Homey spot offers Thai eats into the wee hours with occasional appearances by an Elvis impersonator.
This is a place where people can go and have a comfortable meal. The food tastes good too. People who can't eat spicy food should be careful when choosing some foods. The service is fast and the restaurant atmosphere is nice. If you want to avoid noise, you need to consider it. The price is reasonable and the amount of food is large. Valet parking is $5 in the evening.
One of the best Thai restaurants I have ever had. The food was absolutely amazing, so flavorful and made with such high quality and care. Everything was perfectly seasoned and delicious. The staff are also wonderful. I came early to my reservation and they were super accommodating and friendly. The interior is very big and open as well with beautiful decorations and good vibes. Definitely worth trying out.
I have been to Palms many times but didn’t realize I never write them any review.
Here is what I think.
Vibe : Always cozy and relax.Nice and clean place.
Service : Fast and always take good care of us every time we went.
Food : Never once disappointed.Everything I ordered are always delicious! Now they added some chef recommended on the menu.I’ve had Crab Curry with vermicelli noodle which are great! And boy oh boy,Thai boat noodle that actually serve in a boat and a hotpot was outstanding! It could easily feed 2-3 people just for that item,By far in my opinion they have the best Boat noodle in LA.
FYI They have full bar now.Who would resist a good food with some nice cocktails right?
Palms always be my go to place and will remain my favorite Thai food in LA for a long time.
Palms Thai falls short on several fronts, making it a place I wouldn’t recommend. The ambiance is uninspired, just a large, cavernous hall crammed with tables but devoid of any charm or inviting atmosphere.
The service was outright terrible. The staff were inattentive and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing concerns. When we pointed out that our $12 drink was 90% ice and barely 10% actual beverage, we were met with a dismissive, “That’s how it is.” This response was both unprofessional and unacceptable.
As for the food, it was a mixed bag. The red curry had decent flavor but needed to be thicker for a more satisfying texture. The fried rice was mediocre at best, and the chicken was disappointingly chewy.
Overall, this was a frustrating dining experience with poor service and average food that doesn’t justify the price. Hollywood has far better options, skip this one.
The place needs a renovation the bar is cluttered, the chairs are hard no cushion. The food was good ordered rice noodles dish, the portion size was okay for the price. The only other issue is not being able to sell to me smaller appetizer portions I don't need 5 egg rolls just 2 and they would sell it that way. I'll try another spot
Phenomenal Thai food. We got the whole fish with spicy soup and it was so tender and flavorful. The green curry was also delicious and a huge serving. The tofu in the curry was tender and honestly perfect (I'm not vegan, but love me some tofu and am kinda picky about it).
Definitely coming back.
Also great service.
We got the mild spice level and it was still decently spicy.
Came in around 9pm last night on a Saturday night. We were quickly seated and food came out hot & delicious. Our server was Aida and she was patient, friendly, and provided great recommendations for our first time. At her suggestion, we tried the fried fish with this delicious mango sauce - it was not too sweet or sour. Everything tasted delicious - including the pad see ew (beef was soft), hot pot Tom yum (just the right amount of mild spiciness for our table, and combination pineapple fried rice (they had nuts & raisins in it too). Great, lively spot for a late night bite - especially if you’re coming from Universal Studios. Wasn’t too crowded when we arrived that evening and there was $5 parking right behind the restaurant.
I have had multiple poor experiences here. The staff can be moody and rude. The food is about as good as any other thai spot. I ordered a thai soup for example. I waited 50 minutes! After this long I asked the server if he wouldn’t mind throwing in 1…ice tea for the wait…an ice tea. He said “we don’t do that”. This should tell you about the people running this place. How much is an ice tea? Cents? To keep a customer whos waited almost an hour for 1 item happy? Yeah…theres plenty of great thai places to choose from and I’ll go to those from now on.
Honestly, this place could be great. We’ve been here several times and the food is delicious, but the service needs tightening up.
