Anything here is delicious but you HAVE to try the Thai Times bites. I could literally eat 100 of them.

Diner Review №2

What a Surprise. Very Good Food. EXCELLENT service. You should give it a try if like Thai food!!!

Diner Review №3

Great food, the atmosphere is really nice, everyone is friendly.

Diner Review №4

Consistently good! You really can't go wrong.

Best Thai food ever! I want to go there every day forever… perfectly prepared food, pristine cleanliness, very comfortable atmosphere, highly attentive service… it’s simply a great restaurant. I moved here 4-1/2 years ago and only started going there recently. My loss. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I usually order the same thing every time through door dash. I ordered through grub hub last night. My crab noodle was dry and didn’t have any flavor. I asked for medium heat like I’ve always do and there was no heat at all. Although it was good in the past I can’t spend money here because of how inconsistent it is.

Diner Review №9

I ordered though Grubhub so they are making my life difficult trying to get a refund but this food was terrible. I was astonished at how the pad Thai could be so bland and uneventful. Their crab noodle was an even bigger disappointment. Beware. I will not be back.

Diner Review №10

Food is decent but the portions have been getting smaller. Can't even get full off one dish of fried rice and chicken at around $18

Diner Review №11

Last year, my nonverbal brother came to live with me after our father got sick unexpectedly. Thai Time was right next to the laundromat, so I'd take my brother there while I washed his special blanket. I've always had mixed experiences taking my brother out in the community, but the staff here were exceptionally kind and patient with him. They took extra care to make sure the food was what he wanted even though he couldn't speak, and they were incredibly sweet about bringing him extra water because he always drinks his fast. During our kind of turbulent transition, this was a great place for me and my brother to spend some quality time together.

Diner Review №12

This was a priority über eats delivery ~ but, I called the restaurant prior to ordering... they were helpful and nice.

Positive: The flavor of Pad Thai was awesome, not too sweet : )

Negative: 1 ~ We could not eat any of the Grilled Rib eye, it was so tough, it could not even be chewed ~ that was a huge waste of money ~ it was ordered with a medium cook, but received it well done. 2 ~ while flavored well, the Pad Thai is made with skinny noodles and did not have the peanut topping... it really did change the experience of eating it. 3 ~ The fried rice with real crab was very very oily and had a strong seafood smell to it.

I have had amazing steak at different Thai restaurants, so I was surprised it couldn't even be chewed.

Food was fresh. Crab puffs are hand made and amazing. Pad Thai is amazing and the meat tastes like the charbroil and I love it. It's a little spendy but very much worth it if your looking for a authentic experience! Will definitely return

Diner Review №16

Just had the BEST mango sticky rice while I was doing my laundry a couple doors down. We took it ‘to go’, but 💯 will come back to sit down as the restaurant looked cozy and cute. Soft music and friendly staff. Excited to try more on their menu soon!

Diner Review №17

We just moved to Vancouver from Portland and have been trying the local cuisine. In just the first few months, we've ordered from here three times because we like it so much. The prices are good, the staff is friendly, and the food is really good. I've had the chicken Pad Thai twice, and it's the best I've had. I look forward to our next trip there. Get some 😋

Diner Review №18

Maybe I came on off night but this place used to be good I got wilted gross old vegetables with my meal. Tasteless Curry only thing that was good was the Thai iced tea not worth the money sadly I won't be back.

Diner Review №19

Service was super friendly and very fast:) Got the crab fried rice (very spicy) and Peanut Lovers with tofu.

Diner Review №20

Diner Review №21

I'm happy to have found this gem. Tasty food and good customer service. We ordered pad thai noodles and thai fried rice spice level 4 and we got spicy. Other places were not when we ordered spicy. Must try this place. It's delicious, uh huh.☺️

Diner Review №22

Diner Review №23

Best chicken pad Thai I’ve had. Next time I’ll ask if they can do chicken breast instead of thighs. The spicy crispy chicken is 10/10!! So good

Diner Review №24

Beautiful Restaurant. The Chefs are very friendly and the staff was very accommodating.
The food was unreal! I had no idea it could be this good 💯😊
Will definitely return!

