It is no secret I'm a fan of authentic thai food and this place at the Prescott mall is better than it should be.
I ordered Yellow curry (pictured), egg drop soup (already consumed sorry - it was too good), and a tofu bowl and each was better than the last.
It's worth going to the mall just for the food!
Delicious food w reasonable prices. What to order? Wonton soup & Thai fried rice is a great starter try. Suggest least spice level & adjust more if you like spicy foods. My wife & I been going about once a week for over 8 years now, still our favorite.
Really good taste and portion. At least for my pad thai. My first time and it was good.
Got it vegan with no egg and fish sauce. Ao theyll accommodate on dishes that they can.
Im a fat boy and the portions filled me.
Stopped by for a snack at Thai@Mall. Very pleasant staff. Ordered the steamed and fried dumplings. Cooked perfectly and very tasty stuffing. The only reason they didn’t get a five star rating was the two sauces that were served with a Dumpling were very sweet. Next time I’ll ask for a different sauce or make my own. We will be coming back to try other menu items they have plenty.
I went here with my family and was very satisfied with my food. I ordered the garlic shrimp, and it was the best thai food I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend and the service was amaazing!
Very delicious and authentic Thai food. She made the perfect level of spicy as you asked for it. Always freshly cooked and the price is very reasonable.
Thank you Saruda!
Thai mall has great Thai food that is very consistent in quality. She specializes in Thai street food. I have tried most of the Thai places here in Prescott and was not as impressed as I was with her Thai noodle and fried rice dishes. The Thai fried rice and pad see yew
are my favorite. She is always lovely and friendly.
Ummm, Why is this the best place EVER!!!!! So authentic and delicious definitely recommend! :)
My favorite Thai place. Never had a bad experience here. Excellent food!

Been here twice so far and the food is very very good! Reasonable prices and a lot to choose from.
Good food. Friendly. Reasonable price.
Food was very good. Takes some time to prepare so don't be in a hurry. Mall setting

Wow!! The green curry is amazing! I’m Googling the place while I’m eating to see what I should get to go for later.

Thank you Saruda!
The food was great I love the pat see ew really good and we got garlic shrimp and it was only 28.34 I highly recommend going here!❤️
Beyond outstanding! The food is always fresh and the choices are extensive. My husband and I look forward to being in the Pineridge Market Place where we know a delicious meal is accessible. 😊👍
Amazing.
The food here is wonderful - every bit as good as any sit-down restaurant. The food is specially-prepared but doesn't take too long. Service is friendly and excellent. The mall is never busy, so you have the whole place to yourself. I don't know how they make any money in this low-traffic location, but I make it a point to visit whenever I'm in the area.
Best Thai food!
Fair prices, nice owner. Have to try more dishes. Spring rolls were so so. Thai tea was GOOD
I've only had a few things, potstickers, chow mein and crab Rangoons all were pretty good, good portions for the prices.
The food was delicious, the rice was perfect. Perfect little gem in the mall.
This is a hole in the wall for sure for all you Thai lovers I’ve been coming here since 2019 and has yet to disappoint me and my wife super friendly and delicious! 10/10
Bad service, don’t speak English, don’t have a phone, got my entire order wrong.
My cousin had the pad Thai I had the ginger.
Talk about the right combo of veggies and ginger. Sometimes ginger is too spicy do you have to be very careful this chef knows. Usually I would get a take home box but we both finished our meal.
This wonderful place is located inside the food court, in the Gateway Mall. Recently, I started to eat here. My first dish was the chicken Pad Thai and is was probably the best tasting in all of Prescott/Prescott Valley area. The second time I went there, I had the Shrimp Fried Rice. It was excellent. The third time, I had the Salmon Bowl. It was delicious as well as very filling. I did try the vegetable egg rolls and the fried shrimp appetizers...all fresh and tasty. There are many more dishes to try. I know that I will not be disappointed. Concerning the price, it is reasonably low for the high quality of food and quantity. I highly recommend this place to anyone that likes Thai food.
Now, concerning the customer service and people saying the cashier being rude, I have never felt that way. I have spoken with the lady cashier and she has always treated me with respect. When asking questions about the menu and if they can make anything else besides what is on the menu, she has always answer with respect and clarity. So, all I can say is talk clearly and with respect and you will get back the same. Also, be patient! English is her second language and not her first.
Buns came straight from a freezer package, no flavor, freezer burn, meat was tough and dry. Chicken wontons had a very strong canned chicken flavor. Sweet and sour was basically water with food coloring. Save money don’t go here, the bathroom trip after wasn’t worth it!!
Meh. The food isn't spectacular. The prices are high. The lady who works there is just doing her job.....selling mediocre Thai food.