I’ve tried to call in food orders because I’m driving and they refuse to accept orders over the phone. They insist I have to place the order online or in person and it just delays my order. Additionally, online orders typically have a surcharge.
The food is 10/10, but sometimes not worth the extra work to just order.
The best Thai restaurant in town!
Years ago, we used to eat in the Palms restaurant often. The food was great, the atmosphere was happy and the wait staff was very efficient. Today, I can't say it's the same. The wait staff looked as depressed as the restaurant. The jolly atmosphere was gone. The food? The brown rice matched the sands of the Sahara, and the chicken was no better. Adding a large amount of soy sauce helped, but still not that good. Not only was the rice extremely dry, but when we ordered the small portion, our waitress convinced us that the large portion was for two people. Maybe for two sumo wrestlers. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the guy that set and cleared the tables was very nice and tried to help. All in all, it wasn't the best experience we have ever had.
if you think about the old vibrant Palm restaurant. it's not anymore.
It's a different management. very average, boring, almost empty, service is slow and unfriendly.
I'm giving it three stars instead of two because I'm just being nice. you better go somewhere else

It was terrible. The meal smelled very Strange, it was very very loud and the Service was too Bad. Too expensive for what it is. We paid and left the Restaurant as fast as we Can!
The food is bomb!!! I really love everything here.. my favorite still to be is the fried dumplings… they are crispy and very tasty. I try the curry but personally I don’t like it cause of the sweetness but up to everybody’s taste.
Reservations are recommended cause this place is usually very crowded.
They offered parking lots but they charge $5 for it which is not bad cause there’s not too easy to find parking on street or around specially on rush time.
Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service.. there’s a notice on the menu that says they will charge tips on bills for party over 5 people (in case you wonder where the extra charge comes from.
Wheelchair access available.
As a resident of Thailand for 22 years
This is the best Thai restaurant in the Southern California area
This restaurant is not good any more. Service is just really bad. They need to fire most of their waiters and hire decent ones. The experience is frustrating! Waste of time and money.
They changed their system where you have to order online now. I was driving so couldn't. Arrived at the restaurant and see that all the waiters are just standing around. I went up to the bar area to order. They said I have to order on the monitor. They point me to it, not showing anything or asking if I need help. I struggle through it and at the end comes of the option to tip. Tip for what???? Tips are for good service. There is no service just a horrible atmosphere and self service. Businessess think customers are just stupid. This restaurant went down hill. Food and service is terrible. This was my last visit. What a horrible experience!
Excellent and authentic Thai food. Great service and I enjoyed a leisurely lunch catching up with friends.
Very good
I must try this place! Heard about it from SBella!
I had always been a fan of this restaurant for over 20 years (since they were by Hollywood and Harvard) but nowadays feel like it has became a little too pricey so it's no longer a family dinner option (just for outies with the husband) plus they add the famous gratuity service fee all the time even when is a small party
If you are in LA, then this is a must visit. The food is delicious. There is a wide variety of options, from the usual to the unusual. The staff are all awesome, professional, polite and welcoming.
Great Thai food decent service, but the atmosphere is like being in a Cafeteria

Good freshly made thai
We have been going to this restaurant for around 20 years, ever since they were in their other Hollywood location. At least once in a month, and always ordering the same 4 dishes for both of us. Unfortunately, their portions got smaller, while their prices got much higher, over the years. We were there a week ago , a day before Christmas and were disappointed, that the portions got smaller than a month ago. We planned on going out to Hollywood’s clubs for New Year’s Eve, and reserved a table for 2. We were stunned to see , that our dishes were even much smaller than what we received barely a week ago! My friend joked that a 6 year old kid should get more than each of the dishes we ordered. When talking to a manager, she gave us a lengthy and dumb explanation. But, we were told that the real reason is the new owners.
It’s obvious , we will avoid this place , and stop recommending it to our friends and clients!
Clumsy careless servers. Do not know how to handle orders.Ruined my whole day
Excellent vegetarian Thai curry.
