I organized a fundraiser through Thai Chili 2 Go for an animal rescue. Not only was the fundraiser easy to organize (and also very generous), the food was delicious, very fresh. The staff was also extremely friendly. I’ll definitely be back! This was all around a great experience.

We ordered pineapple fried rice and Tom Yum soup. When order arrived, the Tom yum looked different, so I checked my receipt, they put dumpling soup. They don't even sound similar. How can they be mistaken?

I asked for extra onion and normally other Thai chilis don’t add any extra.. he added so much!!! Would definitely recommend coming to this one

Love Thai Chili 2go. I always get the chicken pad thai and it’s delicious, and you get a lot of food for the price. I’ve always had pretty quick service at this location with no issues!

I like Thai Chili to go because it’s consistent! I have tried the yellow and green curries as well as pad thai- all are good! The yellow curry was very mild, but the green has a little kick to it.

One of the best things is it travels well and doesn’t need to be heated up once home.

Greeted as I entered the store and ask if I was picking up online order. I was in and out in 10 seconds. Food was delicious, warm and fresh!! I will return!!

Ordered a panang curry with shrimp. Got a great curry with mostly green bellpepper and 3 shrimps. I dont know if the extra price justifies almost always getting little to no shrimp.

Ordered curry with white rice, dumplings, and 2 Thai rolls. Received curry without any rice, dumplings and only 1 of the 2 rolls I ordered. Pretty much half of my items… called to complain and they said they’d give me a credit on my Thai chili account within 2 days. Almost 2 weeks later and 2 more complaints filed and now they don’t even respond to my messages. Terrible customer service and flat out liars. If you go here check your orders before leaving, because apparently 4 items is too much to handle for them.

Had an issue with my order from this location (ink on the inside of the container and an unexplained mixup on another) that I reported on the app with a rep advising me they forwarded to the store. Heard nothing. Contacted the corporate feedback email on the website, heard nothing. Went to the actual store location and the manager was unable to process a refund on the register/terminal so had me hand write my contact information on a piece of paper with the promise of being refunded/contacted. Once again, nothing. Tried to avoid writing a review like this by taking the above steps, but pretty much exhausted my options. Never had any issues with any other locations but this one was a let down with the overall quality/taste and the ink or whatever that is contaminating the inside of the container. Changed my view of this restaurant chain.
