I am traveling to Sarasota for a day visit for work. Since I am staying only one day, I wanted to eat something delicious and authentic, and spicy Asian food. I saw good review on Google about Thai Palace, so I came for lunch. First impression was raised a little concern because there were no one else there at 1:30pm. Maybe I didn’t come in right time. However, I placed order for my favorite basil fried rice and green curry. I also love spicy, so I ordered Thai spicy. The food served very fast. The egg rolls were cold inside and hot outside, so I was a little bit worried more. Despite all these concerns, at the moment when I tried first scoop of green curry, I couldn’t stop myself until I see the bottom of bowl. If you like spicy food and curry, I definitely recommend green curry with Thai spicy! My basil fried rice is for my dinner at hotel. 🥰

Thai Palace is our local favorite restaurant. We have been coming here for over a decade and never a bad meal. This is authentic Thai food at its best. The food is amazing and well prepared with extreme attention to detail and flavor. The service is like no other. You will not find a restaurant that treats their customers as extremely well as Thai Palace. Highly recommend!

Reminds me of my first Pad Thai experience while visiting Pattaya Beach, 1982 U.S. Navy....so good!! Thai Palace is phenomenal - Crispy egg rolls, delicious peanut sauce, freshest Seafood - shrimp, scallops and octopus in spicy curries. Friendly staff, always smiling 😄 Forget "Fast food" and Treat yourself to a true Asian dining experience...

Always great! Place was packed and we had to wait 10 minutes for a table, but it was worth it. Had the basil fried rice with beef and it was great. Appetizers were quick to come out and before we were done the meals showed up. Can't go wrong with this place.

We have eaten here a handful of times but only because we live in Sarasota and it's about a 45min drive for us. We love this spot. The service and food are always excellent. The spicy sweet and sour fish snapper is always cooked to perfection. It reminds me of my trips to Thailand. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. If you live close, go often!

I was not a fan of the pad Thai sauce they use. I ordered extra chicken and some how it was still one serving. And the popular coconut soup was not very tasty in my opinion. I just felt like it was a waste of money.

Thai Palace is our go to Thai spot in Bradenton. The food is nicely prepared, with your desired heat preferences and the menu is extensive…duck, a variety of seafood dishes, good curries and noodle dishes.
We moved to Bradenton from a large metropolitan city and have high expectations for our food choices. While not every dish is a home run, most are at least a triple….
They go the extra mile to handcraft their dishes and make small but meaningful/artful additions to their food. Beautifully carved carrots, orchids on each plate, the lemons turned into grasshoppers…even their straw wrappers twisted into little flowers.
The dining space is ornately decorated with traditional Thai tapestries and carvings. It’s booths are private and cozy.
The staff is always kind and helpful.

Cozy and beautifully decorated, Thai Palace became our new favorite for Thai food in Bradenton. The service is fast and friendly, and the food is freshly prepared, arriving at the table hot and ready to savor. There is also a feast for the eyes as the meals are plated and garnished like works of art. They serve the best, most tender scallops in the area. We will return every time we are in the area. Highly recommended and very reasonably priced.

We decided to get some carry out after rough days at work. I must say this was THE worst Thai food I have ever gotten. We got the D Pad Ba Mee and the pineapple fried rice. The squid was unbelievably bad and the noodles had no good taste to them. I must say the egg rolls were just okay. Here’s the kicker though. The food was so bad we could barely keep eating it. So we called for a refund, they said they were sorry and they would refund it. They then called back two minutes later, saying we need to bring the food back to get the refund. Do not go here. Waste of our time and food.

I like to try the Panang Curry at any place that serves it... so I have had about 25 dishes from various places. I will say that this is the most greatest Panang I ever had!🩷🩷🩷

Food, service and atmosphere was 10/10, the only negative is that it’s located 2:30 hours from our house, I guess we’ll have to visit Bradenton more often!

After years of great food, yesterdays order was a disappointment. Do not order the Thai Garlic (either chicken or pork ) it had NO flavor...what a waste of money. My husbands Curry was good... but back to Thai Garlic, I should get my money back. It was a carry out order or else I would have sent it back. AND, when the server charged $3 extra from brown rice and my husband asked why so much. Her answer, "have you gone grocery shopping" A little fresh...

Excellent quality Thai food - so good that i needed to give them a review. Brought my wife and 2 year old. We were all delighted by the food, my toddler was fully occupied the entire meal because the food was so good.

The staff was very considerate and took extra care to provide small plates and utensils for my toddler, service was very prompt, and they gave us time and space to enjoy our food.

We will definitely be going back to this gem of a restaurant again!

I love this place and my favorite plate is the duck salad . For the first time in five years or more, the duck was mushy, the apples even more . I hope it never happens again because I want to come back to my favorite Thaï. My husband had duck basil but his duck was also soft and not crispy. If it is a new cook ,teach him please.

This is my favorite Thai restaurant. The food is always fresh and delicious. Service is fantastic. The Tom Kar (coconut lemongrass soup) is by far the best we've had. We always get it as an appetizer and share it. We usually get the seafood Panag Curry and so good. 😋

I have a favorite thai place in Los Angeles, a favorite in Colorado Springs, CO, neither hold a candle to this place. Everything tastes fresh and well made. Plates have unique seasoning and well garnished. Wow! Thank you for allowing me to enjoy thai food on another level.