Authentic Thai restaurant. If you want to eat real Thai food, this is the go-to, you should order mild or spicy.
A decent spot for Thai food. Pad see-ew was good. Stacked style seating, so you end up at a table pretty much on top of other people.
Palms Thai falls short on several fronts, making it a place I wouldn’t recommend. The ambiance is uninspired, just a large, cavernous hall crammed with tables but devoid of any charm or inviting atmosphere.

好好吃!點了蝦餅、牛肉炒飯還有烤豬肉,每樣都好吃!
Wonderful food. Excellent service
I've only been here once, but compared to other Thai restaurants I would rate it average
Very disappointed with this Restaurant we have been coming here for a while but I think today was our last day here we found a hair inside of one our plates we told them and they didn't bother to apologize we spend almost $300 I always recommend this Restaurant not anymore
The food is delicious, and the service is fast, but this restaurant charges an 18% large party service charge, even though we were only 4 people and asked for separate checks. My friend was also charged the 18% large party service charge. They have the nerve to ask for a tip when you pay. I looked on their website, and it doesn’t mention anything, but I asked the server, and they said it applies to 5 people and up.
We went on a busy weekend day, and there was no wait. We got the red and yellow curry with shrimp chicken and vegetables and chicken chow mein. The meals were nothing short of amazing! Our waitress was very attentive and a pleasure. I will be going back!
Excelente comida. La piña colada es una delicia 👌
I have been to Palms many times but didn’t realize I never write them any review.

Palms always be my go to place and will remain my favorite Thai food in LA for a long time.
I have been a customer for a while now and last night I had a terrible experience with my friend, we ordered chicken sautée, papaya salad and phad Thai. The chicken was completely raw and rotten and the salad was super salty. They didn't even take the chicken off the bill. And when you pay the minimum they put as a tip is 22 percent which is ridiculous. Be very very careful when you eat at this restaurant so you don't get food poisoning.
Also they jumped the price and the quality went down !
Überteuert
Yellow Curry vegetarisch, kein Reis dabei, dafür ein Wurm. Mahlzeit. Da hole ich mir lieber eine Pizza
Good Food and Great Service
อาหารอร่อยทุกอย่างเลยค่ะ บริการดีบรรยากาศร้านดีค่ะ
My wife, daughter, teenage son & I got food poisoning from this place. I Spent Saturday evening with heavy diarrhea and vomiting. My son & daughter just had diarrhea. My wife had to be taken to my local ER. As I’m typing this review she is getting bloodwork done to figure out exactly what’s going on.
The food taste great, the waiter doesn’t seem to understand when to give customers space, constantly coming to the table and interrupting. What’s even more frustrating is that when we tried to speak with the manager, she was even ruder. Not resolving any issues addressed, but escalating the situation by covering for the waiter. If you go through their reviews, it is understandable, they simply don’t care for the services. What a shame for the owner of the restaurant.
Delicious food, I had pad thai, green curry fried tofu. All classic Mainstays of Thai cuisine, all excellent. My vote for best all-around Thai restaurant in Hollywood!
Long time customers, I arrived at 2:35 pm with my uncle (who is in a wheelchair). As we entered the restaurant a woman rushed up to us to tell us the restaurant is closed from 3 to 5 and they would not serve us. It was 25 minutes before 3. I did not argue, but she was very rude and dismissive. If you are open until 3 you would expect customers could order when they arrive nearly 30 minutes before. We drove down the street to Thai Central, a fine restaurant that treats its customers with respect.
Definitely upped their game. It was disastrous for a while. My hands were tied when my wife really wanted Thai food while in the area. Had an extremely disastrous experience last time but to my surprise this time they really upped their game. Great food and great service again!
Authentic and delicious Thai food. The crispy pork with Chinese cabbage was exceptionally delicious.
Supper nice Thai place to eat. Been going there for years and never has gone wrong.
