I like spicy food so I ordered my broccoli & pork with level 4 spicy which i loved but could be too spicy for other people. If you just want a kick order level 1 spiciness or whatever is the least spicy they can do for you. Prices reasonable for portions.

Want to have some Thai Food tonight, overall it was good dinner. Somehow the server didn't ask jow spicy we wanted for the Tom Yum Seafood Soup and it was a little on the salty side. Services were good and Sticky Rice with Mango for dessert was da bomb!

3/5 stars is for mainly the service, not the food. We got seated right away Food was tasty, and came out in a timely manner. We had to wait a while to receive our bill and then it took a while for a server to come pick the bill up. After we paid and got into our car, the server came out and gave us our credit card that she forgot to give us back. It was a great start that just went downhill, and although we are happy she came out us our card back, she should have given it back to us at the same time we received our bill. Otherwise i would have given this review a 4/5 stars.

I dont know how I made it 38 years without ever trying Tom Yum. I recently discovered Tom Ka here and it blew my mind, so I went for the next logical item and. My. Lort. This soup could probably cure Covid. In addition to this miracle-working soup, I ordered the Thai Dumplings and they are perfect in every way, I wanna swim in that dipping sauce.

More often than not, I order takeout from here and it's always been great!

Best Thai place! We typically order online through Door Dash and its the best. But on occasions we have gone in to dine in and honestly they have the best customer service, very friendly. We took our 2yr old with us and the waitress was so nice she gave my daughter some treats to go and even wrote her name on it. They Dont make you wait to be seated as well. Portions are good sized and their LargeThai Tea is huge which i loveee! Thank you staff !

We have heard about this place for years and have been trying to come for a long time. Shame on us! Thus is the best flavored Thai food in Riverside. Even at #4 spicey, there is still lots of flavor. Definitely coming back soon.

I had high hopes for this place. I order the crab stir-fry and it was really disappointing the rice was gummy and there was barely any crab on my plate

I ordered and was told it would be 20-25 minutes to receive my food. When I went to check on the status of my food, I was told 10-15 more minutes. I ended up waiting a little over 50 minutes. I only live a 6 min drive away and was disappointed that my shrimp tempura was soggy, my beef pad see ew had very little beef and my pad thai was almost cold by the time I got home.

I came here to celebrate my parents' 26th wedding anniversary. I had just come from work and I was hungry and exhausted. I had no idea what to expect since my parents usually do the picking for where they want to eat. Upon entering I was greeted by a friendly smile. A beautiful young woman named "Floy" was standing at the front desk and asked, "Can I help you?" After noticing my party, I smiled at her and said, "I'm with them." I sat down and looked at the menu. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Special and requested it to be served without the homemade Teriyaki sauce. Floy was very joyous and told me with a smile, "of course!" After some small talk with my family, my food had arrived. The presentation was beautiful. Steamed deep green vegetables with grilled chicken breast fillets. It was delicious! I asked for a to-go container so I could save the other half for later. The atmosphere, service, food and overall dining experience was 10/10. I highly recommend trying this place out. First time eating Thai food and looked and tasted terrific definitely worth coming back for more .

Besides that all dishes went up in price, I wouldn't recommend it for type of service they provide. They will put tiny pieces of expensive vegetables and fill it up with cheapest they can find. Royal orchid rolls used to be a decent size and now cut them in 1/4 to make it look they same they are actually giving you less for $10.50 old price $8 never coming back!

You'll never know what you will get at this place. I ordered Yellow and Green Curry, my green curry never ever had cabbage!!! Well i got like half of cabbage in both curries!!! and 2 tiny pieces of eggplant!!! Very upset! I'm not over exaggerating, I will post pictures of the food!

It was Sunday afternoon, and the place was going to close soon, but still, we received good service. I didn't care for their Tempura since it wasn't what I had known. But overall it was good.

I never got the refund for the extra charge on my credit card but they can keep it since it wasn’t worth my time filing a claim, and I believed the lady answering the phone promising to revert it. I could’ve filed a police report for theft but didn’t. Keep the change you filthy animal.

