The restaurant was very clean and the service was exceptional. Everything was delicious! The spring rolls were hot and crispy. The soup was very hot and tasty, with plenty of large slices of chicken breast. The noodles were amazing - large, wide, thin noodles with plenty of vegetables and nicely sauced! I would definitely return if I am ever in Putnam, CT again.

Thai chilli pho, october 20th, I had a crab rangoon appetizer. They were loaded with stuffing, beautiful presentation, great amount. Best tasting ones ive ever had. This is my 4th time, ive never had a bad meal. If i could give it more stars i would. Tony Pasiakos, restaurant owner for 41 years.

This place was great! Gorgeous inside, the wife really enjoyed the atmosphere. We ordered the Thai Sampler to start, Chicken Pho Bowl and the Yellow Curry. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing! Friendly waitress who made us both laugh. We finished with some boba tea for the ride home - always delicious!

Thai Chili Pho must be the cleanest restaurant this side of the Rocky Mountains. The food is excellent, too.

We had such a nice meal here - waitstaff was fantastic, everyone was so friendly. The food was DELICIOUS and there is a clearly marked vegan section on the menu with lots of opens.

I've eaten here many times now, and can say it's always been a rock solid place. The food has always been great, and the service has also been exceptional, always friendly and quick.

I love that they have a vegan menu, although some of the vegan items do have egg so you'll want to make sure to check that out if you're a strict vegan.

My family loves the chicken fingers. One recommendation for them would be to put the sauce outside of the box - sometimes the heat from the chicken fingers will cause the sauce cup to warp, and it will pop open and spill the sauce all over the box.

I've had the curry there and thought it was incredible. The Pad Thai is also a favorite.

We've taken the food to go, and have also dined in - both experiences were great.

The parking lot is a bit tiny, but we've always managed to catch it when we could park in the lot. They do have additional parking across the street, but I honestly would never park there and attempt to cross the road there - cars just fly down that road. But if you can get a spot in the main lot, shouldn't be a problem.

If you're looking for some good Thai food, definitely recommend checking this place out. Always a great experience.

Food, service and atmosphere here are amazing. I go here very frequently for their Pho. I’ve gotten Pho at quite a few restaurants in the New England area and Thai Chili Pho is by far the best. I’ve tried some of their other dishes as well and none of them have disappointed! They’re also very fairly priced for the quality of food. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good Thai food or good pho! Also, the amount of cars in the parking lot does not accurately reflect the amount of people in the restaurant, so don’t let that deter you!

I had a yellow curry dish made "as hot as you can make it". It was absolutely wonderful! I haven't had anything so good in years. 200% recommend. Most places tone things down and just won't make things as spicy as they should be; not here. For those who don't like it too spicy, they will make it to your tastes too.

They gave me the wrong type of pho but I was already home when I saw it. I got brisket and my ticket in the photo says eye round beef. Other than that kind of bland- the hoisin and hot sauce were mixed together, it'd be better to give them separately incase someone likes one of them and not the other. I had to add extra lime juice (didn’t have a fresh lime) and hot sauce (didn’t have siracha). I’ve been trying all the pho places around and so far Thai lemongrass is the best even if it’s slightly farther; more flavorful, bigger portion, and reliable. Great service tho nice workers. I might give it a second try sometime.

We enjoy Thai Chili Pho and stop in at least once a month.
The Staff are friendly and helpful, have a question - ask. Need things to be less spicy - ask. Have alerted - ask.
We love their curries - hey have six different varieties. And we like their stir fries. We have not tried the Pho, but we lab to do so now that winter is near.
Some nights the small parking lot is full, there is parking across the street, just be careful when crossing.

Had a couple of nice vegan meals here. You have to look closely because some meals under the vegan menu are actually vegetarian. It’s a little confusing because it says vegan in large bold letters but also says vegetarian in smaller letters underneath. Waitress was good but must have been new. She was not up to speed because we ordered the vegan meals and she asked what type of meat LOL ! But all in all the food was good and a nice atmosphere.

Having gone here three times now, each experience has been a delight. The staff is always friendly, it never feels too busy and the food is always excellent. Not a long wait and never a complaint from anybody that we've gone with. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

For a place in CT the food was okay in comparison to where we came from which is the big cities in MA. Crab Rangoon was delish. Pho was a lil bland and rice dish was too sweet for pad sea ew. Curry was good as well.

Super happy this place came to putnam. Staff is always friendly, I've never had to wait to be seated and the food is great quality! Super fresh! Also.. bubble smoothies are addicting!!

