Delicious food, great options for vegans too. I got the Pra Ram Long Song with tofu, and my boyfriend got the 3 meat pho. We also got spring rolls and the sauce was sweet and delicious! It’s a lot so I could only eat about half before I was full. My boyfriend enjoyed his food as well. Definitely recommend.
We found this place like a week ago and despite higher prices have ordered like 180$ in food in the last week... This times food was Not up to the other times standards. 🤷🏼♀️😳 My husbands food was very spicy first time so we went to mild and tonight there was ZERO spice and the flavor was also gone. 👎🏼 I'd really like the company to resolve this and I'll update this review!
I've ordered deliveryx2/takeoutx1 each time. It was clean the one time and nice ambiance so I gave them a 4.
So grateful for this place. The yellow curry was exactly what we didn’t know we needed late on Christmas Eve. Due to traveling, we arrived late and relieved to see only 2 places open, this being one of them. She happily took out to go order at 8:45pm after we apologized for coming in so close to closing and on a holiday. The lady working let us have our drinks while we sat and waited, even refilled them. Very kind and quality ingredients. Better yellow curry than we’ve been able to find in Denver. An authentic surprise in Montrose worth checking out!

I’m not a person to usually write a feedback about any unpleasant experience. But trust me when I say this was my worst of all. I would not complain about the food - because I did not even feel like tasting it due to the hospitality we received. We waited at the door for 10 mins hoping to be called upon for seating. Although the lady saw us standing, she walked in leaving us - no complain here, thought they could be busy (although there’s hardly two tables that are seated and rest all are empty) . Later we walked up to the billing area in the center and waved at her. She came asking what we needed with an unpleasant tone and once we asked for a table she showed us where to sit. We were just discussing what to order but she came in quickly slamming few water glasses on to the table and left in a rush. That was alarming and we had no idea what was happening ! She was greeting the other table leave happily wishing them ‘Happy New year Mam’ and sending off - happy for the other table.
This is where we thought we might be thinking too much into this and waited for our order. Then came my all time favorite ‘Thai tea’ - this is my go to drink in a Thai restaurant - and the ‘crab Rangoon’. Thai tea felt too bitter for me so waited to request if they could help add more milk to it. When we saw her pass by I called out for her with no response, then my friend called out ‘excuse me’ before she crossed our table and she yelled ‘SAY THAT AGAIN’ ! I was surprised and asked her if she could add extra milk and she said ‘it already has milk in it’ I simply asked her if she could add some more with a smile’ and she grabbed the glass and yelled back at my friend ‘don’t raise your voice at me’ . Man this is where we could see a clear difference in how she is treating us. She came back with the glass and my friend tried to clear out the air as a final attempt and said ‘sorry I had no intention of doing that, and I would never raise my voice’ for which she snapped - ‘ that is how you came out to me’ and left before we could even respond !
And none of us could take another bite of our food after this bitter experience when she was clearly discriminating and ruining our night. We had no intention of making a fuss but left the table quietly and walked up to the billing and asked her for the bill (our food did not even come out to the table completely for what we ordered ). She did not even ask why we are leaving or if any issue but simply gave us bill - which I was prepared to pay and did. I asked her what was wrong and why she would behave this way for which she said there was nothing wrong and left us standing
First, you'll see the signs plastered on all windows that they don't have lunch specials (see pic). We came for dinner. Ordered appetizers and entrees at the same time. Appetizers came out first, then five minutes later, the entrees came out. No big deal. Husband got sweet and sour chicken. He said it tasted too fishy, but he was so hungry he ate most of it. Helped that it comes with rice. I ordered Thai spring rolls. Very good. Then got Thai Fried Rice with chicken. That was also good, but would have liked more chicken in the dish. Won Ton soup comes with thick, delicious won tons. They were filled with pork. Service was great when we got there because we were the only ones in the restaurant, but soon more people started dining in. Soon there were six parties being taken care of by one woman. Service got a little slow then, but it wasn't terrible. Being from out of state, we didn't know that they charge 9.33% food tax and 7.95% alcohol tax. Regular sales tax here is 8.53%, less than food tax. Weird. So I guess expect that at all restaurants. Overall, it was a good dinner.

Great selection and tasty food!
