Eat Thai Cuisine was a great eating experience. Went for lunch, the hostess seated us immediately. The menu was tempting and extensive. It was a very short time before the food arrived after being ordered. The wait staff was attentive to our needs. The food was fresh and delicious. If I had more room in my stomach I would have had one of their desserts which looked tasty. Definitely going to return to Eat Thai Cuisine next time I’m in the area.

Unbelievable! I ordered from here a few times and I always received my food late! I checked the DoorDash driver today and he was waiting there for a long time. When I asked him about the reason, he mentioned that every time there is this problem!
Either they make the food ready very slowly or they have the food ready but they don’t care about handing it to the delivery person!
Also, the driver showed me a photo of a sign in their restaurant saying food delivery drivers can’t use the restroom because it is only for their customers! 1) The driver is the representative of your customer and 2) such a shame! In Orange County in 21st century, you limit your restrooms!? Really!???
I will never order from this place ever again, until they rethink about their management system! The food is not as good or anything special either!

Pad thai was nice, and the glass noodle soup was surprisingly way better than what I expected. However, I tried what my friend ordered and it blew my mind away. Crying Tiger was the name, I believe. The meat was tender, and I can't really describe in words how good the sauce was. I don't live around here but I would drive all the way here just to get Crying Tiger again.

This is one of the best Thai restaurants I have been to. The Drunken Noodle is always our top priority, SUPER DELICIOUS!!! Because they use FRESH ingredients. Usually, I ask for less oil and they did it. The service is also wonderful!!!
The Crying Tiger is yummy.......Ask for medium rare. The Thai sampler is also great !!!.....You can taste many kinds of appetizers in 1 order. The Thai ice tea in this restaurant is the best Thai tea compared to other Thai teas in other places. One more thing, the Angel Wings are super big and inexpensive. We ordered Pineapple fried rice for a friend and he said it's delicious!!!
We have been a regular going to this restaurant for more than 10 years with those same orders and never get tired of the food.

We came here as an alternative after leaving Diho Siam disgusted with the rude male waiter, long wait and mediocre food. Boy were we surprised with the food at Eat Thai. If you are looking for a more authentic Thai food with fast service and a great atmosphere, this is the place. 5 stars all the way!!

I usually only write positive reviews because I think there needs to be more happiness in the world, but I honestly don’t know how this place is in business. I ordered online and went to pickup my order, and the woman at the counter blankly told me, “we don’t have your order.” I showed her my confirmation; she said, “no,” and then went to answer the phone. I patiently waited, and when she came back she said, “we aren’t making your food.”

I have been in the industry for 16 years, so I felt as I was nothing but polite and understanding (even though there were only three tables eating at the restaurant). I asked her if I could place the order with her in-person since they “didn’t receive my online order” that I had already paid for. She said, “no it won’t be ready for 2-hours. That’s too long. We won’t make your food.”

I’m honestly flabbergasted. I don’t know if it was because I was wearing sweats, or if it was because of something else. But, she then continued to assist other people after me and took their orders. I know reading this you’re probably thinking, “well you must have done something!” But, I just wish you knew me because I’m always one to be polite, tip fat, and eat/leave quick so the server can turn the table.

Very bizarre experience, and will absolutely never come here again. Which is a shame because I was really looking forward to trying their Drunken Noodles…

Very slow. Don't care about online orders

We decided to try a new Thai place but were sadly disappointed. the chicken satay in our appetizer was very dry, the Crying Tiger was a tough as beef jerky with very small pieces, the BBQ chicken was cold. Not just lukewarm, but cold. The drunken noodles with shrimp was good, but overall the prices were high for what we received.

The service is excellent, they make you feel like at home.

I walked in ordered bbq chicken with plum sauce , she was busy she took my order and said 25 min I said ok Ill wait in my car she said ok, I waited like 45 min around , I came in didnt see anything on the counter rang bell and she said almost ready,I went to bathroom and thought Ill give them 15 minutes, I came out and saw my food paid went home opened it up the chicken was partialy frozen and they didnt chop it up, so basially this place cooks food in advance frezzes it then thaws it out, this happened to me because it was a simple walk in order not the Ap order.

Maybe good for the area. Not worth the money. Rad Na noodles were crumbly like scrambled eggs. Also, noodles were burned.

Great food - the pad see ew, fried rice, and spring rolls are my favorites. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant for dine-in or takeout.

