Modern Thai eatery and bar located in Eastlake, Seattle. Free parking garage for customers only under building. We offer delivery through GrubHub, UberEats and Menufy. Reservations by call-in only
Nice place to try in Eastlake. The place is much bigger than what I thought it was on the outside from driving by daily. Their staff is nice and attentive. Went with my husband for a quick bite, he ordered a wonton soup, we shared a chicken satay and I got a tom kha soup small size with chicken and it was just what I needed with the current weather. They have their own parking garage and they have a nice bar, that I’m sure I will be back to try it out.
I have been dining at this place for the last 4 years because it is next to my workplace (Dine in and take-out). Mainly ordering different noodles and curry. Food is great and service is good. Portion size is shrinking a little bit over year but understandable given the macroeconomic situation. Highly recommended and will continue ordering from Siam.
What a wonderful experience! Wow! I was so thrilled to have such a tranquil and relaxed dinner with my love. It was Sunday evening and we had the place to ourselves. The staff was so kind, patient, and attentive. We had a lovely time for a nice birthday celebration. Everything tastes fresh and delicious and some unique offerings that other restaurants don’t have! Great location in the retro Eastlake - brings me back to the 90s haha! Thanks so much for a great time.
An Underrated Gem. We were surprised that more were not dining here. The cuisine is delectable, the portions are generous, the prices are very good for the location; the building is large and very clean, we appreciated that. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the dining atmosphere more pleasant. We highly recommend this establishment for both locals and visitors to the Lake Union area.
I eat here regularly. Portions are good. Price is comparable to anything else in the South Lake Union area. Restaurant is clean and nice. The staff is always very polite and accommodating.
Great food and service 😊
Service was prompt and kind — very family friendly. Good variety on the menu and really enjoyed the thai ice tea!

Great experience: The food is fantastic and the service is spectacular. My favorite food is the Jungle Chicken.
The food is delicious and the services is super friendly
Friendly staff, great food, decent price, good serving size!
My favorite restaurant in Seattle! The food is always amazing and the employees are by far the sweetest in the neighborhood! Would give them 10 stars if possible.
Jungle Chicken is sooooo good. I work around there so always do a jungle chicken take out. Gyoza was also quite good. Didnt like the orange chicken though.
Amazing food & amazing Thai iced tea! Service was 10/10
Quick food, and super nice and knowledgeable staff. Definitely coming back.
Great ambiance, service and top notch food!Love the orange chicken!
My favourite is Orange chicken and Pad Thai. My go to restaurant in East Lake!
Best Thai food
I love this resturant good food good service thr best thai food
Went to lunch today at Siam with a dozen colleagues from work. For the most part, the food was good. I ordered the Panang Curry. I thought the portion size was a little small, but the food tasted good. I give them 4 stars for food, service, and atmosphere. You might ask then, why only a 2-star rating?
The whole experience was marred for me after returning to the office and looking at the bill. I didn't mind the 20% gratuity added to the bill. That is expected with a party of 12. What I did mind, though, was the tax calculation being calculated AFTER the gratuity was added to the total bill. Since when is tax paid on a gratuity? It isn't. In fact, it may be illegal to do such a thing in the State of Washington. But Siam is doing this. It spoiled the entire outing for me. First and last time I will visit this restaurant.
It's not the few dollars extra this restaurant made us pay that we shouldn't have. It's the deception. They know exactly what they are doing, and they are stealing a few dollars from each and every customer. I don't like being taken advantage of. Siam has lost me as a customer because of this. If you're going to eat here, I advise you to check your receipt and ask them to charge you tax only on your food and drink, and not your tip, too.

Siam Owner, Our entire group was composed of math and computer science majors who work with numbers as part of their jobs. We did not make a mistake on our calculations. Several of us reviewed the bill, and we all came to the same conclusion. We got charged tax not only on the food and drink portion of the bill but on the gratuity, as well. I stand by my original post.
I was able to schedule order to go for lunch. Once I got pad see ew and another time I had the pad thai. Both were very good, the tofu was so crispy, and everything tasted savory and fresh. The prices are reasonable thor the amount and quality of the food. The staff is friendly. I will be returning:)

I love the food here. I have been here many times. I will be back.
