I came here with my Girlfriend for dinner. We have been here many-many times and it never disappoints. The food is always great, the service is fast and pleasant. Their prices are relatively cheap compared to the area, the food is high quality and unique. The atmosphere is nice, but to get to their restrooms is tricky. It’s quite a maze due to the restaurant’s location being in a square building with many other businesses sharing the bathroom. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. They have been titled the best restaurant in Winter Haven.

An interesting mix of good and disappointing experience. The sizzling hot pot with prawns was very tasty, however, due to the fact that its served on a flame, the dish continued to kind of cook and the shrimp became rubbery. The sauce it was cooked in was excellent, plus it was spicy, which we loved! The chicken Pad Thai was disappointing, didn't stand out at all, didn't even taste any peanuts in it. The Crispy Haven was tasty, but the sauce with it was sweet. We requested for spicy sauce which made a huge difference.
The place was almost full at lunch time, but service was very slow. Had to go to the counter to ask for sauce, etc. Might go back to try other dishes.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was not busy. It is small but nice restaurant with enough seating for a small to moderate crowd. Their menu has all kinds of options for Thai food and they can be customized by spice and meat or no meat. We order a vegetable tempura appetizer that is perfect for two people, it was my first time having a tempura pineapple and it was delicious! I ordered a veggie dish with tofu and hubby got a spicy dish with beef.
The food was incredibly fresh and all of their sauces are superb! I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor of the sauces they used to cook with for each dish. We will be back again because I would really like to try some of their soups and salads. They look incredible.

Our favorite Thai place! The basil fried rice with chicken was delicious,generous portion! The fresh healthy rolls were so refreshing and they come with 2 yummy peanut sauces!!! I know, 2 not just 1!! The Garden delight with tofu was amazing, lightly crispy tofu with vegetables in a light brown sauce with a hint of sweetness yum! Will definitely keep ordering. I love this restaurant. The Pad Thai or Thai fried rice are two of my favorites. You have the option of meat for each dish. It’s a small restaurant loved by the locals, but I’ve never seen anyone have to wait. Service is quick and customers don’t hang around because they understand the seating situation. (That’s my best guess)

It is a beautiful restaurant and the staff was super nice but the food is quite underwhelming. Small portions, big prices, little to no flavor. This was my first time trying Thai food and it was okay but no where near delicious. I came with a party of 5 right at opening time. The coconut water was fresh and delicious, nice and sweet. That’s about all that I enjoyed. Even the diet coke was flat. The crab rangoons were good but literally no crab in them just tasted like fried cream cheese. I mean it’s imitation crab so why be so stingy with the crab. The fried wontons were so dry inside no one at our table finished them. I ordered Panang curry shrimp and the shrimp was literally spoiled, not an exaggeration it was spoiled. And I’m one of those people that literally cannot send a plate back at a restaurant. So I ate the veggies and rice only. No worries, there were only 4 shrimp on the plate anyways. The sauce however was flavorful. My husband on the other hand did send his back bc he ordered beef pad Thai and they brought him chicken. I looked at his plate and the portion size was equivalent to about a half package of ramen if you know what I mean. The kids ordered chicken pad Thai and chicken fried rice add scallops. One kid said the noodles in the pad Thai were chewy and flavorless but when you add the sauces they bring you during the meal it’s better. I kid you not, the fried rice was pale like plain white rice. No sauce no seasoning no flavor no color. The chicken was pale, the scallops blended into the rice everything on the plate was just white. Not a single one of us enjoyed our meal. $150 plus tip down the drain we left and got pizza across the street bc the kids were still complaining they were hungry. If the food was good I wouldn’t be disappointed about the high prices/small portions.

My husband and I ate food from here yet again. This time through Door Dash. It was perfect. The best flavors. We have Haven Soup, Danang, chicken satay and spring rolls. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted so very good! We've at in the restaurant before. It's decorated beautifully and the people are wonderful. I highly recommend this place to everyone. As a retired Chef, that's saying a lot!

We had the Param with peanut sauce - both were wonderful. We had the salads and they were excellent. The waiter was very personable and humorous. We Han an excellent dining experience.

I don't even know why I gave this place a two. If you want an extremely expensive dish for close to zero food then definitely ignore this comment. Shallowest box I ever seen.... I figured it would be full to the brim for 70 dollars.... Nope, about 1/3 full and the rice was like having rice from a rice steamer. The entree came in such a small box and I had to mix it with the bland rice to make a half a of a
dish. I also grabbed a pad Thai with mussels in it for a whopping 22 dollars before tax. That was 6 mussels that were overcooked and a bunch of Sriracha added in, in place of the fresh Thai chilies I asked for. I could've made a top ramen better then this, by far a disappointing place to visit, especially taking my significant other too. What an absolute joke.

The drunken noodles were disappointedly DRY! Drunken noodles I've had from other restaurants are ALWAYS moist... They had a good flavor, but very dry. The chicken dumplings were ALSO DRY. I'm so disappointed. Giving 3 stars is very generous.

The fried rice was just so sad. I thought 18 dollar fried rice would be amazing and filling….but it was so plain and in a half filled tiny container. :(

I have no idea how this place has over four stars. The drunken noodles and pad see ew were both made with the same rubbery noodles and had barely any sauce or flavor, even though there menu indicates one should be made with wider noodles, which is how every other Thai place I’ve been to makes their drunken noodles.

I had high hopes for this place based of others reviews. Unfortunately my experience fell short. Went to pick up my order and the lady who gave us the food was rude and unaware with her comments. I wanted to verify there was no egg on my fried rice as requested because I am vegan and this female blurts out “oh you’re one of those!” Followed up with I love cheeseburgers. You have got to be kidding me!!! I don’t advertise my lifestyle or need to explain my reason for it and definitely don’t need to defend myself from obnoxious close minded individuals. I don’t anyone for there choices are demean them so why in a food establishment would the customer service be this poor ?!?!
Not to mention the food (ordered that fried rice and spring rolls) fell short of any flavor.