Best Thai restaurant in Bradenton. The atmosphere is like a 6/5, its such a cool spot whether for a date or just a quick dinner. Their curries and noodle dishes are spot on, a little mild for medium spice but to each their own. Their Tom Ka gai soup is maybe my favorite thing on the menu, its superb if you like the kafir lime, coconut and lemongrass flavor.

just ok. I wouldn’t come again between 1:30pm-5:00pm , if at all. They were rushing us wicked bad. It would’ve been better if they’d gave us a heads up that they were closing to prep for dinner. Instead, they rushed us. I didn’t like that. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Upon entering I was awestruck by the decor. I’ve never been anywhere in Asia, but the decor made me feel as though I had stepped onto another Continent. We were welcomed by a warm and friendly young lady, I am fairly old so most people are younger than I, lol. I am blanking in her name but, she ended up being our server and she was lovely and patient with our questions throughout our visit. It seemed as though all the servers worked as a team. If the food was ready and your server was unavailable, someone else brought the entries out. I witnessed this a couple of times.
THE Menu is well thought out. It has pictures and descriptions for every dish, with spice level. So many options, it was hard to choose.
THE food, OHMYGOODNESS 💕! Do you appreciate when the food comes hot out of the kitchen? I do. ✅
The entrees were presented so beautifully, I forgot to take pictures I was so awestruck.
At first taste, do you close your eyes and enjoy all the flavors and heat? I do. It happens so rarely, I have to laugh at myself. ✅
What was ordered:
Because we couldn’t decide we chose the
Combination Sampler for our appetizer. Each and every sample was great. The cucumber sauce 🤩. ✅
For the less adventurous of us, the Thai Grilled Chicken. The steamed vegetables were perfect and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. ✅
Then the Amazing 😋 Peanut Curry, perfection. The sauce, spot on. ✅
And I had the Green Curry. I was unsure of the heat level so I requested it to be mild. I could have enjoyed it a bit spicier, next time. It was still perfect. ✅
For dessert we had to try the Thai Donuts. Deliciously unique and very tasty with the peanut dipping sauce. ✅
I guess you could say we will be repeat guests. 💕💕💕

The Duck Salad was an amazing combination of flavors and textures. Duck was crispy as it should be. Thin slivers of green apple and red onion with sprinkling of whole cashews over greens was unusual, creative and very tasty.

GREASE! Both my soup and my pad thai tasted like grease. Yuk. Won't be back ever!

First time having Thai here in Bradenton and have definitely found my favorite spot.
Ambiance is very good, cozy and neat area. Food is very good, amazing selection and awesome quality/attention to detail.
They do also have vegetarian dishes for those who don’t eat meat and there fried tofu is VERY good.
The duck is a must order as well!
As for deserts they do only have 3 but all 3 appear to be amazing. Ordered the coconut ice cream and it was absolutely delicious.

If you like authentic Thai food, this is the place to go. It's so easy to drive right past this restaurant on Cortez Road, It's situated in a small shopping plaza... I'm so happy that this place is still open. Very busy on the weekends and many people do carryout as well. Appetizers and entrées are all fresh and prepared/cooked with passion!

The soup was very salty and thin, the cashew chicken dish lacked cashews and was small. We where very disappointed about the quality and quantity of the food. The online price (lower) was not honored. When I asked why, I was just ignored. You lost a customer. My Chinese takeout makes better food than you!

The food here is absolutely amazing! The duck they cook is out of this world. One of the few places in town that sells duck! Good portion sizes and well seasoned. Below average. 2 stars out of 5. After 3 visits we've decided not to go back. This last time I had red curry chicken and asked for hot spicy. It was barely mild. Bland. No depth. Low quality ingredients and barely any meat. Some of the staff is very nice and others not so much. There are much better Asian options in West Bradenton.

Since Im always traveling through Manatee and Sarasota counties helping seniors with their Medicare - it’s always fun to find great restaurants along the way. Thai Palace on Cortez in Bradenton was a great find. Great food great service. Glad I got here at 5:30. By 6pm it was a full house!

The Veggie Pad Woo Sen was pretty tasty and so was the vegetable fried rice and vegetable soup. This place had a nice ambiance and vibe.

We stopped at a THAI place which was closed for a party. We quickly found THAI place down the road. We went and found Thailand. It was decorated beautifully in gold and it had lots good statues. The found was excellent ,I judge all thai places on their pad Thai, and this was top notch, and so was everything else. Of course I knew to order I SING A BEER which is made in Thailand. Prices depended on what you order, but reasonable

Place is amazing! I had the Curry Duck and it's delicious. Will be back again soon. Very clean and service was amazing.

Exceptional meal and superb service. We went on a very busy Sunday night and had about a 30 minute wait but the wait was worth it. The server was very knowledgeable in what items on the menu could be made vegan. We were a party of 4 and we had 4 outstanding meals. I will be back

This was the first place I got to experience Pad Thai at. This place is d o p e! It might be a little pricey but its absolutely worth it! Big servings, everything tasted fresh and the staff were wonderful.