The food was SO GOOD. The service was SO GOOD. The employees are SO KIND. An overall wonderful experience. Thank you!
Everytime I come to Seattle I come to this restaurant! I love the duck curry and am always enticed by mango sticky rice! This time we had the delicious Pineapple fried rice and the shrimp pad Thai. I recommend both! Can’t wait to be back in Seattle.
Amazing ambiance, and great food.
Good dood and great service. Whats not to love? The atmosphere is calm and inviting really great night out

Service is exceptional and the food is fresh and tasty. Atmosphere is upscale, but the prices are quite reasonable. Location is central to Eastlake with convenient parking for takeout.
Drunken noodles are really yummy.
This is a solid constantly good Thai restaurant.
Street parking is good.
Delicious! Everything A+. 7 friends met, first time, for delightful lunch. Excellent service, especially tasty selections, fresh vegetables, beautifully prepared and presented. We especially loved the large, sunny dining area. Will return, thank you. And free parking in adjacent garage.
I enjoyed the Pad Se Ew with chicken and the gyoza was on point. The server was very good about checking in on us. Looking over the menu a lot of the dishes seemed to have a tweak to them.
Enjoyed five-stars environment and service with an affordable price!! Food is good!!
Siam has good tasting food and the staff are friendly, but in the last month I personally know of four people who have gotten food poisoning - on different occasions. Not tummy hurts from too much spice but throwing up all night situations. For me those are not good odds, so I'm out.
Great spot food is enjoyable. Staff is very friendly. Great to grab some food and drinks with friends!
The food is great here. What I like is that we can talk and hear each other here. The parking provided is also convenient and much appreciated. This is a great lunch spot.
Yummy grub, excellent atmosphere.
What a find in Seattle! The chicken satay is truly the best I have ever had!

Beef Noodle Soup is very delicious. Would recommend this place and the soup.
Had a great experience. Food tastes so good 👍
I loved the chicken satay. Wouldn't recommend the pork ribs. Nice people.
Very nice restaurant near Fred Hutch and not busy.
Quality of the food is always good. Every time. Go for that. I find the service usually good but a tad hit or miss. I was out of water for a good 15 minutes today for example.
Clean and pleasant space. A tad crowded at rush times.
Good food, nice spacious interior, clean. They do a BIG takeout business. People: get off your couches, turn off the TV, and come dine-in at Siam Thai!
Always good.
the jungle chicken is so yummy and crispy and way too convenient for my own good
Great food.
The blandest pad see ew I’ve ever had in Seattle. Really disappointing as I tried them out due to all the good reviews…
Always very good service and friendly staff. It's not officially on the menu (I guess because people weren't ordering it???), but they make one of the best Khao sois I've ever had. Just have to ask and they usually will make it for you.
Green curry is rad
Service waitress was abysmal and quite possibly racist. Our food was bland and overall the experience was a complete miss.
The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. Ordered fresh rolls, pad Thai, and red curry duck. Every dish was amazing.
Lunch was very good... Many options that were good. Service was very friendly
I use to go to this place religiously after work when I lived in east lake. Now I live in MA and each time I go to seattle I make sure to stop by here at least twice before I depart. The food is amazing. The flavors are authentic and the prices are hard to beat for a place located in Seattle. I believe if they had a louder sign more folks would stop by. But maybe that’s the point? 100% recommend this spot to anyone visiting Seattle. You won’t regret it.
My wife and I have been going here for years, especially throughout COVID. This is our go-to spot for takeout!
Solid Thai food for a good price, and well portioned. Inside dining has a good atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly.
modern vibe; good food and atmosphere. i took one star as they didn’t have any mango sticky rice or vanilla ice cream available during our visit.
Very good Thai cuisine with an unusually elegant atmosphere.
Delicious! This is a must for our family every time we come to Seattle. We had the cashew chicken and the pineapple friend rice and loved both!
Their Bangkok fried rice, is the best Asian food ever. I always look forward to visiting Seattle solely because of their Bangkok fried rice.
Tasty food. Get a soup to start your meal. Very friendly and staff.
My place to go to get good quality Thai food
Consistently good food and kind service. Great neighborhood Thai restaurant.
Best Thai good in Seattle
Siam is one of my favorite places in Seattle! I order lunch here once a week, and it never disappoints.
