This restaurant is amazing! The basil fried rice with a combination of meats was superb. If you are a lover of yellow curry, indulge in the curry fried rice with a combination of meat. A refreshing glass of lemon grass tea will compliment your meal. All of the desserts were enjoyably divine.
We’re from out of town where there isn’t one good Thai restaurant so anytime we’re in Dallas we eat here. Fresh food, great taste and ingredients. I’m always amazed at how quick they bring out food with a such a small but friendly staff. We went during the lunch rush and the restaurant was packed. We received our food in about 10 minutes and it was fantastic! Great job.
Great atmosphere, hearty food, comfy pricing. Had the drunken noodles with beef, and it was a great time. The vibe is neighborly, with no thumping bass line, or thronging at dinnertime. Whether you do takeout or sit down, grab a menu and glue it to the fridge door.
My wife and I came in for the first time during lunch hour. The staff was welcoming. The food was good, not spectacular, but good. Worth the experience. The staff was very attentive to all customers. The food came out hot and delicious. I would definitely come back whenever I'm in the area. An added bonus, they offered rice porridge at no cost, before your entrée.
Came for dinner with some friends. They all three had pad kee mao while I had the roasted duck noodle soup. My friends all cleaned their plates. My soup was pretty good. The portion of noodles, bok choy, and duck was filling for me. Place is clean and service was great and they had a steady stream of customers. It is BYOB so make sure to bring a bottle of wine 😊
Great service and amazing food!
was looking for a peaceful lunch spot with quick service and this was the perfect place! will definitely be back 😊
Food was tasty, but portions for to go are abysmally small for the price. I don't recommend to go.

Great food and big portion. Love the options of what I can add like veggies and protein. Good spice level.
Good food for.great price

The lunch is a fantastic deal

Always delicious, one of the better options in a competitive area 🤙🏽
My favorite restaurant in Dallas! This place is a hidden gem. Absolutely amazing food!!
I love the service, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. My favorite Thai restaurant!
I highly recommend the lunch specials, very fast very, tasty reasonable price, good portion. The mango lemonade is also really good. I will definitely come back to try some of the other options.
Great local restaurant.
Pad see ew was great
We ordered Pad See Eew and curry fried rice. Both are really good! The restaurant is cute and the staff is friendly. 5 stars!!!
My daughter and I ate here while in Dallas, Texas for a convention. The hotel we were staying highly recommended this restaurant. It was an excellent recommendation. The cost was reasonable, the service was good and the atmosphere was comfortable . News flash , if you want alcohol, they have a BYOB policy, I was not aware . Different take , not a bad I deal. You can pour as much as you want in a glass without being charged as much as you would pay for a bottle or more. Definitely, would go back when in Dallas.
Don’t sleep on this place. The best food. No hyperbole.
Good food and ambience.
First time here, WOW, plates are big, food is delicious. This place is a hidden gem and I don't say that a lot. Great place for business meetings, or date night. Great for one or group. Nice and quiet of a gem.
Delicious! I recommend the Lemongrass platter as an appetizer to share. Everything was hot, fresh and beautifully presented.
Here's a case of a bad business brand. I decided to have a lovely Friday evening date at Lemongrass Thai Eatery on the recommendation of a friend. Arrived at 8:25 PM and was greeted by the host. She smugly said they close at 9:00 PM and if we wanted to get something to go, that would be our only option. So my date and I left and ate at Sabor across the parking lot -- who closed at 9:00 PM too, but gladly welcomed us inside. Conclusion: Figure out what time is the latest that you would allow customers to dine in and turn off your neon "OPEN" sign. I'll never return to Lemongrass Thai Eatery. Embarrassingly, the friend who recommended it isn't going to return there either.
Love this place. Authentic Thai food. Great service fabulous flavors. This place never disappoints!
The lunch menu is packed with goodness for a good price. I love their curries and friends like the other dishes
Our go to Thai place - has the best curry around. We’ve tried a few. The service is great as well! Highly recommend
What a beautiful hidden gem. Everything about this place was welcoming. I ordered a lemongrass salad and crab fried rice. The restaurant is byob so that’s cool. I’ll definitely be back and I’m bringing friends with me.
