Cozy, simple restaurant offering an extensive Thai menu with popular lunch specials.
Best Thai food! I ordered the Thai salad, chicken drunken noodles, and Thai clear broth noodle soup with beef. Everything was absolutely delicious. The peanut sauce was excellent, and the drunken noodles were flavorful, light, yet comforting. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was clean and cozy. I highly recommend this place!
UPDATE:
I’ve recently had the Massaman curry with chicken and it was very delicious
I recently ordered the Drunken Noodles with shrimp and the Tom Yum soup from Little Thai Kitchen, and it was fantastic! The Drunken Noodles were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of spice and a rich, savory flavor. The shrimp were fresh and tender, adding to the overall balance of the dish.
The Tom Yum soup was equally impressive—aromatic, tangy, and bursting with bold, citrusy flavors. The combination of lemongrass, lime, and chili created a comforting yet exciting dish.
Little Thai Kitchen delivered both quality and authentic flavors. Highly recommend this combo if you're looking for something flavorful and satisfying!"
First time at LTK! It’s a great lunch stop during the work week. It’s conveniently located by the train station. The lunch special Monday to Friday 11 am to 3 pm is a great deal. I ordered the steamed chicken dumplings and shrimp drunken noodles. They can customize the heat/spice level to your liking. If you haven’t gone, give them a try soon.
I recommend the Crispy Fried Tofu, Basil Eggplant and mee Grob. The chicken satay is so big, like big chicken tenders, the outside tasted like satay but the inside is bland. The fried spring rolls ate not good, the crispiness is the only thing it’s going for it. Basil Beef is good, i tried medium spice level and it wasn’t as spicy as I thought it would be but the dish barely tasted like basil, it tasted really good but not just basily. I am staying away from carbs so you can but everything tasted like it had sugar in it, which is common for Thai dishes but this is less sweet compared to other Thai restaurants I've tried before. Food is great, you just need to know what to order.
Little Thai kitchen, no little at all when it comes to food quality, taste and service. It’s the best in the neighborhood and a place you would want to go again and again.
Great place for vegetarians. Lots of varieties.
Most recommended from my visit: Thai iced tea, spring roll, Me Grob (with Tofu), pineapple fried rice, mango sticky rice and red Thai curry.
I can be fairly sure their other dishes are amazing too.
Portion size is good for one if you are very hungry. Else, two can share a meal besides the appetizers.
The Thai lady at the counter is very friendly and welcoming. She made the visit very warm.
This is the best Thai food in the area hands down- truly without question I've tried them all. You must try the Tom Kha soup it is one of the best I've ever had. The flavors pn all dishes I've had are exactly as they should be and delivery always on time. I also love the kind and helpful woman who answers the phone. Little things go a long way!
One pad Thai was completely drenched in vinegar, and the other was nothing but sugar. Awful taste for both. I don’t know what they’re doing to achieve this with the same dishes, but both were completely inedible.
Good service & great food. I enjoyed everything!
Top service

Love the people and food. My favorite restaurant in Darien! It’s like getting a nice cooked meal from family!
Little Thai makes the best Drunken Noodle! I always come here for the lunch special when I have the time. Thanet is the greatest!

This is my favorite lunch spot in town. Lunch special every time, red curry, dumplings or spring rolls. Amazing
This is a quaint cute stop for all our friends to hang out. Love the food, amazing service. Nice place to make new friends.
The service was amazing, and so was the food. Perfect for vegetarians. The veggie dumplings were great!
My fave Thai in CT.
They make it like I Iike it!
Great Food , Great Service !!!!
The best place to eat in Darien. Exceptionally friendly and diligent staff, a robust and affordable menu, and generous portions.
Their fried calamari is the best that I’ve had anywhere.
The food is fresh, and the service is quick. The staff is friendly. Best vegetables rolls. I would definitely recommend this cute place!
We are here multiple times a week!
Amazing place. Great food.
Everything here is so good! I recommend the Pad see ew or the Basil Eggplant. The service is awesome too!
The food is great and the staff are super cheerful. I always enjoy coming here even if it's just to grab a quick thai iced tea to go.
Environment is great, nice and neat, love the vibe there
Best restaurant in town! Great vegan options
Delicious dishes. Very tasty. Especially the the Penang curry with shrimp! We over ordered bc the portions turned out to be generous but we’re happy we got to take the extra home for a round 2 .We actually ate at the place l, which is small and simple, and seems to have more of a takeout operation, but the staff was very warm and friendly. We’ll be back!
The food is consistently wonderful and the staff is always welcoming and accommodating!
My favorite Thai restaurant in town. Always feel like home.
great food and great prices
My go to Thai restaurant!! Amazing food and the service is top notch! Highly recommend to all.
Always a pleasure to come to Little Thai Kitchen, my favorite place in town to go for food! :)
I’ve been coming to little Thai for about 2 years and it’s always a pleasure to served it such a kind atmosphere with delicious food to complete my work.

