I normally don’t rave about food, but I ordered it for lunch yesterday and I loved it so much I ordered AGAIN for lunch TODAY. The people who run the show are incredibly kind and thoughtful and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys authentic Thai food, and anyone else for that matter. Everything is made in house, so if you like spicy this is definitely your place but if you’re like me a can’t handle heat they are very accommodating to lowering the heat while keeping the flavor! Definitely call early to get a spot, you won’t regret it!

Called right around 11 today, and received a call back quickly, they do recommend ordering earlier because they generally sellout. But you can always order a day ahead!
We ordered 4 different entrees, chicken satay, and the dumplings everything was great. We found the noodle dishes a little drier than other restaurants but still delicious, the dumplings were a huge hit with kids.
We will definitely be ordering again.

This is the best Thai restaurant in Spokane. They are take out only, and you need to place orders between 9-11 am ish, but it is oh so worth it. The food is so good it made my wife tear up out of joy. The Panang Curry and Chicken Satay are out of this world. The service is also very great for being take out only, and the owners are very kind.

Thai Kitchen is my absolute, all-time favorite Thai restaurant. Everyhing I have tried is fabulous and some of my faves are Prawns in Chili Oil, Moo Todd, the curries, and, of course, Pad Thai.

I ordered the moo Tod yesterday and absolutely loved it. In fact I loved it so much that I am having it again today! My partner also has several dietary restrictions and they were super accommodating and willing to help! 10/10 would recommend!!

Amazing food with amazing Flavor! I always love getting the Beef Pad Thai for my Lunch, every time I get done with my food, I wish I had more! THE best Thai restaurant in Spokane. Ive been coming here since 2008-2009 when my uncle showed me and my family this place! I’ve been ordering it since! This place is TAKE OUT only! They are pretty flexible when it comes to a pick up time!! I think I’ve also tried 90% of their menu! 10/10! Will never go elsewhere for Thai!

Green Curry THE Perfect comfort food so hot and yummy for cold days. Can't help but try new dishes they suggest. Squid and chili Oil is so scrumptious, it's now my favorite. You can't beat their dumplings. The Green Curry vegi-style is just to die for. Best Thai Ever. Can't live without eating their wonderful dishes.
They Are so helpful if you need help trying to find a favorite dish(s). I have too many favorites. Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful. They even change orders to make them Vegetarian.

We absolutely love Thai Kitchen! Every time we order from there we get the whole family together because we all are obsessed with their food. Our favorites are the chicken massaman curry, chicken pad Thai, and cashew chicken! Their flavors are so authentic and unique that no other Thai restaurant in town can replicate.
Also you can’t beat the kindness of the family behind the restaurant. Every time we pick up food we are greeted with a big smile from Mr. Paul or Melissa, and you can always taste the love that Benji puts into her food!

Best Thai restaurant in Spokane!

Thai Kitchen Spokane has been a family favorite for over a decade as the food is always excellent and extremely fresh. After visiting Thailand back in 2019 I can safely say, that I haven’t had better or more authentic Thai food anywhere else outside the country.

My favorite items on the menu are Cashew Chicken and Spicy Basil Fried Rice - always awesomely fresh and tasty. Highly recommended!

Another great meal from Thai Kitchen. It’s been 25 years of pure enjoyment every time we eat it. Paul, Benji and Melissa do quality Thai food. If you’ve never had their Thai food you’re missing out. It’s the best we’ve ever had.

I’ve eaten Thai food all over the world: Portland, Seattle, Dallas, Houston, Paris, Luxembourg, Dublin and more. Thai Kitchen is the best Thai food I’ve ever had! Hands down. I only found it 10 years ago and it may make no sense the best Thai in the world is hidden in an understated location in Spokane, WA, but trust me - if you know Thai food this place is the best! Same chef since 1990 is what they told me and it shows!

The best food ever! Been going to Thai Kitchen for over 25 years. I learned to love vegetables with the best spices and perfect cooking by chef Benji!