Great authentic Thai cuisine. Staff very eager to please. Love the after dinner mints also. 😉
Everything on the menu is delicious, great service nice people. Try it today!

*** It was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. The service was the worst, and the woman who served the food acted in the worst manner. Going to this restaurant is a waste of time, and I would not suggest it to anyone and this is my first review in my entire life ***
The service lady never smiled to us and we went 3 people and the same lady with other customers she smiled and interacted like anything and felt racism in the restaurant .
Worst experience with the service lady , I have asked her to add some milk in the Thai iced tea as it was super strong , she said don’t raise your voice .
Immediately we didn’t eat any food paid the money without eating anything , she happily took the money . She doesn’t even have any shy feeling like she bothered the customer .
If the people like this if they maintain the restaurants and serve food means the restaurants need to shutdown immediately.
If owner sees this message , please give a strong warning to her and its worst experience for us . Our day got spoiled and went to other restaurant .
Worst restaurant I don’t recommend to anyone .

1st time had a terrible experiance, decided to give them a second chance so glad I did the food was very delicious 😋
Such good food, we each had pad Thai, great taste and good serving size. Their signature sushi roll….had me craving more! Probably one of the best rolls I’ve had. Definitely a place I would return to
I'm only giving one star because 0 os not an option. The absolute worst pho we have ever had! I couldn't even eat 4 bites. Service was lax and slow. Hire more waitstaff. I hope we don't get sick.
I have given this place several tries to get it right. Second to last time I sat for 30 min without anyone taking my order and no water so I got up and left.
The last time I ordered take out. The food was extremely overpriced. A small cup of soup and one sushi roll cost $37! They also charged my card for tip services I didn’t include. Not to mention the food wasn’t even that great. I will not be returning to this place.
The food was delicious. The service was friendly and efficient.

By the time the food was served, everything was toooo cold, salty, and bad. Very slow service, way under staffed for dinner. Pricey as well. Very disappointed 😢
Incredibly good food with real heat (if you want it!)
Excellent pho. Happy to find this place for a fresh and authentic dinner while visiting Montrose.
We had the beef pad Thai and the chicken ramen Thai to go. Absolutely phenomenal!! Would go back over and over!
How is it possible to make Asian food this bad? Simply inedible.
Always great food and service. I love the drunken noodles. And if you have a cold and can handle it, get the Thai hot. It will clear the sinuses.
Food was delicious and staff were friendly and inviting. Restaurant was quiet and clean.
We got there and were seated in just a few minutes. It was not particularly busy but it was obvious they are not staffed heavily. The lady who seemed to be the owner was very nice and good humored. We ordered and our food came in just a short time. There were A LOT of take out orders and ours was worked in between. The food was superb. We had Thai food. Pad Thai and Chicken with vegetables. Mild and medium spice. Over all it was a little pricey but the portions were good. Lots of big shrimp in the Pad Thai. It was well worth the price and the quality was outstanding. We have eaten Thai in probably 40 states over the years including San Francisco and Seattle which both have a big Thai- Asian population. This is about as good as I have had...
Really the best Thai/ Vietnamese food in the area! And absolutely wonderful service.
Great food, severely understaffed, service is slow, but they are doing their best with what they have.
This place deserves 0 stars. The food was disgusting the sauce had gone rancid. Took one bite and brought the plate back and told them I couldn’t eat this and they still tried to charge me for it. Disgusting.
food is not good, the service lady is not good. The price is high given the food and service. Do not recommend this restaurant.
The food was amazing. Pot stickers, sushi and garlic noodles with beef were all great. Service was a bit slow but not terrible. Seems they may have been a bit short staffed.
The food came quickly and tasted great. We had pot stickers, drunken noodles and a rainbow roll sushi, plus Thai and regular tea. Our server was very pleasant. She got busy so didn't come over for the check so we waited, then went up to the counter to pay. The floor under the table needed cleaning.
Delicious Thai menu, ramen, and sushi, too. The staff is awesome, I highly recommend this place.
