This is our new favorite Thai place. The food was really really good. We got the pad kee mow, the panang curry and the kids Thai lo mein. The portions were large, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Kids 2-5 eat free with the purchase of an adult entree so that was awesome too! We will be back for sure.
The worst Tom Yum Kung that I have ever had. It is 100% not authentic Thai food. There are too much flies in the restaurant. I want a to go box but need to wait for more than 20min and I left without it 🙂 Never comeback.
Hey Thai Spice, please stop posting false information about your customer like that and improve your quality instead.
To other people who are reading my review, Thai Spice replied with false information and made up fake situation. For others, they just wrote the review and forgot about it, but for me, I usually read my reviews again so yah, I realized your interesting story :)
To be clear, I've never been closed to any of their kitchen area. And how could a customer walk into their kitchen area? If the restaurant has any video or evidence for that, please show it :) Also, I have never been rude to their waitresses (I still put the tips for them when checked out). And, why did you not mention about letting customer waiting more than 20min for a to-go box?
Really good Pho, it’s true. But paying close to 20 bucks for one single soup dish, with a water drink during weekly lunch time is expensive. Only ONE small sliced lime wedge comes with the soup plate. I asked for an extra lime wedge and to my surprise, I was charged $1 dollar for that! Lime wedge cost is not even on the menu. Ridiculous.
Friendly, fast, and absolutely incredible. The food? AMAZING. Especially the green curry—it’s unforgettable. Days later, it’s still on my mind, making it hard to focus on anything else.
Portion sizes? Perfect. Generous enough to satisfy but leave you wanting just one more bite. And the value? Outstanding. This is the kind of place that keeps you coming back, craving more every time.
Happy I took other reviewers’ advice and ordered the yellow curry. It was amazing. Fried pork spring rolls also rocked. I did not expect to find Thai food this good in a college town. This place is legit.
It was a lunch date for me and my husband and we’ve been wanting to check Thai food locations till we found this one. The place is welcoming not busy very spacious and clean. Customer service was on top. The food we chose was delicious warm and fresh. We were able to share our plates and he couldn’t get away from my plate which was the fried rice he loved it more than his pad Thai but his pad Thai was also delish. The pad Thai was savory not dry not to nutty. The fried rice wasn’t full of soy Nor try or overwhelmed with onion it was Perfect, the meat wasn’t dry and enough to keep up with your bites. The egg rolls was crunchy the sauce was good it was full of ingredients and good size.
Food was absolutely amazing and service was the best I have had in a super long time.

We waited over an hour after ordering before we got up and left because the food hadn't arrived. During that whole time, no one stopped by our table. Only when we got up did our waiter come by to tell us the food would be coming soon.
Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common experience.
Wonderful Thai restaurant (probably the best in Fayetteville). Location is ideal and takeout is always quick + on time.
The Red Curry is really good and the Chicken Pad Thai is super great as well. One of our family’s go to take out spots.

Food is usually good. However we ordered from door dash at 6:04PM this evening. Our dasher informs me at 6:29 that the restaurant tells him it’ll be another 10-20 minutes. Still waiting at 6:45 for the dasher to confirm pickup. I called at 6:40 and the lady on the phone was not accommodating nor apologetic. Just rude. She says “well we’re busy so that’s why” I mean who wants to be treated like that! They’re rude to customers and not thoughtful of the door dashers time , which is cutting into their earnings. Also, we’ve been here in person when there are 3 tables already served and it takes nearly half an hour or more to get our food before we return to work during lunch. I know you cook your food fresh, but so do a lot of restaurants and they mange it well. This is a clear example of poor management and rude employees. Do better. You will not make it for too long here in NWA if you can’t manage your business. Doesn’t matter how good your food is. There are plenty of your kind that offer kinder and efficient service. I’m in the hospitality industry and customer service is key to success or failure. Will recommend my friends family colleagues and guests of my company (major Fayetteville tourism) avoid this time consuming and rude establishment.
Pretty obvious from reviews dating back sometime, that the service is lackluster. Just remember, we can choose any good Thai restaurant in the area, what sets you apart for success is Efficientcy and good customer service. Good luck.
UPDATE: the order lacked our spring rolls. SMH
I’m livid . Good luck like I said.