Diner Review №25

Очень вкусно, особенно карри с уткой. Рекомендую

Diner Review №26

Don’t get the $14 Tom Kha soup. It was disappointing, consisting of broth, boiled chicken, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes; not rich or flavorful at all.

Diner Review №27

This place has a fantastic basil fried rice with chicken plate!

Diner Review №28

I have a friend with celiac's diease who loves this place so we order here fairly regularly. They are always lovely about making sure celiac friendly orders are done with care and packaged separately if needed. Plus the food is delicious! I recently tried the Crying Tiger for the first time; I got it medium rare and it was PERFECT. I've seriously paid $80 for a steak that wasn't as good. The sauce it comes with is incredible - ask for extra! Definitely try this place out! You won't be disappointed!

Diner Review №29

The food is SO good. Like just so so so good. They have started doing thai BBQ dishes that just NAIL the char, savory, and sweetness of some higher end Thai places. The portions are appropriate not massive. The staff is super friendly and not pushy like they are trying to turn tables over the second they see you're done eating...the only thing ide suggest is wear a jacket, they keep it COLD.

Diner Review №30

Words fail to describe how surprised and delighted I was with the basil crispy chicken. My mind is blown and I can't remember the last time a dish made me so happy!

Diner Review №31

Good Flaming beef, crab fried rice and Pad Thai.

Diner Review №32

This was my first time here. I ordered pad thai, the noodles tasted burned, and kinda bitter it had a weird after taste to it.

Diner Review №33

10/10 Thai food. Everyone is wonderful and the food is aaaamazing. My hubs and I randomly found this spot and it’s def the best Thai I’ve had since leaving Thailand. Recommend Khao Soi and TomYum Fried Rice.

Diner Review №34

This was our first visit. I have been wanting to go for over a year. Service and food were both good.
Thai Spring Rolls were hot and fresh.
Cashew Nuts with added chicken was great, woulddefinitely go back for this dish. I ordered the Pad Thai Lemongrass with chicken but was served the Lemongrass with chicken it was good, just a bit disappointed I did not get what I ordered. Figured maybe she did not hear me. No, I did not say anything as I did not mind and still enjoyed my meal.
I would like to go back to try other dishes. Many great options to choose from.

Been coming here for YEARS! they've always been consistent with the food and portions and its the best Thai Food I've found in the PNW.

Diner Review №38

After 2 visits, this place is our go-to for Thai. Fresh, lively flavors, and the kitchen team has wok hei to a fine art.

Diner Review №39

Mixed feelings about Thai time. I have to say that their food tastes the best in Vancouver, including their pad Thai and Tom Yom soup. I haven't been back since I sucked up a cut fingernail in my Thai tea... (my nails had polish on so I knew it wasn't mine)...

Diner Review №40

Diner Review №41

Best pad Thai and pad see ew in Vancouver! Always made fresh, super flavorful, and always perfect.

Diner Review №42

Diner Review №43

I was charged (but it was removed) $5 for a small side of peanut sauce. I pointed out that I had not been told about the cost, and they kindly removed it.
Other than this one issue, I love this place! The food is great, the staff is always kind and welcoming. I've been coming here for years, and I'm not gonna stop now. 🥰

Diner Review №44

Ordered Chicken Pad Thai (extra spicy) to go. Portion size is smaller than most places, spice level of the "extra spicy" is about equal to most other's "medium". Chicked was tender but the dish as a whole lacked much flavor. Very little peanut crumble and no lime. Hopefully it was just an off day, and this is not the normal.

Diner Review №45

Whats going on with the portions? I ordered the drunken noodle on Uber Eats and...for $16.00, I got less than 10 oz of food, if we're factoring in the weight of the container. Yes I weighed it 😭 I was so confused! Same with the fried rice, which was $18.00. I mean, these are premium prices for regular quality Thai food in small portions. Not in this economy, sister....sorry :( But the taste was good! Their peanut sauce was like a puree, though. It wasn't the same as it used to be.

