I placed an order through DoorDash TODAY and on the app - it shows you can add notes for substitution for anything .. all I asked for was For the food to be NOT spicy. I placed the order not even 12 mins ago.. but anyways I called the location to make sure they saw the note. First off, the lady who picked up the phone couldn’t even understand what order I was referring to.. and then tells me “I made the order already. You should have contacted door dash about that problem”.. SO WHY IS THERE A NOTE OPTION WHEN ORDERING!!! Is it not DoorDash and the restaurants job to make sure all orders are correct including substitution. I am allergic to spices which is why I made sure by calling as well but that place is nothing but rude. As good as their food is - I will never be ordering from them again. They don’t deserve my money for their horrible service

Delicious food, chef knows the customization as per customers requirement. I ordered spicy basic fried rice and it was so good, I ordered it again the same next day as well and I’ll be ordering more. Best Thai restaurant in town.

They went from including nice cuts of chicken with the rice and now the chicken is like tiny dust flakes. Literally barley any chicken with the meal. Which is sad because now I'm afraid to place an order going forward. The photo in included was the amount of chicken from two orders of chicken fried rice.

A mean lady serving oily and salty food with heavy hot red pepper and sugar in all of there foods. Bugs are not uncommon in the food here. It does not appear to be a safe place to eat. It is recommended that this place be closed until further investigation has been conducted.

Very yummy authentic curry! Service was great for take out so I sat in and enjoyed hot dumplings straight out of the kitchen. The dumplings were great. @Thaiana you should make a short rib dumpling or have dumpling of the day! Amazing

Walked in, the lady at the counter didn't even say hello or acknowledge my presence. I walked out. I'm not spending my money at places that are rude.

The food was really really good. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I have had incredible thirst since this meal and the only thing I can think of is that MSG was used.

Hands down, they have the best Thai food I have ever tasted, they never miss. they are friendly and very accommodating. They are the best when it comes to Thai food!

I got food poisoning after eating the grilled pork chops, veggies, and white rice and fried calamari. As soon as I got home, I felt terrible and couldn't function. I felt like I was dying for two weeks and will never eat here again!

Had my first order on Doordash canceled but ordered over the phone and everything was great!

Let me start off by saying that I've been a regular here for years. I always ask for no peanuts due to a peanut allergy, and they always delivered, until recently, and I had a reaction. I call to let them know, and kindly explain what happened, and they say to take it up with doordash because it's not their problem.

I didn't call to sue or make a big thing about it (which I honestly had every right to do, it's my LIFE). I was very kind in my tone and wording and they even refused to put me through to a manager. This is how you treat regulars? I won't be coming back here again. I'll edit this review soon to recommend a better thai spot for those who unfortunately receive the same treatment.

TL;DR - Specified peanut allergy, peanuts in dish, anaphylaxis ensues, restaurant extremely rude and refuses to accept responsibility, customer of 3+ years lost.

A hidden gem food is great

I recommend go some where else. There are so many good Thai food in Long Island. This place AINT IT. Anyway. I called the restaurant. I asked if anybody speak Thai there (so I can ask about a dish ). The lady said. What do u want. After so many time I ask her I want to speak to a Thai person about an order. food there always unclean. . The person can’t cook properly. Not authentic.

The food is amazing, have eaten so many different dishes with Maggie's help. The atmosphere is really awesome and friendly, you can have a family dinner or even just pop in for a quick bite on your own. You will not be disappointed!

Really bad experience. Ordered through grubhub, said it would be here 721. Called them at 721, told us driver was on the way and it would be there soon. 750 call back that no one showed up. Then then tell me that no one picked it up its just been sitting there, nothing they can do and hung up on me.

We used to always go to the Thai usa in huntington for Thai food. Found this place recently and went to try it with my daughter and it turned out a great place for Thai food. We enjoyed it. Now we have a new Thai place to go.

I should have read the reviews before going here lol. 1) the place is gross and just does not look clean. I was afraid to eat there but dang i was hungry. no wonder a lady in the comments below found an insect in her food. 2) very poor customer service 3) i will never return. Don’t look sanitary

The Lemongrass Pork Chop was so delicious! The Basil Sauce with Beef is also a dish everyone should try. Not one complaint. I even had a margarita and it was good. Not too sour! The staff very friendly. Don't let the outside appearance of this place fool you. It's definitely a good spot for lunch or a casual dinner.

My favorite Thai place. Love everything I've tried from there (though I mainly get the Pad Thai). The people there are awesome and are always nice.
I don't live in the immediate area, so I usually take major detours to pick up take out. They always prepare the food quickly and it's always delicious by the time I get home (which is a little bit of a drive). I would absolutely recommend you dine in though. It is (as expected) even better when it's right out of the kitchen and the service is great. You do yourself a disservice if you don't take a friend and eat there at least once.

Damn good Thai food. I enjoyed the chicken massaman curry, they did not hold back on the spice (not spicy like too spicy but spiced than usual). Ultra fresh ingredients too. Definitely will be going back.

I really want to give them 5 stars...BUT, I have been ordering from them consistently and today I had an issue, so I called. Unfortunately I was just talked over the whole time, spent over 100$ buying food, and someone supposedly named "Angela" told me maybe I was crazy and that the order that I was saying was incorrect was only my imagination. After she hung up on me (not once did I yell or raise my voice or talk over her), I called back two more times because we realized another part of the order was also incorrect for which they charge extra. They ended up sending the two corrected meals over to us but in todays world we didn't feel comfortable eating them after the way I was treated over the phone. The food is normally great but it's expensive and it's unfortunate they would treat a recurring customer this way when they obviously knew they had made an error on the order. Not sure we will ever feel comfortable ordering from this place again :(

Ordered Thiana delivery for lunch today. It was delicious! Everyone at work was happy, I was particulary happy with the cashew chicken. Just enough heat and the veggies and chicken were cooked to perfection. The spring rolls were wonderful, crispy and hot. The food delivery was prompt and the food was still hot when it got to us.

Delicious, fresh, flavorful food at decent prices. Never disappoints! Recommend the Thai sesame chicken, mango chicken and garlic chicken and the chicken satay and vegetable dumplings. So good!!

109 Thiana is the closet Thai place to our new home. We have ordered twice so far, and the food has been delicious. Big fan of their drunken noodle. Will be ordering from here more often!

Had the Red Curry Chicken here a few days ago, along with some of their Thai iced tea. The chicken came in a very large bowl and was quite spicy but also quite good (once my taste buds got used to it). The iced tea was also good, but was not quite the best I've had (it also needed more ice). This is a new place, it just opened a few weeks ago. I wish them luck. West Babylon needs a Thai restaurant (but what we REALLY need is a good Indian restaurant). I will go back.

Very good Thai food and the Thai Iced Tea is one of the best I have ever tasted. Tried a little bit of everything our party ordered and everything has outstanding flavor. The waitress was also very friendly and caring.

Decent Thai place to have my Thai food craving fixed, especially during a summer time! Relatively convenient location for me to get to. The shrimp salad I had was a burst of Thai flavors, personally like the spicy kick. The lemongrass (grilled) pork chop was pretty tasty. Will go back.

So fresh, perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. THE BEST! I am so impressed, I picked up the phone while eating and called them to tell them how great they are and their food is!