We have dined at Thai BBQ on Third Avenue hundreds of times over the years. We are never disappointed. The portions per entree are enormous. The bbq-spare ribs, chicken & curries are delicious, succulent, tender, flavorful, delicately seasoned & slow-cooked to perfection! Service is expedited, the serving staff is professional & pleasant. Our family has celebrated many birthdays & special occasions at Thai BBQ. It's a winner with an excellent price point.
I’ve been coming here with my family for a good while and we absolutely love each and every time we visit! First of all the valet parking guy is the nicest most genuine person I’ve ever met! The food is amazing and delicious, don’t even get me started on the service. The service is amazing, they treat you as if you were family. Everything here is excellent, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone!
Delicious!! I love getting the lunch specials here
Delicious food. Must visit for thai taste 😋
The food is great.
I usually only come to Yelp to give bad reviews, but today that changes. I have been coming here for the past 7 years, the staff is always nice, the food is so good, and the ambiance is great.
10/10
Food was really good . Great service
I ordered beef sate, the meat was tough. The veggie morning glory (kangkong)I couldn't eat it all because they included the hard part of the stalk and it was mostly stalk. My mom did not like the pad thai either. I don't recommend this resto. Drive a little farther down by western and Hollywood, you'll see Thai Town. You'll see a lot of resto there. You don't even need to pay parking they will validate.
Whoa! I just saw my receipt while cleaning my purse. This restaurant even charged me 18% fee for a large party, on top of my tip. We were only 5 people. I was already wondering how my bill came up to $158.00.I'm telling you guys don't patronize this resto. I paid for parking, the food was awful, the service was bad.
Palms is one of the best Thai restaurants in hollywood - we are always seated quickly and food comes out quick and is always delicious. I love their spicy fried rice and the pad Thai is my favorite in the city. Presentation of food is always so nice and the waiters/waitresses are always accommodating. Their mango sticky rice is also amazing!
Best Thai food ever!
First time in LA and this was the first restaurant we checked out, portions were amazing!!! They forgot one of our meals but that wasn’t a problem ended up sharing 3 meals between 4 people and had some leftovers. 10/10 recommended
Good food terrible customer service. They will argue with you when they make a mistake on your order and do nothing to make up for any inconvenience. Manager literally says if you don't like it go somewhere else. I should work here so I can be rude to people that annoy me🤣🤣🤣
Expensive
Food is Not good
Service is bad
Restroom is nasty
Das Essen war sehr gut. Service war super nett und hilfsbereit und die Atmosphäre war auch okay, nur einbisschen laut. An sich eine leckere Erfahrung.
Is increíble how is easy for the managment to send me a mesage when i was on my way to pick up our lunch saying that my order will be late 30 minutes, whats wrong with you guys, thats why i prefered a 100 times to do my order by phone, not online, but i did it coz i like the food here for years, but honestly after this i dont think i will order here anymore
one of the worst dining experiences i've ever had.
Food was poor quality, and had been clearly reheated. Staff was inattentive, rude, and condescending
We were sat fairly quickly but it went down from there. I asked if I could simply substitute broccoli on my entre with rice and they said no. I asked if I could get it on the side " No. We don't do it on the side". we ordered deep fried wontons which came with around a teaspoon of filling . They were extremely underwhelming. We asked if this was normal and the waitress said it was. Wish I knew that before I ordered.
When I got my Beef, I bit in to the first piece which was a little more tough and chewy than I expected, and when I took the second bite it was cold... I ate a few more pieces, some were warm, some were colder than room temp, which makes me think they had the beef refrigerated and they simply reheated it.
When I brought this up, they immediately became confrontational telling me they can take it and warm it up for me " This would be against health codes to take already delivered food back into the kitchen.
I said I didn't want it warmed up because it would just be chewy reheated beef, I asked if I could have a substitution, or have it taken off my bill, and the manager said " we do not accept returns on food"
Having worked in the food industry i've never heard of a restaurant adopt this policy. They refused to take it off my bill and even went as far as to tell me " We delivered the food, we know it was hot, and we made it fresh." they became rude and confrontational so I took the check and left. I'm pretty furious I spent $30 on food that was borderline inedible. screw this place and their service.