BEST THAI RESTAURANT IN VANCOUVER. IF YOU HAVEN'T TRIED IT YOUR MISSING OUT.

Diner Review №49

The food is SOOO good! The staff is super friendly! And the place is so inviting. And calming!

Diner Review №50

Thai Time is AWESOME!!!! I've come here probably a dozen times in the past few months because the food is superb! It doesn't matter what you get, it will be outstanding. I'm particularly fond of the Thai Time Holly basil (with chicken and added fried egg), the drunken noodles, the spicy crispy basil chicken, and the pad prik khing. All are stunning, and I still have no idea how they pack so much flavor into each item.

I'm also very happy to report that Thai Time doesn't shy away from spiciness. If you order it extra spicy, it will be searingly hot. My preferred "medium" seems to be the perfect slow burn.

Service is insanely friendly (regardless of who helps you), and those waiting for to-go orders are generally invited to have a seat while waiting, and offered ice water while waiting.

Also amazing is how FAST to-go orders are prepared. I've never had to wait the full duration of the estimated time, my orders are generally ready in less than half of what they quote (five-minute wait for an estimated ten to fifteen-minute wait, ten-minute wait for a quoted 20-minute wait).

I cannot recommend Thai Time highly enough. It is TRULY the best Thai food I've ever had, with top-notch service to boot!

Diner Review №52

Delicious food and helpful friendly staff. I often bring family here when they're in from out of town and they really enjoyed as well. Because it has increased in popularity, the service isn't always 100% due to how busy they are, but they do a good job.

Upon arrival, the staff took MUCH more time prepping, and bagging pick up orders than they did for in house service....I ordered drunken noodle medium spice. What I got was chargrilled drunken noodles. The meat, the noodles, and the veggies were all burnt. It smelled much like Burger King. I sent it back explaining the problem AND reminded MEDIUM spice. What I received in return was wonderful smelling, absolutely delicious SMELLING drunken noodles APPEARED OK, the noodles were mushy, almost like mashed potatoes. The only thing I can say is that the heat was on 1000 I can't say the Scoville because my brain went numb. Ridiculous amount of heat. Which I don't doubt was INTENTIONAL. The spice was so much that I could not enjoy the meal because I couldn't taste it!!! I requested 4 pieces of lime... what I was given was 2 slices CUT INTO 4. IF I COULD DIGIT OUT HOW TO ADD VIDEO... OR PICTURES....I WOULD!

Diner Review №57

We are obsessed with our tiger steak and pineapple fried rice. It is so yummy, fresh and high-quality.

Diner Review №58

Consistently good food at a fair price, albeit with somewhat irregular spice levels. I'd order one level hotter here than most places based on prior experience.

Basil Fried Rice and Crispy Basil Fried Chicken are great choices. Lots of gluten free options as well, which is nice!

Only downside is the neighborhood/parking lot can be a bit... interesting? Oh well. Restaurant is clean, food is great, service is typically pretty dang good. And they're great with to-go orders too!

Diner Review №60

Diner Review №62

Diner Review №63

Ordered the Drunken Noodles with Beef, fiancé got the Green Curry, Thai Iced Tea, Crab Puffs, and Thai Spring Rolls. Everything was so delicious! I mentioned in my order note that it was my birthday, and they wrote Happy Birthday on my food and drink sleeve! Made me feel special as well as very full from their delicious food! Will definitely be ordering again!

Diner Review №64

I don't eat Thiai food often, but this is a 5 star rating on service staff kindness. Preparation of the food. The food was wonderful. I highly recommend a restaurant to anybody that is in town. Or is willing to do some Thai food for the first time.👌👌👌

Diner Review №65

Highly expensive lunch menu..tiny box for $20..thats a joke at best. Never again

Diner Review №66

This is the only great Thai restaurant I have found in vancouver. I don't know what it is about vancouver but so many places just cook bland food. Not this place. Everything is extremely flavorful. Spices are great. Good portions. Great service. Can't ask for more. My go to is Pad See Eew but their curries and drunken noodles are also top notch. This is the only place in vancover I know my Thai food will taste good.