Nothing authentic. It's just in a good area. You would be better off going to your local restaurant at a Plaza down the street. They use this pre frozen meat. Doesn't taste like they season the meat. They just add some mediocre sauce to hide the processed meat taste. I won't be returning. But that's my choice.

Dinned with a group of 12. Parking was simple with a free covered parking garage just a short block away.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Our group table was waiting and ready as we arrived.

I ordered Chicken Satay, Lemon grass soup, and Yellow curry.

The Chicken Satay as very tender and presented on skewers. Next to the skewers was a small fire grill, peanut sauce, and slightly sweet pickled veggies. Nice presentation and a very tasty appetizer!

Next the Lemon grass soup was more to the spicy side with a flavorful broth and mixed veggies. Yummy.

The highlight was the Yellow curry. I had chicken as the protein for the dish. Wonderful does not start to describe the incredible flavor. Savory sweet layers cascaded over my palate. Hands down this was the best dish i have had in many moons!

Will be back to explore the rest of the menu!

I ordered Thai Haven on a delivery order and ordered pad thai ,the food smelled straight like a old wash cloth or a strong mold smell . I called and the guy didn’t understand what I was saying he told me he couldn’t find my order to do anything about it . I just wanted to let people know that this entree smelled like absolute mold 😖

Delicious food, and fast service for take out. I'm new to Central Florida moving from South Florida. I had a great go-to Thai Restaurant when I lived in South Florida. When I moved to Central Florida, I did not think I was going to find a Thai Restaurant to top the Thai Restaurant I used to go to in South Florida. Low and behold I found Thai Haven while doing a google search. The reviews were great so I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did because the food was great. They have all of my favorite Thai dishes too. I order for pick up thru their App which is so easy to use. So now I can say I have a new favorite Thai Restaurant. I will be returning again and again to Thai Haven for sure.

I'm lucky to live nearby and it's difficult to not eat here every week. I've tried almost everything on the menu and it's all been great. My favorite dish is the yellow curry. And their haven soup is flavored so wonderfully. Staff are very friendly and the place is perfect to stop in for a chill meal.

The food has decreased in taste and in portions. Food is dry. Owner is rude. Don't waste your money. This used to be my favorite place to eat in winter haven but not anymore. The sushi restaurant next door is immaculate and you don’t have to deal with a rude owner

They were out of the fresh rolls, which made me think they were pre made, and the drunken noodles were dry, when I asked if they had a little more broth/ gravy to put on them he said that's the way they come and they didn't have any 🤔 but the picture on the menu clearly shows they are to be covered in a broth/gravy type of sauce and I've had them before at another Thai place and that's how they came, so I was not overly impressed.

Excellent food and service. My favorites are the Basil Bliss, Drunken noodle and lemongrass soup. Chicken dumplings for an appetizer. My husband loves the cashew nut and Chili Jam.

First time eating here and it was a little expensive which I didn’t mind as normal Thai food gives you big portions. However, this place gave tiny portions along with only 4 pieces of meat per dish. I got shrimp pad Thai and the shrimp was very dried out and the pad Thai was just spicy no real flavor to go along with the actual spice to the dish. Deff didn’t taste like authentic Thai food. But I got some crab rangoons that were very delicious.

This is the best Thai food in the area. I’ve been searching for an authentic Thai restaurant in the area and this place is legit. Food tastes amazing and the prices are fair especially during these times. If you love Thai food, you NEED to try this place!

They couldn't make several items that were on the menu. Got the Pad Thai instead which was just average.

I always enjoyed the food here. It is very fresh and I enjoy the flavors. The service is also good, and even though they were busy, they were able to turn us around quickly at lunch time. The restaurant is not very big, so some of the seating can be cramped and hard for me to get to with my wheelchair. However, they always are able to make room for me and help accommodate the chair.

Had a great experience here and will be coming back for more sometime soon. Their food taste amazing. Service was top notch too. 5 stars

Wasn't greeted or seated upon entering, but once we sat down the service was decent and the food was excellent! Easy vegan options which is a wonderful change of pace for the area.

So best to call if you're near the closing time. Recommend the chicken satay. It has great presentation and flavor. The coconut soup is also my go to. The curry is always a great choice. Spicy level 3 is where it starts getting interesting. The service is typical of an Asian restaurant. They move quickly and don't speak fluently but just a little patience pays off. Overall a nice spot when craving Thai.

It lacked freshness and quality. We had Pad Thai (mushy noodles) and Papaya salad (lacked flavor). Maybe there are under new ownership??

Ordered cashew chicken and basil fried rice and we are very impressed. The servers were busy and still managed to stay on top of things. We will be back again!

Been going to this place once a week for just over 2 years now. Food and service are fantastic, and I've tried many other Thai restaurants and so far, Thai Haven is tops.

I had such a special dinner here with my mom and sister last night! We ordered spring rolls that were crunchy and light, but they weren’t oily! My mom had a light coconut soup that filled her with joy. I was extremely happy with the chicken pineapple fried rice. Next time, I will make my order a little spicer, but overall for those who are not spice lovers, this plate is for you. If you’re going with a larger group, order the bottle of wine. I was hesitant to order the moscato because I prefer dryer wines, but it was crisp and mildly sweet, not overly sugary at all. At the end of the night, we learned that the white koi fish in the fish tank has been alive since the opening of the restaurant! Overall, I had a great time and I hope people find time for this hidden winter haven gem. Make sure you tip well because the service was 110%!
