I found a FLY in my food. I took it back to the restaurant and they straight up laughed at me and said I planted the fly in there just to get a free plate of food............. Pathetic. I hope this business shuts down. I posted the picture of the fly with the food but they took it down

This place was recently shut down by the health department for German roaches.

The inspector visited Dok Luck, 1772 S. Barranca Ave., Glendora on Jan. 21 and made the discoveries. According to a report on file with the county, there were:

15 live adult German cockroaches and 5 live German nymphs on the sides of nonworking containers on the nonworking steam table located adjacent to the cash register.

Two live German nymphs on the wall under the food preparation sink.

Five live German nymphs inside the floor sink located next to the water heater tank.

Four dead German nymphs on the floor under hand wash sink and food preparation sink.

Two dead adult German cockroaches and three dead German nymphs on the floor under the upright refrigerator.

Six dead German nymphs on the water heater stand.

Four dead German nymphs inside the nonworking food containers on the nonworking steam table located in the hallway.

The restaurant was also dinged for having unsanitary contact surfaces of utensils and equipment. Specifically, the inspector noticed:

A bag of food stored inside the ice machine. Person in charge removed the bag from the ice machine. The employee in charge was instructed to discontinue cooling any food items inside the ice machine. All ice was disposed.

An accumulation of brown organic substances on the condenser panel inside the ice machine.

Sanitizer solution of chlorine bleach measured at 0 parts per million inside the sanitizer bucket. A food employee stated she made the sanitizer solution in the morning. Person in charge remade new sanitizer solution.

Pad Thai here is great! I also love their chai tea.

This place is amazing! The food is so good, I have ALOT of Thia places around where I live and this place tops all of them. My favorite dish is their soup named Tom Kha Kai: it is a spicy sour coconut soup with chicken and lemon grass. Omg! With a side of white rice delicious. Due to the spices being Thia chillies the owner has a spice factor of a 1-5 and I either get a 1 or a 2 anything more and I'm dying haha. My husband loves there shrimp fried rice and my mama loves there sweet sticky rice with mango. We have been coming here for years and the owner is a VERY nice older man. He has a nack for remembering faces and he makes you feel like one of the family when u walk in. Place is reasonably priced.

Classic hole in the wall with amazing food situation here. Employees are very kind and accommodating. Food is FIRE! Everything from the egg rolls to the pad kee mao is bombin. Authentic af.

The gentleman there is very courteous and a very nice person. Food is also decent. A very small place with t-6 tables to sit. Most people use the restaurant for to-go.

I used to drive to LA off of vermont to eat thai food now I just have to drive down the street..This food is fresh made to order delicious.We always order the shrimp fried rice and paseeww fried rice.This place is not stingy at all with the shrimp.Most places give you 2-3 shrimps per plate this place gives u 5-6 each plate. Family owned the wife cooks and husband waits on u.Husband is very friendly and sweet.Very clean looking place.Only one down fall is a little stingy with napkins.You ask him for more he will only bring u one each....But come enjoy delish food.

In comparison to Uncle Tim's (Covina), Top Thai Table (San Dimas), and others, this place has to be some of the best tasting food at a reasonable cost. I'm a regular and enjoy the food and service. I highly recommend the tom kai soup and beef fried rice.
