Tried a spoonful of curry and it takes like they added water to it. Everything was miniature and not worth the money. Thanks for ruining my dinner and ensuring I wasted my money. I was so excited for dinner and now have nothing to show for it. Disrespectful and downright rude. Will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Really good food. Medium spicy was not very hot, but they do give you spices to make it more spicy. My only complaint is the ratio of food to rice. I got a teddy bear shaped pile of rice and it was cute, but I took up half the plate and was way to much. They then gave less of the main dish.

I had the Pad Thai which was perfect - flavorful and a solid amount. The fried wontons were a little overfried, but still good. Service was also very prompt and friendly.

So it's in a strip mall. If you've got to complain, that's the only thing. Interior decor is sparse and plain, but the food are amazing! We've never had a dish that didn't satisfy and Titima (sp?) and her staff are always pleasant and willing to offer up variations and suggestions. Five heat levels of Thai spice will open your palate - and sinuses - to new experiences. Enjoy!

The food was great, the girls did their best to make sure I had everything I needed, the place is quiet and clean. My only complaint is they gave me tofu for half my chicken pieces. Might of been a simple mistake. Either way the tofu was delicious.

The portion for the price is pretty off, they give very small portions and the service was lacking. My waitress took 30 to finally come back to our table and get us refills. We stopped in on our way back from a vacation and just happened to see the sign... We were hungry needed lunch and thought Thai food would be a nice change... and it was!
We had Red Curry paste, stew with pumpkins, peppers, chicken, Coconut milk, fresh Basil... it was so delicious!
Then Fried Bananas, with Ice cream and drizzled Honey on top. Yummy!

I found the food quite disappointing: thin bland curry, very little veggies in the entrees, canned pineapple, papaya salad was half iceberg lettuce. For this price point, they need to serve up more substantial and flavorful food. The service is excellent and I would really love to see some quality Thai in Delaware - but I have yet to find it.

I just ordered lunch from Thai Bistro. I ordered the Glass Noodles Thai Basil dish. It was delicious. The noodles were amazing. The veggies were great. However, I ordered pork for my meat choice; when I got my food I could tell it was not pork but chicken. I also asked for extra sauce. The sauce in the dish was very tasty and there was plenty of it inside the dish. There was no extra sauce added on the side for my dish. They did give me a fork and 2 napkins. I would really have liked some chopsticks. As this is one of the only Thai places near me I want these folks to make it!! Maybe if more people could check it out they will make it and improve with more patrons. I hope so I dearly love Thai food!!

Love this place. My favorites are their fresh rolls and their crispy duck salad. I had the mango curry fried rice with tofu today and it was amazing.

Everything was good. The only down side was the portion on our appetizer. Ordered the wings and while it said 5 we thought they'd be whole wings, but were wingdings. Other than that the meal portions were good. Ordered the teriyaki Thai fried rice with shrimp and chicken & drunken noodles with shrimp. Wish they gave you more shrimp in the dish (thk 5 total) tasted good though. Service was decent and friendly. Would eat here again.

We have eaten many times at this restaurant. The waitstaff are friendly helpful in translating the menu. The restaurant is clean decor without too many frills and the food is fresh and very tasty. The menu is related inexpensive.

If you’ve been thinking about checking this place out, DO IT. ASAP. It’s definitely a hidden gem. We went for dinner on a Friday night and I’m honestly shocked that it wasn’t packed. Definitely try the Thai iced tea. We ordered (and loved) the fresh rolls (amazing), Thai sweet and sour chicken, and the pineapple curry salmon. I’m going to dream about that salmon forever. The staff was attentive and the restaurant was clean. We will be back!

Update 1/2023: This is still our favorite local spot. The staff is so friendly and helpful (seriously, ask for their recommendations if you can resist the pineapple curry salmon)! Every other time we go, I get that salmon. It’s that good. We still love the fresh rolls. The Thai cream cheese remind me of crab rangoon (and I love those!) and the fried dumplings are a go to for us as well. If you’ve been thinking about going, do it! We love this local gem. 💎

I like Thai food and it’s usually good but I’ve found none better than Bangkok Bistro in Georgetown, DE. Tucked away in a strip mall along US-113, you will find yourself enjoying a delightful dining experience. The Green Mussels appetizer was out-of-this-world with an herb sauce to die for! The Chicken Satay was good and the fresh rolls could not have been any fresher! Their luncheon specials are a great bargain – a very large plate of food for about ten dollars. They offer five levels of spiciness (none, mild, medium, hot, and “Thai hot”) on their entrees. It’s probably better to go on the milder side then spice up your plate to your own taste with the condiment tray that comes to the table (crushed red pepper, jalapenos, Thai chiles, and a spicy-sweet-salty relish).