The food was great. Authentic taste we had Thai fried rice, pan fried noodles (which we tried first time) and yellow curry. All were good. Unfortunately forgot to take pics ☹️
Great take out, my favorite Thai restaurant in town, approved by a Thai friend! If you want tasty and great value Thai food come here! Ignore the staff’s attitude and then you will be rewarded! ☺️
Lady at the counter literally told me that she would refuse to serve me my food because I asked for teriyaki sauce and I would be eating it wrong. Awful service
Used to be really nice owners but over time they went down. Great food but awful service. Terrible. Fix it or get out of the mall.
I have a serious love hate relationship with this place. I am from south east Asia, and it is the most authentic south east Asian food around so, we absolutely love the food. We eat here often, and have since they opened. Their meats tend to be on the dryer side, but their flavors are always amazing.
Now for the reason for the 3 stars. The owner is truly one of the most unpleasant individuals in the service industry I've ever met, and it doesn't matter how pleasant you are to her. She's incredibly short with her responses and tells you off for things that are common questions. Online and posted in the store it says that they open at 10am, but they rarely are open at 10, and when you call, she says that there's no point in asking. It says they close at 7p, but most often has a rude remark if you come in at 5:30 because she says it's close to closing. Like I said, this isn't a one time thing. We have been coming here for years now. I just really wish she was more pleasant.
So, the food is great, the service however, is the worst I've ever had, and that's a bummer.
Lovely server super sweet lady
The food was so delicious. I'm so happy I found this place. Will order again tomorrow.
Very poor service. Never come back.
The chicken fried rice is my favorite food and I implore you to please get it. The subtle flavors the large amount of veggies and the wonderful spices all add in to make something beautiful, additionally she can make some decently spicy food which is nice in Prescott. Please try this dish, and give her a Michelin star after tasting it.
Great price compared to the other Thai places and the flavor is awesome
Best curry I've ever had I usually don't like thai food but this place is so delicious
Great prices and great food for sure!
My boyfriend and I both get Thai noodle dishes from this restaurant. When we called the second time around to place an order for take-out after enjoying our first experience with their food, they had already remembered us and our order! There is something special here you can only get with local, family owned businesses. If you are kind to them, they will be kind back. The drunken noodles I get are perfect every single time with stretchy, elegant noodles. The sauce is delicious and savory, and the veggies that come with it are cooked well. It's easy to tell that they know what they are doing, and do it well. My new favorite spot for Thai food. Thanks!
My family and I eat here regularly. Best Thai place in Prescott hands down.
The food is always fresh, tastes wonderful, and the service is amazing!
Very poor service. Nasty disposition, I asked for something not on the menu. The answer was find the number on the the wall menu or I can’t help you. She then walked away from me. NEVER EVER WOULD I GO BACK THERE.
Place is gross. Owners live/sleep in the kitchen

Worst lo mein I’ve ever had. Meat was too dry to eat. Over priced too. Horrible. I’ll never go back.
Great food nice people all you can ask from a feed outlet
Decent portions, got the teriyaki chicken lover's bowl which was a little lacking in vegetables but had plenty of chicken. Not as spicy as I would have liked but overall not bad. Service not very good or welcoming. Unsmiling, unfriendly staff did not appear to want to be there. Staff disappeared into back, I watched another party ring the bell for service and ultimately go elsewhere when no one came out.
Their Pad Thai is absolutely delicious!....I’ve been to Thailand and this is just as good or maybe better than original recipe,.....I noticed they tweak the recipe for American ppl...and I just love it.....try level 5 it’s spicy good 🌶 🌶 ......will be back soon!.....thanks Thai Express 🙏🏻
Was surprised to find Carlos & June running this new restaurant. I used to eat at their Thai restaurant in Chino Valley all the time & was bummed when they sold it. The food at Thai Express is outstanding, June is the best. The price point is great. I will definitely stop by & eat there every time I'm in Prescott for business. Oh, & the Pad Thai is great by the way!
I am Thais I lived and eat Thai food for all my life. If you looking for REAL Thai food like eat in Thailand I recoment this restaurant specailly Padthai they put sweet radish and give you a pice of lime that make everything even better. Try it out! the price can't be beat
Worst pad Thai I've ever had. Watery, no flavor, dried out meat. Burned noodles too.
Great food good service and fast. I recommend the pad Thai with a heat level of 3