I was excited to eat sushi! Sent in with my adult daughter. Atmosphere was depressing. While waiting for the waitress to seat us, I used the restroom. When I came out, the people that were waiting behind us were seated first. Unusual but I didn't say anything. We ordered 3 sushi dishes. It took 20+ minutes to return with the first roll order. Sushi was NOT fresh! Fresh enough, not to get sick. People seated after us were getting their food orders before we received the next 2 simple roll orders. Waitress never checked on us. The drink glasses were also dirty. Overpriced, terrible sushi. Bad service! Do not recommend at all! Don't eat their sushi!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. WE WAITED 2 HOURS FOR FOOD. SHE TRIED TO CHARGE ME $85 for two pad thais, wontons and sweet egg nigri. No drinks. When I asked her how she got to this number she said she didn't know how to run the machine. The lady was Maria. Incredibly disappointed.
I got the pho and a small percentage of the meet was edible. It was almost like it was all cartilage. The broth was good though.
No more lunch specials and prices went way up but there are new choices on the menu. None are Vietnamese and that's too bad.
Too expensive, slow and service was horrible.
Ordered the pad see ew, red curry, spring rolls and mango sticky rice to go. Everything was delicious, good portions, and had the multidimensional flavors I was looking for. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Will definitely be going back soon to try more dishes.
Great for vegans!
Waitress was very rude when asked for our drinks for the 3rd time. Asked when appetizer was delivered then again when meal was brought then went and asked her again at the counter. I could understand if they had been busy but only three tables were taken.
Best Thai restaurant in town. They are now serving sushi and it is top notch. You must try Chang's Thai and Japanese.
Really good Thai food. They were slammed and short staffed when we went on a Sunday evening, but it was great food and service.
We love Chang Thai! Everything we’re working out here, this is where we come! So much so, the staff always knows what we order. Every time, everything is so good!
Delicious Thai, Japanese and Vietnamese food
Friggin¹ Yummy
Glad I didn’t go off of the reviews because I almost decided not try this place out. I’ve had a lot of Thai food all over the States and would absolutely come back again. The food had fantastic flavor and spice, and our waitress was very sweet. Don’t let the reviews scare you off.
Was skeptical to try this place this place out because of the reviews, but so happy with the food! Definitely recommend!
The food is terrible (pho) - I haven’t had anything worse than this one in my life. Avoid this place…
不要点pho
好难吃
太咸了
Good food and atmosphere!
Excellent food and menu. Always a great experience.
Web site is worthless, overpriced anyway
The entire lost star is because of the new menu. Their Thai food is great. The rest, approach with caution. I had the ramen and it was so salty I could barely pick the items out and eat them. Enjoying the broth was impossible. I didn't even take leftovers home (and I never waste food).
Great place just ored some extra rice with your curry I am a rice monster , so I love it haven't had a single thing that is not great also if you order it Thai hot it will knock the old sinuses clear but I love hot so....
Great food. Best Thai in all of Colorado.
Great Thai food. I get the garlic noodles everytime. It's addicting and I've been back twice more. The staff is friendly and the service is good. The pot stickers we a little soggy but the taste was good. I will keep coming back for those noodles though! My wife gets the Pad Thai, which is also excellent.
Had a great experience! Really good sushi as well:).
Delicious food and gluten free option for those with thyroid issues
Very tasty Thai food. We’ll stop by again if we’re in the area!!
Good luck getting decent service
I love that place. Like there food there
I've eaten at quite a few Thai restaurants from coast to coast and this is really good.
Food was good. We ordered take out soup and a dish after a long drive enjoyed all of the food.
Dinner, absolutely delicious, love the place! Thai / Japanese / Chinese cuisine.
Lovely place, lovely food
Chicken in my dish was cold like they took it from the fridge. Twice it was heated and vegetables were okay. Peanut sauce was too sweet like it came out of a can. My whole dish was re-done and it was still not acceptable. I'm not a picky eater!
Noodles and Dumplings so good...:)
Clean, fast, and friendly. If you like spicy try the Thai spice.
We didn't get to taste the food. Their website stated that they are open until 3pm on Sunday. We arrived at 2:30 after being on the road on a very hot day. We were informed that they were closed for dining, but they would take a to go order. We declined because we did not want to eat in our vehicle in 100 degree weather
A few of my friends and I went here for dinner. The food was great. I felt sorry for our waitress. She was the only one there serving, and almost all the tables were full. She still kept a smile on her face and was bubly as ever. We will definitely go eat there again.
