The atmosphere, the food, the service and the kind and efficient gentleman that took our order was just remarkable!

Dined in last night and was very happy with the experience. The food was amazing, pad see ew with shrimp is tasty and served hot and quick. Service was quick and excellent. Also best thai ice tea in great neck.

Every dish we tried was so tasty, and authentic flavors. Highly recommend baby back rib, Pad Thai with shrimp, Pad See-ew noodles, seafood salad and Pad-Cha seafood. The service was wonderful. The waitresses were so attentive and accommodating. The inside of the place is very nice decor and cozy. We will definitely be returning in the future

Every slurp of the delicious rich curry is heavenly, warms my soul every time. The ratio of veggie, chicken, and broth is always well balanced. They don't skimp on the protein and veggies, it's always a filling meal that's worth it's price.

The service is top notch. they're polite, they smile, they treat you like a faithful customer, and they always make sure you are pleased.

We were in the area for an eye exam and wanted to eat something close by…this restaurant was delicious and a nice little surprise! Our food was fresh and the ribs were crispy to perfection. Lots of flavor in our meal.

Another ran into this spot cause our usual spot was closed, but it was definitely good food, good portions, and an all-around great place. Thai food has a certain standard, and JaydSiri meets it. Pad see yu was delish. The curry puffs, duck spring rolls, and basil fried rice were all really good. Another will return restaurant.

I discovered water leaking into my basement following a particularly intense downpour. When I hired a restoration service, they showed up right away. They made sure everything was dry and mold-free in addition to draining the water. My basement currently looks fantastic thanks to their meticulous and professional team.

My kitchen faucet busted last week, resulting in a huge flood. After I called a nearby restoration company, they arrived at my home in less than half an hour. They helped me clean up the kitchen and effectively removed the water and dried the floors. I'm so grateful to them for getting my home back to normal!

Great, authentic Thai place in Great Neck. The food is delicious, their Thai tea and spicy basil are my go-tos; really great balance of flavors and true to real Thai food, not the watered down stuff that you often see. Just be warned that the spicy option is actually really spicy!

A family owned restaurant that serves authentic Thai cuisine. No exaggeration, the baby back ribs appetizer is one of if not the best ribs I have ever eaten. I have eaten a lot of ribs in my day and I don't say that lightly. JaydSiri makes theirs with a slight crisp on the outer layer which gives it a little crunch to the bite before getting to the juicy inside. The sauce is sweet and savory. The rest of my meal was great but I have to say I the ribs makes me want to go back to this restaurant for more.

The best Thai food I’ve ever had. This is my favorite restaurant to go too. The service is amazing and the food is out of this world. Definitely come here for any meal of the day! Siri is the sweetest person ever, even though she’s the owner she’s so involved and is always there to say hi to us when we come in! Thank you for the great service and food! I’ve been to this restaurant alone for the first time and I just want to say I fell in love with this restaurant the food is very similar to Thailand (My hometown) I recommend this Khao Soy Noodles It’s so delicious like I’m eating it in Thailand, I will tell my friends and come back here again soon for sure.

Great Neck can be a pretty barren place when it comes to food. This is one of the few restaurants we love and frequently get food to go. The staff are so kind and accommodating! They have the best customer service. When I went there to place an order they gave me a glass of water while I was waiting. We usually order curry puffs, beef or roasted duck pad see ew and chicken massaman curry … all are delicious. I’ve gotten the rib appetizer which are so tender they fall off the bone. Some things I ordered were spicy but they cooked it to my preference, which is pretty mild. I love them and was so glad they reopened from the old Krung Tepp, which we also enjoyed. It’s a pleasure coming here.

Unfortunately, my experience at Jaysiri Thai was marred by an employee demanding a higher tip. Despite the delicious food, the uncomfortable encounter overshadowed the dining experience.

Rude Service and Unjustified Tip Demands.
My visit was marred by shockingly poor service. Our server demanded a 15-20% tip upfront and rudely asked us to leave when we questioned this. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also spoiled the entire dining experience.A restaurant should offer a welcoming atmosphere, but these guys seems to have forgotten this, prioritizing tips over customer satisfaction. Such demands, especially when coupled with threats, are completely unacceptable. Until significant changes are made, I advise others to dine elsewhere, where respect and good manners are served alongside the food.

Unbelievable and infuriating! Imagine sitting down at a restaurant only to be met with a server demanding a 25% tip before we even start. And when we refused? He snatches the menus from us and has the gall to tell us to leave, just like that. It was shocking and completely disrespectful. What a nightmare experience! There's absolutely no way I'm ever going back to that place. It’s a total joke of a restaurant where they treat customers like garbage. Absolutely unacceptable and downright enraging!

This guy said if you don’t tip 25%, you need to leave. With this customer experience, please don’t expect high tips. I hope your owner sees this. We are never coming back to such restaurant again.

Ordered the pad see ew and the green curry for lunch special. The curry was a burst of flavor, all the vegetables in the curry was crisp and fresh as well. The pad see ew is the best I’ve had in the area. Matt was an amazing server and welcomed us with such warm hospitality. I will be back with friends and family!