Best restaurant in town! Amazing service! Best food and vibe! Do it!!
Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, perfect for lunch!
Great food and staff is always friendly! Our go to is always the shaking beef and curry puffs. Their curries are also great. Honestly can’t go wrong with anything you order!
Hands down the best Thai food I’ve ever had! I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to come back.
A friend brought me after yoga down the street. Really friendly staff and nourishing food. Would recommend!
I went this restaurant with my wife we enjoyed food and service
Lovely staff and good food.
I love the food here. People here is so friendly. Highly recommened pad thai
Fabulous food!! My family loves their food and the Pad Thai is amazing
We’ve been coming here for years. Food is always good and the service attentive. A little gem in Darien
Great place to come with friends or to take out. Delicious food and friendly staff.
I love to come at least once a month with my friends. There is always enough to take home.
Love the chicken cashews!!!
Friendly service with authentic flavors that taste just like my favorite street market meals in Thailand
I highly recommend their pad Thai noodles, Thai fried rice for trafitional dish and also shsking beef and lime chilli chicken. Those are my favorites. They are so delicious. They have great lunch menus from Monday - Friday for $12.95. I highly recommend their Thai Ice Tea, very similar to a boba tea without the boba balls... I'll be back!
I wouldn't eat here, I saw one of the employees here hanging outside of the restaurant on numerous occasions with his hands down in his pants.
The food continues to be very good and consistent. You can tell they make it with a passion of cooking and delighting eaters!
Delicious and fresh food served in huge portions with exceptional staff. Very allergy friendly.
chili chicken is the best here!

Little Thai Kitchen in Darien, CT, offers a delightful culinary experience. Their iced tea is refreshingly satisfying, and the veg dumplings are a must-try for any visitor seeking flavor-packed delights. With attentive service and a cozy ambiance, it's a gem for Thai cuisine enthusiasts in the area.
This is some of the best Thai food in the area. They are also really good with handling allergies and dietary restrictions (gluten free). Their curries and pad Thai are delicious. The food is always fresh. The staff are very kind and appreciative of their customers.
More than 12 years have passed since I first visited the restaurant. Today the menu is fantastic, keeping the same amazing thai flavours.
Ordered delivery and the broccoli chicken was absolutely divine. The portion size was huge and there’s so much chicken. I've been looking for a tasty broccoli chicken at so many Thai restaurants and this one is 100% the best. I loved how they prepared it too, no breading just sautéed. It seems healthier than others (& more delicious!)
Ordered from Grubhub. Was fast and hot. I had the pad see ew which I thought was less flavorful than should be. Also at the upper limit of what to expect for price. I would consider looking somewhere else for Thai food although it's not a bad last resort.
Great food at a good price.
Not sure what everyone else is eating, but the pad Thai had zero flavor or seasoning and was dry. The pork dumplings seemed raw and mushy. Threw both of them out, probably the worst Thai food I’ve had.
Really delicious! I've had the same order here, Bedford Thai, and Little Buddha and it's the best out of the three. I ordered Tom Yum soup and Gang Ped Yang (spicy duck). They gave a nice portion of crispy duck and the curry was perfect. Great flavor for the soup.
Love LTK
Probably the worst Thai restaurant in CT. Food is poorly cooked, the waitress is totally unfriendly although the waiter was very nice. I will never go back to this Thai to eat.
Hot and fresh and great for a quick bite
VERY disappointing. Ordered 2 different rice dishes, both looked and tasted similarly. Mushy rice, bland tasting and entirely unappealing. Chicken satay was served as 2 full cutlets, not even sliced with small cup of peanut sauce. We threw most of it out. Would never consider returning.
Better off with real Chinese food and I don’t like spicy

