I love A.W. Lin’s downtown! The food is always top-notch, and the service is just as great. Every time I go, the staff is super friendly and attentive. Their crab rangoons are seriously some of the best I’ve had—crispy, with the perfect filling. And if you’re into sushi, you can’t go wrong here. Everything is fresh and delicious. It’s one of those spots where you know you’re going to leave happy. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

It was a Tuesday night and it’s a crime this place was slow that night. Sit at the bar and ask for Gui (Gee). I had my eye on an app and an entree and he backed my instincts up without prompting.

Started with spicy chicken and shrimp dumplings. I love a hot oil. These were spiced perfect for me but again I like spicy. Then had the spicy crispy fish. Not sure how I’ve never had this before cuz I eat a lot of Asian but this was ridiculously good. Very unique and it will be hard for me to try anything else. Again, perfect spicy level for me. And to top it off, they had Tsingtao beer!!! This is not easy to find.

Go. Go now. Go tomorrow. Go next week…. I know that I’ll be back!

They roast the duck in sweet soy sauce which makes it absolutely amazing. The price is also very reasonable. So tender, so sweet, so very good. I highly recommend A.W. Lins downtown Little Rock on Main Street. You will not regret it.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant plenty of times, which I love, from door dash, however while eating my egg drop soup last night, I come across what appears to be MOLDED eggs in my soup. I’m now not feeling to well.

I am new to thai cuisine so my preferences may be a bit different than regular connoisseurs, however, I tried this location today and ordered thai spring rolls, mango tea and shrimp pad thai. The food was still hot upon pickup. I saw another review that said they usually order extra limes with the pad thai and I can see why! The lime was a great touch to a very good dish. I enjoyed my lunch choice today and will definitely be back soon.

Wow! Food was terrific! Went in a little late on a Friday (close to closing time) and food came out fresh and delicious. Service was top notch. Had a young fella named Nathan help us and he was constantly checking on us making sure we had what we needed. Everything was very clean. Would recommend.

The manager forgot part of my friend’s order. After we made the staff aware of this, nothing was done. They didn’t make the rest of his order. Instead we were given our check.

We were in LR for our daughters bday. We were driving back from Magic Springs and had the want to sit out by our hotel pool and smash some delicious Asian food. I called A.W's and spoke with an incredibly kind indicidual. I ordered our food to go, but when the total was given, it was way out of our price range as we had gone off of prices online. Those happen to be old, so we decided we just couldn't afford it. I told the person on the phone. A few minutes after hanging up, I get a call from the same person. He informed me that because it was our daughter's birthday and we were from out of town, that he would help us with getting food within our budget. He absolutely exceeded our expectations with his customer service. When we picked up the food, I had the honor to meet the person who took our order. The food...... OH MY GOODNESS! It was FANTASTIC and the perfect meal after a day at aWaterpark. We got the Beef and Broccoli, General TSO Chicken, veggie lo mein and chicken lo mein, spicy cruncy roll, and a kids fried shrimp plate. Everything was outstanding. We have season passes to Magic Springs...so I can promise you we will be going to A.W. Lins every visit. Thank you for incredible food and incredible service.

Great place to eat, delicious fusion style food/ menu. We came in with at least 20 people and they were understaffed but that didn’t stop anything. The food came out great and the drinks were even better. The gentleman on the clock was a true professional and did a great job by himself.

I ordered my food online to be ready at eleven. I was late and walked in at 1118. They hadn't even started my order yet, as they hadn't yet checked the online portal to have seen it. They claimed it would be ready in ten minutes. It wasn't, and they offered no compensation or even an apology.

I wouldn't go so far as to call them rude, but they certainly didn't care.

Update. The manager just called and gave us a gift card for the full amount of the order and gave us an apology. Things happen, they've made it right.

Gui was amazing and very mannered. He greeted us with a smile, and was very promptful the entire time. The chicken, veggies and rice were so delicate and not too moist and also flavorful! I recommend everyone try them.

I walked in for a late lunch at about 2pm on a Friday. I was the only customer for a while.

Ordered the sushi dinner. The rice was too sweet. I didn’t want to waste food so I ate what I could until the flavor of the rice was just too unpleasant. Perhaps I came on a bad day or should have ordered something different.

The one waitstaff I interacted with was polite and professional and the interior of the restaurant is nice.

Went for lunch. Best orange chicken I’ve ever had. Everyone at our table (7) had great food and great service. Highly recommend.

