I've gotten takeout and dine in now from this place. Each time it has been nothing short of perfect. Food is super tasty and prepared in a beautiful manner - especially for dine in. I've had the cream cheese rangoons, yellow Curry, garlic noodles, peanut stir fry, and mango sticky rice and it's definitely some of the best around unless you want to travel to the South Bay. Takeout order was ready in 5 to 10 minutes and both times I've been in there has been plenty of seeding readily available. Will certainly be returning again and again!!!

Good parking nearby. When I walked into this store, I saw a huge crowd. Because the meals are diverse, you can order the main course a la carte and add some rice. The Papaya Salad I ordered was sweet and sour, with papaya shreds and other lettuce. The fresh shrimps were cut to a moderate size, and the whole meal felt great. The store provides free drinking water, which is very considerate. The service staff are friendly, the restaurant environment is very clean, it's a delicious restaurant that I really can't fault. I have been there three times and will go there again next time.

The curries and salads are great. One dish is more than enough for one person. Formerly the Bronze Buddha. Different name, but same amazing Thai food. I miss the previous interior. It was more exciting and inviting. Bleak minimalist design doesn’t do it for me. Otherwise, love the friendly staff and fast service. You’ll rarely have to wait more than 10-15 minutes for your food whether you’re eating out or dining in.

Went to eat with my kids the food was so good.... but the waitress was so rude she gave me back my tip just because it wasn't 21.73 witch is crazy she literally told me she didn't want it because it wasn't enough in tip 🤣 like how rude did you have to be FONNI that was so rude of you to give the tip back because it didn't meet your standards. Food was so good but we will never go back to get disrespected again. Never in my life have I ever been handed back a tip and she literally showed me the check and said you if you ain't giving me what is Suggested at the bottom then I don't want it 🤣🤣🤣 talk about Entitlement.

This place is always clean. The staff is friendly and kind, the place is well lit with just the right amount of ambiance in the evening.

Our go-to order is -
Yellow curry with chicken, which has potato, carrot, onion, and vegetables.

Pad Kee Meaw aka Drunken noodles with beef. It has Bell peppers, onion, basil, tomato, and vegetables.

Of course a side of rice.

Spicy Basil which has bell peppers, onion sauteed in spicy garlic sauce. It can be pretty spicy so request the level of heat you want.

The Tom Kha Chicken Soup is also great, it's a hot & sour coconut milk with herbs so good on a cold day.

I definitely recommend trying them if you haven't. It's our go to spot in the Concord/Clayton area.

Delicious. They allow you to choose the level of spicy. Everything from NO spice to the fumes burn your eyes before you get the first fork full in your mouth. Loved it. Good service and they seemed genuinely glad to have you as a customer.

Amazing Thai cuisine experience! Server was extremely friendly, helpful and prompt. I was surprised how authentic of food . As a Thai who live far away from home, this place could fill my heart. I love Som tum and Pad see ew. If you like traditional Thai spicy , tell the server they won’t disappoint you. Or if you are new to Thai food, let them know they have great suggestions. Bathroom is very clean, restaurant is very clean and decor.

Five stars! Just moved to concord from SF. Ordered pickup. It’s some of, if not the best, Thai food I’ve had in years. Very fresh tasting. Crisp veggies. Happy to have this place close by.

Take note, they bring the heat. We ordered three dishes at spice levels 2, 3, and 4. We like a little heat, and we were maxed out (happily) on our spice tolerance.

This has been a horrible experience. We were served warm water with no ice. We watched the waitress serve other patrons water with ice.We asked her for ice and she gave us one glass of ice for two people. She didn't tealize that I'm part of the Food Network and I will pass this on to my 20k followers my experience. I'm assuming since we are black patrons we were serve like black patrons.

I had the papaya salad with prawns. The prawns were grilled and had a hint of smokiness. Delicious! The papaya was fresh and sweet and was tossed in the salad with a perfect hint of mint.

Enjoy this local spot. I AWAYS order the BBQ Combo plate. It reminds me of the street cart grilled food I experienced in my travels to Phuket. We also enjoy the green curry, crab fried rice and other favorites. They can get busy on Fridays and weekends so be patient if trying to call in orders. They are growing and working to accommodate the growth

AMAAZING! my boyfriend and I were out that night planning to grab a quick bite until we came across Love Thai (which we had passed several times before), and decided to sit in. The vibe right when you walked in was too cute and the hostess/server/cashier worker was on point with her service while having so many other responsibilities. The staff was beyond nice and we cannot wait to return, yay!

No taste, highly overpriced for what is served on the plate. The Thai style fried rice with chicken had very few thin pieces of chicken, some egg bits and onions and 3 big pieces of raw tomato, Uncooked Tomato. There were some spring mix on the side of the plate for salad. The crab fried rice was the same, bland, no taste. The quantity of the side of sticky rice is too low. On top, the service is not good either. The server didn’t come after giving us the order incase we wanted to order more. I didn’t want to tip because of bad food and service but server was too rude and forcefully asked for tip. Overall, a really bad experience. I will never recommend this place for dine-in or even to-go, it’s really not worth the money.

