Classic Thai dishes are served in a setting with a warm ambiance & Southeast Asian decor.
Our experience was great! The food was amazing. The only critique I would offer is I chose the appetizer sampler and the other two people in my party ordered entrees. Since I ordered just that to eat, it would have been nice for them to bring the food I ordered (even though it was an appetizer) with my dinner party. It was awkward to sit and eat in front of them but if I didn’t my food would have been cold. Perhaps I should have asked them to do that for me. Also, they should notice that was all I ordered.
With that said the food was delicious!!
We had an incredible dining experience at this Thai restaurant! The flavors were authentic, and the dishes were beautifully presented. The curries were a standout with our requests and more than enough quantity.
Short staffed but quickly served our food.
A must-visit for Thai cuisine lovers because of the quality of the food and very close from the airport.
Only thing we faced was the carrots were stinking which came with Mini Spring Rolls.
We enjoyed our experience. We were immediately greeted and seated. We had a 10 minute wait to take our order. Most of our food was really good. My wife had chicken fried rice, I had the Pad Thai & Yellow Curry, my daughter had the mini spring rolls. The spring rolls were disappointing. The restroom was clean.
Went here a few times, but this last time was it for us. Table was sticky so the menu stuck to it, chicken was raw and phad Thai was almost a grey color, chewy and bland. Some sauces tasted like they just opened a store bought container and put them in dishes.
Today we are pretty sure we have some food poisoning going on since eating there…Going to stick with No-Li if we are around there for food… or Thai Bamboo
Clean & pleasant atmosphere. Polite & attentive waiter. Excellent fresh rolls & peanut sauce. Delicious panang curry with chicken and nice hot jasmine green tea for a Saturday lunch.
Amazing

I ordered takeout tonight. Had to wait 45 min to pick up which was communicated in advance. No problem there. I was waiting in store while the order was being finalised. Drove to hotel (4 mins away). All food was cold (Pad Thai, Calamari, Laab, chicken satay and rice. Very unhappy with the food being cold. Flavour was satisfactory but I’ve had much better. Waste of $90!
Not sure what happened but quality was terrible. Sticky non flavored noodles, dry chicken, no flavor. VERY disappointing for the price. Nice people nice staff but food must improve!
I ordered laab gai and it didn’t taste like how it’s supposed to. It’s like they forgot to add lime. Tasted like a peanut flavor which is very strange. I found a piece of plastic in my dish too which I accidentally chewed on. Thankfully the worker gave me the dish for free after that. My husband’s dish took so long it came out well after everyone else had already eaten their food and were ready to leave. Very disappointed

The environment felt odd. Like we were walking into somewhere we didn't belong. The pad Thai was meh. My partner said his was good but it killed his stomach.
Just not what I remember it being.
Disappointed for sure.
Food was ok. Spice level was pretty bland.
Service was inconsistent.
Great food and service
It to bad.

Just okay. I am spoiled with Thai Bistro in Shoreline.
I think this place has the best Tom Kha I've ever had in my life/anywhere in the US. Also, the Pad Thai portions are very generous, and delicious
The food was good and the service was too. Not super fancy, but the food tasted great!
Food was excellent and service was amazing!!!
I had very bad experience with this restaurant, especially the waitress (forgot her name sounded like wee) it was Sunday 8pm as I checked on google restaurant closes at 9pm. We entered at 8pm no customers were there and the lady was vacuuming an hour before closing time and she didn’t even bothered family is entering in the restaurant and they need to be seated . She finished vacuum cleaning and didn’t even washed her hands , and got menu cards to us and was taking order as if she is doing favor for us. Kids were very hungry so we order appetizers and main course . We ordered chicken satay too. I saw in kitchen though a small opening of the kichen doors the chicken satay fell off on the ground from plate when she was plating n she picked it up right away and put back in to the plate. We didn’t eat that but we paid for that dish.. then she in so much rush that we were still eating n she brought to go boxes n just put on the top of our food since there was no space, but she didn’t wait for us to eat. Very unprofessional waitress. The restaurant was so unhygienic that I had stomach aches in the night.. it’s not at all good place to eat , we will never go back there.
Waitress made it worse than anything.and she lied to me that she washed hands since i was observing her all the time through kitchen door. I tried to discuss with her all issues and she didn’t even bother to apologize.
Food not so great. Fried rice was burned and tasted burnt. Pad sew noodles would have been better if also not burned. Everything was too salty. Thai teas overly sweet. Disappointed and not returning.
Amazing food and staff!
Their Gang Dang curry is so good. Dare I say, dang good? I'll be here all week.
Excellent food and price
Great food and huge portions!