The restrooms are dirty and they didn't give me my credit card back. Later that night I realized they made another charge without my authorization. I will never be back to this place. Great way to chase costumers away.

The best Thai food restaurant I've been to the food is amazing I get the drunken chicken noodles and tempura shrimp so good ,customer service is amazing.

Ok this is my honest review... You need to know what to get and what not to get when you come here.
You can never go wrong with the soups here.
The amount of food on the entrees is the perfect amount for 2-3 people. That includes noodles and rice.
I've been here a hand full of times with my significant other and for 2 people I've spend well over $60 + tip.
Our order usually consists of
1 soup
1 entree
1 rice plate
1 appetizer
2 can sodas.
The total is usually $63 + tip.
So I can only imagine what a family of 4 would spend. Overall the service is great and this is usually a ones in a while outing

(Chicken noodles) 3.5 out of 5 only because my first bit I had a piece of egg shell, noodles and chicken decent.

(Angel wings ) 5 out of 5 crispy chicken good stuffing

( Fried Wontons) with supposedly chicken, I don't recommend them 0 out of 5 very thin not fresh not worth even buying them if you're craving them at be satisfied.

(Pad Thai rice ) 3.5 out of 5

I took the food to go, all in all I'd choose a new spot to try out next time. For the price I paid I don't think I was satisfied with the food flavor or quality wise

Tum-Yum seafood soup 💣, super tasty 😋 lots of veggies. Still one of the best Thi food restaurants in Riverside. If you like Thi food this is for you. From the Kung Pao to the BBQ chicken and everything in between you can find something delicious for you. If you want to take it home or dine in they can accommodate you.

We went here on a weekend for dinner in a group. We ordered seafood papaya salad and angel wings for appetizers. Then, we ordered Thai jungle curry, pad Thai, drunken noodles, Mongolian, chow main, catfish delight, Thai orchid special, massaman. All dish are good.

The food is always sooo yummy. Pad Thai is always a must.

I tried the fried pork belly plate and I told the server to make sure they go light on the sauce. When I get the plate and eat it at home, the pork is too salty and the sauce is too drench to even taste any flavor. In addition, when the order was placed, I was told it would only take 15 minutes to make. It took the staff 42 minutes to make and I only followed up with the server after 20 minutes. No explanation to why it took long or an apology. This restaurant has low standards compared to other local Thai restaurants.

Great little spot for some delicious Thai food. Their Boba Thai Iced Tea is super delicious and the large is bigger than you’ll find at most boba spots.

Did a GrubHub order from here for the first time. The food was affordable, plentiful and very tasty! The Pad Thai was not overly sauced or salted. The noodles were perfect and the chicken & shrimp were tender and juicy!

The only thing I could complain about was not getting chopsticks in the bag, but there was silverware and napkins. I didn't ask for them, so that's on me.

The volume of food is plenty for a couple of leftover meals!

Really enjoyed the Chicken Satay as well. Super flavorful and the peanut sauce was excellent!

I came in the restaurant to eat. I usually order pick up but decided to eat inside. To make it,short bugs came out of my food there was two little black bugs coming out of my fried rice and they just crawled out and I got nauseous after seeing that. As much as I loved the food there it’s unsanitary, never again.

The food here is tasty and the staff is friendly too. Very delicious and spicy food if you go for 3+ spice levels. The restaurant is located in a tiny corner serving such great food and service.

Horrible customer service and on top of it they do not speak clearly nor understand what I am ordering. However, I went in to get my food and got home it was incorrect. I called back to see if they can correct my order as I would drive back and get the CORRECT order and was told NO they were not able to do that because they already cooked the food. I would not recommend this place and if you happen to go there please make sure you triple check your order!! They do not care if you have been loyal customers they want their money!

First time order food here. Thai papaya salad to go. When open it up it was more a of a soup than a salad...drench in old sweats sauce. The worse Thai salad experience.

