Classic Thai dishes are served in a setting with a warm ambiance & Southeast Asian decor.
Ordered Beef Fried Rice and Beef Pad Se Ew. Pad Se Ew had more broccoli than wide noodles. It was very salty and had a burnt taste. Took a few bites and in the trash it went. Fried rice was a touch less salty and same burnt taste. Ended in the trash as well. Worst Thai food I've ever had. Waste of my hard earned money.
Came to have lunch and ordered Gang Massaman (Yellow Curry) I also ordered a Thai Iced Tea. The tea came out promptly and the food about 15 -10 minutes after. The food was delicious the yellow curry seemed a bit more red/orange but still had great flavor and taste I selected chicken as the protein and it was well cooked not dry and great texture. The Rea was refreshing and had good flavor and the ambiance was amazing great aesthetics, great dining both I door and outdoor and being right by the centennial trail and river makes for a great dining experience. The only issue I had was with the server who seemed to be more focused on getting me in and out. Had I not felt so rushed, I may have had a better experience.
The selection and food is wonderful and the location is as well. It’s a beautiful location overlooking the Spokane river. The wait staff are great and have been kind enough to turn the music down when I have requested it. I’ve always been able to get a table right away, never seems to be terribly crowded, which is great.
The food was good. Their sweet chilli sause is a great pairing. Their peanut sause is realy what makes it a great Thai restaurant. Very happy with our food experience. The decor is an odd mixture of 80s pop culture references, and traditional culture references mixed in. The view is stunning. The staff was attentive because we were the only ones around, if there had been more people the service would have been slow. Its loud mostly becuase there is a very active pub next store and the restaurants are not even separated by a full wall. Overall worth it.
Ordered the yellow curry with a level 3 spice. It was delicious! The spice is made by the restaurant weekly, and it has great flavor without too much lingering. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the beer was not really cold. I will definitely come back when in Spokane.

Yuck! Peanut sauce tastes like peanut butter and 3 cups of sugar. Pad Thai has noodles that taste store bought and lack about any flavor whatsoever. Chicken tastes like it’s from Walmart. Wtf??? Zero quality ingredients. Spokane is a sad place for Thai food.
The curry! So delicious!
Chicken Pad Thai
The dish has changed completely and the customer is unaware of that when ordering. The photos they advertise are the same as the old noodles but what you get is angel hair pasta. They stick together and it’s not genuine chicken pad thai. Horrible dish
I was waiting 1hr for my food
We went as a work lunch, called and set the reservation 3 weeks in advance for 12 people. After 2 hours many of our group still hadn't received their orders. The wait staff got over half of our groups' orders incorrect, more than once. The wait staff also made some very derogatory and racist comments about the kitchen staff, blaming them for the poor service. We will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.
Every single order was late, half of them were incorrect multiple times (this was a work lunch and several of my coworkers have dietary restrictions), the appetizers came after the meal itself and had to be re-ordered, and some of us didnt get food until the end of our 2h visit and had to take a to-go box. A waiter overheard us talking about the experience and decided it was a good idea to interject with some racist comments about the kitchen staff and tried to put all the blame on them. I honestly recommend just going to the location on Grand instead of this one- the food and vibes are way better.

Not like it used to be..This place is definitely serving small portions and pad thy tonight smelled more like vegetable oils than anything else..Panang Chicken contained 4 oz of chiken at the most and half bell pepper..rest is rice and souce..
Don't recomend spicy wings at all either..All at all place is located at beautiful Spokane river but food is far from satisfing..
Delicious food, love the view of the river and gracious service
I've mostly been pleased but today was total opposite. I ordered chicken fried rice with extra veggies thinking it would be the tomato and onion and cilantro and such, but they added a bunch of other things like green beans, celery, mushrooms, baby corn, zucchini and such. Totally changed the flavor and was not good. The rice was soggy and stuck together in clumps. I called them and they acted like I was stupid and didn't want to do anything about it. And it was almost 30 dollars for 1 order, they must have charged me a ton for the extra veggies I didn't even want
I’ve been ordering online recently even though I normally dine there and the difference is surprising. Recently even with preferences listed the food is not spicy at all even when ordering a higher spice level. I wish the spice could be more consistent but I never know what to expect and even though I ordered a 5 star spice it looks and tastes like a 1 and for myself the spice adds flavor and what I received didn’t taste like anything.
