The food and our chef were wonderful. Our waitress wasn't very attentive. We had to go find her to get my white rice and more drinks. I understand that they were busy, I saw here more attentive to her other section. Other than that it was a wonderful experience

We had Sushi and Soup today, not the Hibachi.

I love Hot and Sour soup, and they had a solid version of it. It was delicious and I'll go back for soup.

We ordered a few different Rolls and they were fine, nothing really stood out to me as delicious. I'll go back as it's close to my house, but there are better spots for Sushi.

This was my first time at Asiana and boy was so impressed. Our server Amy was amazing. She was very accommodating and served us professionally. Also, the food awesome excellent. The Pad Thai was amazing and the portion size is enough for three meals. I will definitely go again. It is worth the expetience.

This is ONE AMAZING PLACE! The service is top notch. The atmosphere is peaceful and tranquil. The food is outstanding. We were served with excellent. Our waitress was soooo incredibly attentive and accommodating. The food . . . OMG. . . absolutely spectacular. We had the beef, vegetables and Szechuan sauce and Kung pao shrimp. We got the spicy sauce and oh boy . . . Was it spicy! Loved it!!! Everyone needs to experience this hidden gem.

I love going here both for lunch and dinner. Lunches are a good deal and they never seem to be busy. The wait staff is engaging and actually happy to help you. Service is quick and the food is really good. It's a nice place to come and relax. The atmosphere is conducive for engaging in conversation with friends and family. I love all the statues, and the fish ponds. They hibachi grill is wonderful. I especially love their potstickers. The orange peel chicken is a spicy treat. You can always ask that your food be more or less spicy. Great food, great price, great location!

I’ve been to many places that have a similar setup (hibachi service). The last 2 times I’ve come here they harp on those not ordering hibachi at the table. I’ve never experienced this type of service anywhere else! The bartender was so rude for no reason. The waitress seemed annoyed as well.

The food is alright but nothing special. The biggest problem for me is that every time we go there the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired, and tonight was no different. The only toilet paper was all over the floor and there weren’t any paper towels. We were there at the beginning of the dinner service so everything should have been ready. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. I don’t think we will be going there again.

I am here. Only complaint I have is they should have a booth for parties over 10. Put the grill in the middle so the hole 13 people party can see . For crowds over 8 or more you need 2 cooks. Our cook could not handle 13 people

Food and chefs personality was 5 star, woulda been a great experience but the hostess informed us our table was needed for another party in 10 mins right after our food had been served, and we had a reservation so being rushed to clear a table cus they overbooked left a sour taste on an otherwise fun night.

Great sushi and sashimi! Been going with my dad for years and it's always great. I've had the hibachi once, it was very good. Ordered from the regular menu a couple times and it was decent - not as good as the sushi.

This was the first time I had food to go from Asiana, and the experience was great. The food was well prepared and even presented well in the to-go packaging.

Pad Thai noodles were amazing.

This was my first visit to Asiana and I was thoroughly impressed! The Volcano Roll was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. When I return to the area I will definitely dine at Asiana.

I went here with two other people on a Wednesday evening. Everything we got tasted great! However, the wait between each dish was very long. I will probably come back, but I’ll make sure I don’t have to be anywhere after. I thought it would be quicker on a week day night.

Food was good however when a reservation was made things weren’t made clear which lead to a misunderstanding at the restaurant. Our server and Hibachi chef were great!

Visiting in-laws from the DC metro and ordered take out from here as recommended by family living in Pewaukee. I was disappointed with the rather expensive Chinese takeout and the service was pretty terrible. I waited 25 minutes after confirming my order when placing for pick up and the host/waitress was short, as if I purposefully inconvenienced her. Definitely wouldn't recommend and won't bother going here again.

Came here for dinner tonight (a Monday). Despite the fact that the place was barely full, we still had to wait a long time to be seated for hibachi. Hibachi chef seemed inexperienced, he even dropped the spatula which was alarming. Food was scorched pretty bad. Way too much garlic. We were there almost 2 hours. VERY unnecessarily loud banging. I have had hibachi before but this was over the top with the banging of the spatulas. Hibachi food did not sit well with either of us.

We came here for my wife's birthday and got teppanyaki, some rolls, pepper tuna and crab rangoon. Everything was good, as well as the service. We will come again. I also enjoyed the atmosphere and decorations.

I am an Uber delivery driver and have been doing deliveries for almost 4 years now. I have more than 4 thousand deliveries to my credit. I have a very high rating from my merchants and restaurants which is a very high number. But whenever I go to this restaurant, there is one lady, who was present there who always misbehaves me and is very disrespectful. Instead of handing over the food, she will throw the bag towards me. All the other staff is nice.

Fun, Friendly, authentic atmosphere and food. Family friendly and handicap accessible. Make sure you mention your allergies because they cooked the food on the same grill if ordering the hibachi style food. The waiters are friendly and nice. The drinks are awesome and they have specialty drinks as well. Will be dining there again. Love it!!👍👍👍

My family loves hibachi style food. We enjoyed a couple of different sushi rolls before dinner that were very good. We brought guests from out of town and enjoyed filet, chicken, lobster, and shrimp dinners plates. The cook was entertaining, of course. The service was excellent.