Lemongrass Thai Eatery is an absolute gem in the culinary landscape! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by an atmosphere of cleanliness and care, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
The service at Lemongrass is nothing short of exemplary, with staff members who effortlessly blend professionalism with warmth, making you feel like a cherished guest rather than just a patron.
Now, let's talk about the appetizers. The curry puffs and crispy egg rolls are not just appetizers; they're a journey to flavor paradise! Each bite is a symphony of textures and tastes, leaving you craving for more. It's like a culinary adventure wrapped in a crispy shell, with flavors that dance on your palate like a well-choreographed performance.
And then there's the Citrus Beef, a true masterpiece of the culinary arts. Tender slices of beef bathed in a tangy citrus sauce that's both refreshing and deeply satisfying. It's a dish that not only delights the taste buds but also leaves you marveling at the chef's skill in balancing flavors.
But wait, there's more! The Drunken Noodles at Lemongrass Thai Eatery hit all the right notes. Each strand of noodle is infused with the perfect amount of savory sauce, packing a punch of flavor that's both comforting and exhilarating. It's the kind of dish that warms your soul and leaves you longing for just one more bite.
In conclusion, Lemongrass Thai Eatery is a culinary oasis where cleanliness, top-notch service, and outstanding flavors converge to create an experience that's nothing short of magical. Whether you're a Thai food enthusiast or just looking for an exceptional dining experience, this is the place to be. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
Best in this area.
Great Thai food to eat if you like spicy get level 5.
The waitresses were so nice and bye the food was delicious 10/10 would recommend
It’s hard to find a really good Thai place. We loved everything we ate. Get the taro pudding for dessert too- highly recommended. I wish I took pictures of everything. The pad kee mao, volcano seafood, and Tom yum rice were all delicious. Service was great as well! We will be back!

Excellent Authentic Thai
The food is excellent, friendly service. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere
I come here for dine in or take out at least once a week since I discovered Lemongrass Thai over a year ago! The food is consistently good and the staff is always very friendly. As someone with a very sensitive stomach, who also loves pad Thai, this place doesn’t upset my stomach!! It’s not too oily and the food is simply perfection. I highly recommend the pad Thai, egg/veggie rolls and the mango sticky rice!
I had high hopes based on the rating.Unfortunately it was just OK. I wanted to give it a 2.5 star but half’s are not allowed😟. I’ve tried Thai all around the city and this place is average. The serving size was a little smaller than other restaurants but the flavor was acceptable. Give it a try it could be what you’re looking for.
Excellent food, could have been a bit more flavorful.. fantastic service! Fair price!
Nice small place, but nice staff and the Pad Thai was very good.
Fresh food and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is attentive. Our order included Tom kah soup salmon and steak. Both dishes were as expected, flavorful and abundant.
Very good yellow curry. Nice place to eat.
Great food and BYOB. We have always been treated well and planning to go back this week.
This was SO GOOD! I love that they plate all of their food nicely for each person. Their menu has some unique options! We decided to be adventurous and order some things we have never had before. Salmon Panang was perfectly cooked. I could drink the sauce. Vegetables were just-right tender and the crispy grilled edges of the salmon with flaky soft center was 🤤 My husband ordered the signature dish with fried egg and basil pork and rice. Fish sauce could be smelled from across the table but all together it was delicious- felt like a Thai inspired bibimbop. Salad rolls as an app were just salad, no protein. I was initially sad about that but their two sauces- sweet sesame and peanut are SO good I didn’t miss the protein at all. Lastly, mango sticky rice we shared… perfectly sweetened with a lovely ripe mango and rice cooked with the ideal chew factor. Nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back over and over again.
Great staff and delicious food!
Food and service very good
Big party left as we entered for dine in. Not sure if waiters were tired, but service was very poor. Food was okay. Nothing that really excited. Default 18% gratuity was added for party of 4 plus one child who did not eat. When we questioned on gratuity, the lady got annoyed and didn't respond well. May be it is one off day for them, but not a great experience for us.
Always great ! And very nice!