A restaurant is supposed to be all about the food , so I'm going to give this place 5 stars. I ordered duck noodle soup. I think they made a mistake because the broth had the consistency of gravy, More than likely it was supposed to be diluted by 80-90% with water, which I did in my hotel room. But somebody didn't do that part of the job. Having said that; It was someone that tastes the noodle soup I've ever had. And I've had it all over the country, from Thai and Chinese restaurants. Plenty duck breast sliced perfectly and perfectly cooked. The texture and flavor was fine dining quality. I can't speak for other dishes they offer but the duck noodle soup was absolutely amazing. We also got the mango sticky rice and my daughter loved it. Both her and my wife thought it was the best they've ever had.
I stopped here for lunch and got the Lunch combo with Chicken Pad Thai and Chicken Massaman which is like a soup with Chicken, potatoes, and onions.
First when I walked in, the sign says to wait to be seated. There was one patron and the rest of the place was empty. It took almost 5 minutes before I saw someone who sat me down.
Service was okay after that. When ordering I asked for 3 star spice level (out of 5). Food arrives quickly, no mistakes and was nice and hot.
The Pad Thai first...it was terrible. The chicken was overcooked and dry...almost burnt and the burnt flavor got incorporated with the noodles. I couldn't even finish it. Pair that with the spice level being too high (I can handle spice, but this made my nose run). Chicken Pad Thai...2 out of 5.
The Chicken Massaman...was amazing. It was the first time I'd ever ordered that dish and it did not disappoint. The flavor was very different (I'm not a curry fan) but this was delicious. I even told the waitress how good it was. The spice level was supposed to be the same as the pad Thai (3 out of 5), but the Massaman was actually edible. Overall dish...4 out of 5.
I probably won't try this place again unless I have to, but wasn't an overall terrible experience.
The Bangkok Thai parking lot was somewhat smaller than it needs because it was nearly full of cars. When we went in we had to wait a little bit and while waiting I noticed a sign for help wanted which explained the wait. As we were seated I noticed the napkins were beautifully folded. Menu's were given and we were provided ice water right away. Even though they were short staffed there was no longas wait. Other customers were waited on as punctually as we were, although the lady waiting on us was quite busy running around attending to everything. We ordered a vegetarian dish with a variety of vegetables and the chicken fried rice. The food was Very good. The vegetarian dish was just heavenly. I wrote a quick note to leave on the table letting them know. When the lady came to our table I showed her the note then gave it to her to share with the cook and others in the kitchen when she asked. We took a box home with us since the portions were generous. We will definitely come back here on our next trip to Spokane!!💕 I love their food!
If I could, I would take the whole staff and put them in a beautiful waterside location with a huge parking lot because what they provide is exceptional and I would love to see the whole group thrive.
We love ordering chicken pad Thai a couple times a month! It’s usually PERFECT! They can usually have our order ready within 25 minutes!
We have been to a few of the Bangkok Thai restaurants in town. Our last experience was this location and we won't be going back. When we went, we were the only ones in the dining room, but there was a fair amount of take out happening.
The food was okay, nothing spectacular. The service was the absolute bare minimum. The waiter mumbled and was very flat, personality wise. We were never asked about the food or if there was anything we wanted. Which as someone who has professionally trained guest service representatives in 5 diamond locations and run small businesses, is nothing short of maddening, especially when we were the only ones in the restaurant! But more than anything else, the place is absolutely filthy! I don't know when if ever they do any cleaning beyond wiping table tops and sweeping the floor. The air vents, lighting fixtures and walls have giant dust balls everywhere...so gross! (it's the same at the location in the Uni Dist too). You can see dust, food and general funk on the frames of the dining chairs. The windows had a dirty film on them from someone using a dirty rag and/or water to "wash" them. And there were flies and used kleenex in the window sills.
I love the Tom Kha. It's so unique. You'd think that the flavors would be spicy, but they're flavorFULL! Citrusy, sweet, savory, spicy, all in one dish! Everything my family got was divine.
Amazing customer service, GREAT food.
Best Thai in Spokane IMHO
Great food!
Fresh rolls with the peanut sauce are awesome. Everything else was meh. The satay chicken was dry and as tough as leather. The curry has zero spice. The crab wontons were soggy. It may have been an off night but for $20+ per person it was just disappointing.
Great lunch special
Best pad Thai in Spokane
Cashew chicken never fails here and the mini spring rolls are so good
Great food, hearty portions & friendly service. The best chicken fried rice Ive ever had
Always amazing food and great portion sizes.
