Was craving some Thai basil and came to this place on a whim. It's downstairs in a basement level international food court, how cool! Menu offered chicken Thai basil and I asked if they could make me a tofu one, and they said no problem. Made to order with spice level too. It was out quickly and was soo flavorful! Perfect portion for lunch. It's a good hall, so seating is casual, but that worked for me.
This is a Hidden Gem in San Francisco!!! Truly authentic Thai Food.
Don’t let the looks fool you! We almost turned around, and oh we are glad we stayed. This restaurant is located in a tiny food plaza that’s a little outdated, but that’s the only thing I’ll say “bad” about this place. We wish we lived here to come visit them as often as we could…
We ordered a Pad Thai, a Chicken Noodle Soup, and Fried Chicken Fried Rice (this one is on the side wall, not on the main menu) and we Loved it!!!
Sorry for the late photos of the food (took them as we were finishing), I wasn’t planning on doing a review since I’m traveling with the whole family gang. Go and enjoy the food, Thank me Later!
This is my favorite Thai food in SF! Actually, I just looked up on Google Map to see what Thai food I can have at a decent price in SF. I walked into the food court, and try Thainery. I ordered pad kee mao for the first time, and it was very delicious!
And I ordered lunch specials of Thai basil chicken (with rice and egg rolls) and added a mini tum yum veggie soup for the second time. The basil chicken was very delicious but it's a little sweet ( I can accept the flavor). The soup was sour enough and was not so spicy, so l liked them both.
And I definitely will come back again. 😋
OMG!!! I tried this place for the first time and I was amazed. First off the service is so good very welcoming and friendly. Second, the food are so good I got the Fried chicken fried rice - rice is so flavorful and chicken is so crunchy and take note they make your order fresh. I also got the pork stew noodle soup It is good but its a lil bit sweet or maybe savory for me but i know if u add soysauce or sriracha it will be better. Over all I highly recommended this place and definitely will come back again. I was having a hard time to decide what im gonna get bcause they have a lot of selection. 5 star for this place my new thai spot glad that i found this place! This is located underground in Kearny St International food court
Thainery for the win!! And the best part they give you FREE Thai ice coffee or thai tea when u spend $25
Ps: the lady in the picture is very nice great customer service
The food was delicious. I had the Chinese sausage and fried rice, two egg rolls, and a mini Tom Yum soup. The soup was a bit spicy because it had chili sauce in it. The rice was done to perfection. The egg rolls were crisp and dissolved into the perfect mush when chewing.
The dining room is shared by Seoul Soup, Seoul Bunsik, and Katsuya Japanese Premium Cutlet. Yucatown, a Mexican place was out of business. There are public restrooms and adequate table cleaning staff.
All around an excellent place to eat.

Great place for takeout during the workday. Get the fried rice extra spicy!
Incredible fried rice.
this is hands down the best yellow curry in the city. a hidden gem, and absolute must for the unpretentious foodie.
Love this place for a quick, delicious Thai lunch.

This place is great. I've been coming here for about 7 years. The food is consistent, fresh, and tasty. The whole office is addicted to the pad Thai from here.
Great tasting, quick service. Good portion sizes. Great lunch option
Stumbled across Thainery by chance when I was in the neighborhood and looking for lunch.
Thai Basil special that I ordered for lunch was well portioned, nicely spicy (I ordered hot), and made to order.
Great place to have in the neighborhood.
Had pad see ew with tofu! Delicious with lots of veg as well. Friendly staff. I was very pleased that they had an eat in option with real bowls and cutlery to save on packaging waste.
My favorite place to get lunch in the financial district. Consistently delicious every time no matter what you get. The wait is never too long and everyone behind the counter is really nice and helpful.
Delicious food

BBQ chicken is very good. Probably the best lunch food I've had in the Montgomery/Kearny FiDi area
Salmon Fried rice was great! This place is inside the basement of a place called "international food court". There are a lot of restaurants in this basement but it could be difficult to find a place to sit during peak hours sometimes.
Solid place for Thai food to go. Some of the entrees are misses, but it's largely got a solid line-up. My favs are the Pad Thai, pork noodles and lad naw noodles
Great food for the price. Will go there again.
Been here twice and food portion for food court with prices same as a nice Thai restaurant, I will not go here anymore bc twice the food didn't taste authentic Thai and my tummy didn't agree with what I ate. Curry was watered down and total disappointment. I don't think I have ever had bad Thai food til I been here. Save your money and go to the other Thai restaurants around the area for the same price, food is better quality than Thainery.
Fried chicken over fried rice is greasy but good.
The best pad thai and pad see ew in the FiDi. The menu isn't expansive and good portion.
Vegetarian Review: Food was completely bland. There are plenty of better places to go for Thai around
Review is for their location inside the international food court.
Did not have much of a queue during lunch time, but the rice was totally mushed up and the two varieties of chicken entrees that I tried weren't that good either. About 10$ for rice + two entrees.