Had the #19. Was excellent. Needed more vegetables. Service was slower.
I did not eat here , but did accidentally order for a pick up from the wrong location, I called back to let them know I was sorry and it was for a different location. The women understood and were friendly about it. I felt awful because food is NOT cheap . Thank you for understanding 🙏
Fantastic food attentive staff
Horrible service! I ordered food over the phone and they told me that it would be done in 30 minutes. I got the 35 minutes later, paid for my food and I was expecting to get my food right away, but instead I waited 20 minutes for them to COOK MY FOOD, even though it should have been done by then. The restaurant had two tables, one with 5 people and another with 2 people, barely any people. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!
This place serves dishes with really good flavor. Unfortunately the kitchen has no real quality control. My curry came out lukewarm with some of the ingredients cold. Even after sending it back it didn’t come out much warmer. Charging $20 for a plate of food is fine but you need to do your job and cook the food!
this place really earned a 5 star review tonight! had a problem with my order so I called them up and completely on trust (it was thru door dash) they made it right. I was prolly sorta snarky on the phone but that was on me. they were beyond professional and handled it in the best way they could. excellent, 5 stars to the one on trent I will return many times I applaud them for their professionalism :)
If you would like a cup of oil to go with your food this is the place to go! Guacala and it's not even fresh oil, but after they used it for hours
Food never disappoints, lot of gluten free options too. Service is great, and prices are reasonable, especially for the quality and location!
This place is a 10 out of 10! Very sweet service. Beautiful views of the river. You can sit outside if you’d like. And the food was some of the best I’ve ever had! Not just in Thai food, but in food in general! So so good!

Food - Disappointing.
Service - Nonexistent
Atmosphere - Nice
Best Thai food in Spokane. I love their lunch combo special. 😋
This is our go-to Thai place in town. We order from here all the time, as the portion sizes make it easy to have leftovers. Their Pad Thai is really good as are their other items, and they've always accommodated our request to leave out the eggs without any issue. Their Thai iced coffee and Thai iced tea is also really good. I highly recommend them
Nice spot off the river
Great Thai food, quick and hot, too!
The service was very nice, friendly, and helpful. No-Li was too busy to take the two of us, and boy are we glad!
Great service, awesome Atmosphere, good food. Decent prices
Great ambience and good food. The place is surrounded by brew houses - which was perfect as we ordered food and went to the beer garden for a beer.
The staff is super friendly (and patient) - they were understaffed but it was OK for us.
This has become our favorite Thai restaurant in Spokane. We’ve eaten at the south hill and U-district locations a few times. Everything we’ve tried has been excellent, and the service is usually very good as well. I absolutely recommend Bangkok Thai
Atmosphere was really good, peaceful and serene. I would bring a lady here for a date. I would also use this restaurant for a business meeting. It could also be used for a casual get together. It has a very nice ambiance. The food and staff were excellent aswell. Our food was on point, I had Cashew Chicken and my friend has the Thai Barbeque Chicken. Both were very tasty and filling!
Open until 9 on a Sunday and still serving food where not much else still has the restaurant open. Service was fast and friendly, curries were super tasty and proportions are generous. Great Thai spot!
Mmmmm! Delicious! Fast friendly service.
👎 Worst customer service . I wish I can give them zero star if I could. Never never go back there again.
Simply the best AUTHENTIC Thai food around.
Yall keep voting the AMERICANIZED one on division as the best... well you are SADLY mistaken.
Bangkok Thai blows their over sweetend canned food OUT OF THE WATER 365 days a year!
I wish there was a half star rating. Better than a 4 but I try and save 5 star ratings for something I've never experienced before. You can't go wrong here and our service was great.
Had a misunderstanding and they were fair and took care of us. Great food!
Super delicious and large portions with great service. Go to see the statues of aliens
Very yummy! Loved the soup. Didn't care for the music playing that didn't match the atmosphere but will still return.
Consistently great Thai food!