Illegal charge on the bill if you didn’t check. They will ask you to consult a lawyer if you challenge it. They would also tell you it’s Nassau county law which allow they to charge this “operating fee” on all the bills. Don’t even bother to tip them cause they would say “F…k, you….”if they think you didn’t tip enough and throw it on the floor. For 3 years dining in the neighborhood, don’t think this business deserves to be part of the community.

I had to redo my review and I did give it five stars at first and the food was good . However when I went back the food was so soggy and nasty I wonder if it was another cook there . My first time eating here was delicious and everything was outstanding . But my money went down the drain . I guess it depends on who cooking

We love this legit and authentic Thai restaurant! This is our 2nd time ordering and we are not disappointed. Our favorites are: basil fried rice, drunken noodle, massamam curry, red curry, and curry puffs.

Love this little neighborhood spot. The owner Jays makes amazing authentic Thai food. I’ve had curries, noodles, Thai fried rice and multiple appetizers that were all delicious. It’s one of the few spots that stays open until 10 PM in Great Neck!

To ordered 2 orders of duck rolls on Uber eats . The worst ever! Stale and soggy and spoiled. My kids love duck rolls. Didn’t expect to order this and get what ive received … I should’ve read the reviews first especially the food poisoning!

Jaydsiri is already one of my favorite places in Great Neck. The food is AMAZING, some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. The service is great — both super friendly and genuine and also fast. The atmosphere is really cute, being a cozy and comfortable place. If you’re a fan of Thai food, I truly cannot recommend it enough.

Last night we were coming home from Oyster Bay and craving Thai food; almost stopped at Sarin on Glen Cove Road but decided to keep going and dine at JaydSiri on South Middle Neck Road instead, to support our local merchants.

This is the second time we've been here, and we enjoyed it even more this time. This place is so consistently good! It's a huge improvement over the former restaurant at this location, Krung Tep.

Our server was attentive and friendly, food arrived promptly. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable, and there are so many interesting choices on the menu. Everything was delicious!

The only reason I didn't give the atmosphere 5 stars is because the leatherette on the banquette seating against the wall is cracked and peeling. Other than that, it's a clean and attractive space. Definitely worth a visit.

This is the best kept secret thai restaurant in long island. Run by Siri, owner and perfectionist. We patronized establishment when it was krungtep and its only gotten better since the name change. Authentic, fresh, plenty of choices. My favorites include mango salad, spare rib appetizer, Basil chicken or beef, green curry, drunken noodle and the steak and fish options also very good. Just don't tell too many people bc it is a small place and I'll be upset if I don't get a seat!

JaydSiri Thai is fantastic The beautiful upscale decor is sleek. The owner and staff are friendly and welcoming. We’ve tried many dishes here over many visits and have never been disappointed. The freshest ingredients are always used.
There are many vegetarian items. The fish dishes are cooked perfectly. All the noodles and curry dishes are delicious.

Yummy! Lunch special (weekday only) is good deal (get entree + side for $13)! Drunken noodle is great 😚😚🥹 also there are vegetarian options :)

My Go to Thai in Long Island! Decent Thai restaurant. Food is very tasty, very delicious! My fave are the duck spring rolls, thai crepe dumpling (unexpectedly really good!), mixed seafood pad thai. EXCELLENT SERVICE, Classy vibe for a Thai restaurant.

Great Neck is blessed with many good Asian restaurants, but JaydSiri Thai Bistro stands out. Their food is excellent, expertly prepared and delicious. Service is warm and efficient. I have enjoyed the lunch menu a few times and have been pleased each time. The chicken in ginger sauce is a winner! Highly recommended.

I'm glad there is a Thai restaurant not too far from my friend house. We have a party at home, but I just want something spicy and bring different to my group. Food was okay and surprisingly they have northeastern style of papaya salad. I like it but my friends aren't crazy about. Pad gra praw is kind of sweet but it is still ok for the area like this. Staff is very friendly and now since I told my friend there is the Thai place nearby so he can go get some Thai food when he wants.

We were in the neighborhood after ice skating and we decided to try out new place. Amazing food with lots of flavor and just the right amount of kick. The baby back ribs fell off the bone cleanly. The food was the best I have ever had for Tai!!!The ambience was so relaxing and the service was amazing..I like that you can bring your own liquor as well..The only thing missing was maybe a candle on the tables but otherwise it was delicious!!!!

The service was excellent! I had the curry puff and duck rolls for appetizers; both yummy. The soup with ground chicken was one of the best thai soups I’ve ever had. The pineapple-fried rice is a staple here. The fried bronzino with vegetables and white rice; excellent pairing. The Thai iced-tea was a perfect sugar to tea ratio. All in all, great experience and look forward to coming here again soon!

Great Food and the nicest staff!

Food is delicious. The grilled Branzino is nicely done - meat is tender, no salt, and the dipping sauce really brings out the taste of the fish. We also liked the tom yum soup and curry vegetables.
