I recently visited Jazz Melody Thai restaurant for the second time and once again, I was blown away by the delicious food and cozy atmosphere. This time, my dining companion and I decided to try the red curry and pineapple curry, along with a green papaya salad to start.

The green papaya salad was a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors. The crispness of the papaya paired well with the spicy dressing, making it a refreshing and flavorful appetizer. It was a great way to start our meal and it definitely set the bar high for the rest of our dining experience.

Next, we tried the red curry and pineapple curry, and both were outstanding. The red curry had the perfect amount of heat and the flavors were well-balanced. The pineapple curry was a pleasant surprise, as I had never tried this dish before. The sweetness of the pineapples complemented the spiciness of the curry, creating a unique and delicious combination. Both curries were served with a side of steamed rice, which soaked up all the flavorful sauces.

One thing I love about this restaurant is the home-style feel of their dishes. It truly feels like you are dining in someone's home, rather than a restaurant. I would highly recommend this restaurant and hope that they open more shops so more people can experience the delicious food and great service.

Nice cozy little restaurant. Only one waiter but he did a great job. Was able to handle our table of ten relatively smoothly. As for the food, recommend the chicken wings and combination fried rice was fairly good. I had the pad Thai which is probably too sweet for most people's taste. The pork spare ribs were okay. I liked their Thai iced tea. If you like sweet then you will like the flavor of this place.

My kid loved the chowmein and the chicken fried rice. The portion sizes were also generous! Also the Milk tea and Vietnamese tea were soo tasty. On top of that, the staff was super friendly. Connie, our waitress, was the sweetest and made us feel welcome. I also absolutely loved the atmosphere in the place; it was incredibly cozy. All in all, Jazz Melody is the best spot in town for curry, and I can’t wait to go again!

My gf and I have been here two days in a row, and we absolutely love it! We have tried their spicy basil dish w/ shrimp, spicy noodle soup, larb, Khao soi, and fried ice cream so far. All of them are delicious! We chatted with the boss lady during our meal, and it turns out that she has been cooking for her whole family since she was a 9 year-old girl in Thailand (she has 13 siblings!!) That's when we knew that we truly found a gem of a restaurant 🙂

I would give this place a little over a 4 if I could but not a 5. Soup portion is small for a pot good for 2 people. Spicy Fried rice was amazing!

Ordered the drunken noodles and crying tiger. Noodles had good flavor, but way overcooked and completely stuck together. Crying tiger was obviously frozen and not fully thawed when cooked and didn't taste fully safe to eat anymore. We took it home but I did not feel comfortable eating it

This place has authentic Thai food and it's almost always empty inside. Please go try this business and help save them. They have amazing food and are genuinely nice people. I love the Pad See Ew and the Crab Rangoon.

Just had a lunch special Pad Thai, with broccoli soup, egg roll and rice. Very fresh soup, lite and yet flavorful. Too much food. I had to take some home,, almost wanted to eat whole order. Staff friendly , will be back .

This restaurant has recently changed ownership. Or management. Either way, the quality of the food has not gone down, it's just as good as before.

Highly recommend, and whenever somebody asks me if I know a good Thai place, this is the place I take them.

I used to love this place but it is now under new management. They didn’t tell me upon placing my order so the price was higher than I anticipated and the recipe for the green curry I used to get is not the same. Honestly very mid, seemed like they used frozen peas and carrots (never had peas in my curry either 😐) and they don’t put eggplant in the green curry anymore 🫤

I can see myself coming every week! This amazing food resembles the Thai food I had in Thailand. We loved their Khao Soi♥️🤤

Shrimp salad and shrimp fried rice delicious and so generous with portion. Same with the Pad See Ew. Steamed Gyoza wasn't great. Our server was excellent and we don't understand why this place isn't packed all the time; it's definitely overlooked when people are looking for great Thai food. I recommend it over any other place in Bellflower or Cerritos.

New favorite Thai restaurant! The server, AK, was so sweet and helpful, the atmosphere made you feel like you were in Thailand, and the food was AMAZING. Their pad thai is some of the best I've ever had outside of Thailand. We also had the drunken noodles, sample platter, a salad with crispy rice on top, and bbq ribs with the most tender meat falling off of the bone. Everything was so so so good. Can't wait to go back.

Very friendly and helpful service, incredible food. The Pad Thai was a bit on the sweeter side with thicker sauce, which we loved. Drunken noodles were delicious too. We also tried the crispy rice salad and really loved the sauce.

The interior of the restaurant has a very authentic feeling vibe in my uninformed opinion. They also had cooking videos playing on the TV to help whet your appetite. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks!

I saw online that you can ask to have nearly anything on the menu made vegan and they were right!

The waiter was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what goes into each dish and what would need to change to make it vegan.

Soothed by the smooth culinary medley of Jazz Melody Thai BBQ

Hunting for another Thai eatery to check out, my research led to Jazz Melody Thai BBQ. Lunch specials starting at $9.99, my natural instinct would've been to choose the Pad Thai, since it is the national dish of Thailand, but feeling magnanimous, I decided upon Pad Kee Mao.

