Delicious food! The flavors hit home and authentic. The spice range of 1 to 10 means everyone is happy (even a 7 wasn't burning your mouth but instead very well balanced). The Massaman Curry and Drunken Noodles were amazing.
Quick and friendly service, good prices, large portions, plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor too, and queer friendly vibes.
Food was good but the portion sizes were not as pictured. The 3 Flavors Fish didn’t have any fish flavors but it was good. The pot stickers were not steamed as written on their menu, they were deep fried. The service could have been better. Ambience was okay. Overall, found the food a little pricey and although good food, it didn’t meet our expectations from the menu.
Two of my favorites in one place: vegan and Thai food! I’ve only been here once as I am on vacation in the area, but my husband and I were both very happy with the food we had. The Drunken noodles and especially the Massaman curry were very good with great portion sizes. Would definitely love to come back possible before we leave town or next time we are in San Diego
We had an amazing dine-in experience and food was simply exquisite and delightful. Coming from Bay Area, it’s really hard to find a place with such amazing taste and a cafe that is Thai and Vegan. The host was very welcoming and took into consideration of making all our dishes Gluten-Free. To-Go dish was perfectly wrapped as well with a foil inside a compostable container to retain the contents warm while not making the container soggy.

Would love to return here anytime of the year!
Amazing vegan restaurant!
As a non-vegan, they really leave me satisfied and coming back for more!
On my second trip here, I ordered spring rolls and potato samosas for appetizers. Masaman curry (w fried tofu) and Pad Thai (w/ soy chicken) for my two entrees.
Spring rolls were great, and the potato samosas were so full of flavor! And the dipping sauces just elevated them Eben more.
The masaman curry was definitely the star of the show. The layering of flavors - so rich and sweet - will have you scraping the bowl. And the contrasting textures of the fried tofu just makes everything even better. SUPERB!
The Pad Thai was also very enjoyable. Lots of different flavors going on. I could go without the purple cabbage, but that didn't dampen the dish whatsoever.
All in all, Veganic Thai is a gem for all of San Diego. Vegans and non vegans alike will definitely enjoy themselves here.
out of the dozens and dozens of thai restaurants i’ve tried, no doubt that this one is the best ever…
the interior is chic, and the service is welcoming and sweet. the food, tbh i was blown away with the first bite. every bite was bursting with flavor and spice. a refreshing side of sweet thai tea was just so amazing
😍 i got drunken noodles, with spice level 6 (which is pretty hot). i cannot emphasize enough how much you shud give this place a try ‼️‼️‼️‼️
Excellent flavors in all their dishes, cozy space, and great staff. I dine in and pick up from here all the time. The mock duck (extra crispy) is my favorite vegan protein for the dishes I get. I’ve gotten the spicy basil a bunch of times in particular. Super yummy.
Best place to have vegan Thai food. Ambience was really good and the food was delicious.
This is the best vegetarian Thai food in San Diego. And I’m not even a vegetarian. It’s consistently good, never too busy, and they have wide array of options. We always recommend a visit to friends looking for a good spot in Hillcrest.

Very nice restaurant. My first vegan Thai restaurant. Food was flavorful. Kids ate glass noodles. We prefer spicy and chose panag medium spicy curry
Delicious and big portions! Great service!
Fantastic vegan Thai food. We had the Three Brothers, tom kha soup with shrimp, Thai fried rice, cream cheese wontons, and the jungle curry. The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. I highly recommend!
Nice place. Good Date restaurant. Good menu, but the food is just "OK". Menu is very well labeled.
Decent food. Nice patio. Prices outdated on menu for addons
Experienced food poisoning after eating green apple salad. And had to run to urgent care. 18% tip was added automatically.
This is a very nice upscale-looking restaurant. I stopped for lunch on a Saturday. Service was fast and courteous. The Drunken Noodles were good but lacked much character. I know this dish well as it is a regular item I order at most Thai restaurants I frequent, sort of as a standard to test the flavors offered. And I know that there are many variations, but this one was a bit bland. I will come back to test the Tom Kha soup!