OMG! If you like spicy dumplings, this is the place for you! I literally crave them! I will say everything I have had here is wonderful but the dumplings are the call!! The spicy chicken is delicious! Today we had the Kung pow chicken. It was DELISH!! The chicken was crispy and well seasoned and the veggies were awesome!

Great sushi. Shrimp tempura roll is amazing. Drunken noodles- wonderful. Good service. No problems.

tried delivery via BiteSquad. the food arrived still hot, which was nice. the mapo tofu was not what i was expecting in a disappointing way. it didn't have any of the flavors that i associate with mapo, but it was OK as a generic tofu dish. the cumin lamb, which we requested to be extra spicy, was also not very flavorful and not at all spicy. will probably not try again for awhile. Mr. Chen's, kbird, Mike's, etc. are all better.

All around amazing place! My husband and I love their Crab Rangoon and Monster Roll.. and of course the wine.

We made reservations for 5pm. Didn't need them for that time slot evidently. Started off with cocktails. Yummy and unique concoctions - just do it. We shared a honey walnut and a chicken dish with mango, bell pepper and a nice lemon sauce. Had every intention in ordering one of their hand made desserts. No such luck. The huge portions of our main course made dessert ideas impossible to imagine. We'll definitely be back. And we'll bring some friends with us and take advantage of "finders fame".

My favorite place. Food is good, hot and fresh

First let me make clear, I have gone to the West Little Rock location several times and had positive experiences there. I walked in and someone came in behind me, we were both taken to be seated at the same time. Waiter came and took drink order of person who came in behind me, the took his order while totally ignoring me. I walked out after they continued to ignore me. I will NEVER return to this A.W. Lin's location again.

The food was delicious, but the service from Bruno was subpar. That's why we don't talk about Bruno.

I have eaten there plenty of times and have never been disappointed. But today I ordered egg drop soup to help me get over this stomach bug..OMG!! The soup was fantastic!! Full of flavor and eggs!! I had to call them back and thank the cook!! Great food...great staff.

Everything is made from scratch and fresh! So many options! A little pricey but with the taste and how much food u get, it's worth it. The staff is wonderful, the manager GUI is the BEST! The restaurant ambience is wonderful! Staff are Respectful and everything is so clean! The music is uplifting and I will always come back! 💜

I ordered drunken noodles, no chicken & no egg. Once my order came to the table, I stirred it around and took a bite. When I grabbed the 2nd fork-full, I noticed something that looked like BEEF! 😣 I called over the waitress and asked what had happened?!?
She said if I had any food allergies, I should have let her know ...ahh WHAAAAT!!??
She then took the plate, turned and walked away ... as though she was frustrated! I'm the one who could have gotten SICK from eating something that is NOT part of my plant-based diet!!
I was disappointed and upset that an ingredient that was not listed was ADDED to my entree!
After waiting another 20 mins, another entree arrived .. honestly, I was afraid to eat it ...
I blame the waitress AND the kitchen for this dastardly mistake!!

Typical but in my own opinion, I can get the same type food that taste just as good, or better, and for far less $$$ at our local food truck. A restaurant such as this should have an edge on others considering how expensive it can be. Will not be on my top 25 lists of restaurants to go to.

Update: Decided to try again last night and I won't be back. This is far too expensive of a restaurant for the food to be subpar.

BUT... the Boiled fish dish was the best thing I've ever had in my life!!!!! OMG!!!! And toake the evening even better... our server, Deedee, was absolutely freaking amazing! She took wonderful care of us! We will make this a regular stop when we are in town!

Great food in a fun atmosphere

So whenever My Wife and I moved down here this is the first place that we ate, it was more of like a date night thing and I honestly thought that it was gonna be Cajun food but turns out it’s even better than Cajun food. This has become our go to Spot for date nights. They have two dollar beers from 3 to 6 PM and five dollar cocktails during happy hour as well. The spicy chicken is so good there’s nothing like it on this planet the customer service is phenomenal and the music that they play is great as well. I’m 23 y/o and i can afford this amazing dining experience because it’s not expensive like alsop and kitchen. It cost about the same as chilis but BETTER! Love this place. Definitely attend for dates or just a night of drinking.

