This would be a good Valentine's Day restaurant especially if you have a load of money because there's Tesla charging stations in the parking lot. I enjoy the atmosphere this karaoke I wish I would have participated in but I was too hungry to contribute. The food they could have been better but the atmosphere was amazing and also the service is great young man he seemed very focused and the owner was very focused its serving as I really enjoyed her company. It's good to go into a restaurant in the people are very warm and friendly towards you. The pad thai and their fried rice be unfortunately I didn't take pictures of but fortunately it was good. I think it's hard for a Thai in big cities because there's so much competition everybody's making Thai food not only even taught. Food was hit or miss. Tom Kha soup was the BEST I've ever had. The pad thai was mediocre and lacking flavor. Very nice server and ambiance.

We had traveled to Long Beach for a weekend trip to Catalina Island and needed to recharge our EV for the drive back to Las Vegas. We figured we might as well eat something while we waited for the car to charge up and right across the way was Thai Villa. We like Thai food and the ratings were good so in we went. The place is on the smaller side, but there were only a few people eating so it wasn't crowded. We were seated quickly and they were attentive to us and took our order quickly. The food was delicious! Some of the best thai food I've ever had, really - and we eat a lot of thai food. LOL

It was a happy unplanned visit to this restaurant and we enjoyed it immensely. We highly recommend Thai Villa.

Absolutely delicious food. You have to try it. The pepper and garlic dish is fantastic! We had the crispy pork, but I think any protein would work because it's the sauce that seals the deal.

Nice food so far

I walked in close to 8p and there were around 4 parties and one that was leaving. It was quite dark in there and the tables were real close to each other as it is a small space. I can imagine how crowded it gets on busy days. There's a tiny stage on the corner for karaoke on Fridays. I think the host told me it took place from 3p-9p.

My order was to-go, and I had to place it in the back where the cash register is at. I had pad see ew with chicken and it was a decent portion for $13.95+tax (came out to ~$15.50). I liked how the server gave me 2 types of hot sauce/chiles. And the flavor was real good. My wait was about 7-10 mins even though they had about 3 people trickle in for pickup orders at that time, and only one server.

I will def go back when I'm around the area again and craving Thai food.

Love the food here! Best Thai food in Long Beach/Lakewood. Owner is a very sweet lady, and they have karaoke Fridays and Saturday nights.

The food is of high quality, but the portion sizes provided for the prices are not satisfactory. ( that’s to go). Additionally, it is unreasonable to be stingy with the sauces, especially when customers spend a significant amount of money. It is unfair to give them only one sauce . It is recommended to refrain from displaying greediness and unsettling looks when customers choose not to leave tips. Overall, the food is enjoyable.

1st timers, for my sons 18th birthday. Food was amazing! Pad Thai, Pad See Eww, pork ribs with garlic pepper, amazing!! BBQ pork spare ribs, delish! Orange chicken and yellow curry chicken. All those dishes were great.

This place is the best Thai food and I mean homemade. Went for lunch and had the pineapple rice and chicken panang. So good and I have had my share of pineapple rice and panang from other places. So fresh and the jasmine rice on the side for panang was so light and tasty. And don't forget the Thai Ice Tea. I love that crushed ice in that carafe they put it in as well. I am going back next time I am in Cerritos.

Pad Thai, Red Curry and Thai iced tea. Everything was great. The best part is the Thai iced tea is huge! It’s only around 5 bucks and it’s so worth it. I don’t know how many ounces but they have the little crunchy nugget ice cubes and that’s truly the absolute ice.
Sorry this review doesn’t talk about the food. It’s just okay.. the real star is the thai iced tea

I love their lunch specials - a drink plus some of their yummy food is best and the price is fantastic!

They have been our favorite Thai spot since the pandemic. They’re close, food is ready for us, we can now order online and pay which makes the pick up easy, and they have such amazing customer service. If you’re in the area, this is a spot to check out for sure!

We found this place through yelp. Was feeling under the weather and had a craving for soup and it's was late at night. Ordered food for delivery and wasn't disappointed. I got the spicy chicken soup and some sides because I wasn't too familiar with the menu. Tonight we decided to actually visit the location and were pleasantly surprised with Karaoke night. Ordered the seafood soup and different appetizers this time. Everything was good and I sang a song.

Thai Villa is MY Thai restaurant. There is attention to detail from service to goodbye. The food is made with care and quality ingredients. The staff are willing to educate you on traditional vs fusion flavor profiles. If you are open minded, you can find something special or unusual on the menu, or maybe off menu?

I have three go to items that I love at a Thai restaurant, pad see ew, tom kha gai, and spicy eggplant. And even though I have 12 Thai restaurants in my neighborhood and this one is clear across town from me, it's the best I've ever had. Service was amazing and super friendly. I look forward to eating here again!

My go to spot in Lakewood for thai food! Their crab fried rice and pad see ew are some of my favorite things to get there. Food is always fresh, piping hot and delicious. Staff is extremely friendly and make you feel welcome every single visit. They are open late (2 am) on Fridays and Saturdays for anyone looking for a late night thai fix. Would definitely recommend!

Let's give them a 1 since there is nothing lower. They refused to prepare a dish I had eaten there ONE month ago. Why? The cook: 1) did not know how, 2) would not - because she didn't think it would taste right, 3) had never heard of anyone preparing PAD THAI with a wider noodle (a staple in the Thai kitchen, by the way), and 4) finally, she simply refused to do it. I re-worded the request slightly, and the server returned with the cook's answer. I probably shouldn't have said it, but I did ... "well, I'll just go somewhere else". The response from the cook, herself was advice --- "....YOU GO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE". So DO take the best Thai Villa has to offer --- ADVICE. Save your money, time, palate, sanity and self-respect and 'GO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE'. There's another Thai restaurant within a mile - Thai Basil. Comparable Prices. Good Quality, Value and Service. Best of all, you don't have to slay a dragon to get your food.

I've been coming here for a long time, and it's always been good to me. The pad thai is great. It has that perfect balance of sweet/sour/salty. The curry dishes are delicious, too. Be forewarned, they can be a lil spicy. In regards to the ambiance, the decor has seen better days. But who cares? It's the food that matters, right? There is a keyboard and other instruments by the entrance for, I assume, live music although I don't know at what time.

Late night came in with my daughter spent 40 bucks on Thai tea, tofu, chicken on a stick,and the most burnt crispy catfish ,cooked in old stinky oil, taste like crap and more done than pork rinds...ruined my night,and that was to go! My daughter felt so bad she treated me to the Outback the next night,Thai villa was good the last time i went 20 years ago...Sorry but was a bummer.
