Thank you for making us part of your family for all these years.
This is a really nice Thai restaurant. It is family owned and the taste is adapted to local’s flavor. I went for the Valentine’s promotion which was really worth it for the price. They didn’t limit it to only 2 people like many restaurants’ Valentine’s set. The chicken satay is really yummy and tender. The basil chicken rice and combination soup were very good. The papaya salad is a good rare item in the area. Totally recommend this place!
This is a awesome thai food restaurant to eat at. Price of the food is good and portions are good. This place is located in a shopping center with other eateries and stores. Parking is good. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The inside looks like a normal restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone to eat at. Happy hour is 3pm to 6pm.
Been coming here for years and it has not changed!!! The owner has always been so friendly, food has always been so good!!! Its just one of those places you have to go inside and eat it fresh!!! Excellent customer service, always check on us, asking us if we are okay, if we need anything. I love this place, i love coming here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Pad Thai, spicy fried rice, and any type of soup and your loving life, you share this with the spouse and you'll both be happy. Beef skewer appetizer is great too. Prices are also good compared to most other options.
My first introduction to Thai food was a friend from high school whose grandmother cooked authentic Thai cuisine. This food isn’t quite as good but comes closet from all the other Thai places I have eaten.
The best Thai food in town with Uncle Tim on site to greet you with a smile

Thank you for staying open a little pass 9pm. Thank you !!!
Great food
Walked in to order. Cashier was picking his nose. Got grossed out and walked out. Didn’t bother washing his hands.
I love this place

Excellent place if you love Thai food 😋 I been with this business forever. Highly recommended

BBQ chicken and ribs. To die for. So amazing sauce was amazing. Noodle dish. I want more.
It was dark and humid inside. Didn't like the curry, little serving of meat in it, and taste could've been better. Chicken was very dry. Crispy Pata was good. They don't check on the table, see if we're in need of water. I still give this a passing rating however. Could have been worse.
Love Uncle Tims...Been going to the owners restos for 40 years, even before he opened Uncle Tims...
Never disappoint...today, were bringing out of town visitors for a Sunday meal...
You guys need to try the Crispy Pata (Filipino dish) that Uncle Tim added to their menu several years back...share it with everyone...
Amazing food with an amazing host