The place smelled like fish. NOT a place for vegetarians. They added shrimp to my papaya salad even after mentioning ‘no meat’. And blamed me for not saying that earlier. Will NEVER go back here.
Very Nice experience.
Great place and service 👌 👏 👍
Rude staff. They tried to nickel and dime for delivery orders. I liked the food at first but the rude staff put such a sour taste in my mouth. Phantom charges and calling to change the prices that are listed. DO NOT ORDER here
Came in around 9pm last night on a Saturday night. We were quickly seated and food came out hot & delicious. Our server was Aida and she was patient, friendly, and provided great recommendations for our first time. At her suggestion, we tried the fried fish with this delicious mango sauce - it was not too sweet or sour. Great, lively spot for a late night bite - especially if you’re coming from Universal Studios. Wasn’t too crowded when we arrived that evening and there was $5 parking right behind the restaurant.
The food‘s good the surface is good. It’s a high energy Thai restaurant straight to the point sit down order very typical big busy restaurant, street parking is shotty but it’s pretty safe around there even though there’s a lot of homelessness, you can park in the building for five bucks but I seem to always find street parking and no, they don’t voucher. Overall, it’s a straight ahead Thai restaurant.
We visited LA and decided to give this restaurant a try. Based on the review, the restaurant seems decent. You cannot really go wrong with any Thai restaurants around Thai town area. That's what I thought, but unfortunately Palms Thai restaurant disappointed me.
Vibe : the restaurant gives a vibe of food court or canteen. The music was quite loud. It forces everyone to raise their voices up.
Service : Not bad. Nothing memorable.
Food : Unfortunately this part was far from good. I order dishes that are always decent, hard to mess them up : Laab, Tom Kha, pork jerky. (I am Thai, by the way 😀)
Tom Kha Chicken was super sweet and overly salty. Laab was also salty and had very little taste of lime in it. It also contained weird smoky flavor in it. Pork jerky wasn't bad at all. However, the sauce came with it was also very salty and I'm not sure why there was shrimp paste in it. Overall, every dishes I ordered were salty. If you are trying to watch your sodium intake. This place is not for you. The best thing on the table was nice fresh cold water! This is by far the worse Thai food we have tasted in the US, at least for those three dishes I ordered here.
My husband and I ate a little less than half of the food and decided to leave them there. We did not want to take any of them home.
It was okay until the waiter made a scene out of me not tipping him. Why am I supposed to tip if I haven’t got any extraordinary service? He acted like I failed him. That was toxic behaviour.
This is going to make me not wanna go to this restaurant again.
Seating lacks any personal space. Sit with strangers in both sides of you.
Food was so sweet. Unbelievable amount of sugar.
Staff was kind
Unfortunately won’t be back
Very busy and large restaurant. Great for large groups but it wouldbe good to reserve for large groups.
The seating is packed like a cafeteria,l with not much space between tables and it is loud in there. Cannot really have a conversation. I would still return because the variety is great for a large group.
I include a super rough diagram of the layout since I did not want to take pictures of peoplefor their privacy.
There is really no street parking but there is an attached garage with valet only parking. $5 flat valet parking charge which is not bad for Hollywood.
Waiters are nice but service can be slow due to how busy the place is even with 6+ waiters.
We ordered:
Mango Sticky Rice: very good, pricey though at 12.99
Thai Style Boat Noodles (too tangy and odd that it had pork rinds, beef was great, thin rice noodles, 4 out 5)
Two people in our group ordered this and they would probably not order it again. We have had better boat noodles at another place nearby. Ingredients were a good quality for every dish. They wished they could choose noodle type.
Papaya Salad 5 out of 5. Ordered medium spicy and it was great, intense flavor with a kick but my eyes did not tear up so the spiciness did not kill my taste buds, which is good.
