Great service and the food was absolutely amazing! Tony was so attentive came by to check on us regularly and was all smiles. We had the TOM KAH soup and the Pork Jerky. That’s the best soup I’ve ever had and I loved the presentation as well! The jerky was so flavorful and crispy it was perfect. The fresh coconut also really hit the spot. So refreshing. They also have hot tea for this Cold weather so I had green tea afterwards. Definitely come try it! I’ve added menu photos for your benefit!
The food was delicious! Came to dinner here with friends at 8:30 right before they closed at 10. The owner was so sweet and accommodating and so friendly with us! The food was absolutely amazing too - I had the pineapple curry with chicken. My friends had the pad Thai, pad see ew and green fried rice and they were all delicious. We shared Thai dumplings and crab rangoons (which were Amazing!!) I liked the dumplings less, it had a lot of meat packed inside which isn’t bad but the taste was okay. The curry was absolutely delicious! I had it with brown rice and the portion sizes for these dishes were massive. You can split it into another meal! My friends got coconut ice cream and sticky rice and mango for dessert and they all loved it. Would definitely come back here for Thai food. Prices are pretty average LA prices. I recommend Thai food here!! Parking is metered although it’s free if you come after 8
I've recently moved into the area and was looking for a good Thai restaurant for take-out. The place has a very cozy atmosphere and I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted like a favorite family friend when picking up my online to-go order.
To be honest, I was having a bit of a rough day so having strangers greet me with such warmth and familiarity really brightened my night. :)
The service alone would get me to come back, so I was very pleased to find that their food was just as warm and delicious! I now am looking forward to coming back and working my way through the rest of their menu and even eating in when I can!
Certainly a no frills type of place but that doesn't mean that the food is bad, it's certainly flavored to keep customers coming back for more. Had the chicken Pad Thai, shrimp Drunken Noodles, and fried rice.
The pad thai was the star of the show, sweet and tasty. The shrimp Drunken Noodles was good, the shrimp was great. I'd probably skip the fried rice.
Did I mention really fair pricing? Definitely a great place to stop by if you're craving Thai food and around the area!
I love thai boom and the food was phenomenal. The staff was very attentive and quick to deliver! Food had great flavor. The mild yellow curry was still pretty spicy, but I didn’t mind. Also had some orange chicken which was perfectly flavored. It has a sweetness but was very savory at the same time.
There was no wait, and parking was plentiful on the street. They had a TV inside as well to help with those awkward silences in the conversation.
Wow! My wife and I just finished our meal and are totally blown away by the quality and flavor of our food. This place is easily the best Thai we’ve had in LA. Really enjoyed everything and have to hand it to them for a really flavorful and quality experience.
Genuinely the best yellow curry I have ever had. As a Thai enthusiast I am delighted to have stumbled upon such a delicious establishment. Tia is the best 🙌

Great price for really good food. My server was so nice.

Great Thai place owned by a nice guy - food is great and he gives you an option of how spicy you want it !

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in the city. Every time I order, the food is flavorful, prepared in a timely manner, and very consistent.
This used to be my local spot and then I moved. I’ve ordered from four separate Thai restaurants near my new place in an effort to find one closer, and all of them have been such a disappointment. None of them came even close to Thai Boom, so I’ve learned my lesson and I’m officially over my quest to find a closer spot.
Thai Boom is my go to, and after trying a few others back to back, I’m so grateful that their food is so delicious and consistent.
They are the best! Five stars. Most Hollywood executives eat here. Especially Sony executives.
Amazing food and the best people - authentic spicy Thai food
Not great : meager portions : no rice : definitely on the cheap side but still expensive.
Only take out: the place looks unkempt and a bit chaotic.
Service not so welcoming .
Great food order from here all the time
This is how you lose a loyal customer. Usually, the food is great. In fact, I WAS a regular at least twice per week. But after tonight, I'm done.
The food was absolutely disgusting and the service was rude. The food was so bad, I only tool 4 bites and gave back the entire plate, still full. She even asked me if it wasn't good, and I said no, that it was disgusting.
Then she said OK amd brought me the check.
Very rude service, disgusting food tonight. And I had to pay. And now, this attitude and behavior and greed, I will not go back again. They just lost a regular and I will make sure to tell everyone I know, how rude amd awful it was tonight.
Went here with my friends and it was some of the beat thai food i have had .check it out !
Food was good. great lunch specials. Food came quickly. Service was friendly. I'd go back.
Bottom of the barrel.
Small portions. They skimp you on protein. The egg rolls were mushy and bad.
Also just not good flavor either.