This place is a favorite. I have held many events here and have always been pleased with the food, the service and the establishment.
Excellent food and service. One of the best Thai restaurants in Dallas.
My favorite Thai place! We’ve tried nearly everything on the menu and have yet to be disappointed! Delicious!
The food is very good, the service is deplorable
Our last visit we left because they would not seat us or acknowledge that we were even waiting in line after 20 minutes. Other parties that arrived after us were seated so we left
Pad thai was extremely dry and had a burnt taste. Not good.
The crab fried rice was really good, everything else was mediocre from the service to the shrimp rolls to the wings. Service wise the lady that took my order seemed to be annoyed and didn't want to take my second order. The shrimp in the shrimp rolls tasted old and dirty. The wing sauce was good but the wings were overcooked.
Over-priced for the quality.
first time here! i really loved it
we ordered pad thai, red curry, and chicken satay. the chicken satay was the best! it came with a little vinegar kimchi thing that was amazing
This is my go-to place for lunch! Delicious food, fast service and the ladies who work here are super nice and attentive!
Me and my wife came to lemongrass and it was so amazing the dishes were so flavourful and delicious we were pleasantly surprised Because we were just walking by and walked in. New favorite place
The food was tasty but quality has gone down a lot lately (reason 2 stars of 5). The portion of chicken has gotten real small in the dishes, very few vegetables and the curry got very watery... We really hope these problems are addressed. Thank you.
Always fresh, great favors and good service….
Msg.
Great curries. Scale of 1 to 5. 3 is not too spicy.
Waited 30min for a house soup
I love this place. Very authentic Thai food in DAllas. I highly recommend to try the roti and the ground porc salad.
My experience was very good! The customer service was very good, and the food was outstanding. This is some of the best Thai food that I have had in the Dallas area. I recommend the green curry as well as the basil fried rice. I intend to come again!
The spring rolls and curry puffs were good, but nothing to write home about. The pad thai didn't have very much flavor. The tom kha soup and tom yum curry fried rice were tasty.
Can't wait to go back!
This literally reminded me of when I was in hawaii eating this delicious food. This is the real deal and it’s delicious. They allow you to pick how spicy you want it and I mean they are spot on!! Don’t live around here at all but will be coming back just because it was that good. Also great service and very kind.
Enjoyable. Very clean and quiet place to enjoy lunch. There is only one person attending during lunch hours and she is very good.
I tried their Panang Curry. I was very satisfied with the taste and portion they serve.
I recommend this place.
Me gusto mucho.
@IIVanGogh
Very nicely prepared food. Surprised that the restaurant was almost empty at dinnertime on a weekday. But we had instant service and tasty food.
Excellent find in North Dallas close to 635. Authentic food, reasonably priced. Very tasty cuisine and kind staff.
The food was delicious, really delicious but the service was terrible. First of all, the waitress ignored us when we told her we were ready to order( mind you there was only one party guest eating there before we came). When she finally came to us we ordered crab fried rice and she brought us ( a delicious)thai fried rice, but not the crab we asked for and that was the whole reason for driving all the way to this place. So to everyone thinking about coming here just confirm your order before she goes in the kitchen, then check it before you started eating from it. Also portions are quite small

Okay I know there are supply shortages and all that but serving old food ain’t right! I ordered the crab fried rice from here before and it was good, no funky smell, right color. This time however they had the nerve to use old crab meat, the smell was HORRIBLE and it was gray in color. One thing I know about is food, and it should not smell the way it did or be that color, cooked or not. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog, unfortunately the picture doesn’t capture the smell🤢
Small and quaint dining experience. The interior had a nice ambience and the server was attentive. This was the first time that my husband and I had dined in an Asian restaurant where they gave us a starter. It was a delicious rice porridge made with chicken broth and had chopped up chicken meat. Definitely light and refreshing to start off lunch with. We both ordered noodles that had the same heat level, but the taste was totally different. I had a brown sauce with my noodles, which made it sweet and savory at the wine time, while my husband got the turmeric noodles, which has the wonderful aroma of curry coming off it. I would definitely like to come back to try the other items on then menus.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great Thai place, lots of vegetarian and vegan options, some gluten free. The ambiance is super chill, calm and not too loud. Their customer service is outstanding and the food is delicious everytime and has a great taste. Perfect restaurant, really.
