I've been several times and ordered one of their noodle dishes. I enjoyed them all and was impressed by the freshness and quality of their vegetables and food in general. Based on those visits I'd have given them four or five stars across the board.

However, this time I ordered the green curry and one of the soups. They were terrible. The soup had too much chili oil, at least I'm assuming that's what the floating red oil was, and it made for a greasy mouth feel and overwhelmed any other flavor. It also lacked salt. I did ask for hot and the level of spice was perfect but there was too much oil.

The green curry was pale and lacked flavor and it was greasy. I've never had a greasy Thai curry. It was weird and left a film in my mouth. Honestly it tasted mostly of watered down coconut milk but greasy and unpleasant.

Perhaps it was just an off day, my previous experiences have always been good so I plan to try again. But next time I order, I’m getting a noodle dish as they have always been fantastic. The service was as quick and lovely as always, and I still like their location and looks.

Moved to Alabama and been looking for decent Thai food. Been in Alabama for almost a year and I’m pretty sure this is THE BEST PAD THAI IN THE WHOLE STATE! I’d put them up against any Pad Thai in Bama.

Noodles are never too soggy soupy or dry. Beef never tastes old. Sprouts and Green Onions are always fresh tasting and retains some of its crispiness.

I live in Prattville and it’s a 40 min round trip to these guys. Worth it EVERY TIME! EVERY. TIME.

Rice Box is hands down the best Thai food place I have ever been to in the area and I’d bet in the state as well. Food is always consistent. Service is always great. Friendly staff. Always a “go to” for me and my fiancé. It’s become a staple restaurant for us!

I'm not a Thai fan but gave this a try. Wanted something out of the ordinary for lunch. I ordered the chicken pad thai and crabmeat ragoons. The pad thai was okay. It was a little too sweet for my liking, and also, the taste I'm guessing is the fish sauce. I'm not a fan of it. The ragoons were okay, not much crabmeat. More like cream cheese ragoons. I would recommend it to someone who likes Thai, but I wouldn't visit again since I'm no fan. Lunch ran me $22.

I have ordered 3 times here since the restaurant opened. And I never disappointed . I love the spring rolls. Crab Rangoon, pad thai. Tom ka and Panang curry. Definitely will try other foods too. My husband loves their crab Rangoon so much compared to all the restaurants in Montgomery . He said , this is the best crab Rangoon, their sauce has peanuts so it makes so crunchy yummy fresh feeling in mouth.

Very tired of "Thai" restaurants that Americanize all the amazing Thai flavors out of their food, so we are always on the hunt for something better. This place hit the spot!

Great value! Tofu available, although I didn’t see it on the menu. Even the noodle dishes come with a side of rice and vegetable garnish. This will be my go to place in Wetumpka!

Best Thai food I have ever had. Mixed vegetables with chicken were delicious as was the chicken fried rice and spring rolls.

My husband and I love Rice Box Thai. We are pretty picky about Thai food being authentic and this place is amazing and hits all the right marks! The only other place we have loved this much was a place in Enterprise, Alabama called Thai Siam. The family who runs Rice Box Thai are so sweet and run a great pick-up restaurant. We have brought several other people here and they feel the same way as we do about the food! We personally love the chicken pad Thai, but have heard great things about the curry and other dishes as well.

So glad this cute little Thai place is here! Food is amazing and service is friendly.

Chicken pad Thai was amazing!!! Chicken satay delicious, crab Rangoon good. Thai ice tea delicious. I’ll be back and they are family owned and best food I’ve had in a long time.

We went during Charles Dickenson Christmas and they had almost nothing at the very beginning of the event. They ignored us when we walked up to the window bc they we laughing and eating until we had to bang on the window to get their attention.

Food was AMAZING! Best pad Thai I've ever had. My wife had the panang and said it's was delicious as well. Shared some spring rolls and loved the sauce that came with them. Super friendly and caring staff. Will surely be back many times

I ordered the lunch pad thai it came with a spring roll and some kind of soup. the soup could use some spice of some sort but im not really a sop person so i dont hold that against them. the main course could have been more plentiful. like i feel like i will be hungry again in a hour or so after eating
