Service was fast and food was delicious- a lot more than I expected and everything down to the texture of the noodles was perfect and the chicken was tender- I had the drunken noodles w/ chicken spice level was a 8 normally I would have went for a 10 on spice level but this was spicy enough without taking away from the dish. So this really made the dish spicy and sweet. ( I have a high tolerance for heat so I don’t recommend that much heat unless you like your food spicy on a ghost pepper level of heat)Aw yea and also I requested for a egg to be added in the dish. We ordered Tom Yum Going soup, Pork Pad Thai and Basil Chicken stir fry with rice. And the portion is more than generous and we even have leftover to take home, which would not been the case in Atlanta.

We will recommend this place for sure!

On two occasions recently I have placed to go order and they say ready in 25-30 mins. So I drive 20 mins there and they say order will not be ready for 30 to 40 minutes! I will not be placing any more orders there. Another customer there said they had been waiting 40 mins past promised time and still had no food. The staff person ask me if I would like to come back later and pick up!!! Great food but horrible service

When this place had first opened it was great. Couldn’t wait to go back. Tried it again a year later and you wanna talk about down hill. The service was worst then trying to get ice cream mc Donald’s. Our server just sat on the counter talking to a table. We had to shout for service then to get bill I had to go get her and then all I get is what’s up. I got one will never go back and I will make sure the community knows as well.

The food was great, I drive a truck and this was the best tasting food I've had in several months. Fresh and full of flavor. The service was also great, was a little disappointed that the music was not from Thailand it would have topped off the experience. Will be adding it to my favorite places and hope to be back soon. Will be enjoying my leftovers for a couple day's.

My favorite restaurant in all of Jonesboro, and one of the very best Thai restaurants I have ever eaten at. I have eaten here on average once a week ever since they opened, and not once has my food not been anything other than a delight. I highly recommend the Tom Yun Goong soup, Pad Eggplant, Red Curry, and Pad Thai. If you like your food spicy, I recommend starting with 4/10, and moving up from there.

Mango Yellow Curry with basil was on the specials today, and it was absolutely fantastic! I had it made with shrimp. It paired wonderfully with the sweet spicy and large chunks of fresh, very ripe mangos. Love to see this as a seasonal item on the menu!

Ordered a specialty, the Duck. The vegetables were great but the Duck was so salty ( I like a lot of salt) it was inedible. The waitress said she would tell the cook so it would be better next time. No recompense was offered

My family loves this place so much. I never wanted to try it but my husband convinced me to go. It’s now my favorite place to eat. I’ve never had one bad thing there and we are telling everyone we know how much we love it! The pineapple fried rice - to die for. The beef and broccoli - life changing. The tempura fried shrimp - unreal. YOU GOTTA TRY IT. Spicy level #4 is good if you like a kick but can’t handle too much

This was my first foray into Thai cuisine. The wait staff were very helpful and attentive. The Pot Stickers were delightful! I got the Pad Kra Pow BBQ Duck. The veggies were fresh and delicious! I like some heat and they obliged me. Will definitely eat here again when I'm craving some spice.

Cleanest restaurant I’ve ever seen!

Very... not Thai... I mean sure, the food is Thai based, but the things that were listed as spicy... just weren't...me and my son both ordered spicy stuff, but neither of us could notice anything. When asked for chili paste (which both of these should have been cooked with... we got some kind of very liquidy cocktail sauce type stuff... it was... not what was anticipated. Very... city-fied... or whitewashed... however you want to consider that. It just was not very authentic. Very pretty inside, very clean looking.

That was way more then I could afford after a unexpected trip!!!My son can only eat broth !!! When I seen the price I said you made a mistake ! She said no I didn't !! So had her to one of the soups off!!! She said I gotta charge you half price it's made!! So I got charged half price for something I didn't get !!! Charged me 2.50 cent for a cup of tap water!!! Am sorry I didn't walk out and leave it !!!! He couldn't even eat it when I got back with it no soup broth on it !!! The most rudest lady I've ever met up with !!!!! So in the whined up I got 2 soups a cup of water a small tea for 45$ !!! I've never felt so scammed !

I love Mai Pai Thai. Have been there many times and the food is always good. Wish they had more seating as it can get crowded in there at peak times. One of my favorites!