Weird experience. My table of four all received their food except me. No problem, thought it would be right out. After everyone was more than halfway finished with their dishes, I went to the front waitress to inquire about my meal. A few minutes later it was all but thrown on the table. No apology or comment at all. So strange. An apology would have gone a long way.
Their "Drunkin Noodle" is the best
¡Altamente recomendado!"
Once again a bad experience, which is about 50% of the time we go. It’s always unclear if you are going to get a somewhat normal dining experience with a reasonably attentive waiter or a bizarre experience where multiple different people are waiting on you throughout a meal or one where the food has very long wait times. Today was a “we don’t have any sodas”, take ages to get you your meal, serve other later diners first, bring out your appetizer after the entree type day with two different servers. Foods pretty good though.
This is the best Thai restaurant in Fayetteville! I always get something different because I know whatever I get is going to be delicious. The employees are all really nice as well.
I'm a huge pad thai fan. Gave them three chances. First one- maybe the best pad thai I've ever had. The last two-dry noodles with some cayenne. This last time I had to dig for anything but dry noodles. Seems like they need some quality control.
The worst Tom Yum Kung that I have ever had. It is 100% not authentic Thai food. There are too much flies in the restaurant. I want a to go box but need to wait for more than 20min and I left without it 🙂 Never comeback.

Its kinda like sports bar meets Thai food. I am picky about my Thai food. Ordered Pad Thai. Not much to it, mostly noodles. Not as spicy as I would have liked, I asked for 3. No bean sprouts. Very little egg and crushed peanuts.
Our family enjoyed food, portions were great and had great flavor!
Great food and service
I highly recommend Thai Spice! I've yet to have a bad meal, and the service is always attentive without being intrusive. They're great for takeout and dine in.
Here from Alabama working and wanted something different from my normal. Red and Curry was 10 out of 10.
Excellent food and attentive service. Tom yum soup is the real deal. Becoming a regular stop for lunch and dinner
Nice Thai restaurant. Service was fast and food was good.
One of the few Thai places that willingly makes an effort to provide gluten free options with sauce (many just omit sauce… which results in less than desirable results). My kids ask to go all the time! It is my go-to place for work day lunches. They are quick and efficient. It is always a pleasant experience.
We have dined at Thai Spice a lot since they opened. They have had some challenging times with the quality of food and staff being so poorly attentive. However, we wanted to support them and things seem to be getting better for them. The food quality has for the most part been much better and the service a little bit better...at times. Tonight we decided to go and arrived at 8:30pm the close time on the door is 9pm. After waiting 4 mins, a girl informed us they stop dining at 8:30pm. Which is fine, but don't make us wait 4 minutes past the time to come in to tell us. We will not be back. Too many other really good Thai restaurants in town.
When asked if the gratuity was already included, our group was told (incorrectly) that it was not, so the cashier rang things up to where we had to tip on top of the gratuity and tax.... ordering a single noodle dish and one tea came out of $23. Group was way too big to argue over why the cost came out so wrong. Really disappointed that we were mislead, plus that the cashier system lists a 18% tip the smallest amount you can pick. :/ I really like this place, but won't be returning with a group.
Every time great service, food, it’s always a pleasure! Love this place!
With a sign "help wanted," I expected a long wait, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was not. The wait staff was rushing around attending to everyone. They are to be commended. The food was very good, too. We will definitely return.
Had the pineapple curry w/ steak, mild. It was very good. Forgot to take a photo.
Over $20 for 5 shrimp and a giant, sloppy pile of vegetables.
I find myself craving their food at least once a week. Great place to go out with the friends or watch a game. There's something on the menu for everyone and their appetite. Whether it's the massaman curry for a cold, rainy day or a chicken fried rice to go, I know i'll be getting a meal infused with rich flavor. Bonus points for the thai tea, its the only place I've found with just the right ratio of spice and sweetness.
First time here And the food was delicious. Wait Staff we're very helpful with their recommendations. We will be back, for sure
Food wasn't very flavorful , and the wait staff ignored us . I'll probably never go back.
Very tasty food! This place isn't fancy, but the service was good and food was delcious. They were quite behind with grubhub/doordash orders the night we were there, but apologized for our wait and the food was worth it.
I love spicy foods.
Rudest customer service I have encountered in Fayetteville. Cannot get their order system down to understand how to quickly or efficiently place or work with take out.