It had been awhile since I ate here because of the pandemic, probably February of 2020. The restaurant was open only for take out, so I ordered Chicken Pad Thai and Tom Kha Gai soup. The soup was delicious, unfortunately I threw out half the Pad Thai because it had a gritty sandy taste to it that is not what I had experienced before. I was disappointed and after I had PF Chang's Pad Thai even more so. I will consider it an aberration however I don't think I will order Pad Thai again.

Food was beyond amazing!! So so good. If you like some spice and kick, I recommend trying the drunk noodle, but you will not be disappointed with anything you order.

Absolutely delicious Thai food! I have been impressed over and over again with their dishes. It is obvious that all of their broths and sauces are made from scratch. I love all of their soups, their panang chicken or beef, their green curry, and their pad thai is fantastic!

Asked for a combination plate with chicken. And crazy tiger. Got one cut up peice if steak on top of lettuce 3 little won tons, and a cup of brown rice for $18. What a rip off. This was take out with no asking or utensils. WhT am I supposed to eat with? Will it be back.

During the same visit we found a hair in the soup, small rock in noodles and piece of raw chicken in rice. The food was tasty, but findings ruined it, we didn't finish the meal.

I was lucky enough to have a friend recommend this restaurant while driving up the 5. Boy, let me tell ya, I'm now considering moving up here just for this restaurant. My friend got the crying tiger, something he equated to falling in love. I got the spicy Thai basil, and I can't recommend it enough. If you're passing by, it's definitely worth stopping in. If you're from the area and haven't tried it yet, what are you doing?

Literally a few minutes after we were served our appetizers the server came to ask if he can remove the plates?? Umm...no, we are eating appetizers AND we ordered entrees to follow. He really wanted those plates! Felt very rushed, even though we arrived 45 minutes before closing. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Food looked nothing like what was pictured. Was too bitter. Dish wasn't supposed to have carrots, sprouts, cabbage or egg in it. Very disgusting. Bad taste. Put in cancerous plastic container.

To get water.
To get our food.
And to get the check.
There was only one other party and it had 6 people. That's it. But, for some reason it took so long. It was a annoying.

Also, I forgot to check the bill but I'm pretty sure we were supposed to get a glass of wine with the entree. I did ask and the server seemed surprised and told me that the wine only comes with the main entree. I wasn't even aware that there was a choice but you would think the server would've tried to upsell?? No? Ok, so I'll wine here because it was not cheap. So, I'm curious to go back just to see what item the wine comes with. *sigh*

All of this wouldn't be so bad if the curry was good but it really wasn't all that great to me. I don't know why it is so hard to make Thai curry the right way. Actually, I do know because there's a certain way to make it and if you do it wrong, it comes out very thin and the flavor isn't there. This is the wrong way. Strange because all of the Thai places I've been to in the area seem to be Thai owned but no one really knows how to make it correctly.

On the advice of some friends, we gave this place a shot last week and it didn't disappoint. It's now our favorite thai place in the area.

I think their staff is very nice but I did not enjoy the green curry as much as I have elsewhere. It was a little watery. The meat was fine though, not chewy or gross. The vegetables were plenty, I think it is just a matter of preference.

We decided to try Eat Thai Cuisine for the first time. When we opened the takeout containers our portions were small!! I called them to rectify the situation and the first attempt I was hung up on. I called back and they didn't care. I will NEVER order from this place again. There are too many options to wast my money on a business that gives small portions, charges high prices and has no desire to take care of the customer. Do youself a favor and dent order from this place.

I have been eating Eat Thai cuisine for a few years and will no longer.
I ordered my usual and one of the items was not delivered. When I called they agreed that the item was not delivered and asked if they could bring it. However we did not want the appetizer now that we had eaten. So they were going to credit our card back, which never happened. I gave it a month, called today to order my usual and talked to the owner about not getting a credit for my order last month. She refused to credit my card back or to simply give me the appetizer tonight.

If I could give zero stars I would for service. Will miss the nice delivery man.

The best Thai food in South OC.

It's good. I enjoyed the meal which was the Pad Thai with shrimp, egg rolls and crying tiger -all of which were good but not great. Both me and my friend agreed that the prices seems a bit too high to justify the quality along with the amount of food served. However, the interior looked nice and serene.
If you want other recommends for Thai in the South OC: Try Thai Brothers in Laguna Beach, Thai Paradise in Capistrano Beach or if you're a real foodie and SoCal distance isn't a problem (using San Clemente as the starting point) -I recommend Sanamluang in Hollywood -which is WAY out of the South OC but it's pretty darn great.

This place is great, After trying all the yellow curry in south OC, this place wins.
