He was super nice and made sure my food was made perfectly.
I didn't realize they offer some pretty delicious tea called Seven Teas. Tried the Ginger Berry Yerba Mate, which was a perfect addition to my Thai Hot Chicken Panang curry and rice noodles. I'm a weirdo and love to sweat from my food and not the weather. TC2G offered me the right level of heat and had plenty of drinks to cool down. The customer service was great and I was able to eat a fully gluten free meal for my Celiac's Disease. Overall, this place is a win in my book.

So I've ordered the pad thai with shrimp 3 times. 1st time was a busy Friday night, 55 minute wait, excellent food. 2nd time was early Tuesday evening, not very busy, shrimp was overcooked/rubbery. 3rd time, tonight (Wednesday) 35min wait, it was good until I got to the OVERCOOKED eggs and got a weird metallic taste in my mouth.

Came in to treat myself and my kids for take out got home and noticed my rice was missing for my entree (I live 18 mins away in gilbert) I called to let them know and they offered me a 1.00 credit or a free side of rice after spending 50.00. It's unreasonable for me to drive 36 minutes to resolve a mistake they made, my curry is pretty hard to enjoy without the rice. Trinity the on shift manager was rude and off putting and not willing to remediate the issue at all. I was asking for my curry to be comped which didn't seem unreasonable to me since I wasted my time and money and don't have a meal I can enjoy.. so for the cost of a curry. Less than 3.00 to them they would prefer to lose a loyal customer.

Won't be returning. Very disappointing.

For a quick stop, Thai Chili 2go fits all my needs for a wonderful tasting meal to go, and take this from a culinary school graduate at that.

You walk in, the establishment is built with a very minimalistic point of view. Easy to walk to the tables, the front stand for ordering has a clear view of the kitchen space, the workers make your food fresh hot to order, and they are very open to allowing changes to dietary restrictions or additions.

They are very transparent about what goes into their foods, what ingredients they use, and how it is cooked. Portion sizes are very fair for what the costs are, and I find myself constantly turning each visit into a two meal plan for what I get.

The picture shown was my most current order, a yellow curry bowl (mild spice this time, I normally like it as hot as possible with the Thai Spice option) to go, but with noodles into the mix and a side of rice. I've eaten half of it, and need to stop myself as the sweet blend of the yellow curry sauce mixed with the coconut milk and the vegetables make it irresistibly delicious.

Thai Chili 2go in Queen Creek offer a delightful Thai dining experience. The restaurant is small and cozy space which can be deceiving since so many customers came to pick food the 60 Minutes I was there.

I was impressed with their Panang Curry. It was a rich and flavorful dish that was perfectly balanced with a touch of heat since I went with the mild heat. I Added shrimp which elevated the dish and created a symphony of flavors in every bite.

While the space is modest, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. Thai Chili 2go is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Thai cuisine in a casual and inviting setting. Check out theor other locations throughout Maricopa County.

Very yummy, the massaman curry is my favorite omg. I can't do spicy food so I love how considerate they are and make non spicy options for white people like me who can't even have hot cheetos. ( I may or may not be jealous of people who casually eat spicy food 😔 )

I had an issue with an uber eats order. It’s common practice in most places that I see to make sure that people confirm the orders before you give them the order. It’s a super easy practice that people do all the time to make sure people don’t steal orders. I called in just to ask if they could start doing this, since this wasn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at this specific store. The manager that was in charge when I tried to ask them this decided to be rude and wasn’t even letting me get a word in. People steal orders all the time. It’s a big issue that’s been happening with uber eats and door-dash for a long time. It’s common practice to do this. Stop being stubborn for no reason. This happened earlier today at around 6 p.m..

Great place for Thai food in an almost fast food type of environment. The curry is excellent as is the Pad Thai. They offer multiple levels of heat intensity from almost nothing to very spicy. Portion sizes are very generous as well.

Despite being insanely busy, Kennedy at the cashier desk did her best to make sure everyone got out as soon as possible with their food. Staff here is great, but the ordering system is terrible. Don't expect to get your food in a reasonable amount of time.

Put in a DoorDash order, which was confirmed, only to lear that the store suddenly couldn't accept 3rd party orders. So, now, no food, no service, and now I guess I'm not ordering from them ever again.

We dined in yesterday and the food as always, was delicious! Customer service is on point.

Inside the store is very warm and humid, I want to say it is because how big their kitchen is and how small the place is. But other than that, I would highly recommend.

Be sure to order ahead atleast 30-40 min before as they are always busy (that's how yummy their food is). It is a little pricey but you can most definatley share one bowl as the size is fairly large.

We don't eat IN Thai Chili. Seating is limited and the design of the restaurant is for take out. You can eat there though, there are about 10 tables- depending on location. Queen Creek is best suited for take out. We love Thai chili though! One of our favorite to-go restaurants. Fresh, healthy, delicious!

Very pleasant experience and have been to this location repeatedly. This recent order had several substitutions with different vegetables and appreciate the accuracy for these requests!

I love that there's both a cashier and a self-service kiosk so I can decide how social I want to be or how complicated I want to make our order. The staff is always friendly and never makes me feel weird for using the self-service POS even though they're standing right there. Our orders have, this far, always been exactly correct, as well. We go there specifically for the Gai tod. It's our favorite chicken around, no question.

Thai Chili 2 Go is one of my favorite places to get food. They are fast, you can customize your order and it taste great. They have vegetarian and vegan options available.

They also have great customer service. The employees there are courteous and the place is clean.

Ordered at restaurant and was told 30 minutes. 30 minutes to make one pad thai bowl is wild to begin with. Went up to counter at 30 mins and the guy said it wasn’t even in the process of being cooked yet and it wills be another 10-15. Multiple people waiting there for over an hour for simple meals. I just don’t understand how it takes that long to make food. I guess too much business can be bad business because I cancelled my order and left. Either get more cooks or speed up your process. It’s Thai food not gourmet steaks.

Update: We swore we would never go here again, but we decided to give it another chance, especially because after the bad review, we were impressed that management reached out to us immediately. We have never ordered take-out and gotten everything we ordered, and when we've gone back to get the rest of our order, they're rude. Like it's our fault we didn't put our order together right. The food also used to be amazing, but it has changed. Maybe it hasn't and it just doesn't taste as good because the service sucks.

I love the food and they have expanded their menu which is really helpful. I also like that. They now have lunch specials and the price is just right..

Every single time I go in he is working HARD and pays very close attention to all the customers it amazes me! I went I side to pick up my mobile order I was waiting all but like 4 seconds and the other lady had walked to the side for maybe 1 second and he immediately tells her there’s someone there waiting from all the way in the back! Like I’m amazed he was paying attention when most don’t. My very first time there I didn’t know there was no fountain drinks and just wanted ice and he literally grabbed me a cup of ice from the back, like he didn’t have to do that. This guy needs a raise not just recognition!

First time thai style food better than I had expected, actually. This was the Pad Siew w beef w thai hott spice. To my surprise, everything was well prepared: noodles were tasty good texture, beef was tender and beefy, the steamed veggies excellent not mushy. Thai hot not much of a kick to me but I enjoy the salty/sweet chili flavors. Looking forward to trying more Thai dishes 4/5 cause I have no prior experiences to compare it to overall satisfied.