I got the pad see and got food poisoning. I have food allergies and they dismissed it and put the ingredients in there anyways. Plus dumbed an entire bottle of spices on it. I do not ever get spice in anything. This place doesn’t care and could end up someone in hospital if not careful.
my new favorite thai restaurant!! food is always delicious
My go-to for take out! Great food at a good price.
First off.. I love Thai Spice. I order the same thing at least once a week. I put in an order #35 thai hot, chicken, no green onions extra egg at around 7:50pm tonight. Whoever made that 👏 nose was running excellent!!
I've had a few dishes from here, but most recently I had the mango curry with chicken. I love it!
Just plain delicious!!!
Always 100%...
Seriously delicious, great service as well!
Best Thai food in town, in my opinion, and sooooo reasonably priced! Great service and delicious Thai tea. Sometimes they have sports playing, if you're into that, and the atmosphere feels more like a sports bar. But, usually, the TV is just on, and the patrons are quiet.
Thai spice is my go to spot for comfort food. Dine in and carry out, either way is fantastic! You can’t miss out on the crab rangoons and chicken dumplings.
Their environment was nice.
This place is GREAT!! The chicken Tom Kha Gai is amazing!
Good food, very clean and pleasant atmosphere. You should leave with a full belly and nice fire burning inside if you order 3 or above on the heat index.
The food is always fresh and delicious! Our favorites are the vegetable spring rolls, the pad see ew, and beef yum salad.
*edited 12/2003
The spring rolls changed. They used to be perfect but now have a very mushy center. I brought my rating down one star because of this.
Best service ever! Love coming here. The steamed dumplings are amazing.
I always come to Thai Spice because it’s so good. I never leave reviews but this place is my favorite in Fayetteville. 5/5
Très copieux. Service qui pourrait être meilleur.
Very busy, understaffed and still pulled it off! Very good food. Good service and friendly staff.
The best garlic chicken
Food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was nice, but looked more like a bbq/ sports bar. Didn't matter. We'll be back! If you haven't tried it, you should.
Well lighted, relaxing atmosphere with a bar! I love this place so much, I get the pad thai regularly. Costs just over $11 which is a good price compared to places like Ginger with a better overall taste. Can't recommend here enough!
A great place to meet friends for lunch!
Fantastic is all I can say
This is my favorite Asian restaurant in NWA. The food is delicious and for someone with Celiacs it’s amazing to find a place that offers to adjust so many dishes to meet my allergy needs. I’ve had their stir fry cashew chicken and their stir fry broccoli. The flavors are amazing.
One of my favorite places for Thai food. The Yellow Curry with rice is a 10 out of 10 for me. There's a slightly sweet flavor to it and it's my go to whenever I eat here.
Food was excellent.
Wanted to try it for awhile. Its be better for lunch than dinner....its fair
Some of their dishes are amazing, some are just so so. Overall a decent place to grab a good bite.
This is a restaurant I will miss when I go back home. The spice levels are perfect and they have a ton of great meals. I haven't had anything that I wasn't fond of. Servers could be more attentive and having random movies on is nice to me. But probably not to people on dates.
Killer food here !! My wife and I are truly impressed keep it up guys !!
This place is a delivery person's nightmare. I have never come in here and my order be ready. Always have to wait twenty to thirty minutes get it together people. There's no reason you should have to drive 15 minutes then wait 20 to 30 minutes. That's 45 min an order. Something you're doing isn't working 😕
Food amazing 🤩 one of the best Thai restaurants in NWA.
Excellent Thai food! Pad Thai and red curry were both excellent, and their spicy is spicy.
Love Thai Spice! Have eaten in the restaurant as well as ordered take-out and have never been unhappy with what I've been served or ordered. My *only issue is their dining area has bright track lighting and it's somewhat harsh on the eyes during a meal, that could be improved.
Really like the food but sometimes inconsistent with the same dish and gets the wrong times to pick up.
This place has the best fried rice in NWA!
I live on the to-go yellow curry sauce! Good place to meet friends and get great food & service.
Thought I would try. Just moved to the area and had food delivered. Wow best Pad Thai I’ve had in NWA. My new place for Thai!!!🥰
Service was okay and the food was not fresh.
Very slow and very inconsistent service, if you are a dasher don't accept these unless it's double digits. Wait times vary between 10-30m per order, if they have 6 people in the restaurant expect to waaaaaait.
