This place is average. The pad Thai was too sweet and had a flavor that was very odd. Maybe too much hoisin sauce or too much sauce in general. I wouldn't suggest the angel wings either. The chicken tasted old either made the night before or freezer burn. Left the wings on the table, not worth it. Maybe next time I'll try the curry.

Price was a little high. $28 for a small soup, small appetizer, and drink. $34 with tip.

The best part was the Thai Iced Tea. Awesome!

The catfish was amazing. I'd come here exclusively for it. Large pieces. Very crispy. Tender and moist on the inside.

Terrible service should have left.we were the only customers at 2pm. First had to chase waitress to order. Then chase her to the kitchen to get 2 glasses of water. NO WATER when we sat and ordered. Should have left then. Order pumpkin curry with beef, chicken pad thai, spring rolls. Never asked heat level. When I went to the kitchen to ask for glasses of water she was heating something in microwave. The food had no flavor, zero, zilch nada. How do you fix thai food with No Flavor. Paid my $45 bill and left what wasn't eaten. Never written a bad review before but needed to on this. Did I mention all the flies, maybe just the time of year but it wasn't comfortable with the many flies.

My family came to this restaurant today and so disappointed the food was so salty and tasted so bad the pineapple fry rice was so sweet everything else was also tasted hella bad and the service was horrible and rude when I asked about the foods so salty and didn’t tasted right she answer was something wrong with our taste bud not there fault and that’s how Thai foods supposed to be like that, we had eat a lot of places with the same items but never taste like that OMG we will never come back here again and never recommend to anyone either.

The food was ok, but I prefer Tracy’s My Thai Cuisine. The service here wasn’t great they took long to take our orders & longer to serve the food we waited about 25 mins just for the food to come but there was only 2 other tables occupied. We had a group of 3 ppl and once we paid were charged a 15 dollar convenience fee on top of our tip. We weren’t let know about this until i asked about it on my receipt as to my knowledge is only to be charged on big groups! The lady behind the counter seemed annoyed when I asked her about it and said it’s a california requirement that even if you order for only one person it’s an automatic $15 fee they charge on top of taxes. lol

Food was great, atmosphere and interior were so so, what really put me off was the lack of attention from server. We were fine with it, as long as we received everything, but our bill was 87. They charged us 103, and we had a tip of 10 dollars. Now why would you think it’s a good idea to up your tip when you already got over 10%? Why even do that when you know you didn’t give good service? Not even asking for a refund, just will never go there again.

I had ordered a chicken curry with white rice; Tom Yum Kha Ga; and egg rolls. The curry was super salty with tons of sodium and MSG to mask the unfreshness. Luckily I was near the toilet to release my diarrhea while I was in my La Quinta room nearby after meal. The Tom Yum is also super salty with MSG through the roof. Only decent tasting item was the egg rolls with sweet Thai dipping sauce. The Thai restaurants from LA, SF and OC never are unfresh as this one Thai place. Beware when you eat here; orderly meticulously or chard your pants.

Worst attitude for the server, very rude. Not friendly at all for kids and toddlers. I deliberately made it a point with no tip, but the charge on my card is $10 extra. So the server added the $10 tip. So keep looking...

Terrible soup tom kha chicken. No lemon grass? Galangal? Chicken was thin , boiled shoe leather. Soup was only white onions- lots, with a few white mushrooms!Chicken noodles soup had better Chicken, but about enough for a toddler. Drank some broth got rid of rest. $75 for 2 people.

Food is also very bland. My husband ordered the dinner plate portion of red curry. It was lunch portion sized.

Beef is very tough and chewy. Pad thai tastes like chewy noodles with ketchup. The panang curry was watery.

The food was delicious, but the service was horrendous, we'd ordered our appetizer almost ten minutes before our entrée, but they were served at the same time, or dessert was served before we got all of our entrées despite saying we wanted it after. Our waters were not refilled unless we specifically asked. I would go back if I was getting takeout, but i won't dine in again.

This place is a total rip off!! I was told they don't serve lunch size portions on a Saturday, that I had to order the entree. The hostess acted haughty and condesending.

I ordered a red curry with chicken and a Thai Iced tea. I was asked if I wanted rice. I asked if it came with the curry, she said "no". What!!? What kind of an Asian restaurant doesn't serve rice with a curry? Modesto, California is not Beverly Hills. (Ripon is basically a suburb of Modesto)

What I received was 16oz of a very red runny liquid with some vegetables and a little bit of chicken. A 10oz plastic to go cup of Thai tea. The cup was half full of ice.. Their tea tasted watered down and they put in too much sweet cream. WaBa has way better Thai tea!