I've eaten here before, but they close at 2:30😢. Got there to late.
Place was great and the Thai spicy level was real. Most places advertise 5 as spicy and usually mild for me. But this place truly has some spicy food. Being pregnant I started craving green papaya salad that I hadn't partakes on over 5 years and theirs was amazing and really spicy at level 5.
Timely takeout and Delicious food! I love the drunken noodles and Tom kha soup and my husband loves their chicken!
Lamb was great.
Delicious pad thai and terrific service!
A Haiku Review
Larb Gai was awesome
Panang Pork was premium
Fresh like a spring breeze
Best Thai I've had in DFW!!
Fantastic food/drinks and fast/friendly service!!
This place was decent, but nowhere like my favorite Thai food place, Thai and fusion avenue in the Alliance Town center in Fort Worth. The Tomka (sp?) Soup was really good except for the chicken. The chicken tasted a little past it's prime. Medium spice is more like high spice for everywhere else I've ever been. I'm not sure if I will go here again. Maybe to have the soup again just without the chicken? I also had the green curry. And again the chicken was barely edible. My husband says that the chicken was way more edible than the beef though. The staff was nice and they served us quickly because we were in a hurry. But I just don't know if I'll do it again.
I was a first timer and was definitely impressed! I was debating between the pad Thai with chicken and the crab fried rice. I went with the Pad Thai and I wasn’t disappointed😋. I dined in and my food came out hot and fast so I was happy. I had a medium spice level so it wasn’t too spicy but I definitely tasted the zing. The workers are super nice as well. I can’t wait to go back😉
This was my first visit to Lemongrass Thai Eatery, but it will not be my last. I had the chicken Pad Thai - which was quite nice. This spot is BYOB. Go and enjoy!
Best place ever... Amazing food an wonderful service.. Id give 10stars if i could...
This was my first time ordering from Lemongrass. I got the food to go. I ordered the crispy shrimp roll which I thought would be like a shrimp egg roll but it was a shrimp rolled in rice paper and fried. 5 for $6. Not worth the price. Got Shrimp Pad Thai. Although tasty the noodles were very gummy. Like a clump of noodles stuck together. The shrimp had tails on them which I thought was a little odd. The dish was also very oily as you can see from the pics. Don't think I'll be going back....I called to talk to manager about it and girl said "They not here" and hung up. Changing to 1 star.
I hadn't eaten here before, but I enjoyed the food...some kind of chicken and noodles stir fry. It had a different taste than Chinese..and a lot more veggies...they serve a good amount on each order..I'll be coming back.
I ordered to go food , when I got there they told me that they forgot to make it
I ordered food to be delivered by Door Dash. Because I have a severe shellfish allergy, I called to make sure there was no shellfish in anything I ordered because Door Dash didn’t let me add a comment. Sometimes, for instance, there is shellfish in fish sauce (I have ended up in the ER because of that, so trust me! I KNOW.) When I received my order, there was the sweetest post it note attached to my chicken satay. “Dear Cathi, our peanut sauce contains shrimp. I got you sweet and sour sauce instead.” It touched my heart so much that she double checked everything I had ordered, just to be sure. She saved me an expensive trip to the ER, and possibly my life, as my allergy worsens every time I come into contact with shellfish. I am a fan for life. And the food was great also! Thank you for looking out for me, Lemongrass Thai!
Tried Lemongrass for the first time tonight through Door Dash. Everything was perfectly packaged and arrived hot even after a 35 minute delivery. The curry puffs are AMAZING (it comes with 3, I had already eaten 1). I also ordered pad Thai with chicken at a “medium” spice level. I’d say it’s the tiniest bit spicier than sriracha for comparison. Doesn’t burn your mouth but definitely makes the sinuses run 😂. The spice levels on door dash were a little confusing, I’m not sure what the difference between Thai spicy, spicy, and hot would be, but I think medium was perfect! I’ll definitely order here again and can’t wait to go in person!
