoy

I moved to Lake County 16 years ago from Orlando . I am so happy to finally have such authentic Thai food here. It's always fresh, just the right spicy, and the people that work there are real nice. Love the iced Thai tea and thier peanut sauce is on point. A welcomed exotic eat in a rather dull chain filled city.

Just discovered Snay Thai last night in the same shopping center as Big Lots. Staff was very kind and recommended the Pad Kee Mao, as I generally always order Pad Thai at most Thai restaurants. I was most pleasantly surprised. The entree (plus a Thai Iced Tea) was delicious, packed with veggies, and all quickly prepared! I’ll be going back.

I ordered here on Friday from their web service. It took my money and my order. I drive other there to find they are closed. I called the 3rd party web service and they refunded my money. Other reviews say the same. I do not understand why they do not close the web portal on days they are closed.