The food took about 40 minutes to be served, at the end no condiments were added to the to go order. The rice was not well cooked, the flavor was poor and the customer service was mediocre. The food is pricey, the quality was NOT as expected, the guy who took my order acted as if he was doing me a favor. At the end, even the desert was just average.
I will NOT buy food AGAIN. I would not recommend this place, sorry!
The chicken was Teriyaki, not Thai. And wasn't great.
Best Thai food! Best service! Thank you Tony⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Really more of a takeout place but we decided to dine in. The food was delicious, the waitress was attentive and the prices were great! Place gets pretty full around lunch and they have a great lunch special with lots of options that you can chose from. You can take the food to go but we had a great time dining in!
Delicious Crab Rangoon and Pad Thai. I usually get takeout and it’s always fresh and hot.
Best Thai food in LA
The food was amazing. We had the red curry and it was really tasty. The staff was very friendly and super helpful with the suggestions on spice levels and condiments. The atmosphere was quiet and chill, nice piano music in the background. We really enjoyed our time there. On a side note we also ordered Thai tea and it’s the best one we’ve tried, beats any local boba store by far.
Wonderful, delicious Thai food, in sizable portions. Great people. Quiet, intimate atmosphere that I find welcome and refreshing. The best Thai food on the west side, IMO.

I’ve tried this place twice and both times I wish I hadn’t. From the service to the food. If you don’t love what you do it shows in everything you do, including their food. I live near Thai Boom but would walk miles for Hot Thai Restaurant! The food is phenomenal, authentic, warm, friendly owners as well as staff! You won’t regret it!
the food was really good. nice and casual spot
The food was good with a little kick of spiciness. I gave it 4 stars because the place is not that cozy.
very nice
Good Thai restaurant located in Beverly Hills on the corner of Robertson and Gregory way. Really loved the yellow curry! Great flavor. Pad Thai was great too. Small cozy and clean place with great service. Plenty of metered street parking ( free after 6pm). Overall a good restaurant in a nice location
Ordered pad thai with chicken to go. I found shrimp on top of my pad thai and also some shrimp fried rice (im allergic to shrimp and there was no mention of this). The pad thai was stale and noodles were glued to each other. It lacked taste and was very dry
The Cashew Chicken was excellent. I would order it everytime.
The food was so good it was triggering an emotional response and I started to tear up. Staff is amazing and accommodating. My mom tends to have an indecisive appetite. She ate every last bite. The absolute treasure of Beverly Hills
Decided to try Thai Boom bc of the positive reviews. Very nice service is the only thing keeping this from being a one star review.
Ordered close to $100 worth of items, everything was either bland or very bland. Even my elderly grandparents described it as bland and they think ketchup is spicy. Sparce veggies in a veggie noodle dish. Just bad all around. Almost the worst pad kee mao I've ever had. 5/5 of us were disappointed.
I wouldn't eat that meal again if it was free.
Nice quiet place. Clean dining and restroom areas. Portions are not huge but sufficient and yummy. Will probably go with brown or white rice next time. Nice to hear actual Thai being spoken in the kitchen!
Terrible customer service, I ordered veggie noodles and smelled bad, didn't even touch it, they told me to complain to uber eat.
Fast and delicious
Ordered for pickup. Fairly quick and easy. Good food.
Delicious. I loved it.
Rude staff
it takes a long time for us to find a great Thai place. happy we stumbled upon this one, quality food and delicious
Very tasty food, excellent service, relatively clean environment. There are vegan choices and they are so delicious!
Their red curry and white rice is so good!
Gyoza was amazing. Try the glass noodles. No ambiance, but great food.
I order take out from here all the time, and their food is consistently good. Would definitely recommend!
Best Thai food in town! Love the red and green curries and tom ka soup!
Tastes amazing and a great deal in my opinion.
One of my favorite Thai restaurants. Sooo delicious food and very friendly employees.
Ok nothing special
Aunt and I loved it. Nice music playing softly, good vibes