Beautiful place I only bought the springs rolls I got 12 mini for abt 11$ worth every penny! The inside of the restaurant is a little small but cute and cozy the service was great and the workers were very nice and helpful
Quick to be seated, water delivered on just seconds! We asked for tea, and then ordered maybe a minute after. Our waithelp was very observant and prompt. We ordered the fresh rolls as an appetizer and then tried dishes We had not had before. Both plates came out well plated and very tasty! Normally I'm a curry guy, but i decided to try a vegetable pork and cashew dish at 3 star heat. It was delightful! The star-heat scale is right in line with my hopes. We never felt bothered or checked up on, but they were very attentive and cleaned off dishes as we finished with them. I left a hefty tip as it was a great evening out and we felt well cared-for.
A rare treat for me in terms of thai food. Excellent taste for the curry and the pad thai. Just the right amount of coconut milk and the right amount of seasonings. One of the best curry I've had.
This place advertised closed at 10pm. Arrived at their restaurant at 9:25pm and respectfully asked if we can order to go. The lady responded “huh…what…..the kitchen is closed”. Bad customer service experience.
Good food. Dishonorable management. We won't be back.
Our regular Thai place was closed and it seemed like a good chance to try this place. The ambience was decent and the waitresses seemed nice, but though my companion was served, my food was completely forgotten just in time for them to get busy in another part of the restaurant. After 10-15 min. another customer saw my plight and hunted down my entre, insisting that they should comp my meal. The young waiter immediately found my food, which would indeed be delicious, but brushed off the kind stranger who had intervened, walking away from him as he spoke while mumbling something about a discount.
When the bill came it was full price. When we complained we had to wait a while, only to have a mere $1.90 removed, a slap in the face. We complained again, twice more, explaining each time that we wouldn't be back given those circumstances, and they ultimately upped the discount to around $6 or $7 off my $19 meal.
Mistakes happen, but the management's failure to take responsibility and instead haggling over a few dollars was disgraceful. Comping the meal under such circumstances is what all other restaurants I have encountered have done in such circumstances, and that was without even being asked. These guys didn't even make a genuine attempt to make it right - which was the real issue.
Lækker mad, og meget god betjening.
Loved everything! Food was awesome!
Quite possibly the worst Thai food we have ever had, and we have had a lot of Thai food. The Pad Thai was nearly tasteless. I ended up throwing almost all of it in the garbage (this was a delivery). The chicken satay was tough and stringy and, again, nearly tasteless. I seldom give restaurants such a negative review, but this was really pathetic. I’ll keep searching for decent Thai food in Spokane.
This was an amazing experience! Waitress was super nice, clean, cute little restaurant, absolutely AMAZING food worth every penny! I went with a good friend I can't recall what she ordered but I got the Pad Thai , chicken with Spinach and peanut sauce, came with rice and mini egg rolls. The Thai tea is amazing! Definitely would recommend and lunch prices are good get alot for the price and on cute plates. Parking could be improved.
When I say "I'm craving thai" what I really mean is this place specifically. Haven't had a bad meal here and the staff are always SO nice. Just got my pickup order and had to come say THANK YOU and please stay open forever. :D
The fresh spring rolls were delicious and came with four very large rolls. We each ordered salads, which came with steamed sticky rice. The salads were delicious and enormous, we had to take half home. Everything was fresh and flavorful, especially the Yum Salad. We will definitely come back next time we're in the area.
Absolutely wonderful meal! Truly authentic flavors and even nailed the rice! The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Favorites:
Pad Kee Mao
Sweet sticky rice with mango
I've never had thai food like this before. My pat tie was really sweet tasted like honey.
And then I got a soup but it tasted like fish.
The colors were off in the food. The sauces weren't what I was used to.
So I was not impressed and I will not be going back. I'm from san francisco I know what good thai food supposed to taste like.
Hit or miss. Sometimes they decide to put sauce on their noodles and sometimes they put none at all. When it’s good it’s really good but when it’s bad it’s horrible
I got the Phat thi it was a bit on the sweet side and had a brown sauce.
I got tum yum suop it wasn't very good kinda fishy.
Food was the absolute best! I ordered the chicken satay and they were great! The pineapple curry was for me a bit too spicy, but for my colleague it was just fine. The Chicken Pineapple not only looked great, it tasted super yummy and was one of the best. It was generally great and I would recommend it.
Awesome food, great portions. Large menu, and the service was awesome. I eat a lot of Thai food along the west coast and everything was as good as I was hoping. Everything was perfect, will return
Very good cury, big portion 😋
Very good experience
So glad we found this place! So good.
Very nice and very comfortable place with a friendly, high professional staff and service.