One of my favorite places to eat with my husband.
ZERO options listed clearly as vegetarian or vegan friendly. I did appreciate that they were willing to make me vegan pad thai with tofu and no egg or fish sauce. I wish the restaurant would be more transparent on their menu however and also cater to the vegan and vegetarian population with clearly marked menu items.
Good Thai food. Generous portions. Reasonable prices. No complaints!
First time to Thai Spice & it was fantastic! We ordered Pad Thai & Stir Fry Basil. The Pad Thai was really good, but the Stir Fry Basil was off the charts great! You can get spice from "no spice to level 5 or Thai hot". I got level 3 on the Stir Fry Basil & the Pad Thai at level 2. Both plated nicely & the flavors were magnificent. Prices are reasonable & staff were delightful & has a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be returning to dine at Thai Spice. Location has easy access to Hwy 49 & Wedington in Fayetteville. You must try this place!
My family eats at Thai Spice a few times per month. We have never been disappointed with the food or the service.
Very friendly. Great fresh green curry. I got 2 meals out of one dish. One of the best Thai restaurants around
Wonderful food.
3 times here, has been great each time.
The 1-5 spice scale is a little steep. I tobasco and sri racha most of my food at home, 2 is warm, 3 is a pretty healthy spice. But all was fantastic.
I have always had the yellow curry. Not quite as sweet as massuman, but not as my usual S&B golden curry. I usually get extra rice
The kids got PadThai. A bit citrus-ey, plenty of flavor.
The little one got the pot stickers fried, she was very happy with them and ate them all.
Parking in front of restaurant has always been full, but short walk from close by parking lots.
This has been the second time we’ve had a poor experience here within the last year or so. If we come back, it won’t be by my choice.
We walked in, got seated, drinks taken & delivered (two waters, one Thai tea) & we promptly placed our order. We ordered dumplings for an appetizer & a soup & a pad Thai. There were servers but we were seemingly forgotten about until about 35 minutes in, we got some dumplings dropped off at our table. No refills on drinks, no plates provided. We waited some more, we were 10 minutes away from the 1 hour mark when we were about ready to get up & leave when our entrees were delivered. They were ok. Edible, sure, but for an hour & barely any service? Nope. Thankfully we went to Andy’s afterwards for custard & they saved date night with quick service & excellent dishes. Thanks Andy’s.
My favorite Thai Restaurant. I live in the Chicago area and travel to Fayetteville once per month for work. While there I always stop in for lunch or dinner, sometimes twice during my trip. The Pad Thai is the best I have ever had and the Yellow Curry was just as good. Go between 5-7pm for happy hour prices on beer. The employees are attentive and friendly, and the food is prepared quickly. Check this place out, its the best. 5 stars.
Good food!
My wife and I go to thai spice pretty often and the food is always great. What made my experience not so great was how my wife asked for lemon for her water 3 times and the waiter would acknowledge that she asked for lemon but never brought it out all 3 times. This was not an isolated incident either as a similar exchange occurred when we went with a group of friends.
I ❤️ Thai spice! Great pad Thai and shockingly good fried rice.
Pad See Ew noodles were just ok. Wok not hot enough for correct flavor. Taste was nothing to write home about. Spring rolls kinda mushy inside. Staff was friendly and service was good.
Amazing food and fast service!
Hopefully just an off night. We arrived around 7:00 and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Hostess sat us but no server was available. After 15 minutes, I walked over to the bar tender. He said he’d send someone over. After another five minutes, we had to leave. Table behind us came in before us and left when did for the same reason.
It was a lunch date for me and my husband and we’ve been wanting to check Thai food locations till we found this one. The place is welcoming not busy very spacious and clean. Customer service was on top. The food we chose was delicious warm and fresh. Love my Thai Spice
We came in with a big party and they were super accommodating to us. They were very friendly and the food came out great and tasted amazing!! Would definitely recommend their ragoons if u get the chance!!
We were there for over an hour an a half and our server did not check on us once beyond dropping off the appetizer; we did not even have a server walk by to be able to ask for drink refills. I understand the kitchen was backed up and the delay in food, however the lack of service to us and several parties around us was horrible. I had them cancel our entres (which I was informed had not yet been started), paid for my appetizer, and left. I will never be back.
