Great Thai food. Best Shumai I've found anywhere. Drunken noodle is one of my favorite. I've talked to people who drive from other towns to get Thai Charm's food. The Thai iced tea will set you free! Try it, you'll love it!

First off: the food is excellent. However, there has been several times I've been able to place an online order while they are not open. Their hours are not accurate on their website, google maps, yelp, apple maps, grubhub, etc. etc. So its pretty impossible to ever get food from here because you never really know when they're open or not.

A take out only place now.... That is VERY challenged doing Take out.... Messed up my order and made me wait.

I love this place! The Drunken Noodles and Thai Iced Tea are my favorites, but I've tried many of their offerings and enjoyed them all! 😋❤️

Delicious food.

Sadly, they hired a new chef who refuses to make gluten free and won't accomodate. We used to order here regularly (gluten free & not) and loved every order, even though the food was not always consistent.

Quality and Quantity has gone down.

I have been getting take out here for a few years. It’s very good. However, this is the second time the Larb salad was too hot for me to finish. I ordered medium and got what I would consider very hot and covered in chopped up little red chili’s. The other dishes that we ordered medium were about right. Watch out for the Larb salad. My eyelids are still sweating.

My family ordered Thai charm from grub hub tonight. Everything was fresh and delicious. Have not eaten here in a couple years, but the food hasn't changed. Always a great dish. We will be ordering food again!

I like the food and it tastes authentic. The only complaint is that the portion sizes are small. Maybe because I’ve only gotten takeout due to covid? But man, it’s disappointing to pay $14 for a shrimp dish and it only comes with 6 shrimp. We order 2 dishes for 2 people and are always left hungry... sad because I do like the people here and the food. Definitely feel like we get more when we dine in. If this ever changes please let me know

Ordered take-out during the covid season. I felt like I was walking into a petri dish. People waiting for their pick-ups were on top of one another in a space the size of a telephone booth. My food was not ready as promised and when I made it inside, I was told tat 50 minutes after I ordered it that they were working on it. I left and rushed home to wash after what I consider to be a potentially risky venture. Is it worth it?

Authentic Thai in New Milford

A wide range of typical Thai dishes are available. We shared appetizers of fried rolls and winter shrimp. We had a number of tasty dishes. The wild boar basil was delicious.

It was a quiet night, we were the only customers and had a nice table in front of a gas fireplace.

First time we tried here. Ordered take out. Everyone loved their meals. Inside looked charming and I look forward to eating there again.

Thai Charm not only serves up some of the best Thai dishes in the area but the overall experience lives up to their name. Charming, cozy and gently immersive...are just a few ways to describe Thai Charm. Finally, Ashley ( waitstaff ) is pleasently soft spoken, perfectly polite and moves through the dining room with a beautiful combination of fluidity and grace, leaving no one unattended to...no matter how many chairs are filled. She is, honestly, amazing to say the least .

Skip this one. Food not consistent, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's really bland. The waitress seemed in a rush though we were 1 of 2 tables at the entire restaurant and the other table was already eating. Waited 10 minutes for waitress to offer water then got our order wrong. We had to send the noodles back to be tossed with more sauce for flavor as it was super bland. Tom yum and coconut soups were great. Will probably not return though.

Delicious pad Thai

Great experience, the food was fresh and flavorful. The service was a little slow and inattentive but the food was worth the wait.

The food is pretty good. I do enjoy the yellow curry and the satay chicken. Be prepared to eat a lot of green beans. I thought the size of the pieces of tofu were larger than my liking, but that’s just personal preference. I’ve had a pleasant experience each time I have dined in.

Amazing! I felt like I was back in Thailand. The coconut curry seafood had the perfect mix of sweet, spicey, savory, and salt. They also have actual beers from Southeast Asia!!!

The longer a place stays in business the more complacent they get? Food is average. They are super skimpy on meat, super thin and very small portion of it. The decor and music are abysmal. Super depressing music with drab decor.

Given it two tries over the course of several months, both times the food has been disgusting. Noodles are unimpressive and flavorless. I've had food that tastes spoiled and others that taste like cardboard. Service is fine, pleasant people, but given the choice I will never eat their food again.

Fine dining in a quint little restaurant.
It's a diamond in the rough. The food is amazing. I had the duck prah gow. Caution: it's spicy but it's wickedly delicious. The prices are very affordable. The most expensive item on the menu at dinner time is $22. The portions are generous as well. I had to take a to go box. The service is attentive. The drink menu is rather restrictive as far as choices are concerned. Go out and try it.

Was looking forward to Thai food in New Milford, very disappointed. Never have I had tomato in Tom Yum soup and now I know why! Even though this place is 15 minutes away, I make the 35 minute trip to Danbury for Thai food. Very upsetting that the only Thai place in New Milford isn't even good.

This place is very charming. Haha. Pun intended. Waitress is very nice. I like the overall vibe of the place.

The food is truly delicious-- and they'll make it as spicy as you want! Big selection of Thai specialties from curries to noodles. Only downside is that the service can be a bit slow, especially on weekends.

Had another great lunch on Friday. My three kids just love going there. Had the new duck pad thai. Was excellant, tender on the inside with crispy skin. Looking forward to our next lunch. Keep up the great quality! New Milford is lucky to have you.

Great authentic Thai food

I've tried several items on the menu and each one is better than the last.

We liked the food here. Best Thai place in the area we have found. We asked for one of our dishes to be made less sweet and extra spicy. They got it right (most places fail on this request). That was the Basil Beef. The Yellow curry we left just as they would normally serve it. It was good veg and meats and tasted good. A little too sweet, but that is normal for most american thai food.

I just returned and it was still very good. This time we tried the ginger beef and the green beef noodle. Others tried the seafood hotpot, green curry tofu. Everyone loved their dishes. We have found that they do a good job reducing the sugar if you ask. This time we asked and all the dishes were better that way.
