The taste of the food was good but some of the items we ordered had under cooked pieces. we ordered the orange chicken and noticed that some pieces were fully cooked and some were still raw. We got a piece with blood on it and a few that were still pink. If you eat here I would double check the food.

This restaurent open until 8 and I was there with my family. Upon entering owner mentioned we are closing at 8. Throw menus in front of us and told us we have 3 minutes for ordering. Very bad service. Who would go and give them business with that much attitude. Reduce your time at website and go home and sleep.

I love this place their food is delicious it's great price I live in Burbank and it's far but when I go to Kaiser Permanente I always get the glass noodles and the duck amazing

My husband and I have been going to this Thai Bbq location in Panorama City for over 20 years and tonight was the absolute worst service ever! After a long flight from LAX, my family of 5 decided to eat dinner here. We asked the elderly man at the counter for a table for 5 and he gave us an attitude and said, "We close at 8." He looked at us like we were crazy to want to still eat there knowing that they close at 8pm. We looked at our watch and told him it's only 7:18pm. He then said you can sit if you want then he rudely reiterated that they close at 8pm. By 7:55pm, he was there standing with vacuum cleaner on hand when people were still eating....I kid you not. He rushed us throughout and when we were just about to get up and leave at 7:58pm (after rushing through our dinner), he aggressively started clearing the table. There were still 2 other tables there when we left so were not the last to go. Horrible Service!!!

I missed this place quality of the food has always been very good. My family have been going here for decades and nothing has changed in a good way and I hope will still be here when my great grand children dine here.

the one in the Valley has the rudest waiter tryed the second time ,he started arguments with us ,never going there agzin. The one in Los Angeles is grest.

Worst service for the 3rd time. NO FREAKING WAY... THE male waiter w a extremely rude...we walked out. I'll never be back. I'd rather drive to Korea Town then here ever again. SMH horrible customer service

This used to be one of our favorites but not until recently. The fried rice was sour, and the calamari seemed double-fried. S2 was good. Quality of their food is not the same as before. We went last month and again last Saturday, both were disappointing experiences.

My favorites are the BBQ Chicken (L1) or Beef Sate. Nothing better.

The Phad Thai is amazing .... and the fried shrimp is delicious . I always get the Thai ice tea and it is yummy . They give you a nice sized portion for left overs , the prices are fair and the customer service is good . I’m so glad I live close because this is my go to restaurant 💙

Place is clean and food is delicious

We’ve had some experiences when the place wasn’t very sanitary with some things. When we were about to pay i asked for some to-go boxes and the server just left the card holder that looks so greasy and has been touched by so many people inside our to-go boxes and continued to put our leftover food in there. Another experience was while i was eating, i saw this bug on the meat and just loss my appetite from seeing it. I know more thai places that have better tasting dishes and better at being clean

Chicken is usually burnt. Rice is good. Do not come here past 9:30 pm because they will not serve you. Wait staff can be a hit or miss. Yellow curry is dark meat and bone-in. Prices are reasonable.

The food was good we always go here to eat dinner with my husband most of the time but just something happen today that when we arrived it tooks awhile to get our orders; we know that there busy but one of the waiter the guy one we approach him for our order and his kinda rude to us but i said to my husband that maybe there tired so its just ok then we got our orders and my husband asking for the plate because he gave us only one and when were going to pay i gave my debit card and i asked my husband for cash for tip but my husband said no so i just put i line on the tip amount then when were approaching the door to leave the waiter is very rude and told us why no tip so my husband said it tooks too long and ur rude to us. Then the guy waiter said to us im gonna watch you guys so we both decided not to eat to this restaurant anymore. Before even we did not gave a tip we did not have experience on that and they did not posted that there should have a tip if they already required a tip.

THAI BBQ is always dependable, consistent & delicious at ALL of its locations I have visited. From Hollywood to Korea town to the Valley. If I see the Red and Yellow "Thai BBQ" logo, I am confident in the food service and quality. The Thai Ice Tea is refreshing. The Thai BBQ Chicken or Spare Ribs are two of my favorites dishes!. Today I shared Spicy Chicken Noodles and Chicken Curry with my husband. AWESOME, SPICY, DELIGHTFUL. The Chicken Curry dish is savory full of enough Chicken and Potatoes for two to enjoy. The yellow Curry sauce is smooth, velvety and flavorful. The service is fast, the establishment is maintained well. The staff is gregarious and offer specialities

i used to love this place.... well i still like it but this morning after passing by panorama city i ordered the L6 as usual and as i took a bite of that shrimp in the shrimp fried rice the shrimp tasted like its been stored im the freezer for a while.