Steer clear of this place. It was awful. We were visiting from out of town and wanted Thai. Big mistake. Everything was watered down, overcooked and scarce on the vegetables and meat. The spring rolls and dipping sauce were decent.

I've eaten here several times and never been disappointed. The Pad Thai is very well done. They have a great variety of Thai and Curry dishes, soups, noodle dishes etc. Sometimes the service can be a bit off, but never rude. My kids also love the food here so that's a huge win.

First visit to Georgetown and found this great Thai restaurant. Great people and food is even better. I had the green curry with eggplant & tofu (added mushrooms) and it was fantastic. Wish this place was in Wilmington.

The Thai Food by far is the best I've eaten in this whole state of Delaware.
The restaurant is very clean. The wait staff are very friendly and the food is fresh, tasty ,hot and served on nice plates. Thai Tea is good, but needs a bit more flavor, but I wasn't here for the tea.
We had Pad Thai, Green Curry and Thai Basil all cooked to perfection.
We are definitely coming back. Another plus is next door is a Mexican Restaurant that sells very good Mexican Sweet Bread we will have for dessert 🍪🍪

My husband and I travel from Baltimore to Ocean City every week and decided to finally stop and try this place. We were pleasantly surprised! Papaya salad, clear noodle soup, a catfish entree and tofu pad Thai was our order. Everything was really good! The catfish was a small portion. Service was friendly and fast.

This place is much nicer than one would expect for the shopping center it happens to be located in. We haven't had everything on the menu, but everything we've had has been fantastic. Sometimes we get take-out, but oftentimes we dine in. Very neat and clean with friendly staff. Large portions; I always take leftovers home.

Pretty disappointed, this is the third time i've tried this restaurant and i'm just flabbergasted at how it can have even a 4 star review.
1st visit I got one of the eggplant entrees and the flavor was almost non-existent.
2nd visit I ate in, the rice mold was cute but their hot duck BARELY had any duck & the curry was so watery
3rd visit today the pad thai is dry with no taste, drunken noodles are also dry with an overwhelming bell pepper taste which actually is the only thing I can taste in this dish. Tom yum soup was supposed to have SHRIMP in it and all it had were mushrooms? This honestly tastes more like a sweet and sour soup than an actual tom yum soup.

I'll probably never go here again. If you've had ACTUAL thai food, don't bother stopping by and just drive across the bridge for real food.

They always never put enough even when I pay for extra lamb and extra eggplant or they just don’t put it in there but yet I was charged for it. It makes absolutely no sense. You do not get what you pay for what’s so ever. Very unhappy with the service as well, instead of fixing the problem they want to argue with you.

Tried it for the first time with drunken noodle with chicken, curry with beef and special lamb coconut curry. Coconut milk tin opened and poured into the curry destroying the flavors. The special lamb coconut curry was like a soup and just too sweet. The drunken noodles were good and the chicken curry dish was full of oil . Thai dishes are supposed to be bursting with flavor and spices sadly this food was not authentic to that level. Very average Thai food and not spicy at all. Having lived in Thailand this food is well below par and seems like it’s Chinese food trying to be Thai food or is the chef not from Thailand !

The food ranges from decent to good. However, the service needs to be improved upon. Our waiter wasn't rude, but it appears he never received training on how to do his job. Three of us went to lunch, one person order two appetizers instead of an entree. We asked that all of the food arrive at the same time, but the aps arrived before the rest of the food, so we sat and watched our friend eat his lunch. After he was finished eating, our food was delivered to the table. After we all had finished our food, the dirty/empty plates were never removed from our table. This place could really benefit from some adult supervision.

Where do I even begin... the peanut entree with chicken had the portion of a 3 year old child, pad thai had barely any chicken because instead of chicken they gave us tofu ( only few pieces of chicken on top but on bottom was a ton of tofu). Also ordered the panang curry and mussaman curry, 2 different curries that ended up being the same! They had the same taste, same look, same everything. And I have been to Thailand! I know what these curries are supposed to taste like and look like and these were the most horrific representations, I wouldn't even consider them a curry with how watery and flavorless they were. They didnt even have any seasoning and tasted sour somehow! If you want to eat thai avoid this place as it isn't thai, more like a McDonald's of thai. Btw we didnt even eat the curries because they tasted so bad.

Actually 3.5 stars because my gf didn't think the potstickers were much different than dumplings. I loved the yellow curry but medium isn't spicy. It's rather mild but they are in the middle of North Americans on the east coast. I loved the fresh rolls and mango sweet sticky rice.
The service was beyond excellent, a young woman waited on tables on a not very busy Tuesday night before Valentine's day.
She was attentive and soft spoken yet fast to put in orders, answer the phone for delivery orders or perhaps take out. I was very pleased with my pretty large portions and my rice came out in the shape of a heart.
