My tai tea was too sweet. I felt tired after eating here. I like that they have a private single restroom here. Restroom is ok but can be better if they remodel it.

The second plate was super great! The BBQ pork ribs with shrimp fried rice and salad was delicious. I really enjoyed it. Thanks to the waitress that took my order and recommended this meal. I really enjoyed this meal.

Was working in the area and decided to grab a bite. I'm glad I did! The food was delicious and cooked to order. I got the chicken chow mein lunch special. It was $10 but very worth it. Portion was perfect and food was very hot. Definitely recommend this place!!

Was craving Thai Food last night and thought of this place. We were out running errands and called it on our way back and was told it would take 15 mins which is perfect. When we came to pick it up, it was ready and the lady was super friendly. We ordered a tofu pad thai, a green curry chicken, and a fried wonton. The portions are huge here. We've been a several Thai places and Roong Fah gives the biggest portions. The bowl of curry is like 3in deep and it was filled with bamboo shoots, chicken, and other veggies and the flavor was so rich and the spice was just right. The pad thai was so good and the noodles were so chewy and the tofu was placed on top so it was like a appetizer within the entrée. I love the fried wontons but the meat in the fried wonton was find of hard but the fried wonton wrap was so crispy and the sauce it comes with is so good. I'm so glad I came back this place. The price is decent too. I'm definitely coming back again.

my favorites here are the pineapple fried rice with chicken, beef or even tofu, the beef pad see ew, and the mango sticky rice. i also enjoy their chicken panang curry.

Just bought a 13 dollar takeout dish with hair in it. An ingredient i didn't know pad see ew came with.

I am having a hard time paying $20 for pad thai. It's good, but not mind blowing, and not large. They want more $$$ for peanut sauce, too.

I ordered the Tom kha soup. The soup had a BBQ after taste. They packaged it in a container for rice, needless to say it spilled 1/3 of it on the way home. It looked like a size small bowl, it cost $16.99 plus tax. Never again.

Good meat, but I think overpriced. For this money should be better service. And.. chicken.. why you can't cook it juicy and tasty, exactly before mixing with noodles?? It's to dry, and had no taste (. Think about dish looks like... And gift water and lemon needed.. Like a gift.

My weekly spot for thai. I always get the coconut soup and pad thai. They have the classic lunch specials, and everything is always good! Reasonable prices and local delivery.

Didn't like the fact they advertised lunch special for $10.95 but in the end I spent $15 and it didn't even include a drink! I was in town for work, some not so delicious chinese food. The taste was ok but didn't like how the brocolli was so overcooked it was yellow and wilted. For the price paid, I prefer freshness.
I was googling a place down the street in the opposite direction but I was already here so why not. But not impressed. Pricey for the portion you get.

I love this place! The first time I tried to order was through an app. When I arrived for pickup the place was closed. I recommend calling the actual restaurant number. Everything I've tried is good. The sesame balls on the dessert menu are AMAZING. Imagine hollow mochi balls rolled in delightfully crispy sesame seeds.

Love this place, Spicy mint leaves is my go to, and they also have pad see ew that is really good. Just add an order of combination fried rice and youre good to go.

Great place to eat mostly when you want to order for takeout. I dined in, but enjoyed eating Roong-Fah at home instead. I recommend the spicy seafood soup (can order with or without spicy), Chicken Basil ( order non-spicy if you do not like chili), and the chick Lar Nah (sorry if this is misspelled).

I’ve ordered from them lots of times. The food is good, but the service is lacking. I made an online order and waited for over an hour and a half for the food to show up. Turns out they were closed for the day. There was no note saying that they would be closed on their website, Beyond The Menu app, Google maps, yelp, you name it. And when I tried to call it sounded like I was calling a fax machine. Again, no way to let the customer know that they were closed. I won’t be making an order again

Delicious, made to order, and very tasty. The chowmein is so good and the noodles aren't thick and doughy. Fried rice is light and not greasy at all. The spicy fried rice is very tasty as well, but be ready to sweat because the heat is pretty intense. Dining area is roomy but unfortunately there's isn't any AC and the fans aren't enough to cool you down when it's really hot

Today was the last time I eat there. After going there for more than 3years. I even promoted them with my AIRBNB guests. The FOOD IS VERY GOOD but one of the waitresses is very MEAN. She ignores us when we call her and is always mad. At first I was considerate but as I went more and more she was still with the bad attitude. She ignores people for example when my son ordered she never aknoledge him speaking I had to repeat his order as she was only looking at me. She ignored me when I asked for water... I understand being a waitress is difficult that's why I let it go many times but today she did many things that I will not tolerate from no one. She needs to understand that if we choosed to eat there out of so many places she should receive us with a better attitude.

Pretty good but the price is a little too expensive for me to go there every month and I am looking for a restaurant that makes shrimp egg fu-young.

.no frills place ..have lunch here once a week. Stick with sea food tom yum (comes in a hot pot) . The standard of pad Thai is always good. Cashew but chicken is my friends favorite. I love the deep fried shrimp that's wrap in won ton skin..a little salty but perfect with white rice. Sea food fried rice is another good choice and larb salad is excellent for the summer. Nothing fancy ..just simple hone style good food.
Ok ..lately they got some new staff and I all say this ...the new staff needs better training. And we called and they do not pick up the phone. What's that? That is NOT how u run a business. The past few months ..we are getting disappointed in the service. Can't even call to cancel our order since NOBODY answer the phone. ..taking off stars for bad service .

There a lady there that just really make us not want to come any more...She looks like she doesn't want us to come to eat ..such a sour expression. She really is going to push customers away...it's been getting worse every time. Food ok but the service really need work. Nobody want to come eat at a place you don't feel welcomed. No ac..Just a fan ..bathroom smell bad..I can handle those things but being greeted with a sour expression ...ruin my lunch..I used to tip well cuz the owner lady is nice ..but the helper ( may be a relative) not good customer device. There used to be a really sweet girl long time ago but I think she goes back to school now ..but this lady..makes me not want to tip.

I love their Thai tea and always get the spicy sea food soup. It's pretty spicy, but you can ask for mild, medium spice, regular or very spicy.

I ordered delivery to the CSULA dorms. It was on time and the service was friendly.
We ordered Orange Chicken, Egg Rolls, Pad Thai with Beef, Shrimp Pad-See-Ew, Fried rice with Chicken, and Shrimp Yellow Curry. All of that costed about $54 including tip.

Egg Rolls- Nothing special, tasted a bit like the ones that come frozen. I get that it's easier, it keeps cost of labor down, but I like to see some creative recipes.

Orange Chicken- Very orangey. I tend to like my chicken crispier but it wasn't bad at all.

Pad See-Ew- Really good, flavorful, had some bamboo shoots in it and the shrimp added great flavor.

Pad Thai- Standard, nothing out of the ordinary but pretty good.

Curry- Pretty good!

Overall, really good, great for delivery. i would love to try some of their Thair BBQ stuff which sounds delicious.

Came in for lunch on a recommendation from a colleague. Simple menu, no hassle weekday lunch specials at around $7. I ordered the pork chow mein special. The special included a cabbage tofu soup which was quite delicious. The dish was bought out fairly quickly and included the pork chow mein, salad, steamed rice, egg roll and two fried won tongs as well as dipping sauces. Overall a good dish and value.

If you catch a flu, their Spicy Seafood Soup works better than a chicken soup.

Yeah, this place is pretty good. This place and King Torta next store are the two best restaurants in El Sereno. Great food at great prices. My favorite is dish #36. Mix that on top of rice and OMG, you're in heaven. It's amazing how they make veggies taste so great!