Good food. Usually just one server. They dropped their lunch menu. I usually don't pay dinner prices at lunch. The portions are big. I either share or plan a second meal. The sushi is expensive even for California roll.
The last few times I went in I did not see more than five tables occupied over the lunch hour.
Food was disgusting smelled rotten don't like to post bad but this was gross. People need to know
We got our order to go as we got in late. The yellow chicken curry was sooo good we practically drank it. Pai Thai was really good along with the basil fried rice! Can’t wait to order from here again!
Ordered takeout and it was delicious. Hot, spicy and flavorful! The interior was nice, open and inviting. Felt bad they only had one wait staff but she was on top of everything! Great place and great food!
The pho, was disgusting, it was not a Vietnamese meatball, but possibly an Italian meatball. The broth was bland watered down maybe, they have placed pho on there sign outside that generally would indicate a decent to excellent pho, I believe this to be false advertisement, especially when I am always looking for good pho.
Service was terrible. Waited 20 mins to be greeted and take the drink order. Thankfully, the food is amazing. Next time I will order take out
Menu changed, no more lunch specials, food had no flavor or spice. Service was terrible, price raised, smaller portions.
Food was excellent and the atmosphere was inviting. Our waitress was very kind and friendly
Delicious Tim Kah soup and Massaman Curry. Family owned local business with fresh ingredients.
Fast service, excellent food!
Nope. Nope, nope, nope. How can curry be so tasteless AND make you sick to your stomach? I'd rather drive to Ridgway, Ouray or GJ for a better Thai dining experience. Hard pass.
Excellent green curry.
36$ for 2 orders of lunch entrees, the amount of food was smaller then a kids size at other restaurants, the place inside was dirty, and staff has an attitude and is rude like they`re doing you a favor.. like you owe them money or something. Wont go there again. Greedy, mean, dirty place full of flies and unsanitary tables.
Pretty darn good! It is my sister's favorite place, so we went there before dropping her off at the airport. Service was good, not too busy, and delicious food!
Never had Thai food before. I was pleasantly surprised. Went on Christmas day. We walked in, and the host/bus had a huge smile on his face. They were running short staffed, but they were doing an outstanding job. The server was pleasant with a smile as well, even though she was super busy. It was, all in all, a great experience. I'd recommend.
The food is great 👍
Best restaurant on the Western Slope! Always delicious and the perfect amount of spices
Never sample Thai Food before . Wow , great food to enjoy . Appetizers were awesome . Both Wife and I enjoyed two different Entrees . We have expressed will definitely come back again and try their other different Appetizers and Entrees .
Delicious food.
We bought take out there today for the first time. Food was okay, but nothing special and the prices were extremely high compared to amount and taste of the food.
Won't likely go there again.
Food is about as good as any Thai I have had. The only problem is fighting off all the flys that buzz your table while you dine in.
Delicious food and great service!
This was our first time. Waitress was friendly. Food was served in timely manner. We had the spring rolls which I would love more of, those cane with a nice sweet chili sauce. We had the Tom Kha soup with chicken that was mild and the cilantro was good in it. The Massaman curry with chicken was good as well. That was served with rice. For dessert we had the deep fried cheesecake. I loved it.
Have to say there was a fly that wouldn’t go away! This has been the case in a lot of the restaurants in town.
There was relaxing music playing. Overall we had a great experience here and will be back.
the spring rolls were pre made not fresh. The pad thai was the poorest I have ever had. waitress did not even dare ask how our food was. my wife had a cashew dish which she said was poor. Very disappointed . Maybe hire thai chief!
Terrible food
Soup lukewarm noodles ordered spicy.... no spice. Curry with beef not good.
Very authentic tasty food 👍
The best Thai Food we have had since Thailand!!! I wish they were in the state we lived in. We had spring rolls. pad thai and green curry. Excellent!!! The portions were huge!
Their soup was not that good
Thai iced tea was the only good thing, but a bit too sweet. Red curry was rather salty. They brought out two pad thai noodles and when we told the lady we only ordered one she insisted quite firmly that we ordered two. She wouldn't take it back. A fly kept flying around the food. Hope there aren't flies in the kitchen.
Excellent food! Love the atmosphere! Service is great!