Asiana in Pewaukee has to be the dirtiest resturant I've eaten in for many years. There was large pieces of food debris scattered on the resturants floor during my time there. And the staff ignored the food scatterings as they walked by, or over it.
All the ceilings tiles were blackened by suet and not showing that any pretense of ever having been cleaned or replaced. Very dark and dreary place.
During the meal the wait staff did not come to the table to offer drink refills or the option of having a dessert before the check was brought.
The portion size and texture was good but tasted bland. Also, the food was not hot when delivered and was cold before you could finish your meal. The fried rice was not conventional. It appeared to be just plain brown rice, and when I questioned the waitress at the time it was brought told the rice has egg in it. Didn't find any.
This dining experience for the Mrs. and I was priced at $58.00. $70.00 after the unearned tip.
My advice, which I'll take in the future, is that when you're in Pewauke, WI and have a taste for Asian food, go to Kings Wok or find a buffet.

First time there. Had a great time on mother's day

I had the chicken lo mein. It was outstanding

They don't care about their customers. Went there last night for a birthday dinner & Mother's Day. We have gone to Asiana's for numerous special occasions, Birthdays, & Christmas Day. Usually had a good experience. However, last night, I felt like our group of 8 wasn't important to them.

I understand that it was a busy night. We made reservations, so I would have thought that we would have had better seating. I felt like our group was scrunched down the side and the other "walk-In" had the premium seats.

Now to let's talk about the food. We ordered Sushi rolls for an appetizer. Didn't receive them until we were almost done with the main course. The excuse was that there is only one chef preparing the rolls. Maybe hire another chef for the busier holidays? Also, when someone orders Filet Mignon @ $36. They expect to receive a descent cut of meat. (NOT FAT). A 10% discount was a slap in the face. The portions were 1/3 of what they normally were and for 5 people our bill was 250. Our server was no where to be found and we didn't receive water with our meal. When asked for doggie bags, she put them at the other end of the table, and we had to ask the other guests to hand them to us. Never came and told us the status of the Sushi rolls.

The chef must have been new. The only exciting thing was the beginning when he started the hibachi with the flames. Only offered one broccoli, if you missed it . . . too bad. Didn't offer "Water" to the under aged kids to replace the Saki. Us down the side - didn't even bother. The onion tower - up in flames. That was about it for the show!

Asked to talk to the manager - NOPE. They sent someone else out to talk to us. All the excuses in the book will not make us want to come back.

I have heard multiple people race about the food. For an early Mother's Day, I decided to take my mom. Good news... she liked it. I thought it was just okay. The food was not overly salty, like some places. But, nothing special or spectacular. It's pretty much like any hibachi place in the area.
I ordered the eyes to Asiana roll and the Golden Beach roll. Both were okay. The fish was soft and warmer than I am used to for raw sushi. My mom had the seafood combination, which I was impressed by the portion size and amount of seafood. Even the shrimp in the shrimp fried rice was large in size.
I don't know if they were short-staffed, but service was just okay. Not until I received the bill that I was told for a table of four gratuity is added to the bill ahead of time. I don't know if there's a correlation between when the gratuity is already added to the bill and service level. But the couple places where that's the practice I rarely saw the server.
I would go again to sit at a Hibachi table for the entertainment, but it wouldn't be a place I would choose if I had a craving for Asian food.

Food was ok. Service was horrible, while we were still eating our server came to our table several times and interrupted us with boxes asking if we were done. There was literally 3 other tables occupied in this giant restaurant. Felt very rushed to just hurry up and eat and leave. I could see if they were busy with lines of people but that was not the case at all. I even asked our server Lucy if they had coffee and she abruptly said "No" and walked away. Won't be back.

Nice place with awesome food! Would recommend some type of wall to keep the noise out of the bar area from the hibachi dining. Sometimes we weren't able to hear from across our table and had to wait to finish a conversation.

I just stopped in for quick drink. I ordered a lychee martini which was wonderful! So light and flavorful and even included a real lychee fruit in the middle. I was sitting at the bar I ordered crab rangoon which was fantastic. I've never gone to the back to eat but the atmosphere looks wonderful and I'm sure their food is fantastic!

Ordered takeout and ordered 3 items. Called after arriving at home to see order was incorrect, called and one of managers said that was what I ordered. I never ordered another soup! I wanted chicken, shrimp and egg and thought it was going to be stir fried but it was in a soup. Anyone can make boiled noodles! Overly priced, no shrimp, wrong order, doesn't tell price on the phone or check order! I'm a regular customer and this has been my favorite restaurant but am so extremely disappointed!

Food was disgusting and staff were extremely rude. When I asked to speak with a manager about my experience, she was even more rude. I will never return.

My co-worker and I came in for lunch. I have nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant. To begin with, they have a very extensive menu with multiple unique options to choose from. Wanted sushi, but was told we couldn’t order it at the hibachi area. Ended up ordering hibachi even though we wanted sushi.

Changed to 4 stars because the last time I ate there everything was just off... we sent a dish back for a weird smell but they agreed and took it off so it wasn't like a "horrifying experience" because it's been great other times.