Ordered pad Thai and pad se yew and was really disappointed in the lack of flavor and chicken to noodle ratio.
Customer service was mid🤷♀️
Really fresh large shrimp spring rolls! They just need more staff. Great food. Nice people.
Amazing Thai food! Our party of 7 got seated as we walked in, food was some of the very best Thai food I’ve had anywhere and everyone was very nice. Great find!!
Love this place! Much better than the one downtown next to No-Li. That one has HORRIBLE customer service. Come to this one on south hill, worth it!
Good food and friendly professional service.
Pitiful portions for $20 curry
Omg! Had the best experience here! The service was great and the food was out of this world! The appetizers were 11/10! Will definitely return!
Great food, healthy portions, good service! 💕
Real disappointing one dimensional flavor. Kind of a glooopy mess. Over cooked noodles and very little basil leaf. Tofu was sour and old.
Pass on this one folks
Our go-to Thai restaurant in Spokane.
great portion size. tasty food.
My new favorite Thai restaurant. Great food nice and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
SO good and great sizing for lunch.
Best food and service around! Eating in or taking out, it doesn't matter. It's always 10/10!
Seriously the best Padh Thai. And just an enormous amount of it too.
We have been disappointed with the food at most of the Thai restaurants we've tried lately, but this is good! Not sure why it's been so long since I was here, but will return soon.
This is the best in Spokane
Our favorite Thai restaurant in town! We love their Pad See Ew (has the proper thick rice noodles with the wok char), Massaman Curry, and Laab Kai! Great vegetarian options too!
Don't order the massaman curry! It's terrible and I'm not the first to leave this review. It had a terrible fermented taste like there was beer in the sauce. I would have returned it if I was eating at the restaurant. I'm really hoping i don't get sick. The other dish was bland. Expensive, small portions, terrible tasting food. Update - I did get food poisoning.
Ordered massaman curry - was a big mistake. No carrots in the sauce, the potatoes weren't cooked (all of them were crunchy inside), and the onions tasted like they were dried out/left out for a while and then warmed up in the sauce. The sauce itself had a weird sweet taste to it, and the white rice was overcooked. I couldn't process that it was 19 dollars for such a bad dish. It also looks like I'm not the only one who had a bad experience with this dish - if you search these reviews for massaman curry someone said it was horrible 3 months ago.
I can't speak for other dishes, this place might be better at the stir fry's or fried rice options. But if you find yourself already sitting in the restaurant reading this review, I would simply not recommend the massaman curry.
Will certainly be going back to try new dishes!
Slow. So slow. Took almost an hour to get our food. Requested for the appetizer combo to come with the other food as my mom wanted it for her main course. The plate was brought out 10 minutes before the other food. Their Thai ice tea is by far the most watered down ripoff in town. Head over to Phontip if you want the best one. Maybe these guys could go learn from their competitors? Amazes me that people put up with this quality. The extra star above one star is because the chicken satay and peanut sauce were tasty, as were the mini egg rolls. I ordered the pineapple chicken and let me tell you at $28 I was NOT happy. It was like it was served out of a nuclear blast furance. It was so hot that 15 minutes that when I scooped it into a to-go box it was steaming still and literslly burned my finger when intested it. The taste was ok...it could have been much better had they not overused (or used at all in a pineapple chicken dish) fish sauce. The chicken had a fish flavor. Do better.
In the past we have found the food to be excellent and have eaten there many times. The last time we went we had to fight many flies. I was told they had left a door open in the back. Also the food had a lot of oil on it. It was not like that before. I wonder if they had a new chef.
We dined in, early (5:00) dinner. Not crowded in dining room, but they had a LOT of take out orders going out the entire time we were there. Had just a little trouble getting our check and couldn't get a refill on tea, but we had another appointment so couldn't wait. Food was FABULOUS! And ample portions. Wait staff was very polite and accomodating, but busy! Will definitely be back.
Excellent!
All I need to say it YUM! Authentic, fresh, made to order each and every time! The only bummer is the took away the lumpia from the appetizer menu, those were the absolute best! Service is A+. I’m a forever supporter!
Very nice place. Delicious food. Great value for the money. Great service. TY.
I enjoyed chicken fried rice. Massaman curry was horrible and pad Thai just okay. The hunt for a 4 or 5 star Thai restaurant in Spokane county area continues.
Ver clean, modern, and delicious. A fantastic lunch menu. They are short staffed and need employees as they are so good. Looking for a job?
Huge portions. One dish is enough for two.
Not great, big portions but zero flavor. Inside was dirty and full of flies. Won't go back again.
Take out food was good and fast.
Cashew chicken was reasonable, but the pad se ew was the worst I've ever had
Damn good pad thai here.