Three food was barely edible & I ended up sick. And having to vomit the entire meal. Would not consider returning. The table next to me complained about under cook chicken and sent it back

The chicken pasang curry I ordered to go didnt come with neither rice nor rice noodle..so disappointing!!.how it be enjoyed as traditionally its eaten with either those two??.....unthoughtful!!! even though the curry coconut broth was rich and tasty. Not the same completeness in enjoying the staple dish for dinner..staff needs to show friendliness.....too bad :-(

Very good tasting and quality food, these people will prepare only food they would eat. This is not fast food, and there is not buffet, so it takes a little time to prepare, but it's worth the wait. The flavor is really good, i think they use MSG, which by the way brings out the flavor. MSG is not harmful in anyway its a food enhancer. But MSG has a bad rap, it's like the step child of words. If you have eaten at Chick-fil-A, who hands down has the best chicken crispy sandwich sold in the US, then you eat MSG.

Place needs to clean up. Presentation is poor - all across! Food tasted mediocre in comparison to their other locations. Service is horrible... staff were seated and people had to keep calling for them to order or ask for things. Ambience was awkward due to their staff talking loudly and hanging out in their corner. 😞 Parking sucks... it's always crowded! There's definitely room for major improvements here.

The best seafood fried rice.

first, the good is kind of good, except for the fact that the shrimp was undercooked, and the beef was burned(as well as the chicken). whatever had water (beverage, soup, etc...), all tasted like tap water. they also tried to rip us off over a can of diet coke, by charging $7 instead of the usual $2.50. if we Haden said anything the would have "riped us off". for that I could have just went to the store that's literally just two stores down. that was just the food. the service was completely horibble and rude. they didn't care about our safety by almost dropping the "seafood soup" on him. as well while we were eating that came before the soup they randomly just shoved my plate (full of food) and spilled the food on my shirt and they said nothing and just left. not only that but when the food came I asked what it was (since I got confused of what I ordered thinking I got beef, it was parcially my fault), and the man responded with complete ragging attitude and rudeness started to raise his voice continually telling me what it was for a straight minute. explaining to me what I had ordered. what i did was just sit there saying "ok" and "thank you" but he ignored me and as he did he raised his voice even more. if my parents weren't there I feel like he would have completely screamed at me. as i ate the food he stated at me with complete disgust. I found it disrespectful, but only because I mistaken my food. other than this guy and the other couple of problems, the restaurant was clean and respectful. and the food was ok (for the reasons above). 3/10....

I love to order their food to go so I can eat and watch a movie. When it's date night, though, I like to eat here. The servers are attentive and the food is SO tasty. Veggie curry with steamed rice and pad see ew is a FIVE STAR COMBO. They do serve beer as well, but you know I have to order the Thai iced coffee with boba! Highly recommend.

It's a decent place. The Thai tea was good, there was a misunderstanding, i asked for the seafood combo cho mein and instead got the regular combo but it was ok. It was not the best Thai that I've had but it again was decent.

I went to get a to go order bbq chicken. When I get home the chicken is burned and dried out. I called and let them know. The manager told me to come and return the chicken. I live here in Sylmar and told him I don't want to drive back there. But the manager said how can you prove to me that the chicken is burned? I said I don't have to prove it to you. I will not waste my time driving back there just to prove it to you. I will not waste time calling you too if it is not true. I'm not looking for a free meal . I just want to let you know that this is what you gave me after paying you money for the food. Anyways the manager obviously did not listen to me he just keep talking and hung up on me. So if you want burned and dried out chicken you can go to that Thai BBQ on Woodman Street in Panorama city. Manager is very rude!

Good Thai food good prices

Food is awesome! Always get the drunken noodles! So good. It's a large enough portion to share if you buy a side of fried rice. Meal for 2 is less than $12! Gave four stars because waiters seem like they could care less. Smiling may also be illegal for wait staff. Overall, love this place.
