Which is beautifully presented and was nicely delivered by the one person who was holding down the fort. The bartender! My son wanted to have more food and I was looking to place an order after our initial meal, but there was no one around. The person who took our first order was gone. There was a young lady near, behind the "coffee bar" doing I don't know what, maybe preparing to go orders. So I told her I'd like to place an order. She said someone would be right there. There was another young lady with her. Neither took our order. I waited for a long while and my son began to snack on my food so I asked her to please take my order. She raised her arms and shrugged, said, well, I'm busy. And did nothing more. I'm busy. You should not employ entitled immature people!! It's unacceptable!! Then I got up and walked to the other room, up to the bar, and asked the overwhelmed bartender to place an order. One single order because my son was still hungry. She brought it out and I had to walk my check to her to pay. We waited a long time to see anyone, no one attending to any of the tables, including a family of 6. You can overcharge for your presentation but it's not ever going to make up for such conduct that a customer is not able to order!

Great little spot for lunch. The outside seating atmosphere was pleasant and the food was delicious. I found the wait service to be unnecessary as it would’ve been easier to order at the counter and have the food come out. We had sushi and a wrap which were both delicious. Will definitely be back to try the açaí bows and smoothies.

Had a date night with my wife for the first time in this place, and we enjoyed our food. We went back to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday, and they find the food amazing as well! The place is nice, it's worth it!

Very tasty food and friendly service. The rolls were tasty and filling. The Tuna Hawaiian Roll and Vegetable Shrimp Tempura Roll were especially great. The escolar sashimi was a little watery - could have stood to be patted dry a bit more, but overall, great meal, and I'd eat here again.

There pineapple chicken fried rice is a must as well as their sushi. They are super clean and affordable. Staff are very pleasant and friendly.

Cool place to hang out...needs a late night

This location is in a unique area. If you live in South West Palm Beach, Lake Clarke, Palm Springs, or North Lake Worth Beach it is very convenient. Not too many places to choose from in this area. I love there shrimp tempura roll. Parking is easy.

Bento box and pad thai were very good!

We order drinks and a dinner I order a scotch on the rocks when the bill came they charge me $24 for 2 scotch and $2 FOR THE ICE….next time I Will order the scotch no ice and a glass of water with ice.

This place is just awesome. Very unassuming spot but really really good and Dawn and Ashley were awesome.

The sushi here is wonderful! My friend was in the mood for sushi but I was not. I ordered the Pad Thai and I was not impressed with the flavor it was too sweet and I didn’t taste the slight peanut flavor I have come to love. One thing I did really like about it was the vegetables in the veggie one. The prices were a bit high but that’s how things are these days. 5 stars because I’m not going to take away a star over one dish. Everything else I have eaten here has been delicious.

Just got my order. Spent $70 to get few rolls with cold tempura shrimps. Never received a text message, but arrived on scheduled pick up time for my order that was ready on the counter there. Not ordering from you again "thank you" Vanessa V(name on the receipt) for taking a "good" care of my order.

Nice place. I went here because of the fresh sushi reviews, and was not disappointed at all! I think it's the freshest tuna I've ever had! Thanks for a great dinner.

The Dragon and Mexican rolls were awesome but the Tom Kha Chicken soup was even better!!

It's my favorite place to have sushi. All the locations are awesome .

First off your prices are outrageous for everything. Your bartender is assuming! I bought a $13.00 drink which was 90 percent ice, gave her a $20 bill and she asked if I needed change. Well HELL yeah I need change and want all my change. She gave me back $5 and a one dollar bill, well where TF is the coin change!! Didn't get it nor did she get a tip. Never asked how I liked the drink and her bar was soaking dripping wet. So then I go to the counter to pick up my food order and ask to speak to a manager and she says there's no manager on duty. Ha ha you got me F'd up! Never will return. Go someplace else folks.

It was the best and freshest sushi 🍣 I've ever had! The service was awesome, large Menu and great cocktail drinks and delicious. They also have great wine as well! Best place for sushi 🍣 in town!!!