The food at Siam is fine, mediocre Thai food, tasty but nothing to write home about. They are very quick with pick up orders as well, a rare find in this town. I give them only 2 stars because the prices on their website are not the prices they actually charge you nor do they honor the prices advertised on the site. I'm not talking a 10 cent difference, like a 25-50% mark up. That's bad business in my book, until this changes, I don't plan on giving my money to this establishment.
Siam stands as, what I assume to be, a frequent lunch spot amongst the neighboring business. But don't be fooled, the thai food is good. The chicken satay was perfectly balanced with peanut sauce, but the tom kha lacked innovation. They host a parking garage without a charge which is convenient for those wishing to enjoy dinner. The only downside to this location is given the price and fierce competition of thai food in the city- little actually stood out to me.
Been our favorite Thai restaurant for 20 years and we have to go every time we are downtown and hungry!
Siam has some of the best Thai food in Seattle. The service is excellent, and the environment is upbeat.
Our experience at Siam was incredible. We had the pleasure of being served by a long time server, she was very attentive and a kind host. Her food recommendations were spot on: hot and spicy noodle, orange chicken, jungle chicken, and pad see ew were all fantastic.
This is the best Thai food in Seattle!! Everything was delicious and the ambiance is cozy!
Excellent! Yummy!
Takeout was delicious and spicy. I had the Panag Curry and the Pad See Ew. Delish
Spacious restaurant that accommodated our large group, last minute. Delicious food and drinks. Staff was friendly and patient. Highly recommend!
I went here with my team - so we had quick seating, but the restaurant had quite a bit of seating otherwise. The drinks and food- both were to the point. Service was quick and very pleasant.
This was absolutely fantastic, the food was very authentic large portions good service and fresh ingredients. We've been there twice this week and plan to go next week.
Consistent and enjoyable.
Nice enough for the greater South Lake Union area.
Some of the better Thai food that I have had
Mango was fresh and so sweet, mango sticky rice was my favorite from any restaurant. Love that they have free parking in the garage around the corner.
It was good! I went there in person and sat at the bar. Normally i call ahead and order food for take out. The staff was friendly and very attentive.
Absolutely the best Thai food in the area! Super friendly, professional staff.
Food was delicious. They have the best Pad Thai. Servers were very kind and nice.
It is one of my favorite places to dine in.
It's my first time very good service and delicious food 👍
Love it
Probably one of the most inauthentic Thai restaurants I have ever eaten (throughout the world), but it will do if you are absolutely starving and the place is within walking distance.
FYI, the menu online doesn’t reflect the longer menu they had in the restaurant (which I have posted here). For example, they have two versions of Pad Thai - a “Pad Thai” and an “Authentic Pad Thai” lol why.
The brown rice is one of the worst I have ever tasted. It’s super unseasoned, dry, and a bit inedible unless you douse it with sauce.
The crab wontons were not crispy at all and the stuffing inside smells and tastes kind of…expired? It had more cream cheese than crab.
The Beef Namtok was sad. It came with American salad (lol) and thin slices of beef, but didn’t have the sour taste of actual Beef Namtok I have had in the past.
The best thing on the menu is probably their Orange Chicken. It’s only good because it tastes like mall food. You know, those heaping servings of random chicken that they used to serve at malls.
Pros of this place - it didn’t give me a stomachache afterwards, food came out fast, and the portions are quite large.
Cons - not authentic, pricey, and not authentic Thai.
You can get better Thai food all over Seattle with actual Thai cooks. It seems like the cooks here were not Thai at all…
Been a few years since visiting this area in Seattle and Siam was just as great as remembered. Three of us all had exceptional dinners and service was great. Always a nice relaxing atmosphere. Will be back next time I am in Seattle.
The only reason I can survive in the relative food dessert that is Eastlake is with the amazing food from Siam. Some of the best Thai I’ve ever had, and super consistent flavor and quality.
Consist, pleasant and always tasty. Perhaps not THE best thai food ever but they never disappoint. Siam's is clean, well run and consistently puts out good food.
Best place to get cashew chicken in Seattle. They don’t skimp on the cashews and have tons of peppers and onions in the dish. So delicious! Staff is always super friendly.