Very tasty food! Highly recommended
(please excuse my spelling in advance) the food was amazing! My buddy was hesitant to try vegan food, but I had a feeling this was gonna be good, and I was right! We loved every bit of it! We started with the Tom kha soup with tofu, and then moved into the basil (stir fry) with chicken tofu and brown rice as well as the lomb (lumb? Something that reminded me of the word lamb) with mock duck. Everything was so delicious; rich in flavor, and great texture! We also ordered hot ginger tea to help everything go down, it was perfect -had a nice bit of sweetness to it!
AMAZING food!
This place is AMAZING- the cream cheese wontons are probably my favorite thing I’ve tried so far. I hit this place every time I’m in San Diego and it never disappoints. It’s in a really cool area of town too!

Love the Tom Kha Soup, Summer Rolls, and Pumpkin Curry! Great service and vibe.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Great service. Very attentive. The food had lots of fresh veggies. Almost too much vegetables, in relation to the protein and grains.
Veganic Thai Cafe is my favorite restaurant in San Diego! I’ve ordered the pumpkin curry many times, it is consistently delicious and there is always enough for leftovers. The summer rolls are great too. I’ve taken several non vegan friends here and they enjoy the food, as well. Friendly service and warm atmosphere, I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
Amazing Thai food, a little pricey but worth it
I loooooove veganic. It is so delicious. I love the green curry and the mango sticky rice. The coconut ice cream is incredible. The drinks are strong and the portion sizes are large!
I wish I could rate this higher, I was thrilled to find a vegan Thai restaurant while visiting San Diego! The food was okay, sadly. Not the worst, but definitely missing anything to make any of our dishes special. The vegetables were cut incredibly thick, which led to some undercooked carrots. The protein in the jungle curry was soggy. I've simply never experienced this before with Thai food!
Service was also okay, but someone in the back of the house wash clanking glasses around so much that the whole experience just became incredibly unpleasant. Again, I really wanted to love this place, maybe we came on a bad day, but we won't be back when we're next in town.
שירות גרוע,אוכל בינוני מלא סוכר
Hands down best thai place in san diego, no joke. Each dish is busting with flavor and the staff is attentive and kind. I come here regularly and it's an absolute sleeper hit!
Unfortunately, the cook did not soak the soy duck/mock duck before preparing my meal. I couldn’t eat my dinner at all, as the mock duck was so hard that it was inedible and couldn’t be pierced with a fork.
Amazing vegan restaurant!
As a non-vegan, they really leave me satisfied and coming back for more!

I had the Panang Curry for the first time. The vegetables were very fresh. Today, I will try a different curry 🍛, but I won't compare them because they are different.
I like this restaurant because they have freshly cut ingredients.
100% vegan Thai that is delicious! Will return again and again. Atmosphere is great. Parking is…well, get what you can get in Hillcrest haha. There is 2-hour max payed parking spots right out front, $1.25/hr., but spaces are limited—neighborhood parking is your next best bet. Has a restroom for customers.
Amazing food! It's a gem!
Service was amazing. Panang curry was great. My pad Thai was the worst I've ever had & I've had a lot. It tasted like orange chicken. My partners pad see ew was also way too sweet. I think there are good options here but avoid these two.
We just got out of the restaurant after waiting more than 10 minutes waiting to be seated even though there were open booths. We were a party of 3 adults and 2 small children - a 4 year old and a 2 year old. One lady is particular was just not wanting us there. If I could give a minus score I would do so.
Finally a full vegan Thai restaurant. I love places where I can order whatever I wish.
The food was so delicious!

Organic and delicious! Wow
Great place! Friendly staff and the food is vegan, delicious and has variety. Recommended!
Food was great. Good prices for San Diego. Will definitely go back!
Excellent place to have a nice vegan meal. The service is exceptional and the atmosphere is friendly.
Healthy vegan food cozy atmosphere
Good
Good food, great ambience and the menu is accommodating to those who don’t consume onion and garlic
Food was good. I always appreciate vegan joints but really bummed that they added 18 PERCENT TIP directly 😔.. It was very bad and very sneaky. Did not appreciate that at all. If I had not seen the check, I'd have not known. Very bad 👎
Says open until 10 but they refused to serve us at 930.
Amazing!! Vegan or not, everyone who loves Thai food will be happy they ate here. My friend is an omnivore and loved it. I’m vegan and it is SUPER hard finding great vegan Thai options, let alone an entire restaurant.