Really cute spot. I always pass by it but never visited because of its location (doesn't seem appealing). However the food was good, service was good and the atmosphere was so saavy and modern. I went during lunch and it quite empty. I can only imagine the crowd in the evenings.

Terrible and distasteful service from Vanessa. I ended up getting a refund, so I can take my hard earned money elsewhere. They had no food available so I decided to just get hot sake. Apparently getting the sake hot was too much of a task for her. I had to leave. She didn't apologize or acknowledge bringing out a wet bottle to my table, she wouldn't even look my way when I asked her for napkins to wipe off the wet bottle she brought me then instead of apologizing and trying to problem solve, she tried to blame the machine. I'll never know how good the food is because I will never return, not even to use the bathroom.

If the owner wants to know what it's like to have a server that represents the company well and provides exceptional service to EVERYONE, you better pray cause Vanessa isn't the one. She's a liability for your company.

I ordered a salad online and the total came to twenty four dollars. I picked it up, and when I got back to work I realized they did not give me any dressing. There was no place to select dressing online, but they normally just give it to you with the salad. When I called the establishment they said that I should have requested it. So I paid that much money for a dry salad.

I like this place and it is very convenient for me as I work across the street but the lady that take order there she always has an actitud and she don’t take the order good I’m sorry I waiting for 2 order and she only did one , so I m very unsatisfied with your service, they needs to understand that this is a service and in order not loose costumer you need to be nice with clients because you exit as bussiness for your costumer!

Food was great, however, the woman answering the phone (the bigger one, not the smaller nice one) could not tell me what was in the tuna handroll or the spicy salmon roll. After placing an order with my requested add ins through the website at 6:45pm she called and I had to rephrase my original question of "what is inside the handroll aside from the tuna. She then proceeded to say she didn't understand and I asked if it had rice or cucumbers included in it already and she had NO CLUE. Arrived to pick up my order 25 minutes later (two simple handrolls) and the other woman working had to check not once BUT TWICE, after standing there for an additional 10 minutes. The chef had not even received the order. Im not sure if the large girl answering the phone just wanted to act like a b**** or if I had actually insulted her ego by simply asking what a menu item has included in it. Dissatisfied by initial customer service by the woman who answered the phone and the amount of time it took to make 2 regular handrolls. It clearly isn't the chefs fault nor the nice brown haired woman who went out of her way to help me as it had been almost 40 minutes. The manager needs to educate the big woman on menu items if she's going to answer the phones for guests and in addition to that ACTUALLY send the order to the chef, not be salty and have me wait 40 minutes because she's salty for realizing how ignorant she actually sounds. Chef 💯 nailed those rolls! And to the waitress who went out of her way to help me, thank you both!

NO EEL APPEAL!!! Came on a Friday night, maybe not the best since music was loud and lack of server ratio. Food was good, customer service has many improvements to be made however. Ordered Havana Roll amongst others... particularly this roll starts off with Eel listed as first ingredient but upon receiving dish it should have been absent from description since there was literally 5% eel in the roll. Which is fine but when asking about it and why so skimp the lead server or manager then starts to defend the portion ratios saying some mumbo jumbo about how 2 pieces go into it or whatever. Okay, she says she's gonna discount it whatever but she should have removed it from bill, all this of course if you want to please and have a returning patron. After that complaint she literally didn't ask us once more about our meal, despite lapping our table 8 times minimum. Not coming back google fam. Take your own chance.

Amazing appetizers and sushi, it’s definitely a staple place to visit while in WPB. Very spacious and well decorated. Not to mention the waitresses are fantastic!

I absolutely love sushi jo, the food is amazing, but my complains is the inconsistency in working hours, it feels like almost every time i go within the hours of operation, they are closed, the cashiers also seem to be upset and bothered that you are coming in.

Food is excellent and service is great! We have our favorite bar tender makes the experience even better! So friendly and very pleasant.

