I took out an order of chicken curry and was more than satisfied. They will prepare it to your liking. It was spicy, flavorful and fresh.

I've seen many families dineing in, so It's obviously a clean family environment. Humble, hard working, traditional owners and staff. I'm excited to have found Jade Siam.

I'm definitely coming back for some pad Thai and explore the menu. It is with all confidence that I can highly recommend Jade Siam. I think that you'll love it.

First time visiting here, and only really liked the Pad Thai, and the Pad see ew. I would definitely come back for those. The Thai beef soup was good and so was the fried rice, but the chow mein was my least favorite. Good portions. Worth a try for sure.

I've been coming to this place since 09. The food is delicious and always have to have my chicken w/cashew nuts.

I got a very strange charge to my card from this place but I’ve never been and don’t have any missing credit cards… I’ve read previous reviews and see that people were overcharged without consent so I feel like this business has unsafe practices with charging. Still have no idea how they got my credit card information, I’m not even local to this area but I will be disputing the charge.

I called in to place an order for pick up around 7:20 when they closed at 8pm. I picked up food at 7:55pm and everything was fine until I got home and we opened our food. It looked like the last bit of pad thai that they had… Mostly veggies and chicken, barely any noodles. Safe to say I’m never ordering from here again right before close

The food is tasty. I had the papaya salad and it was good. It lacked spice, though, but I think that's because I did not specify. Overall, the food, prices, and service are good. I especially enjoy the setup with umbrellas on the roof. Cool place to chill and eat.

I've been coming to Jase siam for years. And while their food is great, the customer service can be better. Waitresses drop off the food and then disappear, so if you need anything after your food is dropped off, you usually have to hunt them down lol. I still love coming though, just because the food and Thai tea are so good! You also get 10% off if you pat cash, which I think is pretty cool. So make sure to carry cash if you visit.

Very average the seafood spicy contains a lot of unnecessary ingredients like carrots, mushrooms, and big pieces of tomato. If you ever had torung or ocha in Hollywood and Korea town don't come here it will definitely not taste good enough. Orange chicken was red and tasteless with thin chicken, and beef chow mein was ok.

I ordered thru UberEATS. A seafood noodle soup and small steamed rice. And I was pleasantly surprised. The seafood noodle soup came in a bigger size than I anticipated but it was so flavorful and full of seafood and veggies and noodles, I would have been grateful for more bean sprouts but it was delicious none the less.

Holly cow . Food here was delicious. My only complaint was the customer service. It was so difficult to get the waitress to come over and attend us or even get our order/check. Would go threw it again just because the food is worth it.

This was like no Pad Thai I've ever tasted. It's a bright off red color which is strange because tamarind is not this color. I didn't like the taste. It wasn't terrible just odd. Also it was full of mainly raw red onions? Since it has scallions all these undercooked onions weren't necessary. The eggplant dish I had was full of big chunks of green bell peppers, no red as it was pictured in another review that I saw here and again not cooked enough very crunchy and of course full of barely cooked white onions. The eggplant was also not Thai eggplant so it looked black and was not as tender. I asked for no spice but it also had no real taste. I was looking for the salt on the table. There was none so I used soy sauce. The prices are low but if the meal is awful you will be upset you spent $25 as I did. I wouldn't come here again. Also Spanish music loudly playing from the kitchen is annoying in a Thai restaurant. I was hoping for a authentic Thai restaurant atmosphere and food.

I have gone to this place for 1-2 years and never did I have a complaint. Well I always order the wonton and egg noodle soup with chicken but this time around there was bug more “tick” like and it was disgusting. I went back to the restaurant to get a refund and the lady acted like it was no big deal. She gave me back my money and exchanged no words to me. This was certainly disappointing and I do not plan on ever coming back here.

My first time eating here and I REALLY enjoyed my meal. The food was brought to my table before my lemonade was made! There were families enjoying themselves before I sat down. The TV's were a plus. I was able to pay with my card, which is convenient when not carrying cash. My dish was so hot and delicious, I burned my tongue eating my meal. Will definitely recommend to my coworkers to drop by together

The food is great. You have many options within each meal. A lot of the ingredients are interchangeable, and there's plenty vegetarian options. The staff's amazing and they're always caring for the costumers. I come here every now and then and there's always a bit of line, but you don't wait any longer than 10 minutes.

This is my new favorite Thai restaurant. It is the closest I could find to the real Thailand's food so far.

Great food and service is not bad. Restrooms almost always need cleaning and the register area is messy.

I ordered food over the phone. After 2 hours of waiting, happens to find out that they screwed up the order and handed me someone else's order. Not only I waited for 2 hours to get my food ready at the restaurant even I ordered 30 min prior but they didn't even want to at least show any courtesy nor want to compensate for 50in drive back to their restaurant to gety order. I felt so bad having someone's else's order and they kept telling me to bring back the food I received which I didn't mindcold food back to another customer for me to get a refund. Staff is very arrogant and MUST NE TRAINED FOR A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is my second time for a bad experience. I only posted this bad review after this second time being the worst. Good food doesn't mean BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Good food. Service was fair. The restaurant is cramped and cluttered.

Quite underwhelmed. My little brother had some issues eating into some of the veggies. I didn't have as much of an issue but it see think they could have been cooked longer. The meat quality though not inedible left a lot of be desired. The soup was pretty decent however, it had a nice flavor and the seafood in it was well cooked.
My my Thai tea was pretty good too, though the boba had a weird texture I wasn't expecting.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. It has a lot of potential but there are other ones that will offer better quality for the price. I really hope they improve on their food quality and/or cooking methods.

Authentic Thai, I strongly recommend the catering order of the pad see ew with chicken if you need to feed a large group.

Everywhere you look there is some type of decoration, even the ceiling, walls and lighting fixtures, kinda odd, but l guess it adds to the ambiance... The food overall was good+, the place although different could use some actual cleaning and maintenance...

It’s good I really recommend this place ! I had pad Thai noodles with pork , there’s a sweet flavor to it which tastes good . Not as spicy but the pork gave it a flavor to it as well. Good prices to it, well served, and the waitresses are nice 👍🏼