Be cautious on heat level (l 1-5 ), if you don't like really spicy food
This restaurant USED TO BE our favorite, and we would patron them weekly. However, ownership group changed, and with that a prioritization of profits rather than quality. They opted for a different, less expensive, watery, coconut milk, and so now what they call "curry" is actually soup. Nonetheless, this item is now more expensive than when they actually used high quality ingredients. It tastes like a $7 fast food, Thai truck, curry, yet they charge $18. I would recommend against TAKE OUT for this place, as then you've already paid big money for cheap-quality food, and you cannot send it back or ask them to make it right.
I got breaded scallops and it was almost all breading. It took over an hour to get our food and no one came to check on us one time during the meal. Its unfortunate they have this prime location and don't appreciate it.
Tasty dishes.
Enjoyed sitting outside and watching the river go by while having cocktails.
Stood waiting to be even acknowledged for over 5 minutes. No one managing the new customers just to be told it was going to be a 45 minute wait with no more than 20 people in the restaurant. Don't waste you're time driving to this location
Celebrated birthday with one of their specialty items and I do not regret it!! I was nervous about the price, but the chicken and pineapple was worth it all the way. This has become my new favorite date spot.
We also got to eat in the garden overlooking the river, absolutely beautiful
This place is a jewel, I took my daughter out for her birthday dinner she loves Thai food. Place was great it had a few of the Spokane River great service and all the food especially the pineapple chicken is one of the greatest meal out I have had. In the last 20 years I've only had two others like that. Bon appetit
Traveling to Spokane with 25 teenagers and 10 adult members of a robotics team! Our pizza place had to cancel our dinner plans and Bangkok Thai totally stepped up! Great food, wonderful service, and amazing staff! Thank you all so much!

Order was 30 late
Really delicious Tom Yum! I loved the lime flavor from the lime leaves. Perfectly spicy (I went with the spicest they go)! I loved the big sea scallops, shrimp, mussels, white fish, and they even threw in crab Dungeness crab claws. I will be back when I'm in the neighborhood to try their Curry.
Wonderful eggplant and shrimp
This place was GREAT, the atmosphere is very inviting and the food was delicious!! Staff was very pleasent and attentive. Plus there is some really cool art there. I'll definitely be returning ♥️♥️
I love me a dish of Rad Na. This bowl reminded me of Ramen bowls in Japan, with the way the bowl itself displays the food while keeping it from becoming cold. I ordered a spicy level 2, as I've found that to be a universal area of just spicy enough to not overpower the rest of the dish. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of their way to spice things up. All I could taste was chili. Like a ladle of an oily chili was mixed into the bowl of noodles. Which detracted from the enjoyment of the actual dish in the long run. I would definitely go back, just not order it spicy.
This place would be fantastic for a "Chef Ramsay" episode but until then I'm not coming back.
I've been wanting to try this place for while.
Sunday night me and my husband are hungry and decided to order food from here.
Food was disgusting. Very disappointing of this place. Bad.
Ordered the yellow curry with a level 3 spice. It was delicious! The spice is made by the restaurant weekly, and it has great flavor without too much lingering. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the beer was not really cold. I will definitely come back when in Spokane.
Our sever was very friendly and helpful with answering our questions about choices. Couldn’t go wrong with the chicken pad Thai. The other choice made was the Gang Massaman. Great choice. Be careful of the heat levels. 5 is very hot. Most said 3 was perfect. Had life size predator, iron man and Optimus prime art pieces to take photos with. Had a little bit of a wait but well worth it.
This is my favorite place to go for Thai food in Spokane! They have excellent food and great service. In winter, the food warms your belly and in the summer you can sit outside enjoying your meal with a beautiful Spokane river view. The river view is there in winter too ;)
Always good! Always!
Way way way way way way too expensive for what it is. The following weekend we stuffed ourselves at a great sushi restaurant and came out with a roughly 30% smaller tab. That just doesn't make sense to me. Seven bucks for a bottle of domestic beer? It was literally cheaper for a microbrew at the Indians game that we went to right after! On the positive side, the service was decent. Portions were big.