Thoroughly delightful dining experience we stumbled on looking for a Thai restaurant while passing through Jonesboro at dinner time. Food was fresh. Both servers were knowledgeable and personable. Jonesboro is on my lifelong beaten path between Memphis, Tennessee and Sharp County, Arkansas, and now Mai Pai Thai is my new half way stop.

Some of the best Thai food I’ve had in a while. They even use fresh noodles in the Drunken noodles dish. Don’t forget to order a Thai tea while you’re there.

This is one of the CLEANEST restaurants I’ve been to in Jonesboro! My food is ALWAYS fresh and the prices are affordable! I would love to try the entire menu but I keep loving everything I try and wanting to order that same thing the next time, making it seemingly impossible to try everything on the menu! My favorite so far is the fried rice, drunken noodles, and orange chicken!

Wow !!! Never would have thought to have Mango in CURRY however it was one of the best Curries I have had ! The sauce was creamy and just the right heat and the mango was an added and pleasant sweetness. The peanut sauce with the fresh rolls was amazing. Not the usual runny peanut sauce.

We are very disappointed that without advising on their menu or informing o the group that they will raise their prices on each plate price for 6 or more people, also charge a tip percentage that is not indicated on the bill so as to receive a tip on top of that, this is our third experience with them doing this. When addressing this with them they were very rude and would not let anyone speak. Food is good but dishonesty is the policy. We are filing a complaint with the BBB asking them to resolve the issue.

This is my family‘s favorite restaurant in Jonesboro. It is authentic Thai served in a friendly atmosphere and everything we have ever tried has been amazing. You can specify the spice level on a scale of 1 to 10 and they spice it perfectly. We enjoy pad Thai noodles, drunken noodles, curries, potstickers, fried calamari, eggrolls. Staff is extremely friendly, like family. This is the kind of restaurant I need in Jonesboro. I highly recommend it.

August 2022... 2nd visit. The restaurant is fairly small, but has a comfortable atmosphere. The tables are well-spaced. There was one table available when we arrived, but we opted for take-out and shopped at Skechers while waiting for our food. The food was fantastic!

Food was ok. Pad thai was over cooked but i think i can accept that. The server .... idk what to say, i guess if you're white you'll get better experience. I'm asian and as we know, asian don't support another asian. She gave us no smile at all and she turns into super nice when she served the others tables which are white. She seems so mad when we asked for to go box, she put her hands by her waist and rolled her eyes. I was disappointed, it hurts me so bad with that kind of experience, that people still look at us small even from the same race as we are. i won't forget how she treated us today!

This is my new favorite place to get Thai food in Jonesboro. I have tried many things from the menu during my dine-in visits and take out orders and nothing has failed to disappoint me so far. My favorite dish is the pad si ew. Most of the entrees come with a choice of protein (beef, chicken, shrimp, pork, or tofu). The restaurant also let's diners choose how spicy they want their dishes. Everything from the appetizers to the main courses have been great. I will continue to visit this location often.

Mai Pai Thai was great. It is a smaller restaurant with a huge taste and an incredible eye for presentation. I had the yellow curry with chicken, and the taste was classic, as I expected, but with a bit more flavor. The spring rolls, kalamari, dumplings, and salad were amazing. Check out this place if you like Thai food!

I’ve eaten at probably a couple of dozen Thai restaurants in my lifetime and Mai Pai Thai has got to be the best I’ve ever had. The first time eating here I had the udon noodles with seafood, mushrooms, and asparagus while during this most recent trip I had these terrific short, wide noodles with shrimp; both dishes were incredibly fresh and delicious. Give this restaurant a try and you won’t be disappointed!

Heard really good things about this place so I ordered chicken drunken noodles and orange chicken and asked it to be spicy level -8. Well the drunken noodles was so plain, barely had chicken or anything else and had no spice at all. Very Disappointed

This was my first time to visit. I had several friends rave about this place, so I decided to try it. I am so glad that I did! Walking in, the restaurant is very clean and neat. The staff is extremely friendly. No one was just standing around. If they were not attending to customers, they were cleaning- wiping down the tables, counter, and beverage fridge.

Amazing! Best yellow curry we’ve had! The stuff we’re great and the restaurant is awesome - really bright and modern and has a beautiful bamboo forest picture wallpapered on the wall. Worth making the trip from Nashville just for this place! Oh, and try the mango sticky rice dessert!