We use to dine here more often and haven’t been in a long time Everything was fine but not quite as good as I had remembered. However, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice.

Delicious food, however we felt super rushed. It seemed they may have been short staffed, honestly explaining that would of been better. They brought boxes out within 5 minutes of the hibachi ending, so we had just started eating and it just seemed like they were trying to rish us out almost.

My go to for sushi

Went with a group of 60 for our work outing. Our chef at our table was very quiet compared to the other tables. Other chefs were tossing 🍤 shrimp and really interacting with the rest of our groups. Rice was overcooked and crunchy, and shrimp could have been cookedmore. Steak was good, however.

Ordered take out (fried rice and Singapore noodles). Serving size was very large but wasn’t as flavorful as I’ve had at other places. Probably would not go back or if I did, would try something else/dine in.

Loved the Hibachi experience, it's my second time. Food was pretty good and our Hibachi chef was pleasant. I did want to mention our server Ana was not great. We mentioned several times we had never been there and most of our group of 7 were new to the Hibachi experience in general. She kept rushing us with ordering drinks, appetizers, and our meals. I understand it was a busy Saturday night but it was uncomfortable. She didn't have a pleasant attitude at all. I would request to not have her as our server if we went back.

Our server was nice, but our food was awful. My parents wouldn’t even eat their meals. When we talked to the manager about it she didn’t seem at all concerned with our poor experience. She just tried making excuses for why the food isn’t that bad. All she offered was 20% off the whole bill. I had to argue with her to have her take them off the bill.

If you’ve had good Chinese food, this place will disappoint you.

I absolutely adore this place. The food is so good and fairly priced. I usually get the General Tso's chicken, it’s delicious you can pick how spicy you want it. The best part is if you don’t like the fat in meat this is the place to go. The chicken has no fat at all, not even the bigger pieces! Overall will never stop coming here

Came here for dinner to celebrate a birthday gathering. My brother ordered takeout and wasn't giving his rice. Asians offered him to drive 25 minutes the next day to retrieve his rice. This poor service and I will never entertain this establishment again. If your looking for expensive hibachi style food with McDonald's quality service this is the perfact place for you. The person who sat is was extremely rude and rough and aggressive for no reason strike 1. My family and I were dressed nicely from a specail occasion we left, and just came to have a good time. My brother's fork had rice on it before any order was taken, when asked for a new one the waitress just looked at us, a few moments later she returned and sort of just threw the fork back on the plate strike 2. She asked if we wanted a drink I told her exactly what I wanted a strawberry-mango Majito she came back and said the bartender said, " if I don't like it she's not refunding me or making my drink over" how rude and unessisary to say strike 3. I was so glad when the cook finally came out He had a great personality, made my family laugh the e/ntire time and put on a good show and had our food ready in a timly fashion. If not for the Chef I would put 1 star across the board because why are you treating people that way. The way my family is set up even with gratuity we love to tip extra for great service because it's not all the time we get to hang out with one another and all we wanted was a smooth night out, not a why are you here and when are you leaving kind of vibe.

P.s I've actually had better service at a McDonald's.

Four of us came for dinner on a Saturday night and I guess it happened to be that night was homecoming. They were extremely busy but the level of care given was so horrible they should not have accepted that many guests. We waited 30 mins for our table, over 30 minutes for someone to take our drink order, Another 20 for them to take our dinner order and we still didn't have our drinks. The food was OK when it finally came. She never checked on us after our food or to refill our drinks. I had to go hunt down another server for something we needed. It was a horribly expensive experience. Very disappointing.

Did hibachi this evening with a group of 4. A family of 6 joined us as well. Our chef was "Bruce" and he was the best!!He was energetic, and very funny. He made all of us laugh non-stop. Request Bruce if you're looking for a great experience! You will not be disappointed! I ordered the hibachi chicken and filet mignon which came with soup, salad, fried rice and vegetables. It tasted amazing and the meat was cooked to my liking!

Certainly not fine dining as they have self-proclaimed - dark, worn-out, and dirty are what Id call the "atmosphere" here. Ive been to Asiana a few times and with each successive visit, its been worse. There was old food under our table when we sat down.. nothing like soggy bits of egg and chicken under your feet! Every dish we ordered was exceptionally bland - Tepenyaki Udon, Sweet and sour chicken, and Kung Poa chicken.. My 11 year old daughter pointed out that the dishes I make at home are better - not what I want to hear after spending $100 on her birthday dinner. Server was very kind and attentive, otherwise it sucked.

Food was delicious. Service was great. I only have the atmosphere a3 star because the day we went, the air conditioner was out, it was hot and the floors were slippery because of the humidity. I'm sure it's fixed now though.

They have a very wide selection of dishes for everyone to enjoy. I really like their sushi and their jalapeno steak is great. Large portions when you order off of the entree list! They have a great selection of sake, too. It's a fun environment, too! I'd like to try the hibachi sometime, it looks pretty fun from what I've seen.

We have eaten here before and we're not disappointed, but this time our volcano chicken didn't have hardly enough sauce on it to cover the food and it was not a warm dish.