Beautiful service too; friendly, efficient, attentive without being in your face.
Atmosphere is nice too, relaxed. Clean.
Happy belly!
So great to be able for a vegan to get all the curries that usually have shrimp paste. Wonderful to have soooo many choices. Nice and welcoming atmosphere; kind staff, great food!
Delicious, great service and healthy food! Highly recommend ❤️
Nice cafe. Good service. For being vegan, the food was decent. I thought it was odd that they swapped out rice noodles and instead added wheat noodles to the Kow Soi since both are vegan, but 🤷🤷. In any case, decent food and atmosphere. One plate serves two people pretty well.
Such delicious food! The best Tom Yum I have ever had. The menu is diverse and all vegan, with lots of options for gluten free. I was impressed with how much flavor was in each dish and the food came quickly and hot. Would recommend!
The food was delicious and the service was pretty solid. There’s a nice overall atmosphere and vibe. The pricing is definitely reasonable and there’s pretty good wine selections. I personally think the plum sweet and sour sauce is amazing 😋😁
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the random homeless people who came in and out to use the restroom 🫤 And it’s not to be cruel or anything, it’s just that they were in very close proximity of the patrons dining tables which can be off putting a little. And it’s a single person restroom so it’ll probably cause patrons to be hesitant about using the restroom due to sanitary reasons and concerns.
Aside from that, everything else was on point, I would recommend it😎
amazing vegan food probably the best I’ve ever had to date!
Some of the best vegan food I've had anywhere. I am vegan but even my three non vegan companions loved it.
My favorite vegan thai food anytime I'm in San Diego. There are so many protein options aside from tofu.
I always come here to eat once I leave the airport, my boyfriend says I eat here way too often.
Food's too delicious not to.
One of thee worst, most inauthentic Thai/Vegan food experiences I have ever had! For starters the staff was rude and unwelcoming. We ordered the veggie Thai spring rolls, papaya salad; curry string beans, drunken noodles and spicy veggie Thai fried rice. The spring rolls were crispy but bland, they were filled with cabbage and absent of Thai flavor, I think the noodles were also missing inside. The papaya salad tasted like it was dressed in lemon-lime soda, no tangy lime flavor and topped with stale peanuts. Curry string beans were tough and way under cooked. The drunken noodles were flavorful but the noodles were gummy and stuck together. The spicy fried rice was far from spicy and run of the mill. Overall the service was slow and they seem to need more professional and friendly staff with prior food service experience.
I dined here recently and was disappointed, especially because of the high reviews.
I chose the 'Drunken Noodles' and although it was a tasty enough meal, it wasn't anything special. It was also incredibly oily and quite sparse on the tofu. It seemed like it was very cheap to make!
The service wasn't the warmest, but it was okay. The restaurant itself lacked atmosphere and comfort (the table was too high for the chairs) and I had to ask for the restroom to be opened as it was locked, which was a little odd.
All in all, the food was okay, but there was nothing remarkable about this place to warrant a re-visit.
Very chill restaurant with tasty food! As a meat eater, the fried tofu was my fave but my friend got the mock duck which was delicious too.
Me and my friend stumbled in here for a quick lunch. It was delish and neither of us are vegan or vegetarian, we just love fresh and healthy food. I had the Spicy Basil dish with "beef" and I think my fav part of it was the mushrooms. Def coming back!
This restaurant charges 18% gratuity irrespective of how many in a party they serve. This is even though they clearly write in their menu that 18% gratuity is charged for party of 6 or more. Food is edible but not that great.
A bit noisy inside. Good on the patio.
Very good food and our waiter was especially nice. Pad ew too (spelling?) was very good, as was the pad Thai. I would go back if I’m the area.
Garden Wrap with the basil sauce is highly recommended. The Kow Soi wheat noodles with curry sauce is so filling and yummy.
Atmosphere was effected by a crying baby and a five-year-old playing a game behind me while sitting next to her mom. Maybe it was a childcare issue.
Four of us went for dinner and we loved everything. The appetizers, entrees and fresh cocktails were terrific. I live on the east coast and I’ll be dreaming of this vegan Thai restaurant for a long time.
Good atmosphere. Clean tables. Helpful staff. Delicious food. Good portions. Leaving full is a plus.
BEST CRAB RANGOONS EVER (cream cheese wonton)!