If I could leave 10 stars in every category I would! The food here is absolutely delicious. I get takeout from Thai Kitchen almost weekly and have never been disappointed. Consistency is key and these guys get it right! The service here is nothing short of wonderful. They are extremely attentive, get to know you personally and memorize your favorites quickly. Other restaurants should take a leaf out of Thai Kitchen's book!

The food at Thai Kitchen is PHENOMENAL and when you think it couldn't get any better, they knock it out of the park with their customer service. I have been ordering lunch here once I week since I first tried it. They know when I'm calling, greet me by name and always remember my usual order. Paul is the kindest man, and it's always a pleasure to talk with him when we pick up our food. Again, the food here is wonderful and I have yet to have something that I didn't like. I look forward to our meal here every week! This place is a true gem.

I gotta say I'm pretty pissed off after driving 20 minutes to meet a friend only to find that there is no dining in. You need to make that incredibly obvious and clear. I usually only look at photos and the menu on Google and often don't dig into the deep details of a place rated this high. I would recommend removing ALL PHOTOS OF THE DINING ROOM because it does not exist anymore. The food may be amazing, but I'll never find out.

Thai Kitchen never missed in providing the best Thai food in town! My fave is squid with chili oil and the best by far I've ever tasted! They made me feel like we've known each other for quite a while and treated me like family. And I don't have any issues picking up the food because it's like a drive thru! This is the only good Thai place for miles! I grew up in San Jose and was always surrounded by great Thai food. I was sad to miss that diversity moving here until I found Thai kitchen! I was introduced to Thai Kitchen accidentally. Since my first meal there, it has become my favorite place to get Thai food. I am always treated like family. The food is amazing, and always hits the spot. I’ve travelled a lot, and far this is the best Thai place I’ve ever eaten at. My go to is the chicken/tofu in hot chilli oil; Tom-yum soup with shrimp; Thai basil fried rice; cashew chicken.

Thai Kitchen is the best kept Thai food secret in the Pacific Northwest! The food is excellent and the owners are incredibly kind and friendly. The hours, since Covid, are very limited, but it’s definitely worth the effort. We love the Pad Thai. Pineapple Curry, and Panang Curry. It’s an amazing place!

It is difficult to convey in a review like this how incredible and unique a restaurant like this is. We have been coming to Thai Kitchen as a family and extended family for over 20 years. It is not just the best Thai food I have ever had, but my opinion is that Thai Kitchen is the best restaurant of any type in all of Spokane. When we have friends or family visit us from all over the US, we make sure that we take them to Thai Kitchen. Several family members, when we ask them what they want to do while visiting us in Spokane, have answered that they don't really care what we do, as long as we can get to Thai Kitchen at least once. If anyone says they don't really like Thai food, I tell them that they just need to try Thai Kitchen and they will change their mind, and I haven't been proven wrong yet. It is too bad they no longer offer dining in, because the family that owns and cooks and runs it all is so sweet, and I miss having meals at their tables where we could interact more, and Paul (owner) would crack jokes and recall little details about our family that we had only mentioned offhand months or years before. My oldest son, who first came to Thai Kitchen while my wife was pregnant with him, is now 21 and has lived in Thailand for the last 2 years. When he gets home next month, one of the first places we will go is over to Thai Kitchen, so he can talk to Paul and his family in Thai (and hopefully get some cooking secrets out of him). It is more than just the best restaurant around, it is the life's work of a family that has provided great memories and company and my favorite foods for at least half of my life. It becomes more of an event that you have to plan for when you have to call your order in at 9, and like yesterday, they had their orders filled for the day within a half hour. They were kind enough, even though I didn't call until they were booked for the day at 9:30, to stay later and make my food so that we could have it for dinner. I hope that eventually they will get back to in-person dining, but until then, I will keep hitting redial starting at 9 am as often as I can plan ahead enough to do it! I hope that I have been able to convey a little about how important and valuable Thai Kitchen is to Spokane. Now I will have to wait until next week to order again... My favorites are Moo Tod, Moussamon Curry, any fried rice dish, and the Tom soups, but everything there is great. Also the sweet rice and ice cream dish is amazing after a spicy Thai meal. One of the best Thai restaurants I’ve been to anywhere! (And yes, I travel globally) The food is very comparable to food I’ve eaten in Thailand with mainly the available ingredients being the only difference. Kitchen is spotlessly clean, owners are super friendly, and the restaurant is low key, comfortable and unassuming. I’ve been a regular here for 20 years and many of their clients have been dining her since they opened in the 1990s.

