Took the family here for dinner tonight and it was soo good ! The flavors were awesome ! Everyone was very polite and we were asked if we enjoyed our meal and we were offered more rice . Decent prices for what you get . My only complaint would be the vegetables could have been cooked a bit longer they were a bit hard but not enough to detour me from coming back maybe I could just ask to cook them a bit longer I dont know. over all I would recommend you try them .

Not sure which workers kids they are but there's a handful of them playing in the restaurant well their parent works behind the counter. I had the one ton noodle soup and was given the most shabbiest metal spoon to use. When I asked if this shabby teaspoon was from me to use for the big bowl of soup the girl looked at me like I was crazy and said these are the only spoons we have. I like the variety and especially like seeing the picture before I order the food. This is a very busy place for takeout.

The pho was seasoned perfectly and made with whatever spice level you request. The pineapple rice was absolutely delicious! We are eating the leftovers for dinner just after eating it for lunch. Worst Thai food i have ever eaten. I ordered my 'test' dish for every thai restaurant...pad thai....it arrived with what seemed like either General Tso's or sweet/sour sauce. It was thick, gooey and delivered to the table luke warm. Barely edible.

We ordered chicken pad thai and Panang curry and absolutely loved it. Staff was friendly and our food came out very quick. We changed around our itinerary just so we could come back for more!

Some of the best Thai food we have had, better than anything in Seattle. Highly recommend the pad kee mao, level 3 was spicy but bearable. Kid friendly options and gluten free options.

Same, the owner is absolutely friendly. The food here is so fresh and made to order. They will make your dish the way you want it if you have allergies. Same worked so hard during the pandemic to keep his restaurant clean and safe for customers. Again, the food is so fresh and tastes wonderful. You'll always have a loyal customer.

The owners and workers are very polite and willing to work with you for your order to make it just as you like it. The portions are HUGE.

Quick and simple thai

Thanks for the burnt pad thai on my take out order when I wouldn't know it until I got home. Never again. That is completely unacceptable for any chef to package up as an order.

Like the food, but have a problem with the hours. I get off work at 5, and so do they. I just think that the hours of opening is not good for people who work, and do not want to cook dinner when they get home.

bad food, unsanitary conditions, tips do not go to employees and they always seem on edge. Very poor management in my opinion.

I ordered the panang curry with some sticky rice.
**Not sure if they just messed up my order and accidentally served me something else because this doesnt really even taste like traditional panang.
The panang curry was too watery, which probably was the reason behind the flavour being somewhat bland. I ordered it at a level 3 spice, but for normal thai restaurants I would say they had it at level 1 spice.
Sticky rice was not very sticky.

Gets a fix but not the best flavors. I found it lacking all around.

Ive been coming to 123 Thai for over 10 years... The quality has gone down so much. Ordered my regular order and it was so disipointing compared to what I'm use to from there. It was smaller portions and very skimpy on everything including the green onions? The rice served with it was overcooked as well... I'm so disipointed and to top it off I ordered my food for pick up at 11:25 didnt recieve it till 11:40..

Was attracted to this place because they advertised vegetarian/vegan friendly. You order outside through a baby monitor. Was quoted 10 - 15 minutes and they would bring it curbside. After waiting 30 mins we called and the food had been sitting there for a while. Only offered an apology. The food was ok, nothing special. The jungle curry tasted fine but was the consistency of soup and spilled all over the inside of the bag.

If you like spicy thai food you will be severely dissapointed. Got a 4 and its a big ol 0 on the spice meter. Second time this has happened to my family and it may not be an oversight but just a lack of spice at this restaurant. If you don't like spice the food is tasty, but if you do like spicy pad thai search elsewhere.

Best Thai food on the island. Hands down—so good. The Thai Basil Noodle, Pad Kee Mao, Pad See Ew— all fantastic. It’s better than the place I used to live near in Seattle (also a 123-Thai.) I love that they throw in steamed rice on the side, free of charge too. They’ve figured out the curbside delivery ordeal out for sure. They use fresh ingredients. Will definitely be back many times more.

The food was average for me. But after sitting down and starting to eat, my family and I were asked to leave because they were going to close. They could have closed the front doors and wait for us to finish eating. But no, they insisted us to leave.

They boast about free rice but charge a lot for food to make up for the "free" rice. I've never given a 1 star review, ever. Nor do I rate places often, but this place isn't good at all and anyone reading this should go somewhere else instead.

Food was delicious! Some of the best customer service I've had. My fiance and I brought our 9 month old in and they made sure she had her own plate and gave us more than enough rice! Very accommodating at the end too, making sure we had rice to go and a bag to hold all our leftovers. I had the wonton noodle soup and crab ragoon, definatly going again!

Food is always amazing! Don't know how there menu keeps growing but it does. Reccomend the basil fried rice. They can do Spicer then there normal scale. SOOOOO much spicier.

Very traditionally made pad thai, rice and meat dishes. We also ordered a bbq pork dish, which was good but a little too tangy.

This place will load you up with rice, which isn’t bad if you’re into a large yield. It’s all very tasty.

Don’t order too much or leftovers galore. You’ll definitely get the bang for your buck and some quality food.

I love pad Thai. I ordered pad Thai. There was not one peanut in it..which is what the word pad means. Turns out there was not one peanut in the whole place. Allergies he said. He couldn't even give me any to go. No peanuts. Essentially Thai spaghetti..rice noodles w red sauce. That's it. No spice either. Just sweet. Like a cup of sugar sweet. This is the worst Thai food I have ever had. My biggest regret..I have to give one full star.

There have been so many improvements to the restaurant that have made my experience much more pleasant. I have been a regular customer for years at 123 Thai and the new flooring and remodeled bathroom have made the atmosphere so much cleaner and more welcoming! You can really tell they care about their customers opinions, they've put in so much time and effort and money into making the restaurant more presentable!

This low-key restaurant is friendly and has a large menu of Thai/Asian dishes. Everything I've tried there has been good. They usually include a free salad. A good choice for take-out.

The food and price are great but the health code is not where it should be. Kids in the kitchen and a covered kid area in the dining area. Don't get me started about the "bathrooms"

When they actually get your order right, it's delicious. Just make sure you check your order before you leave! Actually look inside the box, maybe spoon through it if you have to. ESPECIALLY if you have an allergy. Can't tell you how many times I got all the way home and discovered egg or beef in my dish instead of just my requested rice, vegetables, and tofu. After verifying multiple times that it was indeed what I wanted in the box, even looking in the box to make sure, I would STILL find bits of stuff I definitely didnt want in there (eggs, meat). Personally, after it happened so many times, wasting my own time and gas (driving there twice to replace the meal multiple times), I will never eat there again. Just too many disappointments and just not delicious enough for those chances.

PS: wth would they think I ordered tofu with extra beef?? Clearly they need glasses. It even said extra tofu on the darn receipt. Jeeze. Over three times of that. Vegans/vegetarian/people with allergies beware.

I ordered pad thai that was okay... Ordered above spice scale and was still let down with heat level. Wife ordered pineapple fried rice and couldn't eat it. I asked why and she said it tasted like eating cardboard flavored food. She wasn't wrong.

While marketed as a Thai restaurant, the food is more a pan Asian melange of bland Americanized noodles and soy sauce dishes. The Gluten-free options are not truly gluten-free as they contain soy sauce or have been cooked in the same pots as foods that contain it. The restaurant itself is a weird sort of hole-in-the-wall you'd expect to get good take out from, but is lacking. I wouldn't recommend eating in.

Its a pretty small shop but that does not mean anything about the food. Its good and authentic. Come here often!
