This place is one of the best Thai food spots I have been to. It is a well kept secret. Don’t be fooled by the location, that the food is akin to the atmosphere. It is FIVE STARS and I wish I had taken some to go as I was passing through for a concert at the Wiltern. Go. Eat. You will be pleased you did.

Our new favorite Thai spot. We usually go to Thai Town, but recently we found this place to be very good with their food. Our second time ordering here and it did not disappoint. When the place makes good Tom Kha Kai everything else will be good. I love their large size Thai Ices Tea good for two people. The place is a hole in a wall with good food. Parking sucks though.

Tried the Crying Tiger (barbecued beef dish) and Pad Thai w/ pork.

The beef was plain but when you dip it in the lime/cilantro/chili sauce that it comes with, it's so flavorful. Chewy meaty texture smothered in sour and herbal flavors w/ a ting of spice, which kicks in once it reaches the throat.

The pad thai was good, but not my type. I love the kind that has a nice balance between sweet/sour/salty/spicy but leaning on the sweeter side. This one was pretty much on the salty/sour side. But still good! I'd recommend sharing the plate though; it started feeling like "too much" after eating like a quarter of the dish.

Individually, those two dishes were good, but I wouldn't recommend them as a combo (they don't complement each other at all haha).

Portions: good for their prices.
Service: nice.
Interior: family style, comfy
Parking: I street parked on Hobart & walked like 3 minutes

Great place, staff are nice, food tastes delicious and prices are good. The seafood soup and pad Thai are definitely my favorite dishes here. Also, the Thai tea is pretty concentrated and tasty, unlike other places whereit is very watered down

This is definitely our favorite Thai food restaurant. Whenever we dine in we always get the part of the family vibe. Their sweet and sour pork is on point no cap.

A Hidden gems. Authentic Thai Food. Parking is a little tight and pretty small dine in area, but definitely worth it.

Delicious, affordable little thai restaurant. They deliver within certain miles. My favorite dishes are; beef jerky, garlic pepper pork, green curry with veggies only (my preference), pad kra pow with ground beef, papaya salad with raw blue crab, chow mein with veggies and crispy pork, morning glory with crispy pork(ask if available), crab fried rice, basil fried rice with shrimp, sticky rice and thai tea.

If you are looking for real Thai food this is the place, everything is always fresh and perfectly cooked, I always will recomend this place, we already have about 5 years going to this place !

We have been eating here for a very long time, and the food never disappoints.

I will continue to drive in LA traffic from Culver City to Khun Dom for their delicious food and amazing service!

Food was pretty bad

Restaurant Thai Patio is worth a visit and it isn’t far from this location. However, my dining experience wasn't as impressive. The menu isn't updated online, which seems intentional. Moreover, the flavors didn't quite capture the authentic taste of Thai cuisine I was expecting. I found the curry to be excessively watery, and unfortunately, they didn't adhere to my specific food instructions. How hard is it to remove a carrot do to allergies. I will not return.

This is the worst thai food I have ever encountered!!!! I'm not picky or a complainer, I ordered garlic pepper beef and the beef was so burnt and charred my dog would eat it and I'm not kidding! When I went in to show them they said get out of here I was like look cmon they said this is this style of food leave!

The service is really nice. The food is okay. We got a padthai shrimp and a boat noodle. However the boat noodle is just taste like normal beef noodle not like a traditional thai boat noodle dish.

Amazing food !! We found a local gem.
First time coming I asked for carrots in my curry, they forgot (they charge extra) . When I called they were soooo nice and offered to refund my card. Instead we left it as, I will be coming back for yummy food and just add the carrots then.
Have already been back multiple times and they stick to their word.

Side note: I have many food allergies and sensitive stomach and their food never upsets me in the slightest.

If this place ever moves I’m moving with it. The best period of my life has been spent living blocks from here and those facts are related. Everything I’ve tried is great, but you need to try the pineapple shrimp fried rice.

Their BBQ pork is better than what a much-acclaimed Thai restaurant on Normandie Ave and Santa Monica has: you may not know, but Spicy BBQ at Normandie and Santa Monica Blvd is said to have great bbq pork: but after trying them many times, then trying Khun Dom, I found that for sure the quality of the pork meat at Khun Dom is better than what they give at Normandie and Santa Monica Blvd, plus it costs a couple dollars less! While Mesa Thai gives too little, and it’s not better than Khun Dom. However, if you want stir-fried Ginger Beef, I found that the stir-fried Ginger Beef at Thai Original BBQ at Maplewood and Western is much better than the stir-fried Ginger Beef at Khun Dom: the quality of the meat is very different, and Thai Original puts more ginger too.

Just ordered from them today, the driver was wearing a face mask/shield and gloves, probably the best delivery from any restaurant since this crisis started. Food was good and the portions are large like always! Support your local Thai restaurants!