If they had a 0 star rating, I would’ve given that. One of the lady at the front desk was nice the other is very ill mannered and rude. She told me over the phone to be there in 10 minutes. I went by Lyft and she said to wait another 10 minutes when I reached there. I wasted my lyft fare twice to get there. And when I told her why didn’t she say 10 mins over phone, she yelled at me that do you want to cancel the order. I was very hungry that’s why didn’t cancel but I will never be back here and do not recommend to anyone.

Cheese wontons barely have filling they're VERY stingy with it and its dry. It was disappointing not only to me but also to my boyfriend and his family. I ordered the Supreme Duck and it was almost burned making it hard to eat. For my first time coming here I wonder what the hell the rave is for something so mediocre.

Outstanding service. I am very picky about my Thai restaurants and just found this branch, by going in that direction for another appointment. To bad you can't drive down the stores, without having to go out to main street and go back in another. Sun City/Menifee has no thai or descent Chinese restaurant, not a fast food type. Be nice to get a branch around the growing area off Newport 215. Or off McCall 215. My very best favorite Thai restaurant of all time, is unfortunately down in San Diego County. Rancho Bernardo. I do not remember the name, however at one time it is a classy restaurant. Table cloths napkins a large Buddha fountain when you enter. It's pricey, but the quality and amount of a large portion meal is a 5 star restaurant. Over seas, myself I learned a lot of Asian foods and love more than American. Have learned to make my own versions, but would prefer just to get it. I will be at Royal again next week when I go back to my other appointment and will definitely stop there again.

This place has some delicious of the most delicious thai food in the area. What separates them apart from the rest, they offer do it yourself kit. Where they sell you the already ingredients and you cook it home. How awesome is that. Want to learn how to cook Pad Thai. By it from here without the hassle of having to go buy the ingredients at different markets.

My fiancé and I have HIGH expectations for Thai food we are VERY particular with our Thai restaurants but we just ate here today 9/29/19 and WOW ! We were pleased with how CLEAN this establishment is. We were politely greeted as soon as we walked in , sat down and got our drinks quite quickly ( note it was empty ) so probably that’s why we had such fast service. We ordered our favorite Thai dishes pad prik king and drunken noodles and fried wontons .. We played it safe for the level of spiciness . I had pad prik king level 3 I could of done level 4. The flavor was really good !!!! My fiancé ordered drunken noodles level 2 he could of had level 4 as well. The flavor was ALL THERE definitely coming back again and HIGLY recommended. Thank you to Minnie who served us today she was great!

The food is okay but the portions are really small. My husband is 6 feet 2 inches and weighs about 190 and is a hearty eater. We had our dinner and at the end we were both still a little hungry. I don't think we'll be returning anytime soon.

The thai iced tea was extremely generous. Paid $4 for a ton of thai iced tea. Ordered many different plates with my party of 4. I got full off my panang curry and thai iced tea (and I'm a big guy). All my friends said the Tom Yum soup was veeery good. Pad thai was decent. If you are not good with spicy, get a spicy level of 1 or 2. No more. Lastly, the mango and sticky rice was pretty good. Order it if you like mango and/or rice.
On top of the generous food portions, the service was amazing. The servers were always on standby. They also took our dirty plates frequently.

Service was okay however, the food was not what I expected. Every dish is made with bell peppers and onions even if it's not supposed to be in the dish you ordered. For example I order chicken mint leaf and I was given chicken with veggies. It just was not Thai food that I'm used to (Authentic).

I want to start off by saying I really do like this place! I’ve tried the curries, the PadThai and soups here. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because the last few times I visited I’ve gotten sick afterwards. I always get chicken, my friend and I both noticed that it wasn’t the freshest the most recent time I went and I got sick. I got sick twice before then and thought it might be because of the spice but I’m certain it’s the chicken. Still tasted okay but I don’t think I’m going back after this last time.

I love Royal Orchid. Their Chicken Satay and Pad Thai Noodles are excellent, but I think Cashew Chicken is my favorite for now! Hapun Kap!!