You can tell they MADE these and are NOT frozen. The filling is fresh but familiar and the texture of the dough is perfectly soft and crunchy at the same time.
Flavors in the Tom Kha were SOOO developed and well balanced.
Truly chef crafted. You can taste the lemon, the sweetness of the coconut and them the heat dances on your palate.
Also got the Tom Yum which was fantastic and deep.
The fact that this place is ALSO (some) organic and health conscious at ALL is amazing. New favorite spot.
Best and most authentic thai food we ever had.
I have been going to veganic Thai for 5+ years. It used to be my favorite restaurant. Fantastic cooks, Fantastic servers. Over the last year it has slowly gone downhill. First I noticed the food wasn’t as flavorful depending on who was working than I noticed some of the servers who have been there forever weren’t there anymore which is a huge red flag. Tonight I went and that will be the last time I ever go. The food literally tasted bad, all of it. The noodle we ordered literally didn’t have the sauce on them, it was just a plate of bland noodles and there was almost no soy duck. The wontons had a weird chemical flavor. And there was a father and his son walking in and out of the kitchen in their street clothes which was just a bad look.
I’m not sure if the owner or management switched in the last year or something but it feels like a whole new restaurant(in a bad way). The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of all the years of fantastic food and great memories. I write this review so that whoever is in charge can strive for veganic Thai to be as good as it used to be.
Had an amazing experience here the other day! Best vegan food I found in San Diego. The green curry was out of this world. Small business with great service. Wish I lived close by because I would come here every day if I could. Can’t wait to return!
Forget about the neaby vegan thai place, this is markedly better. Better food, bigger portions and real plates. On top of that, you are allowed to eat, no hovering to take your plate and send you out.
The best vegan restaurant in San Diego! The Tom Kha is incredible!
Not allergy safe!!! Not celiac safe!!! They have mislabeled items on their menu. GF items are not wheat free, gluten free. Staff are not knowledgeable about ingredients on their menu items. Do not eat hear if you are celiac or have any food allergies, it's too dangerous.
Honestly the best green curry I've had I even ate the Thai Basil in the dish 😋
Awesome food!
Really bad food, seemed like a day or two old heated and served. They added 18% service charge for a table of 2 which is definitely not deserved.
We're repeat customers, truly carefully and well prepared food. Each dish is made individually, and the spicing is well balanced. We were comfortable with level 4 heat which left our taste buds singing!
Good food. Husband approves as well. He loved the “chicken” with broccoli. I’m not a great fan of the texture of the vegan chicken as I’ve had better. The papaya salad was good but when I ordered a mild spice level 2, it burned my mouth so bad I thought I was eating a level 20…😂😅. So be warned about spicy if it’s not your thing. Also, like any city, parking is problematic. Good food and good service overall so I can’t complain.
Atmosphere is great, as is the service. Location is also impeccable. It’s nice to have fully vegan restaurants around. I had the tempura vegetables and the Thai fried rice with mock shrimp. The tempura veggies were great and the portions were huge. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Thai fried rice, and the mock shrimp was kinda weird. So not 5 stars but definitely worth trying something else when I come back.
Best Thai food I’ve ever had!
I had the green curry and was blown away. It was so flavorful, creamy, fresh and had the perfect amount of spice. The tofu was delicious and of course the best part is that the restaurant is 100% vegan. The menu clearly labels glutenfree options and the staff is very friendly. It’s also very reasonably priced for San Diego. Can’t wait to come back!
My boyfriend and I love Thai food and go to many Thai restaurants when traveling. This spot proved to be comfortable, fresh, delicious, and affordable. We got the red curry and cashew nut stir fry. The large amount of vegetables in each dish were perfectly cooked, still maintaining a fresh crunch. The summer rolls (in February) were so fresh, and the peanut sauce was perfect. They really know how to cook vegan food and quantities - we left with full tummies and lots of leftovers for the next day, which is rare for us. We love how there is a steamed tofu option. Overall, we were very happy and plan to come back.
This place is a joke, like 50min to prepare food
The food was great, the place is nice and cozy inside and they have a good menu. Got the pumpkin curry, pineapple fried rice, potstickers & the curry puff. Everything was really good and the service was good. I would definitely come back. If you like Thai food you can’t go wrong with this spot.