I never get sick eating out, And its crazy that 20 minutes after eating here I get sick and start getting a headache, and my mother 40 min later the same thing. if you encountered the same recently leave a review, probabily never coming back

beautiful place, with lots of safe parking, the local police also patrol and are local customers, this is my favorite place for sushi, very good drinks, a super friendly neighborhood crowd, I often run into people I known for year and meet people that know other people I know, bartenders are very professional and friendly

We arrived we stood for 2 minutes to be seated, employees were right there and passed by and not even a greeting or says someone is going to assist you, or you can sit wherever you want, there was no courtesy or friendliness as a first impression because it was our first time.
The pineapple fried rice very good, and enough portion for 2 people, the other was fried rice noodles for my taste very sweet, but not too bad and a good portion for two people. Yes, I recommend it, a very cozy place

I'm so sick and disgusted by the staff here. I come here sometimes for lunch because its close to my job and the girls up front have the most garbage attitude in any place in palm beach. Not only that but theres not one time they can make a smoothie right. Its always watery and tasteless. Unexpectedly very good. When I first got the menu, I read it and felt like "meh". Ordered the fried shrimp as a starter, they were amazing and came in a nice presentation plate. Then we got a couple sushi rolls and let me tell you the fish on it had like a seasoning or something that made them very tasty. My bf was impressed as well as we go to a lot of different sushi spots and menu here looked average. Will visit again probably at night since I noticed a Nice bar area.

This is our go-to sushi spot. We both love the happy hour and I was so impressed to find that they have a Japanese craft beer on the menu. The new bar area is very nice and outdoor seating area as well. Always on point with this Sushi Jo location!

Staff had hard time understanding me! Then they rolled their eyes at me for asking for Greek salad dressing to go with my Greek salad that $12.84, and I tipped so was more. I asked for glass of wine while waiting as I've always done, but had to sit at table and wait. I pray the salad is ok. I like the old crew that could speak English. Wine glass had lipstick encrusted around rim I had to clean it off. Never again!!

I saw the place couple times so I decided to finally try it out, they have a lounge and dining area, they have different operation hours, I went in, it wasn’t a hostess but I didn’t care much, I walked around the restaurant o figure out if I can sit by myself or see and server, I found one and she told to sit anywhere.

She was fast getting my drink, I put my food and I got it couple minutes later, it has a alright flavor, it didn’t feel that fresh but it was good, it seems a nice place, maybe I will come back but it is not one of couple first options.

It was to dark to take pictures, but I’m looking reviews a people like it, so maybe the dish that I asked wasn’t the one for the first time.

The worst service ever. We sat there for 20 minutes and no one even came to our table. The bar staff was looking at us the whole time and then looked away. It was as if they didn’t want to wait on us. I even asked them if they were open and they said yes and then still didn’t come to our table. We walked out and will not return. Plenty of other sushi restaurants around. Will check this one off the list for good.

Food was very good and taste great. The atmosphere is also very nice. They only have one waitress. And apparently that’s just the way they operate. It doesn’t make sense because she had about 10 tables. The food is very pricey but it’s also very good so you’ll have to take that into account.

Excellent food and atmosphere but very slow service. The food was excellent but they only had one waitress for the whole restaurant for lunch so service took over an hour and a half. Parking is limited.

I think the food here is yummy. However when I placed a call in order on two different occasions,I had to wait in line while they took walk ins before getting my order that had been sitting there ready for 13 minutes while I waited.

Went here because I wanted to eat healthier I got a lentil soup and some edamame to eat for lunch and nothing was cooked fresh everything was microwaved don’t recommend if you like healthy fresh food but the açai bowls are pretty good loved to go here until I saw with my own eyes them putting in a microwave. So if you like fresh food I would check before I order

I should buy stock in this place I go so frequently. I have lunch there at least 3 times a week. It's my go to fair a great healthy lunch without breaking the bank. The have the absolute best acai bowls I've ever tried and their sushi is amazing too. I highly recommend.