The food was good. Their sweet chilli sause is a great pairing. Their peanut sause is realy what makes it a great Thai restaurant. Very happy with our food experience. The decor is an odd mixture of 80s pop culture references, and traditional culture references mixed in. The view is stunning. Its loud mostly becuase there is a very active pub next store and the restaurants are not even separated by a full wall. Overall worth it.
Came in at 8:40, refused to seat us. Have been long time customers, won’t be back.
The food is absolutely amazing!! Whenever my family orders at Thai restaurants we love to just order multiple things and all share. We got Fresh Spring Rolls, Chicken Pad Thai, Cashew Chicken, and Massaman Curry. All of the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Big beautiful windows allow for a comforting atmosphere. All of our food came out quickly.
Incredible food. I haven’t had such delicious Thai food since I moved to the area from
Seattle. Fresh, flavorful generous portions. The restaurant is located right in the Spokane River so the views out the large windows are glorious. Service was a tad bit slow (they were super busy at lunch) but friendly and efficient. I can’t wait to come back!!
Ordered delivery and so many things were wrong for how much we paid. Husbands beef fried rice was barely edible! No flavor, no spice, overcooked rice, cold broccoli, he asked for pineapple and there was one piece. Oh and only 3 pieces of beef. My ginger chicken wasn't bad but way too much ginger. Do not order delivery from this place.
In the past, they have been very good, but now the service is slow even when there's no other customers. And I always order 2 stars on my Panang Curry, but recently they've been making it way too spicy, to the point where I don't want, nor can't, eat it. I much prefer the Bangkok Thai on the South Hill than the one off Trent. I definitely recommend their fresh rolls though. Very delicious.
Declined to seat our party of three although open for another hour
Indoor dining open! Can sit inside or outside. Wonderful service and the best Phad Thai I've ever had!
The best part is the metal artwork in the resturant
Good cheap food. Their lunch special is excellent. Never actually gone in and sat down but the atmosphere is mellow and the artwork is really cool. Does get a bit noisy from the No-Li Brewery next door but this is a cool restaurant.
Ordered take out for the family. Overall the food was delicious. The pad Thai tasted a little burnt to me. The yellow curry was excellent. It was a little on the pricey end for take out.
This was once my go-to Thai place. They used to be expensive, but worth it for portion size and taste. Since this summer, the quality and portion size has gone way down. For the price you pay at Bangkok, you should expect good food. Instead I’ve been getting 1/2 size orders (for to-go orders) and food lacks taste. I’m not sure if this is because they can cut corners for take out or what, but after 3 bad experiences I’m done.
Every Thai place I go to and ask for 5 stars it has 0 spice at all. Here the spice slapped me in the face HARD exactly what I asked for even 4 stars slaps here. This places food is also fantastic.
Good food
First time here. Loved the layout and decor. Crazy Alien, Predator, Go Bots theme. It’s a huge place by the river. Prices are higher than we usually pay at another Thai restaurant so we go to. Value for the money was well worth it. Everything tasted fresh nothing overcooked. Six of us went and everyone of us enjoyed everything we ordered. Waitress was friendly and efficient. We will definitely come again.
Their food is kinda pricy but worth it in my opinion for the great taste, nice portions, quality ingredients, and good service.
Ordered thru uber eats. Food was supposed to be delivered by 8:30 @ the latest. 3 different drivers tried picking up my order. Finally arrives @ 9:30 with the wrong order. I didn't pay $50 for yellow curry chicken with a few bell peppers. I waited 2 hours for the wrong order. Then they refuse to answer the phone! I do not recommend this restaurant!
I had my rehearsal dinner there. It was an amazing room, the staff was great. Plus they gave me a discount! Thanks!
Five stars for service, three for the food... But hear me out. The food was plentiful for the money. The chicken satay and Tom Kha Gai were some of the best I've ever had (the peanut sauce was to die for) . My issue is with my leftover chicken pad Thai. For whatever reason, all I can taste is the fish oil! Since the portions were huge, my husband and I had planned to eat off of it for a few days, but when we had some later that night it was just too fishy for our taste.
I'll definitely get chicken satay and Tom Kha Gai again, but I don't think I will actively seek out the pad Thai or noodle dishes again. Not sure if it was a one off or not.