Diner Review №67

Open on Christmas! It was the 1st time trying this place, and it was really good! The Thai fried rice was really good. I would go there again.

16$ basil chicken but chicken was old and chewy practically not edible. Like it was defrosted and reheated multiple times. So i had 16$ noodles for dinner. I loved this place i dont know what happened. Extremely disappointed.

Diner Review №92

Diner Review №93

Diner Review №94

Great noodles and so many good looking options on their menu and I want to try. Really great service too.

Diner Review №95

These people are so kind! The food is delicious, and CRAZY fast. It's not fast because it's back there sitting- everything comes our fresh and the vegetables are prefectly al dente.

I come often for lunch and would recommend the pad see ew, mixed vegetable stir fry, and Thai time bites :)

Diner Review №96

Clean restaurant, super friendly staff, the crispy duck curry is absolutely amazing!!!

Diner Review №97

The service was incredible and I was so pleased that it didn't take very long (maybe 5 minutes or less) for my friends and I to get our dishes.

I was very impressed with how many of the dishes were accommodating for dietary restrictions, as I have a gluten intolerance.

If you are keen, I highly, highly recommend trying the squid - it is tender and just divine.

I will absolutely be dining here again next time I'm in Vancouver area!

We enjoy going to displace the food is exceptional clean bathrooms clean a variety of beer and wine and really delicious desserts also.

Diner Review №100

The restaurant was clean and the service was prompt and very welcoming & gracious.
Lunch for two started with Fresh Salad Rolls with shrimp. Then we shared the Green Papaya Salad with shrimp, and an entree of Crispy Duck Curry. The food was delivered in a very timely manner. Presentation was appropriate to the dishes ordered. The flavors were delightful and the portions ample enough for two, with leftovers for one. All in all a very nice dining experience.

I’m oder drunken noodle with CHICKEN , NO SPICY ! but when I got home i open the bag , they give me noodle with beef and really spicy and my husband can’t eat them because too spicy 👎🏼

Diner Review №109

Diner Review №110

We visited here as we have Celiac (gluten allergy) and saw that their menu offered so many options including gluten-free spring rolls and gluten-free pot stickers along with many other options for those needing to eat gluten free. To our disappointment they told us they don't have these anymore but the menu clearly still has them listed. We enjoyed our food and are grateful there are still gluten-free options but wished they had the options that are on the menu and in the reviews from others. They staff is friendly but seems they don't fully understand when you are saying you have a gluten allergy. We have had to explain this each time we have visited and believe they need some more training on what certain allergies are and how to ensure the customers safety.

Diner Review №111

Some of the best Thai food in Vancouver without a doubt. Staff is always friendly and restaurant is clean and comfortable.

Diner Review №112

Very good food, friendly staff. I'll be back!

Diner Review №113

Wow! Mind blown by the flavors, speed of service, and quality of the food. Both green curry, shrimp pad thai was great in flavors and portions for the price.

Diner Review №114

Really nice/clean interior! Good food

Diner Review №115

Never let's you down always great food!

Diner Review №116

The atmosphere and people were nice and clean. But when it comes to the food it is the opposite story. Calamari was cooked well but not seasoned at all! Chicken fried rice was also bland and cold! The veggies were not even cooked. The drunken noodles again bland. The yellow curry was the only remotely good thing we had and even then it was underwhelming.

Diner Review №125

Best Thai food I’ve ever had and amazing staff I give you 5stars

Diner Review №126

Super disappointed with getting takeout here, I always order the same thing but usually dine in…. I get the Thai basil chicken and when dining in I get a lil rice on side…. Take out, I got 3 tiniest pieces of chicken only, and just completely covered in rice( I try not to overdo carbs). I didn’t pay for this meal to just eat rice. And you should really make things the same takeout/dine in. Super annoyed

Diner Review №127

I can't even explain how happy their crispy basil chicken makes me. Honestly, I love everything there, but that chicken is to die for. This place is 45 minutes to an hour away from me, across state lines and it's worth the trip every time. It is one of the very few safe restaurants I can eat at (celiac, the menu is 95% gluten free and I have never gotten sick, ever) and I always take home at least 3 days worth of food at a fantastic price.