Their food was not the greatest at all.
The lunch special is an AMAZING deal with a GREAT quantity of food! The service was spectacular. Highly recommend!!
This place has been so solid for years, every once in a while I’ll get a disappointing entree from them but most of the time it’s my favorite Thai in the area. Side note, I’ve had curry puffs from every Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to and none of them even come close to LTK’s. I order them every single time and always will, please never change them!
Tastes like real Thai food!
Love it ❤️
amazing food! best pad thai i have had, drunken noodles are great too
This place has declined in food quality.
Consistently great food!
Super friendly people, super tasty food. We got the red curry with beef and fried rice with beef, both delicious. Would highly recommend this place.
Food is no comparison to the Greenwich location. Problem with basil beef full of sand, and problem with an entire meal so salty it was inedible. Waste of money and time ordering here.
Good option for Thai food.
I’ve eaten here before and enjoyed my meal and the workers are really nice and was craving their food, but I’m not sure if it was because they were super busy and was rushing in the kitchen but there was hair in my food. MULTIPLE long and short strands at that. I thought it could have been something they cook with and it might come off as hair but no it was several strands on one side of the bowl, i truly was disturbed. I’ve ate here before and have had drunken noodles from multiple places and never saw anything that looked similar to it before, I also do not have black hair, so that’s what really confirmed it was hair to me. I couldn’t enjoy my meal and at that the little that I did have really upset my stomach the next day with the runs. I would have returned the plate for a refund but I was coming from far and was already gone by the time i started eating. I’m really upset I lost my money because it’s also pricey too. Please have those cooking wear hair nets. I waited about 40 minutes for my food, found hair in my food and have the runs after eating some…
My favorite Thai place in CT! The food is so delicious! There are great options for vegetarians! The veg soup and drunken noodles are so delicious.
My family loved it...and I have very picky kids. They want to come back for more. Try the Fish Choo Chee! Amazing.
Awesome little corner spot. Owners were very nice and food came out quick. Will definitely go back when I come back.
Take out or dine in. Great!
Looks very clean and organized. Staff are humble and honest.
Simple and delicious comfort food here.
Was craving Thai food so I thought I would give this place a try. Ordered delivery and everything came and looked really good. However, I should have known better from the reviews that this place is catered for the "american" taste. My god, I've never had drunken noodles taste soooo sweet in my entire life! What happened to the basil that was suppose to be cooked with it. Forget the basil why is everything so sweet.!!?? I mean come on if "americans" can't eat food with spices and herbs then maybe they shouldn't be eating Thai food and ruin it for others who miss and want some flavor in their food. What a waste of money and good.
They took my Uber order, couldn’t prepare it because they were too busy. Instead of canceling they hit ready to pickup so 4 different drivers went there and canceled because it wasn’t ready.
I had to cancel from my end 2 hours later and got charged cancellation fees. They turned their app off and also their phone.
Their food is descent, but this experience was very frustrating.
Taste good, and they made food as per our criteria
Great weekday lunch special!
Best Thai food around Stamford..and they can make it spicy too..love the Red curry
Great service and food . I come here a lot as a regular customer.
Excellent, fresh Thai food. Nice people. Very casual environment.
Love Thai food and will usually choose it. But what they make here leave me no choice by to keep coming back here again and again.
Excellent. The Woon Sen Soup was the best I've ever had. Steamed Ginger Fish, very, very good. Fresh ingredients, Food arrived Hot & on time. And I live in Stamford. Food was prepared to my instructions. I appreciate that.
I love their food and they are so appreciative of the business!
Outstanding service! Excellent food and price!! Couldn’t ask for anything better than this! Really happy!
Finally found an amazing Thai restaurant in this area! Minced chicken is unique and tasty - served with lettuce for build-it-yourself Thai lettuce tacos. Lunch special set is a great deal both quality and quantity - spicy has a nice kick! The charred eggplant in the curries were such a nice touch and elevated the dish.
We were visiting from out of town and found this amazing gem! It is in fact very tiny, only seating maybe 20 people but the food was amazing as well as the staff!
I got delivery from LTK for the first time tonight, and it was delicious! I ordered the Drunken Noodles, spicy and flavorful, and the Sweet and Sour Chicken, sweet and full of chicken! Delivery was on time via Uber Eats. Can't wait to try more dishes!
This place is legit. I love their lettuce wraps with larb, their veggie spring rolls and I could drink their peanut sauce with a straw. That good! I’ve never eaten in, but only because they nail their take out. Also, a quick pickup when jumping off the train. The only issue is parking…which I can deal with.
Their Red Curry is GOOD.
Excellent! Every time I go or order it is delicious and special. Very good seasoning… At the restaurant the service is impeccable
Good food. Fresh. We will be back
Excellent food and service
Very good
Delicious food and friendly service. 1hr away from us but definitely worth the drive. can’t wait to go back!
Favorite Thai place here in CT. Beef Basil is the best!
This is a great restaurant that offers, way above "the standard" with a brilliant selection of varieties of Thai food on the menu. Great service also.
Quality food with great prices !
very good food.
Excellent value for the lunch menu!
Food is fresh and made w wholesome ingredients. Really good meals here.
Lived in Darien my whole life but moved recently moved. Got take out today and the owner remembered me by my face! So sweet.
I got two apps, two mains and a coconut water and the bill was only $41. Insanely cheap, but also very delicious and good quality food for the price. The people who worked there were very nice. It was very busy. I recommend it. I just stopped by for some vegan options while passing through town.
We love this place! Great food service and so hospitable. Every thing is great. Be sure to try Summer Shrimp rolls, thai fried rice!
Great food! Super nice manager
The best duck salad! I personally love this place. All dishes are incredible delicious! Highly recommended.
Wonderful food
Great takeout service, fresh ingredients -- love LTK!
The staff was very friendly and the food is amazing!!! I definitely recommend.
I used to frequent this place in 2015 when I was interning in Darien. This place is amazing - super delicious, authentic, not expensive and have high quality. Their food is not overly sweet like some other Thai places. The lunch special is definitely a bargain. I love spicy food. My favorite dishes includes Duck Ga Prow, Basil Dish, Thai Mined Chicken, Drunken noodles. I visit this place whenever possible as I pass by this area. Highly recommended to try if you like authentic Thai food.
Food was delicious and the service was good
Their pad thai is out of this world. I'll drive 40 minutes just for that.
Good thai restaurant
If you wonderful food!
Marvelous! The food is great! I’ve never had such good noodles anywhere especially the drunken noodles. Fantastic!
Excellent service very tasty and the price is just right!! Their portions are also great.
This place is cool, classy, affordable, and the service is great. If you don’t want to eat in, it’s great for takeout too
Best Thai in the area