Wow the reviews do this place justice!
Small location with exceptional Thai food. Found this place by accident and it's now marked as a favorite. Eat here!
One of my favorite Vegan spots in San Diego.
Won ton soup is the best around
Great food with a ton of meat substitute options that will leave even the least vegan-open carnivore craving more. I don't know how they create their vegan "chicken", but it exceeds - in flavor and texture - 90% of white meat chicken I've ever had. The curries are wonderful but it's the Drunken Noodles that are the true standout for me.
We were in from out of town and loved this place. Huge portions and really flavorful.
After 3 great visits I’m super confident to give this place 5 stars. Food has been amazing every time. The ambiance is nice as well :) They have a lot of options so even if you’re not crazy about Thai food you’ll find something you like. I’ve come here with carnivorous and they love it as well.
Delicious vegan Thai food..
Great vegan food
new favorite restaurant hands down
Such a flavorful, and expansive menu. Veganic is a vegan Thai favorite of ours. Service is great. Food is delicious, the pricing is fair, and the portions are huge. This is a great lunch and dinner spot. Usually not overly crowded during the week, the weekends it can fill up. But weather permitting, which it usually is they have tons of outdoor seating. They have a great taste and spice level with their foods. Their curry’s are top notch. The three brothers is another delicious dish.
Incredibly delicious food! I can pretty much throw a dart at the menu and love whatever I get 🤤
Changing my 3 stars to 1 star. CHEAT! SCAM!
Food was anyways not very great.
On top of that, they SNEAKILY charge 20% service charge irrespective of number of people. We were only 3. Menu mentions gratuities for 6 or more.
It is not about money, but adding SNEAKILY is CHEATING customers.
They thought reducing 5% for me would help.
It is sad to see how customers unknowingly pay huge scam prices here.
On confronting, they give the all-time escape reason - It is a new policy and that's why not showing on the menu.
Why should customers pay without their informing?
Warning: this place will kill you with the amazing taste . This place is hands down my most favorite Thai place . Best place is you are a vegan/ vegetarian. However it is good for all .
Amazing amazing food. I recommend jungle curry and pad thai. We opted for spice level 7 out of 10 for both the dishes. The soy chicken (stir fried) is simply amazing. It was one of our selected toppings in pad thai.
Service is also nice and pleasant atmosphere.
Problem: sticky floor. They do not clean at all!? The washroom was also in a bad shape. Just hygiene needs to be taken care of. It made me wonder about kitchen hygiene!!
Food is very great prices also reasonable
Such awesome vegan food. I'm not even a vegetarian, and it's one of my favorite restaurants. I don't know how they make the fake "shrimp," but it's spot on. You won't know the difference. All the dishes I've tried have so much flavor. A must try for vegans and meat eaters alike!
Vegan Options!
Loud croud but delicious.
It’s such a good place! The food is amazing! Specially the curry with soy duck! People are really nice as well!
Girlfriend I went out for lunch today look was looking for Chinese and their menu has changed not in good way for us. Seems like so many restaurants now want to use lots of onions and bell peppers for fillers. So, we came here after not being here for a very long time. We were greeted by someone in the very back of the restaurant. We seated ourselves waited for a while then my friend got up to get our menus. After someone seeing her ask for menus a waitress finally brought us water. We like this place as it's never crowded, clean and the service is always been 100% better than it was today. If you haven't been here it's all vegan so, don't think you're going to get any meat or a real fish as my friend had forgotten. And she doesn't like tofu LOL I decided to try something new for a change a noodle dish with mushrooms, mock crispy duck, carrots and broccoli. Also asking the waitress to please lighten up on the gravy. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask not to add any sugar. Seems like so many Asian restaurants put so much sugar in the food. My friend ordered a mock chicken soup with coconut milk and veggies. I had a spoonful of that tasted quite good. She ordered the pineapple rice chicken dish with vegetables. Now, I never saw any mushrooms in my dish, a couple little carrots, enough noodles to fill me up, very sugary gravy Sauce and a few pieces of crispy mock a duck. My friend likes her who dish and took half of it home. I had to get up and ask for our check. Really at this time no plans to go back. Very disappointed today with service and the food. Not to mention the cost of not getting what we expected.