Amazing food, fast serving, neat place, elegant and not too crowded!
Excellent! This was our first time here, but won't be our last. The food was super and so was the service. The heat levels compare well to other Thai restaurants that we have tried.
The best Thai food we've found within range of Preston Hollow. We order regularly. Delivery has always been quick and we've never had an issue with order accuracy , cold food, etc.
Decided to try Lemongrass because my go to Thai take out place changed hands. Ordered a cup of Tom Kha, Green Curry with chicken and fried tofu appetizer. Portions were large and service was timely. The Tom Kha was okay but I was disappointed in the green curry which was very thin and lacked the tangy green curry flavor I love. Wish I could describe better what the problem with the flavor was, but it was just off. There was ample chicken and mini green eggplants (? Maybe those were the problem). The fried tofu appetizer had a tasty dipping sauce, but the batter was too delicate. Large and interesting menu so I may give them another chance and try some of the more unusual offerings.
Addendum: Raised my rating to 4 stars. I heated up the leftover Green Curry today, but squeezed lemon juice and sprinkled ground cayenne into it. Tasted much better! Also looked up the little green eggplant, which turns out to be a common Thai ingredient; surprised I've not noticed them before during many years enjoying Thai food.
The taste of food is phenomenal! The spice level was perfect! The ambience inside was nice, had a great experience eating at this place.
Great service and atmosphere. They have the well known favorites, but I had something new to me- the khao ka prow. It had excellent depth of flavor, the rice was cooked perfect, and the fried egg pulled it all together. Will definitely be back. Also get the mango lemonade. It's fizzy and really fun.
One of the best places for Thai food in DFW. Very delicious!
Found this place on Google maps and decided to give it a try. We were the only ones there but I’m not sure why. All of the food was really good. The server was super nice as well. We really enjoyed our visit.
Fantastic. My first time ordering from Lemongrass, this was takeout. Order was correct, hot and delicious. I will be coming ordering from here again.
amazing. highly recommend!
this place is a magical vortex of deliciousness
Great, fast, inexpensive lunch! I'll be back to try other lunch favorites but the drunkin noodles were excellent! Pan fried dumplings were yummy and the calamari was fresh. I prefer a lighter breading but there was nothing wrong with their version. Next time I'll BYOB and there will be a next time for sure!
Fresh and tasty thai food
Good food and service in a very tidy setting.
The larb was absolutely wonderful. The sticky rice with mango was to die for
Been going here for years (before remodel and name change). Good food, nice staff, relaxing environment for a work lunch, and halfway decent lunch prices. Not great for large groups, but perfect for up to 4 people or so. I'll definitely keep going back for more.
Amazing food and service!! I highly recommend!
I ordered the gang gae. It was superb. Delicious. Lamb was so tender, it melted in your mouth. Sauce was excellent. Menu says topped with crispy fried onion, and there was none of that? But overall delicious. Wife had green curry, parents had paid thai and a beef dish, all good. Tom Kha soup very good.
Had lunch with a friend here. First time ever having Thai and it was so good. Very clean inside the staff was very polite.
Food was delicious! Pretty playing. Ambience & decors were nice. Overall good experience
Honestly this is the best Thai place I have had in Dallas. I have tried tons of places and nothing tastes as authentic as Lemon Grass!! I ordered the red curry w/ shrimp. level 3 in spice and it was sooo delicious!! Staff was also so nice and food is quick. Definitely will be back to this place.
This place was delicious! I had the yellow curry with a spice level 2 and the chocolate mousse cake. The service was very attentive and friendly, I recommend it.
Great food and great taste.
I loved Tippy's. This is comparable quality wise... But more expensive. The food was great. The service a bit over zealous... But excellent. The menu is quite large compared to the old one. That may be good, or bad. Tippy had a small menu, but executed very well. We had drunken noodles, duck curry, Tom yum, and Tom kha. It was all very good. The only criticism I can give is that the duck curry had very little duck. For the price I expected more; However, the curry it's self was some if the best I've ever had.
Enjoyed the service. Not a fan of the music. Would have preferred to be Thai music, but I get that you have to cater to your clientele. The service was great though 👌