The curry tastes mediocre. The vegetables were crunchy. It's like they just tossed raw vegetables into the runny sauce and served it that way. I've had better service and food elswhere. Wal-Mart's/Ralph's/Vons deli soups are the same size, taste better and less expensive. Don't waste your hard earned money coming here.

I was charged $20 for this? Never again!! This place is not worth the money they charge.

Our first visit here at this family owned business. We had Pot Stickers for an appetizer. Nicely done. My wife had Pad Thai and I had the Chicken Noodle Soup. Of course we shared. The Pad Thai had a unique taste to it. We couldn't get enough of it. The Chicken Soup was seasoned just right for our taste. Not too salty or too spicy for my wife. I always add the heat to my own serving. Very busy place with good service. We will be back.

Yellow curry with pineapple fried rice is the best.

The first thing we noticed was the beautiful and clean decor. The owner was friendly and efficient. The food was delivered to our table quickly, and it was delicious! We had an appetizer called Angel Wings (cooked in a sweet chili sauce) . We then enjoyed Pad Eggplant and Thai-Styled BBQ Chicken. The hot stuff was hot, and the cold stuff was cold. Each dish was a delicious blend of wonderful flavors! Our beverage was something new for us - Thai Iced Tea. Very rich, but refreshing. We finished off the meal with a couple scoops of Mango Ice Cream. Overall, it was a great way to celebrate our anniversary, and we will definitely be back!

This is the third time my family members got food poisoning from this dirty restaurant. You should close your business!

Friendly service, but in my opinion, the food wasn’t as flavorful as other local Thai restaurants in Modesto and Turlock. I ordered Pad Thai and the Roti appetizer bread. It was about 20$ for both, and I came in to pick it up for takeout. This was my first time trying this place. I’m willing to try other dishes there another time however.

I never realize this is actually sister store of the restaurant in Tracyfood here is just as good as our other location to service was amazing we were helped out by young lady named Molly who really seem to understand customer service is we were never out of out of drinks she was super accommodatingthe food was out of the world could we had some soup we had a couple different chicken dishes rice of drunken noodles and I believe our bill was under $45 there was enough food easily for 3-4 people

I had a bad feeling already when we were waiting for 15 minutes to order our food. We had 4 people in our group (2 adults, 2 toddlers). Our food was brought to us before our table was set up so i ended up grabbing 2 plates from an empty table. The crab ragoon was still cold on the inside. The angel wings wasn't like the typical angel wings with the stuffed vermicelli noodles, it was just regular chicken wings. Our sticky rice never came so we asked for it to be "to-go". We asked the server to put the strawberry smoothie in a to go cup cause it was for my toddler (glasses and kids don't go well together) instead it came out with a glass cup instead. Im used to Tom Yum soup being in a hot pot and this soup was served in a bowl so in the middle of our meal, the soup was already cold. The beef pho is probably one of the worst pho that i've ever tasted although the best plate of food that we got was the basil fried rice. If there was a thumbs down, thats what i would rate this restaurant. Never going there again or would i refer this place to anyone to dine in.

The stupidest place I ever went to. And I will never go there again. I ordered spaghetti with shrimp. I told her make sure no meat in my plate. When the food came, I started eating and I found meet. I called the girl and said, what is this, she said that's not meat, its fried shrimp I said really, she tried to hide it. She then went to her manager and came back again saying, my manager said sorry, and because you already ate half of the food, we can not replace it for it. So rude. By the way, we were in a group of 7. Dont go there, you might get sick, they dont clean up, that's why I got meat in my plate. I am also writing a report to the health department.

My Thai Cuisine in Ripon is very good. Been here a couple of times now and the food is delicious and presented nicely. I wish the curry was actually a little thicker but it has plenty of flavor. The other dish we had was Pad See Ew with Tofu which like all the other dishes that I have tried are very fresh.

The gentleman that waited on us (I think possibly the owner) was friendly and very attentive even with a pretty full restaurant. Definitely worth a trip is you are craving Thai food. I will be back.

Try the Panang Curry with Salmon, AMAZING. A decent-sized salmon steak with fresh avocado and bell pepper in medium-spicy Penang peanut curry sauce.

I had the #3 lunch special w/beef and it was delicious. The plate was a bit small but well presented and our server was friendly. I will probably stop by again the next time I am in town.

Love the fresh spring rolls and the curry dishes. Lots of choices on the menu and the variety of the hot sauces let's you get creative with the spices.