The only unfortunate things to be aware of, is that since the covid lock down, they have been take out only, and their hours are limited, so make sure you call ahead!( at some point I think they will become a dine in restaurant again, but not in the near future)

My family and I have been coming here since I was a baby, and it’s still the only restaurant I request from my family when I come home to visit. The owners are the kindest people you will ever meet, and as a kid they taught me so much about appreciating other cultures (especially through their food)! Now on to the food…omg I’ve never eaten Thai food this good before! Everything you get on the menu will hit the spot. I promise that you won’t be disappointed!

It doesn’t get better than this! I’ve tried Thai in several states—this is authentic cuisine at its finest. You can’t go wrong with the Pad Thai and Tom Yum soup, trust me, you’ll want left overs!

Every dish is fresh and authentic. Best Thai food in the Spokane Valley or Spokane, really! Melissa is friendly and fast when taking our order and always gets the food prepared perfectly each and every time. From my son’s heat level of 4 on his order to grandma’s no heat on her order…spot on…how do they do it? We felt like family from our first order and they keep bringing the love each and every time after that.

I’ve been to Thai restaurants across the country—including major cities well known for their cuisine—and have yet to find one that holds a candle to the authentic, flavorful, and exceptionally crafted dishes served at the Thai Kitchen. It’s not only the food that has drawn my family and friends to this restaurant for over two decades; it’s also the welcoming atmosphere.

This is a family-run business, and at the Thai Kitchen, you’re not simply another customer, you’re part of the family! The owners are incredibly gracious, kind, and hospitable. No matter how long it’s been—a month, a year—they always remember me, ask about the family, and how my work has been going. When I travel back to the Pacific Northwest, sharing a meal with my loved ones around a plate of the Thai Kitchen’s delicious pad thai and tom yum soup has become synonymous with home. This is a truly special place run by the most incredible people you could ever hope to meet—I can’t recommend highly enough!

My wife and I started coming to the Thai Kitchen 12 years ago. We were hooked from day one. The food is delicious. The service is superb and very freindly. This is hands down the best Thai food my wife and I have ever had. We have sent many people to try and every singe one of them are now repeat customers. If anyone asks me where to get good Thai food, I always tell them to go try the Thai Kitchen. We try to order lunches at least couple of times a month. I have been coming here for the better part of two decades. I think I’ve tried 90% of the menu and NEVER had something I didn’t like. The food is beyond exceptional. The biggest drawback, is you won’t be able to eat Thai food anywhere else, because nothing compares to the food they serve here. That’s just the food, the family that owns and operates the business is nothing short of amazing. Exemplary service, kindness and punctuality. I can’t say enough how much I love these people (equally as much as the food I suppose). Support local, eat here and you can thank me later!

Coming from San Francisco, we had no idea what to expect from a Thai restaurant in Spokane Valley. On the recommendation of the very kind and friendly owner and server, we ordered panang curry (spice level 0/5, for the midwestern palate), jumbo prawns with basil in chili oil (spice level 3/5 - quite hot, but not overpoweringly so), and two orders of rice. Both dishes were incredibly delicious, and were clearly made with super fresh ingredients. The chef accommodated a broad range of spice tolerances without compromising on flavor — sweet, savory, sour, all in balance! We also ordered a Thai tea (dairy free version, with coconut milk). It had great depth and was not too sweet. If we lived in the area, we would definitely be regulars at Thai Kitchen.

I recommend calling ahead, as the wait can be rather long (but well worth it) if you just show up like we did!