Pad Kee Mao (aka Drunken Noodles)-
A little spicy, a whole lot of delicious, the Pad Kee Mao hit on all cylinders. The flat rice noodles had a good chew, accompanied with tender cuts of pork, bell peppers & onions. The plate held a good amount of food. I appreciated cucumber salad, as I'm not fond of the usual iceberg lettuce salad. Upon finishing, I was quite content with my meal.

Service was excellent. A young man greeted me, and was quick with providing recommendations. He checked every now & then to see if everything was okay. The wait for the pad kee mao was minimal. A good amount of seating, via tables & benches along the walls. Parking is via a private lot at the Noble Dental Care plaza

Cheap & high quality, Jazz Melody Thai BBQ is an eatery not to look past on. Their Pad Kee Mao was a winner, and I can't wait for many more lunches to come. Unassuming from the outside, Jazz Melody has everything I want on the inside. Highly recommend!

This was honestly the best Thai food that I have had. It was the perfect amount. Food was a 10/10. The costumer service was 10/10. I would a 100% come again. And I definitely recommend.

They changed ownership, it was over 30 minutes and a pad see ew was not ready, this is also the first time I’ve received a flavorless & dry pad see ew from this location as I live 4 houses away.. very disappointing the Tom yum doesn’t have that sour twist to it, instead it tastes like tomato soup with shrimp, the spring rolls only had 2 baby shrimp in them each and for one of the spring rolls they only put 1shrimp & on top of the measly 2 shrimp they give it’s not even a full shrimp it’s a shrimp sliced in half what in the world !! I definitely won’t be back the quality of food is lacking in flavor big time, kinda mad I payed $42 when I could of gone to Thai bbq

The new owners make some great looking and tasing dishes. Service is attentive and fast They even treated our kids to some carrots carved like flowers and butterflies. The mango sticky rice was the highlight for sure.

Local spot tucked away in a corner plaza. Came in early Saturday evening to have dinner. Quaint and quiet. It was not crowded. The food is amazing. Larb, Pra-Ram, Teriyaki Chicken and Combo Fried Rice was on our menu this time. This is our 2nd visit. First time we had Tom Yum soup. So healthy and filling!

Attentive and friendly service with heaping portions bursting with flavor! Our server helped us figure out exactly what we wanted to eat and even customized the menu options to best suit our needs. The curry and brown fried rice with some Thai iced tea on the side are my favorites so far. I loved that they also have vegan and vegetarian options!

I've eaten at many many Thai restaurants and this is by far one of the best. The owner is so friendly and the whole environment of the restaurant is very homey and unique. I got the Pad Kee Mao and the taro smoothie. They were both nothing short of DELICIOUS. My friend got the Pad Thai and it was beyond her wildest expectations. Definitely check this place out if you are in the Los Angeles area. It no doubt tops any Thai restaurant I've ever had in Thai Town LA and is worth the drive.

Been going to this place for years even after the father died and the current owner took over. If you think pavamarn is good you'll never go back there after you eat here. The owner is an authentic chef with many prizes from Thailand and has studied under some very famous chefs. It's a little hole in the wall but the food will knock your socks off! Best Tom Young and peanut sauce I've ever had anywhere! And the prices are very reasonable.

I order from this location on occasion. The thai food is good and well packaged even when I order via UberEats. I have had their spring rolls, green curry and thai tea... all have been satisfying with good portions.
The owner (Meow Meow) is very pleasant with customers, I met her on one of my pickup orders.

Super cute place. Decorations makes it feel homey. The main lady knows how to talk to people like their family even if it's your first time going. I've been other Thai places before but her food goes far and beyond the boundary of good. My friend and I were in heaven when we got the fried rices. Not only is the plate design well done but the taste... Omg. I'm not exaggerating when I say our eyes widened at the same time while we were eating. Definitely our favorite Thai place now!

Ordered for take out food was good its just the service wasn't great the lady that took my order and handed my order wasn't friendly don't think i will be going back.

I ordered the Pad Kee Mao noodles, as I ordered she said "medium" without asking or mentioning it was super hot, I didn't get to enjoy my food because it was too hot. The fried ice cream was good. It's been 8 years since I haven't been in this place and back then the food quality was better, it's a different owner and menu now. I was disappointed with the food and so it was my daughter.

This is a great little spot! The chef came out to check on how our experience was with the food and we learned that she even makes her chili oil herself! Our server was friendly and attentive.

We started with the Tom ka gai soup which was excellent. Lots of mushrooms & chicken with a rich spicy broth.

The bbq chicken dinner special came with a lot of meat and the drunken noodles with beef was also very good. Portions were great for the price.

Food is great, there's only 1 cook and her daughter that work there.

1st time ordering here and was not disappointed. Everything cooked perfectly. No soggy vegetables! Satisfying flavor and textures. Very pretty displays as well. This woman knows how to cook!!! I will be back 😍

Soooo delicious. New ownership is an amazing chef and kind person. Got the Spicy Basil dish with shrimp. It was delicious. Garlicky, roasted flavors, and had a great kick. Boyfriend ordered the Thai spicy noodle soup. It was also really good, sour. The chef has lots of articles written about her that support her great skills. Definitely coming back and telling family.

I've been eating here for almost a year now the food was good but the place is not clean I've see roaches in the bathroom which is disgusting but they said they just ordered pest control anyway come back few months later and a huge fly comes our of the soy sauce see photos