Stop reading these reviews, pick up the phone now and Doordash away! Great Thai food prepared by Thais at a reasonable price! Nice atmosphere, cozy little room with tables, if you want a night out!
Good food & nice portions. Got it to go. Wish there was more sauce for teriyaki chicken, not just a small container on the side.
authentic thai food taste. mussels with lemon grass sauce is so good. many other dishes too. my pick up to go place. interior is very nice
Good neighborhood Thai. I'd like a tad more heat, but tasty!
real thai food. Thank you for quality
I’m so happy I discovered this little gem. It’s been so long since I’ve had authentic and delicious thai food. I ordered the shrimp curry and shrimp pad Thai. Amazing! I highly recommend. Total for two orders of shrimp pad Thai and shrimp curry with a glass of wine was $60. If you’re in the neighborhood definitely worth checking out.
The wonton soup and yellow curry here are delicious. The staff are very sweet, and it’s affordable. Nothing fancy, just good, quick Thai at a good price. We order pick up from here all the time.
Come here for lunch a few times. Nothing really special about it. Same items can sometimes be hit or misses which is reflected in my stars.
Very nice and quiet. The food is awesome!!
We had a late lunch here about 3 pm. We knew exactly what we wanted so the waiter took our order right away.
We ordered the Tom Yum soup and Mango with sticky rice.
The soup was very delicious, it was sour and spicy. Nice compliment with sweetness of the dessert.
Great food and super friendly service. Vegan options!
Just ordered a red curry with beef and glass noodles with chicken, a very basic order that should not be too complicated to achieve for a so called "Thai Restaurant". Beef in the red curry was super chewy almost like eating beef jerky or the belt holding up my pants. The glass noodles were tasteless with the chicken overcooked making it also very tough and hard to chew. Nothing worse than spending $40 and getting a crappy meal. I would never order from this joint again. The cook needs to taste his own food first. I love Thai food but this place ranks in last place of all Thai joints that I have explored so far and I have been to many. As a previous reviewer remarked, "this place should not exist".
Fast delivery, Thai ice tea and chicken satay is delicious. They have a lot of lunch special and it’s super cheap compare to portion. I alway have left over food home.
Best Food Good Price Nice Service.
Excellent
Came in to order food to go. I ordered the Pad-Sew with chicken. Very good food for the price. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Liked the decor, warm and cozy. Customer service was excellent and delivery of food once I placed the order was quick. I highly recommend this place. Definitely will come back.
Love their food ... and the place , owners and staff always welcoming and we come there at least once a week.
Placed our order online and picked it up to go. Super quick, fresh and tasty food! We will be stopping by again soon!
Delicious!!! So good, fast and friendly. What more could you ask for?
Great food and good service. Had the chicken Panang and tried the cashew nuts chicken. Both very good. Price was very reasonable.
The food here is amazing. I just stopped by randomly after getting my nails done a few doors down and this food was so good!
The chef is unable to make the food to meet the tastes of the customer. Hot spicy scale is just plain too hot. I asked to cool it down to medium spicy to start, even after they attempted to fix it, it was not edible. Then I gave 20 dollars cash, and my card for the balance and discovered they took the cash, add charged me the full amount on my card.
I couldn't establish that to them, so I couldn't get it back.
Not pleased.
Zing, Zang, Bam, Boom! This place is tasty!
Started off with the Thai Iced Tea & Thai Iced Coffee. Very refreshing!
Had the Panang Curry with Chicken, curry sauce seemed a little thin but still full of flavor. Also had the Kra Proa which is ground Chicken with onions, bell peppers, basil leaves and jalapeño.
I can honestly say this is the Best Kra Proa I have ever had! Pungent with basil and the slight heat of jalapeño! Double yum!
Normally when I have finished the rice I let the curry and or sauce be, but this was so tasty I had to order extra rice to finish all the Panang curry and the sauce for the Kra Proa.
Treat yourself to real authentic Thai food at Thai Boom!
Totally disgusting and totally disappointing. The drunk man noodles are just spaghetti in flavorless sauce with large chunks of inedible jalapeños. The fried rice is just Mexican style red rice. So bizarre. This restaurant should not exist.
Good food and good service! Affordable prices.
Pad Kee Mow is delicious.
Best Thai food I've ever had. Would totally come back
Awesome Than from an restaurant that has been around for decades.
Fantastic food. Get the panang curry with extra vegetables. Best Thai curry in LA. Spring rolls and gyoza are very good as well.
Great food!!
I ordered my Thai Fried Rice "Medium" heat...It has absolutely no flavor or spice whatsoever. I will not be returning here.
INCONSISTENT QUALITY: Been there three times in a week because the first time was so amazing (we had pad thai, curry and gyoza), although the curry was extremely soupy and the gyoza was a little too crispy. But everything was delicious...the first time. The second time I had the orange chicken (horrible - not orangy and the pieces were small, so they were over done during the frying process) and my husband had the pad thai again (not nearly as good as the 1st time). We went again tonight with some clients and we all had the pad thai, which was dry and bland. This was a real disappointment because it was so dang good the first time!