Very kind and patient server. Cashew chicken was great, so were the fresh spring rolls. Prefer my curry creamier however.
We left after we got our waters because it was so expensive
Really Oily food with lots of Salt !
드렁크 눌은 너무 면이 떡져서 진짜 먹기불편했습니다.
타파이는 괜찮았습니다.
Not where you want to go if you're looking for atmosphere, good service and good food.
The phone rang LOUDLY off the hook the entire time we were there.
The staff neglected us most of the time tending to their pick-up orders. The food was mediocre at best and the "hot" tea was cold. Most disappointing.
Best green curry in Spokane period... Dine in has a great atmosphere and polite and friendly staff. Bathroom is very clean. Worth every penny. They have made a new regular of me.
Fantastic. Best Thai in town. And consistently amazing unlike some other well known Thai places around here... 5/5 will be continuing to only patronize Bangkok Thai!
Not impressed! The waitress tossed our menus on the table. The hot tea was cold. One pot of tea with 1 tea bag. Extremely rude waitress. Had to grab her just to get the tea. I still don't know her name or what her voice sounds like. Will never go back!
Wonderful. Maybe the best Thai food in this town, and I've eaten at most of them. Lunch special(ends at 3pm) allows you to get 3 entrees on one plate.
Serving sizes are enormous. One dinner size entree will easily feed 2 people, so don't be put off by the prices. You're getting twice as much food per serving as anywhere else.
They ran out of the noodles for the pad Thai, didn't tell us and substituted anyways. We didn't get any of the toppings. The rice side for the curry was tiny and they charged us a high price for more rice for our curry. The meal was okay. The waitress had many take out orders and was working hard, so we were trying to be nice.
Really delicious Pad Thai and large portions.
Went here once for pickup and the curry was very good but overpriced so I came again for the lunch specials and was disappointed to find that both the soup and curry tasted like straight msg and water :( and the egg rolls were the size of my pinky finger. I would not get the lunch combo again and might come back for the regular fare though it is an expensive treat.
The drunken noodles were really good, had sort of a smokey flavor but the highlight of the dish were the shiitake mushrooms. My husband ordered the beef pad Thai and we both had a Thai tea, really enjoyed our dinner. The host was very timely in seating us, taking our order, checking to see if all was well, and bringing the check. Would visit again to try other dishes. Portions are HUGE, I could only eat about 1/3 of my dish, and I usually eat quite a bit. Thai tea was a bit sweeter than what I'm used to but it was good.
I have been there for lunch three times this year and the food is wonderful, the service is good as well. The only complaint I have is there are flies in the restaurant and all three lunches I spent the hour swatting them away
Yuge portions also reflected in price. Service very fast. Very good fresh spring rolls. Their pad thai is well loved by locals but a little bit too fishy and sweet for my tastes. You can ask them to tone done the fish sauce if you don't want the fish flavor. But maybe you'll prefer it.
All of the food was delicious. The portions were large and beautifully presented. The appetizers were delicious and there was a lot of variety. The leftovers made it home for another meal later on and they were just as good as when they were fresh. The place had a nice ambience with a lot of very pretty metal artwork. The person who served us did an excellent job and had good timing as well. This is now one of the places that is on my list to go to anytime I'm in spokane.
fantastic food, very nice staff, cute restaurant, good prices, 10/10 will go again when i'm back in Spokane
Tasty food and really nice people. Probably the best Thai food in town.
Very good food, fresh and wonderful flavor that was brought out quickly. They were understaffed but you would have never known by the speed of service. Waitress was quick, nice and super efficient. We will be back!
The food was excellent, the food prep was fast but they are hands down the most expensive Thai place in town. $13 for spring rolls, seriously? Too many good Thai places in town to return and spend this kind of money.
Spring rolls with peanut sauce were excellent, but the Hot and Sour soup was way too sweet and disappointing. Perhaps the sweet is Thai style, but much too sweet for me. There was plenty of food in the soup, so I ate that and brought the leftover broth home to mess with it. I think Vietnamese Pho is more to my liking. I need to try some traditional Thai dishes next time.
Lovely presentation for lunch specials. Great choices.
I ordered medium heat. Next time I'll do mild.
I'm so confused why this place is rated so highly. We ordered drunken noodles and the cashew rice dish. Typically these dishes have a decent spice by default, but both were flavorless and oily. Edible, but not the Thai food I was wanting, nor expecting with the price & ratings.
Was quite disappointed that when we asked if food can be made without peanut oil, they told us they would have to clean their items and that was too much hassle so they wouldn't make anything without peanut oil.