Eating in is where it's at
Used to come here all of the time when I come to visit,
I don’t know what happened tonight definitely
Didn’t get the same quality as in the many times before.
I don’t want to discredit the place because it’s been good but tonight I found 3 pieces of hair in my yellow curry,
My scallops were raw on the other hand the Tom yum soup was okay but they forgot utensils and the side of rice.
Drove 30 mins to come here to get food so my family could eat, they said everything was in there been here so many times and we can’t even eat the food without utensils let alone any napkins.
Everywhere is closed so can’t even get rice or utensils to compensate.
Felt rushed when they made it sad to say
But good bye Uncle Tim’s.
If you hear make sure it’s for inside not to go.
Really sucks can’t enjoy our meal besides the soup.
They don’t have air conditioning and Tom Kha soup isn’t good
extremely depressing
Staff was super nice. Got a pad see ew to go, tasted great only thing was portions was a little smaller than other Thai places for the same price.
Super amazing yellow curry. Thai tea with boba did not disappoint. I love the staff and atmosphere. Came here on a date and just had to come back alone a second time! Love this place.
Great place to bring friends or family Delicious Thai food! Pineapple fried Rice my favorite. BBQ ribs good too
Thai food is deliciously wonderful, staff service is cheerful, polite, caring, GREAT! And portions are LARGE and reasonably prices. Atmosphere is charming. The best Thai food in 40 years. I plan my visits to friends with detours by uncle Tim's and he comes out the back to greet customers too. A winner all around!
Big portion, delicious food & uncle Tim was funny.
dope spot very decent prizes.
Used to absolutely LOVE this restaurant about 3 years ago. Now the portion sizes and quality are disappointing (prices have also increased). Shrimp pad Thai only had 5 shrimp and chicken pad Thai had very little chicken with added tofu (?). Was also up charged 0.50 for NO ice in Thai tea. Would always go here for a treat and recommend it to others, unfortunately that is no longer the case.
I was disappointed. The quality was not what I expected. The food wasn't terrible but just not what I was expecting as good quality Thai food. I ordered my food to go and both the young girl who took my order, as well as the older gentleman (owner?) were both wearing their masks, which I appreciated. An older woman sitting behind the counter, however, was NOT wearing her mask and she was sitting there, cutting cucumbers and chopping some onions. While I was sitting there waiting for my food, she sneezed several times over the uncovered vegetables she was handling. If I hadn't already paid for my food, I would have walked out. I threw out the cucumbers that were in the plate as soon as I got home. I THEN went back and read more reviews, and kicked myself for going there... need to find a new Thai food place...
People say you get what you pay for and I seen the prices where kind of high so I figured it's good quality and quantity good but was I wrong. Mongolian beef was nasty, meat tasted like it was past its throw out date,Beef Sate was cold and tasted sour. I wouldn't reccomend this spot to my family or friends.
Food is good but not worth the price. I know there's inflation but beef satay went up 5.00$ more. 19.00 for 6 skewers and rice is not the business.
So delicious! I got the Mongolian Beef on the lunch special and it was so delicious. They brought it out so fast, like within 15 minutes. It's a sit down restaurant too!
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE..
I wouldn't rate this place anything.. first and last time there such a weird experience..the food definitely low quality. When it was time to leave i asked for the bill. She brought me the check handed her my card in her hand. She then came back with the book and no card just the receipt of the charge. When I asked for my card she couldn't find it. Stood there for half an hour making sure they would find my card. Told them to look on the cameras and the man showed me he was looking at the video.. all I saw in the video was his back blocking the camera nothing was getting solved. Customers started asking what was it that we lost. We explain that they charged us but never brought back our card. He was in disbelief. They stopped looking for a bit and and my bf told him hey were not leaving until that card pops up. The man pulls out two more cards and says he has some from other customers that have left theirs behind. Told us we could come back and that he would look at the end of the night. We said no we're not going look for it. My boyfriend starts looking through their things to find it and finds a stack of cards. Him thinking they're business cards ended up being it was more customers cards. Idk what this place is into. Finally we said we were calling the police and then a cook comes from behind and says is it this one. My bf asked him were did you find it he said in the trash can. Never again are coming here and definitely never recommending this place. Beware.
Typical Thai restaurant. Friendly atmosphere, good food.
Gf and i had our new years eve dinner there owner was cool let us inside to sit down to eat even though they were closing up waiting to get their last togo oick up orders outso they could be home to will be back ro eat again soon
Recommend getting the Pata!
Food is cooked to order. Taste is consistently delicious. Prices are reasonable. Portion size a bit small but very tasty. One of my favorite Thai food places.
ordered a thai tea and two sticky rice with mango and was charged $23.00. The sticky rice was about 4.00, but I was charged $9.00 for each sticky rice. They said they went up, but I don't think they went up $5.00 for a small portion of sticky rice w/mango. It's not worth the price for a small portion. 1 entrée cost $9.00. I think they are trying to make up for what they lost during covid. They are not loyal to their customers, they are cheating their customers. They don't give receipts unless you pay with card. That is a good way to lose customers. They lost me as a customer. I found another thai restaurant. Nearby.
So good and pretty cheap for the food! Try it
Actually would rate as a solid 4.5 for all around food and service. Great selection and very good portions. Friendly and attentive service. Am glad I finally tried this place and am definitely going back soon to try more tasty items.
Best foreign lavor for my mouth!
GARBAGE 🗑 crispy wontons are as crispy and thin as a Dorrito. The menu claims to have veggie and pork in wonton. It only contained a cherrio size piece of Jerky. Very disappointing. Mongolian beef was such a small portion considering how expensive it is and isn't even high quality beef. Larb chicken was dry. Pad see ew was tagged as most popular and I see why it was the cheapest in price on menu and actually only decent thing I ordered. I would have went to pick up sticks if I wanted bad Thai food.
Yikes. Bad experience. Although in the midst of a pandemic with signage stating masks are required lone customer next to checkout maskless and staff person with mask hanging below neck. Grr. Additionally. Chicken Pad Thai was tasteless and worst I've ever had. Oh yes. " Wheres the Chicken" A piece or two.. Not going back
This place is over priced for the low quality of Thai food there making!!! I bought two dishes for $25 and it was a waste of money and I was Soo disappointed!!! I bought a chicken satay plate with fried rice the chicken was burned and didn't have a good taste of it and the
"shrimp fried rice" it was not fried rice and they just added two pieces of shrimp on top!! And I got them Mongolian beef plate with fried rice there was like five pieces of meat in there and they were so tiny just mixed around with a lot of vegetables it was not appetizing at all and the rice was super dry and when I asked for extra sauces the girl kind of gave me a hard time I've eaten in a lot of Thai restaurants and this one I just wouldn't recommend!!
Excelente Thai food
好
Possibly the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. Tasteless- pad Thai had no onions or bean sprouts, peanuts were old. Fried wontons were burnt. Took it back, won’t give me my money back. Got fried rice instead-same tasteless. Lost $20. Never going back.
Good food
Great food but no indoor dining everywhere is open and not them
Go here often and have been doing so for years now. Owner and his family are awesome people, they know us well, love my kids, and seem to always remember what we like or may feel like eating. No bad dishes on the menu that I have tried. And I think I have tried nearly every dish there is. I love papaya salad, black pepper shrimp/ribs/salmon. Lunch plates and dinner plates are they way to go if you want a deal. Love these guys!
Their crispy pata is sooo good...crunchhy. cheaper than any restaurant i used to buy it from. Good size too
Food is great and prices are good, friendly as well
I love this place! I’ve been going to uncle Tim for Thai food since I was a little boy. The food here is amazing! You definitely have to try it.
They failed me . =[ portions were not even for one person. Shrimp chow main had more veggies than noodles. Rice has no flavor whatsoever. Pad see ew had 5 pieces of broccoli. I was better off getting Chinese food. This didn’t serve 4 people. Can’t believe this. Did I order half portions ??? If so tell me next time!!
I ordered the Larb one of my favorite Thai salads. It was tasteless, dry and served with lettuce instead of cabbage. I had about 4 tablespoons of Larb and 3/4 container of lettuce. I will never go back. I usually go to Cozy Thai or Sanamluang but was in West Covina and wanted to try, bad mistake
Great costumer service
A little expensive for what you get....
Pad See Ew is insanely great!
Very disappointed
Came on a Friday night. The food here is amazing. The plate was called Spicy Basil? But it was my favorite. although every plate that came was great. The staff was the cherry on top. Very attentive and accommodating. Also Forgot my take out box n they RAN out to make sure I didn't forget it. Will come back for sure!
Curry and chicken or beef sticks with peanut sauce.
Good taste, not s lot of ambiance, good priced
Best Thai chicken barbecue.
This place pretty decent quiet clean foods are great and reasonable price my FAV here is the bbq chichen & their Pad thai.
No white meat chicken. How dare they.
Love their crispy pata!
Been coming here for over 7 years, best pad thai!
pretty good
The Pad See Ew was way too sweet and was lacking the smokey flavor. The fried rice was bland and way too dry.
Great food, wish the portions were larger but overall excellent place
Chicken barbeque was excellent!
Quality has improved and is getting better! For awhile I had to stop going there because the quality of the food was lacking. Spare ribs were skimp and chicken was dry. But lately it's becoming how I remember the food from back in the days.
Great vegetarian menu :3
I love this place. I have been going here for years and I keep coming back.
Ok food. Not very friendly
The staff was very friendly. Food was excellent. Highly recommended!
Food excellent Thai food