Listen: This is just a small, family owned business, so sometimes you have to jump through a few hoops to eat here. When I first went (prior to covid) you would pre-order your food at then come in for lunch later. Right now they are just taking pre-orders for take-out and you have to place it early to make sure to claim a spot. Either way, prioritize eating here. I've eaten the entire menu and each thing was delicious. I've especially liked their red curry , crab fried rice and their salmon curry. Also, their rice is so fragrant and really one of the best parts! For me, this is my favorite Thai in Spokane.

My husband and I have been coming here for Thai food for over a decade. Each time we are greeted with warmth by Paul and Melissa. We are remembered by name and often by our order. This is by far the freshest and tastiest Thai food we have ever experienced. I highly encourage anyone to order their takeout, you will not be disappointed. My Favorite Restaurant of all time! Thai Kitchen is the best Thai food in this Country and makes sense as they are the most gracious caring owners being a small close family. Mom has been cooking solo for decades made fresh per order so consistently amazing dishes. "I cook from the heart"; her answer when I asked how such perfection every time as I've eaten here for over 30 years and hundreds of dishes!!! Seriously I know as I've had Thai at a gazillion places across this country and beyond! You will never have a better Panang curry (a depth and flavor profile unmatched with something unique I can't put my finger on)!! Her Pad Thai is unmatched with such silky noodles! Also, the best Swimming Rama, Prawns in Chili Oil, Green Curry, Tom Yum, Spring Rolls, Dumplings, and.. well all of them!

Thai Kitchen is all around THE BEST restaurant in our area! Have been a loyal customer since I was pregnant with my first son and he is 23 now. Food is consistently delicious and top notch quality. You cannot go wrong with any menu choice. My favorites are Pad Thai, Moo Tod, Chicken Satay and anything with Prawns. The most incredible part about Thai Kitchen is the family at the heart of it all. Benji is such a talented chef, making each dish to order, with much love and care. Paul is the friendliest and most kind host. Always with a smile, compliment and never forgets a name or order. My recent takeout experience was fantastic, but this is to be expected at the Thai Kitchen. There are so many dishes to try, and you should try them all, but when in doubt, trust Paul when he tells you what his favorite dishes are. My family and I have been eating from Thai Kitchen for over 30 years! The food is ALWAYS worth the wait! Top notch Thai food, hot, fresh, spicy and delicious. This is a local and family owned restaurant and the family (Paul, wife& daughter) are so kind and professional. They know our order by heart now and never mess up. We live in post falls so we don’t get it as often as I’d like but we just ordered for my birthday lunch and I could not be happier! My first visit to the Thai Kitchen was on Mother’s Day in 2003. This place is by far my absolute favorite place to go. For me consistency is hard to find when eating out but not here. The food is delicious and is on point every time. Did I mention the service? Paul and his family are so kind and take pride in what they do. They are normally dine in only but are currently only doing take out. I’m glad that I’m still able to enjoy the BEST THAI FOOD in Spokane, hands down.

The Thai Kitchen is a weekly staple in my home, we just love all the dishes, especially love their land na pad see ewe, and the pad woon sen and of course we can't leave without their veggie spring rolls to munch on on the way home! Melissa and Paul are the sweetest people you will ever meet, always friendly and very kind.

We love Thai Kitchen. We are frequent flyers of this establishment. We always call ahead a day before to place an order or early if it's going to be day of.

They only currently do pick up from my understanding. We always get the pad see ew and and the mussamen curry. They spice levels are SPICY which is nice because they have a 5 level scale. Normally I get a 2 or 3 and same along with my husband and its the best flavor.

Sometimes I order chicken dumplings or spring rolls. Both are delicious and cooked to perfection. Crisp outside layer and juicy filling in the middle.

When the mango sticky rice is in season, that is also a very fun fish to order. Very sweet and fun dessert to finish up a meal.

They are very organized at pick up and stick to a schedule. This is our favorite go to place for lunch take out! Happy to support this local business.