We've only ordered takeout from Thai Chili Pho but unfortunately our last experience drove me to write this review. My wife called in the order and was very specific about their menu letter/number combinations. Somehow the person taking the phone call messed up their crispy rolls and put in the order for tofu drunken noodles. We were charged an extra $15 for food we didn't order in addition to not getting what we actually ordered. Some of the blame is on us for not checking the order upon receipt but we've never had an issue before. Everything food wise has always been fantastic but the service seems to be slipping lately. I can't say anything about the atmosphere as we've never had order-in so they get five stars for that.

What a hidden gem ❣️ Stopped by here Saturday evening after a day at Thompson Speedway and had a wonderful dinner. My husband and I ordered the spring and summer rolls and veggie pad thai and drunken noodles. Everything was superb and well presented. We both agreed it was one of the best pad thais we've had. The mango sticky rice was delish and I'm so glad we had the chance to try it (perfect textures and salty/sweet combo 😋). The young lady helping us is such a sweetheart and was very attentive the whole night. Thank you for an exceptional experience, my only caveat is that this restaurant isn't closer to Providence!! I hope we can return soon 😊

WOW! We came here on a lark on our way home from a trip, and what a hidden gem! The service was so fast, friendly, and thorough! Got the fresh rolls, the sauce was a sweet peanut and different from the norm but delicious! Thai boba tea was so yummy. The chicken pad Thai was hot and delicious, and the pepper steak was different but in the best of ways. Cleaned the plate!
It's 45 mins from where we are, but we will make the trek out for sure ! Thank you for a great meal!

Fantastic food! We ordered pho, pad thai, and basil fried rice. I have to eat GF and they said they make pho and pad thai gluten free and that they could make the basil fried rice gluten free. All were wonderful!!

The pho here was delicious. It came with the tradional bean sprouts and spicy chili oil on the side. This was a great meal for a cloudy and rainy day to warm up with.

Crying over the Crying Tiger. Don't waste your money on this menu item. At $12.95, I was surprised and disappointed how scantily portioned it was and didn't even include any rice (as I tried to show the bottom of that container is only ~3-3/4"). For only pennies more, the curry saved the day and was twice the amount of food. Other than that, the food tasted good.

We went to Putnam for some work and stopped by at Thai Chilli Pho for some food. I must say the service was amazing and the server was very kind to come everytime and ask how were we doing. The food tasted superb and they had a good variety of items. We had their fried ice cream in the end which was delicious.

Cute place with a nice cozy interior. Good portions at the price. Great flavors in the seafood pho.. does not skimp on seasoning. The milk tea bubble tea was well balanced and not too sweet.

I will have to try more things to really know. But the entire menu looked very good. I will happily return soon.

Best southeast Asian food within a 30 minute drive of Putnam

It sucks that i have to give a 2/5 but the service/management is food is very good. Ordered Togo few times from this place and have had issues everytime. Example- forgetting my order then making me wait a hour more when I arrived for pick up then getting home to find out it was missing items.

Highly recommend this place! The staff was extremely friendly and probably one of the cleanest restaurants we have eaten at. We are still talking about how good the food was.

Absolutely delicious! Had lunch there today. I've heard the restaurant has been crowded and after eating there, I can see why. We went for a late lunch, around 1:30 and though there were people there, we got a table immediately and the service was great. I had the Pad See Eaw and it was amazing! Can't wait to go back!

We went here for the first time since it opened. Waitress was lovely. She was very attentive & knowledgeable. We ordered the combo appetizer plus crab Rangoon & winter shrimp. All delicious! Entrees came quickly. Green curry with chicken (a little spicy) for me & lo mein with chicken for hubby. Everything was delicious. With all the food, a wine and an ice tea, the bill was only $70. We will be back for sure!!

This was my second visit to this restaurant, I came back because the food and service was so good the first time. My waitress, Judy, was pleasant and informative. She explained the different condiments to me. The decor is beautiful and peaceful and there are enough lights I can actually see what I'm eating. They had quiet instrumental Christmas music on that was not invasive and very pleasant. I will definitely be going again even though it's 30 minutes away from me.

Had the combination pho and crab Rangoons and they were both great. I got the medium size and there was still so much pho! I was really excited for the Thai iced tea and boba tea, too! Our waiter was fast and pleasant ! There are so many options on the menu, too. Would recommend and I'll definitely be back.

We went tonight for dinner. During the opening weeks there were long wait times so we called for a 7:15 reservation but when we arrived there the resultant was mostly empty. I can’t understand why, because our food and service were impeccable! We had beef satay and crystal noodle salad as appetizers and pho and Thai coconut milk soup for entrees. The food was just seasoned perfectly, the entire restaurant was spotless, and our server answered our questions and was attentive the whole time. Prices were very reasonable as well.
We will be back often!

Food was not that great. Ordered soup with seafood, the shrimp still had tails, and besides the shrimp I had one scallop and maybe two muscles. Also order the cashew chicken I had to half pieces of cashew in the whole meal.