Its JUST OK....
Amazing flavors and great service. First-time here and it's not going to be the last.
Great Food
Sucks
Distinct flavors that are all their own!Favorite place to eat anything Curry! Family style variety of dishes meant to share! Thai iced tea is a favorite and only beverage of choice. Try some in or order out!
Excellent Thai food.
Uncle Tim is real and a great guy!! Thanks for the delicious yellow curry 🤤
Tasty and Delicious
I know there's many Thai restaurants around, but this has to be one of the best one's around. I enjoy the dinner/lunch plates they offer and the portion size. It is not affiliated with a chain, but a bonafide mom & pop Thai restaurant!! Highly recommend!!!
Owner is really nice, great food
Love Uncle Tims been going there since they opened a few years back they have the best barbecue chicken and fried rice that's their signature plate you have to try
Food is ok, not real authentic Thai food
Good selection, service and staff
Great place! Comfortable and very friendly comfortable service. Food was great and portion was decent. I got ribs and shrimp fried rice my bf got wonton soup we shared everything and it filled us up!
Love the food here the Spicy Kee Mia is one of many delicious dishes. A must try!
Love the owner is very Cool and Friendly
Always have good food especially his chicken barbeque with rice.
The Pad Thai here should be considered a CRIME!!
First time coming here and we will make this a regular stop. Our food was great.
Very good good and excelent service, owner greet you 😁
Delicious food. Clean dining space.
Great place for thai food! The thai bbq is good with the tangy sweet sauce on the side.
The a/c wasn't working when I went. But the food was totally worth dining in.
Great food & I can have a beer to wash it down! Next step for me to give a 6 star is add an IPA or 2 as an option hahaha
This is one of our favorite Thai restaurants to go to. We've known Tim (owner) for a long time now, he's a very friendly guy and remember faces well. Our favorite dish is the garlic pepper short ribs, can't stop thinking about it. I even order and additional dish of it for my next day lunch. Being Filipino, they offer "Crispy Pata," a deep fried pork dish that is common in the Filipino culture. The other authentic thai dishes are delicious as well. The restaurant is nice and big with plenty of parking. The patrons seem to be regulars who bring in their family to celebrate something, as well as pick up orders for take out meals. I highly recommend this place and you will not be disappointed.
More people should go there honestly. Great food and great price for what you get