#111 Combo Seafood Chili and Holy Basil Leaves. That's what the menu had for the name but I think they meant "whole" basil leaves. It was good and I would order again. I ordered mild and it wasnot spicy at all. I would order medium next time.
All the food are so delicious 😋
if I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I order take out pretty frequently from here and let me just say they will never get my business ever again. We order the same thing every time: pad thai, shrimp fried rice, and pepper steak. They have increased the steak by $10 because they claim they have a higher quality which would’ve been fine if it wasn’t a complete lie. We asked for medium rare and they gave a very obvious rare steak that was more than 50% fat. When we called they were so rude on the phone and told us to send pictures of proof. After seeing pictures they told us to put it in the microwave and if we didn’t want a fatty piece of steak we had to specify that when ordering. Never have I ever had to specify at any restaurant especially this one that I don’t want a poor cut of the steak. The manager then gets on the phone super condescending with no intention of correcting the issue and proceeds to hang up on my husband. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
Well prepared Thai cusine. Recommend something not on the menu--choo chee pla--a mild white fish fillet in a rich red curry sauce with kefir leaves. You could eat a rock with this sauce on it. Unbelievably delicious!! The menu is huge and I have eaten almost everything on it. The trout and mango is a family favorite. The caw moo yang--barbecued pork with a unique Thai sauce will get you addicted. Prices are low enough to allow that to happen. Panang curry is another favorite. Jungle curry is dangerous if you order it Thai hot. Suggest ALWAYS order medium heat as the chef uses more authentic Thai spices--then you can imagine you are on Thailand. By the way, Thai people use spoons or sporks (combo fork and spoon) not chop sticks.
Food was excellent, and came out ridiculously fast. Authentic and not over priced. It’s nice and cute inside. I got the Pad See Ew and My partner got the crab fried rice. Both were delicious.
5/5 pad see yew
1/5 delivery took 90 min (when they said ready in 45)
Service: Channa An EXCELLENT 👌🏽 Waitress!
Also Jo Jo And Bass.
Food Is ALWAYS FRESH AND HOT!!
Their Thai Tea & Thai Coffee Is💣💥
GO! GO!! GO!!!
Great Thai food right on Hollywood Blvd and minutes from Walk of Fame. Ordered Chicken Pad Thai, Green Chicken Curry and Chicken Fried Rice. All dishes were amazing with good portion sizes. Would come again! Price is average for the LA area. Food was ready within 15 minutes.
The best food in the los angeles area
I've been going there for the past 15 yrs. Great food , great service always 👌
Absolutely hands down the BEST Thai food in Southern California. They have authentic Thai dishes but the one I get every time is the 91 with extra shrimp spicy. It is TO DIE FOR. Also the holy basil with ground beef is probably one of favorite all time dishes. You can't go wrong.
Best Elvis Statute and Thai Food in Hollywood
Meh. it was just ok. Had the duck curry and there were a lot of conflicting flavors. Also the Holy Basil beef. Tasty sauce but beef was a bit dry and chewy. Wouldn’t return as there’s better options.
Nice place and good Thai food .
Excellent restaurant and food . The only minute is it's very noisy.
My family has been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years. Sadly, last night was our last visit. This establishment now is under new management. Hopefully, the new onwer would be able to bring this establishment to a higher level than where it is now. To do this, they need more professional servers in my opinion. The existing servers at Palm currently have been there for a long time, I notice some of them have been working here for more than 10 years, yet they don't know how to serve their dinners. It takes them a while to take our order (about 10') then the wait for them to dish up is 25'. Yet, when my first dish came out, we didn't have rice, no condiment. I asked the guy who set down my first dish about my rice and condiment, he told me to call my server...huh? Don't they suppose to be there to work together to serve their customers? When the server brought my rice over, I asked her for one more chilli and fish sauce for my husband (after a male server rudely told us it's an extra $2 for it) my server ended up giving us a half ounce size of to go cup chilli and fish sauce 1/3 filled. It's ridiculous 😒 their whole server crew don't know how to smile to their dinners. They don't know the basic etiquette of a regular restaurant server. Absurd!