The GM told me to “go kill myself”… I left a review about hair in my food and was asked to come back for compensation. Went back and the GM, Zach, was immediately aggressive, told me I was banned, then followed me outside to threaten to fight me if he ever saw me elsewhere. He ended up shouting at me at the front door of the restaurant, flipping me off, and ended with telling me to “kill myself” as he was walking back in… absolutely insane experience, all because I had a hair in my food during my initial visit and it turn out Zach was the waiter that told me, after insinuating it was my hair (which is blond, and the hair in the food was black), there was nothing they could do about it. Best of luck to the owners.

I ate at A.W. Lin's about 2 weeks ago and it was my first dine-in experience as I almost exclusively ordered online. What makes this place truly stand out is the traditional Chinese dishes they serve, but there are some American style dishes for those who are hesitant to venture out of their comfort zone. I started with a cold appetizer of beef tendon followed by the hot sichuan braised beef shank noodle soup for my main. The chili oil they use for the beef tendon is home made and very aromatic, couple that with fresh cilantro placed on top to cut the richness of the tendon and it was a well balanced dish. And I will be the first to admit, when it comes to traditional Sichuan dishes, I prefer my spice level on the brink of deadly and I asked if the kitchen could accomodate that, and they were more than happy to since this noodle soup is typically a spicier option to choose. It delivered on the spice as well but the flavor wasn't muted from the spice thankfully. Not to mention the portion size is absolutely massive. All in all, I wish I would have ate inside sooner instead of doing the online order. The service is phenomenal and everyone does a great job of making you feel welcome and insuring you have the best dining experience possible. Highly recommend!

Horrible service by an old lady that talks more than does her job. She always is the worst and takes forever to grab sushi that’s is already on counter. Don’t even wanna come back just because of her.

I left a 5 star review last time. Coming back 4 months later we didn’t have as good of an experience. It was understaffed (not the waitress’ fault!). We got chicken instead of tofu and had to ask for our drinks at least 3 times before receiving them. Food was still great, so maybe it was just a bad night for them.

Really good food. The orange 🍊 chr l chicken 🐔 was awesome! Great service! There was hardly a wait for the food to come after ordering.

We love Asian food and this was superb. Service was attentive and friendly. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend this establishment. Support the restaurants and the people who serve us all.

Their food was terrible and very different from the Chenal location. Everyone got sick after eating this. I'd recommend the other location. They are amazing and the food is even better.

this restaurant hit the spot for my cravings! I love their coconut shrimp soup although I order it with no shrimp or mushrooms so I just have a coconut veggie soup. their taste is very authentic & drinks are so good! Haylee was our server, she was so sweet & sociable! Haylee was very adaptable & flexible with my complicated order she didn't complain or have an attitude at all! Our favorite appetizer is the spicy chicken dumplins & I ALWAYS will order the hot green tea served with lemon & honey! would definitely recommend this place for a date night & its very budget friendly!!

Great food and great service! Thoroughly surprised by how everything tasted, and the waitress was very nice! This may be a new favorite stop whenever I come to Little Rock!

We ordered:
Shrimp broccoli on white rice
Mongolian chicken on fried rice
And a couple of egg rolls

We got:
Drunk noodle shrimps
Kung pao chicken
And thai calamari

It was an online order so I don't get what happened here. Maybe if the server who was ignoring me as I was standing by the entrance to pick up my order had checked on me, and what it is I ordered we would have avoided that. Another waiter, seeing me waiting for some time but already busy with tables, just pointed the bag to me and said 'that must be it'.
My guess is I got somebody else's? They are going to be disappointed too.

The food wasn't great but it wasn't what we ordered so hard to give an honest feedback here.

Absolutely Love This Restaurant I was brought here for lunch and let me tell you it Did Not Disappoint. Hot and Crispy Fish will melt in your mouth. Cannot wait to go back to enjoy more The service was excellent so clean and respectful

Stopped by with the family while passing through Little Rock on New Years Eve. Service was great and the food was delicious. We really liked the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Cumin Lamb!

Our family decided to go see the Christmas on Main st. And we stumbled into AW Lins. The ambiance was pleasant, clean and nice. Our waiter, Taylor, was attentive and so nice, he gave us some recommendations and the menu. We encountered a list of dishes that it was so hard to decide. We ordered sweet and sour soup, shrimp and coconut soup and the Taiwanese beef soup, also fried rice, Kunpao chicken, sweet and sour chicken and gyoza dumplings. Every single dish was delicious and we are happy we have leftovers for tomorrow.
We will be back and recommend this restaurant.