This thai restaurant was a 5/5 and a 10/10. The food comes very quick and had the best customer service. The food was also very good with flavors all over your mouth making you crave even more when you leave. At thai spice, getting full isn’t an option.
Be prepared for a long night! Walked in to order a kids-sized fried rice - that’s it - and now, 25 minutes later, still no food. This is not the first time. The food itself is pretty good - just know that it takes FOREVER to come out of the kitchen. You have been warned!!!
never going back after we waited over an hour for food while seeing them hand out over a dozen Togo orders!!
Very good food! Quick service during lunch!
Great portions, hot, good service
Food is just okay. Serving sizes are good. I did give it a try two different times but no difference unfortunately. Service was great both times, I got takeout and it was very quick and hostesses were kind.I wanted to like it since it’s so close to home but I just couldn’t.
Best Tom Kha around. Great food across the menu. Super nice folks. Thank you.
Awesome food, ambiance, and service.
The food is so good I ate here two nights in a row!! The flavors are balanced and lovely. The service is wonderful. This will be my go to Thai the next time I am in Fayetteville. The summer roll was made to order and perfect for vegans. The Pad See Ew was delicious. The Green Curry is so full of veggies and slightly spicy. Perfect!! Thank you for a terrific meal and great service!!
Terrible service, had to send food back didn't get what we ordered. Needed a drink refill and never got it. Wouldn't recommend. Pad Thai was very dry. Needed a drink to be able to compensate for the dryness.
Tasty Thai spot that was very willing to make sure what I wanted was vegan friendly. Everyone in my group had a great meal.
Scrumptious Spicy Basil and Cashew! Their "Thai Hot" isn't as hot as I hoped for, but the dish was still delicious. We'll be back when we're in Fayetteville again.
The food is sooo delicious. The #36 with 4 spice and tofu is sooo good. The pad Thai is delish as well as the duck fried rice. They have beer specials . The dessert was...meh.. tasted kinda meh...and was small ..... and overpriced (it was cheaper on their website. They charged me like $2 extra in person...which their mango rice dessert wasn't even worth the 'cheaper ' price.) The staff were friendly but took a while with the check. Anywho the dessert thing does make me feel a little weird going there since I pointed out the $ mistake and they didn't offer to fix it in any way.
Good food, I should've ordered hotter. Service was outstanding.
Love it!
Go to spot with buddies. My goto is pad thai. Im getting it every other time I go
Great food and great service!
always delicious.
Friendly staff and super good, fresh food. Yum!!
Loved this place. Everything was fantastic from the service to the food and selection of local craft beer & full bar.
Delicious!
Food is great, defiantly recommend; although don’t spend $8 on the crab Rangoons, there is pretty much nothing inside
The ladies that work in here are super sweet. The food was amazing and I haven’t had much Thai food in my lifetime but we really enjoyed it! Go here and get some yummy Pad Thai and crab rangoons 😋
The best Thai food in the City of Fayetteville hands down. The ambiance and atmosphere of the place is welcoming, fun, and relaxed!
The best Thai food in Fayetteville in my opinion. Bartender always has great service and never lets a drink go empty! Not a 5 because when close time comes, it’s time to go home. All in all a great place for a good time!
I've been here a fair number of times, Bartender and a few servers are always great and doing the best they can do. The owner/management however really know how to make the customer feel uncomfortable. Would not come here if you want a dine in experience that lasts less than hour, understaffed 9/10 times and the management team gives you dirty looks and makes you feel like you're in the wrong for staying any longer than such. Manager is also consistently yelling at employees which then causes customers to not get served in a timely manner. Would NOT recommend coming here, food is okay but the experience is awkward and uncomfortable. The bar staff really makes you feel welcome and invites customers in the building and encourages them to stay. However the frequent glares from the kitchen door and bickering from owner to employees is off-putting enough to where I will not return here. Poor business model/management with a great location and opportunity. Real shame.
Love this place! Food has always been great! Dine in and take away
Thai food is one of my wife’s and my favorite foods. We are so excited to discover Thai Spice, we will definitely be regulars. There are several Thai restaurants in Northwest Arkansas and all are good, but Thai spice tops them all!
the food is unmatched, this is the best thai food you’ll find in nwa!!
I love this place so much but they NEVER answer their phone, and they don’t have an online ordering option. I’m pregnant and covid sensitive so i can’t just go eat anywhere.