There used to be a time where few Thai places stood out, especially to someone who has travelled SE Asia, but the quality seems to be coming up, the standards and the specials here served by a friendly, welcoming and helpful staff are all good, everything was hot and tasted like it was just made, and I've had fresh made curries before, and there is a difference. Thai cuisine is wide and creative and i wish more places dove a little deeper in the cookbooks, but they all tell me that isn't what the public wants, so....(however tell that to Portland) anyways i was surprised how everything was good and flavorful in modern setting, my only wish is they took more of that modern aesthetic into some more creative dishes, but that could be said about 90% of places probably. But not to discredit what they make which is good, and i find myself always looking forward and interested in trying their next dish.

Vey disappointed in my lunch. My seafood had one shrimp, one mussel and a few pieces of calamari. Where’s the rest?

I'm so deeply disappointed. Came here for lunch with my girlfriend. I ordered drunken noodles with tofu and my girlfriend ordered pad Thai with chicken. She doesn't like tofu so I asked Chad the owner if I could have her tofu on my dish. When the food arrived I had 3 pieces of tofu. I asked if this is all I get? He brought a small dish with some shriveled dry tofu.i ordered Thai hot tea and was charged for the second cup, which has never happened anywhere else. I asked for separate bills, when it was brought out it was split in half which I did not want because I knew mine was more. I asked the owner and he brought out the detailed bill. There was an order of rice that we did not order and did not receive. Again we had to have the owner fix the bill. I ended up paying over 30 for my lunch. The food was meh. I've come here quite a few times since the new owners took over hoping for bronze Buddha quality. And I come here for convenience with my girlfriend for our monthly get togethes. But unfortunately we decided this experience was bad enough to find another restaurant. I've given them enough chances. I want to mention eating on plastic plates is annoying and I miss the classic Thai cucumber salad and choice of a side dish like chicken satay. I'm glad my husband and I have our favorite Thai restaurant in Pleasant Hill. Make sure you check your bill when you eat here.

This place used to Bronze Budda which was my go to spot. But after numerous takeout orders this place is filling its shoes ver well. We have yet to dine in but I'm sure it will happen soon.

I have no complaint, I got exactly what I went for: an easy meal on a night I couldn't cook.

That said, the meal was...ok. What I made out of the leftovers outshined it.

Service was slow, but not unbearably so. (I.e., we were thinking of going to the counter to ask for the bill, but didn't actually get to the point of doing it.)

Amazing I'm going back soon to try something else hopefully it remains this way can't wait to try it all

I am Thai. My partner cook authentic Thai food at home. We highly recommend this place. It’s as close as Thai food as in Thailand ….without going there. Our half Thai daughter loved it as well.

Service was not so good, we were seated and it took a while for someone to come over and take our order for drinks let alone bring us water to the table. The food was not so good it seemed to be rushed from the kitchen, the crab fried rice was mushy. I got a regular tea and the sugar packets were old and had previously been wet and were hard. The server was nice. Only 1 person in our party of 6 liked their food. Will not likely come back to this place.

I don't know why Love Thai has a 4.4 rating. This place rocks the Thai! I ordered takeout for the first time yesterday as Koon and Mai Thai up the road and a bit closer to me took extended Mother's day holidays and were closed Tuesday. I ordered the Eggplant stir fry, Spicy Basil, Sweet Chili Fish, Crispy Veggie Roles, Fresh Prawn Spring rolls and the Honey Garlic wings.
I didn't order in advance and placed my order at the counter. Was told 20 minutes but it was closer to 30, so if you have a similar wait time just remember..., great food takes time!
Every item was stellar and the ingredients were fresh. We ate like royalty and felt lite and satisfied afterwards which says boatloads about the ingredients and the preparation.
Perhaps I should lower the rating to keep my best new Thai place to eat in the area a bit less known for a while! :-) Hats off to the new owners/management.

Placed a large-ish doordash order for a coworker's birthday and we were all delighted by the quality and quantity of food received! The portion sizes were such that most (maybe all, I didn't ask everyone) of us have leftovers. It took approximately an hour for the ten meals to be delivered and half of that was delivery time so that's fantastic kitchen turn around, especially for the amount of food!

Everything was still hot and fresh upon delivery, tasted delicious, and was wonderfully seasoned, though a little mild on the spice.

Suggest saying extra spicy if you want something really hot as the spicy basil fried rice and spicy string beans were both very tasty but not particularly spicy.

One of the best restaurants around!! The food is just delicious! No matter what you order it really tastes like love and passion for the food. The chef definitely makes everything with care. It reminds me the food culture from Japan where even a simple ball of rice has details and it's served for people to enjoy. The ambience is also amazing, nice music, beautiful decorations and colors, a whole line of simple orchids in the middle brings life to this place. Definitely there are people behind this place that are trying their best. Come and enjoy your time here definitely you won't regret it. I'll come back for sure for more!

Great food! Really delicious, creamy green curry with roasted eggplant on top. Drunken noodles was a good amount of spice and chicken was really tender. Portions are great for the prices! Great service, food is great! Green curry is a little spicier (which I love) the peanut sauce with the skewers was killer good! The only thing I wish I had more of was the beef in the pad see ew noodles.. kinda skimpy but I’ll still give it a 5 star experience 😎👍