Diner Review №128

They have the best pad see ew around. Food is consistently amazing, unlike a few other Thai places we've frequented. The service is also always awesome. They are so friendly and kind. I had my dog in my truck when I went in to place an order, so I went back out to sit with him while I waited for my order to be done. The kind woman who took my order brought it out to me even though it was cold and rainy. This is definitely going to be our go-to place even though it's quite a drive from where we live.

Diner Review №129

Bbpork is outstanding

Diner Review №130

Diner Review №131

I ordered the BBQ chicken and lo mein, and both dishes were fantastic. The chicken was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of smoky flavor, while the lo mein was savory and full of flavor. The food arrived hot and fresh, and the delivery was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Thai Time Vancouver to anyone looking for delicious Thai food in the area.

Diner Review №132

Love their food. Best Thai in Vancouver. The crispy chicken is to die for. 😋

Diner Review №133

We did take out, and it was ready when they said it would be and was still hot! It was great. The only thing missing was the chop sticks!

Diner Review №134

Very friendly staff. Food was delicious and service was quick.

Diner Review №135

This is one of my top three favorite Thai restaurants in Vancouver. They are a little bit on the higher end but they're also a little bit on the higher end of price quality and flavor. Don't order a Thai tea with no ice or they jip you and stick your Thai tea in a smaller cup. Anything you get from here will taste excellent though their recipes are on point.

Diner Review №136

OmG 😱 I freaking love this Curry Duck 🦆 soup you guys!!! 😍For those of you duck lovers’ you know when the duck 🦆 is cooked right! The meat is tender, juicy, and not gamy at all! The way they cooked it was excellent! They skin was extra crispy while the meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful! Definitely a recommend right off the menu! Also’ the purple coconut 🥥 milk sticky rice and sweet flower style sliced mango 🥭 is a warm delicious treat! For those of you that love these lightly sweetened sweet treats! I’ve been here before, but I don’t recall doing a review…?! However’ I never forgot this sweet treat and was reminded when my nieces invited me out for a Valentines dinner for the family! I bought two to go!🥰 Thank you Thai Time for a lovely ❤️Valentine’s Dinner and excellent service! 🌹

Diner Review №137

Everything was delicious, friendly service and clean. From the outside you cannot tell that it's really nice inside. I really enjoyed myself. I will definitely be going back! I had the Thai Fried Rice w/ the seafood, yummy! I'm sorry I did not take photos, next time I will!

Diner Review №138

Thai time is the best Thai food in East Vancouver. They clearly mark vegetarian and vegan options on the menu, and there are several to choose from. A few of my family's favorites are the salad rolls with tofu, drunken noodles, #44 mix veggies, and pad see ew. The sticky rice is also amazing. For dessert, you can't beat the mango sticky rice it's a beautiful and delicious treat.

Diner Review №139

Tried it twice to make sure it wasn't a fluke. The chicken is the lowest quality possible, and then a garuntee its passed its expiration date. It tastes so gross, never again.

Diner Review №140

Diner Review №141

Diner Review №142

Love this place when the food is good. Except for the last few times I've asked for medium spice which should be some spice but not too much, but what I get is either bland or burn my mouth off. I'm about to stop eating here due to inconsistency and no help from staff when I have clearly asked for some spice. It's like they change their spice levels everyday.

Diner Review №147

The food is so good, I come here often. A little skimpy on the added shrimp to my rice tho. Staff is always so nice and this is a very clean place!

Diner Review №148

The pad thai had almost no flavor where the heck is the seasoning

Diner Review №149

Given the quality of food, we overpaid by double.

Diner Review №150

Had this place 2 times. One time during Covid and it was not very good but we choked it down and just decided to go with our normal thai places from then on.