Get the drunken noodles!!! I’m not vegan or vegetarian, and I eat authentic Thai all the time - so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But this spot is very good. The flavors are spot on, the soy-based “meats” are tasty, the spice level is awesome. Can’t wait to return.
The food was delicious!
Best vegan Thai food I’ve had! Fresh veggies, amazing flavors, incredible mock meat, and the coconut ice cream sweet sticky rice dessert was pure bliss. Can’t wait to go again next time I’m in town!
Excellent food friendly service and very large portions. We had enough to take with us from lunch to have for dinner.
Good service, generous portions, relaxed and cozy interior, and everything on the menu is vegan! I don't live in SD but if I did, this would be a regular spot for me.
Amazing vegan food! My favorite are the veggie tempura and their curries!! 😃
Food is authentic and delicious
Excellent food!
Not open at posted hours. Waste of my time, my disappointment is immeasurable.
Food was delicious, we like their red and yellow curry. But please note that they have a service charge, tip is separately.
Pretty good food, but the lady short changed me $20! My fault for not checking, but not going back because of the untrustworthy waitress.
The best Thai place
No way, terrible experience, negative experience, bad vibe, worst restaurant in Hillcrest..... Empty restaurant we went in nobody was there sat down made our order the older lady she was working there by herself very bad vibe, getting our order wrong when we told her what we ordered she thought it was a good idea to argue and try not to bring us what we actually ordered..... The food was tasteless do not recommend this place the tofu tastes like hard cardboard..... But the biggest reason to stay away is the terrible Asian service..... And then right next door to this place is the restaurant that gives the very best service in all of Hillcrest ,how crazy and ironic this place needs to *Learn.
I just got back from my 10th trip to Thailand. It's challenging to find excellent veggie Thai food. I found one really great one in Bangkok but these guys are so much better right here in San Diego. Can't wait for my next visit. I had the green curry veggies and my daughter had the eggplant. Both are some of the best Thai food I've ever had.
Best vegan Thai food 😋
Best vegan chicken curry in my life!
If you are Vegan...you have to try this place! Soo many Vegan options.
And the food was Delicious!!
The service was fast, friendly and delicious. And really good price for what you get. Big portions and very tasty!! Might be one of my new favorite for Vegan option. Don't miss this one.
Amazing restaurant! I love that everything is vegan and it's always so good. The service is also great, the servers are so nice and it's very quick:)
The food here never disappoints. Always fresh and delicious 😋
Fresh food. Delicious food.
Everything is vegan which was great but the food was just so-so. Service was wonderful.
I hate vegan food. This however was delicious.
Thai
I ordered via Door Dash, so my review is for the food only. The drunken noodles and cream cheese wontons were SO good. I can’t remember the last time I ate that much in one sitting, but it was just that good. I ate every last bite 😋 I don’t know if/when I’ll ever be in San Diego again, but if I am, I will definitely be eating here again.
This is one of the finest cafes that we have visited. The food tasted awesome. The smell of the food itself makes your mouth water. The menu might look pricey but the portion of the food served makes it reasonable. They have a lot of options to choose from the menu. You can add and customize every dish as per your preference. Every dish we ordered was great! Couldn't decide which one was best. The food, the taste, the smell everything was excellent. I wish I could eat more that night. Hope to get back there again if we visit San Diego.
Food has great taste every time!
Delicious I had their amazing chicken noodles soup. Yummmm
Disappointing 🫤
I’m so sad our experience was horrible at this restaurant. We ordered a papaya salad on a spicy level 2 and it came out at least at a level 5. We accidentally spilled our rice on the table and our waiter just looked at us strangely instead of giving us a new one. Also, the pad thai we ordered was ROCK hard (like eating non-cooked noodles). This is such a disappointment since the many times we’ve previously eaten here the food was amazing :( I wonder if they got a new cook or owner because the quality and service dropped tremendously. Fortunately they gave us a new papaya salad and pad thai that wasn’t hard, but in a rude tone without apologizing. I’m not sure if we’ll ever come back. 😣
their crab rangoons are so much better than the regular kind!
Its not often you come across a restaurant with tasty food, great ambience and friendly staff. I was on a vacation with my family and being vegetarians this restaurant has been a great option for us. Though parking can be a bit challenging to find, this restaurant is worth a visit.