Very good. Gluten free options. Good lunch buffet. Nice seating by the river during good weather.
There are the cutest boy taking your order and the best Cooks in North America serving up your Thia food. I highly recommend this place. Go here!!!
I practically live here. I absolutely adore Spencer & Jason they are always so warm and welcoming when I visit and they know my order better than I do at times
Wonderful place to eat and socialize 10/10 would recommend
Good food with large portions. Best to go with at least one other person or a group to pass different dishes around the table. I had the red curry and it was the perfect spice level. Well balanced between spice and ingredients.
I will go back next time I'm in town.
I've eaten at this location twice and it's not great, but it could be. It isn't that the food is bad, but their level of attention to detail could use some attention. There is never any excuse for cold food at a restaurant. The flavors are pretty good, but both times I've been there, I have gotten cold food. Once it was cold rice and once it was cold Pad Thai.
Another thing (it might be nit-picky but I don't think so), all of the dishes and flatware are dingy and worn looking. A big part of eating out is presentation and service, which is why we pay so much more for food at a restaurant than we would if we cook at home.
One star off for presentation, two off for cold food. I hope they will do better in the future.
They had empty tables and did not take reservations. They told us to go McDonald’s. Rudest experience I have had ever.
Very good lunch buffet special, with GF options. All you can eat for $15.00. Weather permitting, very nice outside patio by the Spokane river.
Delicious, fresh, fair prices. We enjoyed the outdoor seating as well.
Goood
Good service and food. Nice outside seating by the river.
Good buffet!
Beautiful view
I order from the south hill location all the time and I was in the area for this restaurant so I gave it a try. I ordered 2 panang curries and a fried rice. Paid 55 dollars, opened the bag when I got home to find out they didn’t give me any white rice for the panang. Called back to let them know and the guy on the phone hung up the line when I told him what happened. Horrible service, if you’re going to Bangkok avoider the one in the U district. Bad rep for great food.
Great food, good service, beautiful atmosphere. Sitin the outside eating area. Views of the river. Wonderful lunch without loud music.
Good food, a little high on pricepoint.
Always good!
Relaxing atmosphere by the river, sit outside and enjoy the peaceful view! Excellent service and the food is always high quality and delish.
Food was decent, however the service needs work, and the restaurant needs some loving care way too much dust with food being involved.
Phrank seriously is a great server. He was on top of everything the whole night! Plus the food is amazing.
Had a great dinner here. Enjoyed the sunset and the river in the outside dining area. Ordered the pineapple chicken and pad prik khing. Both were delicious, the portions were good, and it was prepared quickly. They closed at nine and were nice enough to let us finish before they shooed is out. Good place to take any friends or relative for dinners and drinks
Always good food! Good service and.nice view of the river.
A wonderful Thai restaurant! We have been a few times now, the menu is authentic, and everything looks fresh, and the service is excellent.. We will be back!
Great service, lots of room for groups, and delicious food. The food stays pretty true to normal spice levels.
Delicious, and they will really bring the heat if you ask for it.
Try the cashew chicken.
We had Mai Tai's and appetizers and it was excellent! Our server was fabulous!
Fantastic food. Took a while to order but we'll keep coming back.
Good food but more expensive than a lot of other Thai places in Spokane.
Delicious. Best thing on the menu?! Thai iced coffee. Try it. It’s amazing.
Not a huge fan of getting my tongue burnt off, but the “1” on the spice level was barely enough. So next time I’ll be brave and go for a 2! The beef pad Thai was awesome (stole from my husband) and the cashew chicken was delicious.
Great food and decent prices, I was sealed with a great view of the river, overall it was an excellent dining experience
Incredible
Best Thai food in town!! Love sitting outside by the river in the summer time!!
I was embarrassed for your staff last night. I walked out after waiting for an hour for my meal. Others were walking out as well. You were busy but not that busy... your staff should have been able to handle matters.
Pad gra pow is delicious and tastes as it should. Really good service and friendly staff, and dog friendly back patio.
My wife and I have been here a couple times now. I love the outdoor seating next to the river. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is great.