I didn't read the menu clearly and didn't see that they had 2 options for ordering pad thai with a red sauce or their authentic sauce. So it surprised me to get this ketchup-like pad thai that somehow was still good????? And they give a generous helping of it and are so polite
A staple in the Eastlake community.
Got chicken pad thai with shrimp added on for $4 extra and got 3 of em 💀. Tasted good tho
Been coming here for over three years now, I’ve never left unsatisfied by the quantity, quality, and level of service they provide!
If you are looking for junk food and long wait that’s the best restaurant for you!
Deeeelicious!!! Ample helpings and fresh ingredients. The flavors were excellent as well. All the staff were so friendly and helpful!
very good Thai food, good atmosphere, competent and friendly staff
Very disappointed. With hardly any patrons sitting down to eat we waited and waited for them to even look our way. When I waved a hand they didn’t even look our way. It appears that they are more focused on take-out orders than anyone wanting to have a warm sit down meal. We left and the waitress didn’t even know it. The owner looked at us blankly as we walked out the door. 😕
We had a delicious lunch before an appointment at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance which is only 2 minutes away so very convenient.
Portions were generous, we probably could have had 2 entrees for the 3 of us. The flavor profiles if the Orange Beef, Garlic Prawns & Green Beans/Pork with peanut sauce were spot on and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area
excellent Thai food equal to anything else in City
Great Thai food
Delicious Thai Food in Immaculate Restaurant
The food was authentic, tables socially distant in a spacious, high ceiling and attractive venue, staff very helpful. A lovely evening out in these trying times.
This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Seattle. For the past year we have been getting takeout from them. Always good and freshly made. One time the order was a bit delayed and they offered a nice Thai Ice Tea while I waited.
Nice place and the food is good. Lots of good items on the menu. The staff is very nice also.
What a great place! The green curry and jungle chicken were absolutely delish. The waitresses were so sweet and helpful. Their cucumber martini was also amazing. Perfect place for a date night or to bring your family!
Food was okay service was terrible. I’ve never been to a restaurant where they hand your check and are silent. Hope a different restaurant goes in there. Prepare yourself for rude and bad service.
Delicious thai food.
Great place!!
Sat down immediately, had the veggie wrap appetizer with peanut sauce + sweet & sour sauce and it was FANTASTIC. Sweet & Sour Trout was also a hit. Staff were super friendly & attentive; highly recommend this place, it is some 10/10 Thai Food in beautiful!
Great food great people, never had a bad experience
Love Siams, their dishes are usually really consistent. Their Thai Iced Teas are yummy!
VERY GOOD FOOD. VERY NICE PEOPLE.
Very kind staff! The meal portions are huge and the food is incredible. I recommend their garlic praws and pad see ew! Very nice local business.
That one Curtis dude from Cut works here so it must be pretty good
Definitely one of our go-to spots for Thai food, especially during the COVID-19 craziness. We’ve appreciated the ability to order and pay for our food online through Google for easy and safe pickup. Our favorites are their Pad Thai and Pineapple Fried Rice. Compared to other places, the food is on the spicier-side, so we simply order with fewer stars. The food is always ready quickly, and is hot and fresh.
Great food with easy and safe takeout! I ordered the green curry, Thai-spicy, and it was incredible. Most Thai restaurants around here just throw in some extra pepper flakes when you ask for it to be spicier, but this food was actually prepared spicy, just how I like it. Super authentic, and very big portion sizes. Ordering and picking up takeout felt very safe, and it seemed every precaution was taken to keep the process clean and distanced. Food was ready super quick too. Thanks!
My partner and I grabbed take-out recently to support a local business during the quarantine/social distancing. Food was ready in 20 min — hot/fresh and very good! We haven’t been here previously and are unable to compare to previous ownership but would recommend based on this experience.
they accommodated a large group of 13 no issues. food was absolutely delicious service was wonderful and quick
The food tastes good, and I like that they are quick about having your take-out order available for you.
One of my favorite Thai places to go to! It is around (especially during lunch) the same price as on University District and it's a way better/cleaner environment
One of our favorite local spots. Monday is all day happy hour on food and drinks. They've recently had an ownership change and it is still great! Even some new items on the menu.
Good food at a good price, spacious layout, happy hour specials