All my dishes are very salty. It's time for us to look for better Thai restaurants in this area.
We came during the lunch happy hour, so the restaurant was pretty packed but there are still lots of open tables and we were seated right away. I've been here a few times, and usually ordered the beef pad see ew. Last time I ordered the chicken pad see ew, and it was better than the beef one. The beef pad see ew is a little too saucy than the usual.
Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Obsługa bardzo miła polecam
Beawere of this place I'd order holy basil with rice and after done eating I had food poisoning. If yall don't believe me go and find out yourself but I told you
Great food and it was served quickly.
I wasn’t sure when i walked in if this would be good, but the food and service was excellent! This feels like an authentic thai restaurant.
Yellow curry, pad thai and crab fried rice were all excellent.
We've been here a few times. Liked the food then. But the last time we came, our food literally took some time to make. Then it came one at a time with the rice coming out last. Now, if you're eating any type of Asian food, the rice must be served with your main dishes. It was not an enjoyable meal. They also kept bringing food on our table that we didn't order.
Nice and great food
Generic Thai food restaurant. Nothing remarkable. Not great, not the worst. Food quality is ok. I life their whole steamed fish, but sometimes the size is so small that it doesn’t even make any sense to call it whole fish anymore. You can certainly find same tasting food almost every other Thai restaurant in this area, but this place is not that expensive, quality is not poor & service is ok
Loved it here. It’s really nice Thai food in Thai town with a good clean environment. The pad Thai was phenomenal. The green curry good but not the best ever (they don’t make their own paste here). The Tom Kai fantastic. I loved the food we ordered and we had a great time and will come back.
so yummy and food came super quick! friendly staff 👍
Some of the best Thai food we have ever had! We tried several items including pineapple fried rice, pad see ew with beef, and green beans with chicken. Everything was delicious, came out fast, and the flavor was out of this world!
Great service and right prices. Elvis and Celine rock!
Palms Thai Restaurant served up the best Thai food I've ever had! The green curry was just right—spicy and bursting with flavor.
What stood out were the lunch deals. They give you good-sized portions that left me happily full. It's budget-friendly and totally worth it. The staff is friendly, and the vibe is cozy.
Palms Thai is a must-try for Thai food lovers. The tasty dishes and affordable lunch specials easily make it a great spot. Loved their Thai iced drinks too. Service could've been better.
If you're craving authentic Thai flavors without breaking the bank, Palms Thai Restaurant is the place to be!
Love this restaurant, as always food was great. The best Thai restaurant in Los Angeles.
This place used to be sooo good. The food is just horrible now.
The vegetables and meat are not fresh at all and looks and tastes like they have been sitting around in the heat for days.
They give so little of the food now, the portions are smaller, even for their drinks. I ordered two fresh coconut and there was so much ice and the coconut meat for one drink was so little, it looked like they took some out of my drink and put it into the other drink so both drinks had so little.
They charge extra for any sauce. The service is hard to get a hold of and you have to keep trying to flag them down. It was just a nightmare. AVOID at all costs.
I don't know what happened, it use to be really good!
The service was terrible. One of us was allergic to a certain ingredient so we wanted to make sure it wasn't in the dish - the waitress snapped at us. We were also treated with annoyance while asking for a table!
I found a piece of hair in the rice and the waitress tried to blame me.
Had an absolutely horrible experience, service wise.
Food was 10/10, kudos to the chefs.
The spicy food was extremely limey.
Curry is awesome but should stay away from beef salad.
Good portion size

Great food!!!!
The food here was sooooo good. The server was exceptional nice and the food came out very quickly. But the best part of our experience was the food. It was some of the best Thai that we've had in a long time. I was sad that I was going to a concert right after because that meant we could take leftovers. However, that didn't end up being a problem because the food was so good that we ate all our food. I highly recommend this place.