2 years later we decided to order again for dinner and give it a 2nd chance, since the first time was during Covid and a lot of things went south during that year. When the food came the Pad Thai was all stuck together in 1 big glob and had absolutely No flavor at all! My boyfriend got the Pad See Ew which was also inedible! No flavor and all you could taste was the spice they put in it. Safe to say we will never try it again. To many good Thai places in Vancouver to waste your money here.

Diner Review №151

Currently sitting at my desk eating a Massaman Curry on around medium heat it's a bit hot so go lower if you dont like that, but I mean I think at one point a tear had dropped from my eye the amount of flavor and the sweet potatoes and rice soaking in the curry and the carrots. Just wonderful, get this!

Diner Review №152

Very delicious food.

Diner Review №153

I had the vegetable dish and added chicken; it came with a good serving of rice. I've eaten here before and plan to return again: their sauces are excellent and the veggies tasted fresh and perfectly cooked.

Diner Review №154

Very rude. I said thank you and the woman at the counter just remained silent.

Diner Review №155

Excellent food and quick!

Diner Review №156

The people are so nice. You cannot go wrong with anything you order. It is all so good.

Diner Review №178

I stopped in for dinner and am so glad I did! The employees were extremely friendly and attentive, and my food was delicious and served quickly. If you haven't tried mango sticky rice, or if you have and love it, be sure to try the one here. It is both delicious and beautiful, though a bit on the sweet side so if you prefer less sugar ask for no sauce.

Diner Review №179

best thai place in vancouver

Diner Review №180

BBQ chicken had a great flavor but very fatty. Steamed veggies were mostly carrots and green beans, a little broccoli. Whole thing left me with a meh, no wow that was good.

Diner Review №181

Adam and The Thai Time Team do an Awesome Job Having orders ready for us delivery drivers. Thai Time Vancouver gets a Strong Five Stars from this Seasoned Driver. Keep up the Awesome Work!!

Diner Review №182

The food was good and the time it took to get our meal was really fast! :) I would recommend that this restaurant purchase cushions since there is no low back support on the wooden benches, so it's rather uncomfortable. :( (The cushions underneath are fine.)

Diner Review №183

Nice interior for dining or an efficient take out program where you your delicious food will still be hot when you bring it home. One of the. Eat Asian restaurants that I know of in all of Vancouver WA

Diner Review №188

Found a date dot in the middle of my food. Which is disgusting, but it's also dated for Tuesday the 21st... Today is Sunday the 26th. Serving expired food to customers.

Diner Review №189

Great food at a reasonable price. Terrific service.

Diner Review №190

Diner Review №191

Diner Review №192

Good food, decent sized portions and service. Only reason for the downgrade was the amount of spicy heat was much more than comparable Thai restaurants in Vancouver. My wife asked for mild (two stars) and what she was given was hot and I asked for medium (three stars) and was given very, very hot (on a scale of 1 mild to 5 hot). Prices we found to be a bit high too.

Diner Review №193

The food is a delicacy. Made with love and care and the ingredients are right on the money as my New York expression goes
Mindy our waiter was open for questions and told us of when they opened and we knew why they weathered the storm of Covid
Nice Ambiance excellent service and the Mango Sticky rice was perfect
Thank you Thai Time for authentic food and a place to feel comfortable and confident
One Love ✌️

Overall a decent meal and nice place to visit.

The atmosphere was pretty nice, and I loved their cute metal cups. Service was pretty average, but they seemed nice.

The spring rolls were decent, and the steamed veggies were done well. The veggies could have used a little salt.

The Flaming Beef was decent, I ordered mushrooms added. The ginger was a little overpowering, I would rename this Ginger beef. I feel like it needed a little more to it, maybe some mixed vegetables. The mushrooms I asked for were great. This dish is a little sweet, and not spicy, I don't know where the "flaming" in the name comes from.

The Pad Thai was good, although not what I would normally expect from a Pad Thai. It wasn't particularly nutty, which I prefer. If you order mild it will have no spiciness at all, so be sure to order medium if you want some. The noodles were thinner, I think glass noodles, and reminded me of ramen. It was pretty good, I enjoyed it.