Some of the worst Thai food we have ever eaten, especially coming from two people that lived in Thailand for quite some time. The waitress/manager was very rude when we complained about one of the dishes and sent it back and she brought out what was essentially some Chinese dish. Flies were everywhere, and we continue to receive poor service until we left. Don't make the mistake that we did, find someplace else to eat.
Authentic, delicious Thai food. We've had the pad thai, mixed vegetables, spring rolls, and a couple of their curries -- All are yum (with large portions). Highly recommend when you're in the Montrose area.
Good food but there are a lot of flys
Unsanitary: the health department needs to visit this place, the flies are terrible!!! I hate to thing how many of them are on the food in the kitchen. They must leave a door open somewhere for there to be many flies that constantly swarm the customers and the food. The attitude of the waitress is also very poor along with her service. The food tasted good but I hope it doesn't make us sick, which is very likely. Obviously, I don't recommend this restaurant.
I gave two stars because of the issue of fighting flies. We literally had to swat the entire time we were eating, we ended up asking for boxes and took it home. The food was very good though. This was our first time and sadly even though the food was good, the fly issue will keep us from returning 😕
Delicious food! Great vegan options!!!
Good food. There was only one server but she was able to handle all customers adequately. I will be going back.
The bamboo shoots in the Drunken Noodle dish were spoiled and I got real sick the next day. Also no spice or flavor
Not for everyone, but if you're a Thai food fan this is the place to be. For the uninitiated, yellow curry beef is my personal favorite and it's very palatable for even the most picky eaters. Staff was prompt and efficient.
Good food, poor service, slightly dirty.
It’s fine
Big Meal
Menu item ordered: Pad Se Ew
Dairy Free/allergy menu available: No
Atmosphere: Busy and packed
Service: They were a bit slow because they were very busy
Pet friendly: No
Our favorite place for lunch
Amazing flavor and great options. Best drunken noodles I've ever had! Fried rice, soup, and veggie dishes were all excellent as well. Everyone was happy. Good service and easy parking too.
They were able to do some vegan options on request.
Rapid and kind service. The wonton soup, at the end of a long day skiing, was perfectly made and hit the spot.
Great place food was great. But we they had a large group come in and they were very noisy. We had to hurry up our food because it got so loud but all in all a great place would recommend it to anyone.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in town.
It has a great variety of amazing food, but it gets busy fast.
We ordered got our food and that was the last time the waitress was at our table. She did not come to ask if everything was okay or if we wanted refills on our drinks or anything else. The food has went downhill since they moved from Delta to the point that we will not be returning. There were 2 other couples dining at the time we were there and they were also unimpressed with the food and service.
DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN!!
Great food with a cool atmosphere and excellent service : )
Awesome food but service was a little slow but it was only one waitress. All in all it was a good experience and will return again soon
Outstanding !!!! VERY delicious, genuine flavor, fresh and spicy. Great price, environment, and very polite staff!!! What a magnificent Thai restaurant!
Very clean restaurant, the food was fresh and delicious, service was friendly!
The food was good & the service was too! I'll definitely drive the 50 miles again!
Really good pad Thai. Inexpensive and good portions.
Very friendly and the Thai Sesame Duck was one of the best I have ever had. Meat was very tender and the skin was crispy to perfection. So glad we went there.
Sooooo yummy and great prices!!!
We love their food!! It would be great if they could reopen their place in Delta!
This is one of my go to spots in Montrose. The service is always friendly and excellent, and the curries are flavorful and, one request, deliciously spicy. The drunken noodles are also very good. Friends who have joined me here to dine have all been very satisfied with their order, and the shared appetizers have been a hit.
Excellent Thai restaurant - food is fresh, tasty and authentically Thai. Better than Thai in New York. No exaggeration
Great service, environment, and food
Everything tasted off....... Pad Thai had little flavor, tasted as if from dirty wok and was inedible. Yum nua (beef salad) was soaked in soy sauce and didn't have the nice balance of salty and sour from fish sauce and lime juice it should have. "Shrimp soup" $1 more for a bowl than the other soups and had 2 shrimp. Disappointing.... Dining room not half full and long wait.
Delicious and awesome staff!
The food and service was really good. You must try their spring rolls!
Very good Thai dishes. Friendly staff.
Food was pretty good
So good! Their tofu is divine. Nice quiet place. Service was a little slower but we didn't mind on a relaxed day.
