Thai Food
First of all, this restaurant does not have a central heating system. We visited on one of the coldest days in Seattle, and they only had a small portable heater in the corner, which was not enough to warm the entire dining area. I had to keep my winter parka on the entire time until I finished my meal.
We ordered the creamy tom yum soup and pad see ew. Unfortunately, the soup was served first, and the noodles came about 15 minutes later. My partner and I couldn’t eat together because he received his noodles when I was almost done with my soup. It seemed like there was only one chef handling the wok in the kitchen.
The portion sizes were on the smaller side, and we paid extra to substitute shrimp, but it wasn’t worth it. The shrimp were tiny and thin, the noodles were overcooked, and the soup was overly salty and lacked the typical tom yum flavor.
I hope the quality of the food improves in the future because this restaurant feels overrated.
The food was so good and the service was great. The server was very attentive and polite. Food is spicy! We got 3/5 stars and server said 2 was spicy and we definitely felt the heat. The Tom Kha soup is delicious and the salad rolls are fresh. Cashew dish was really yummy. We will definitely be back!
Amazing Thai food at a great price, we ordered Tom Kha soup with fried tofu, Chicken Pad Thai, and Siam(seafood) Paradise. Everything was very delicious, the flavors were balanced and tasted authentic. I love the Thai flavors of salty, sweet, sour, bitter, and spicy! The interior seems a little dated, but food and service were excellent!
The food was wonderful! The chicken wings were so crunchy on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. The Pad Kee Mao was saucy with lots of good veggies. The Panang curry had very soft beef and was very flavourful. The service was fantastic. I definitely recommend and will be coming back!
Siam 65 Cafe&Bistro exceeded our expectations with their delicious Thai cuisine. The red curry, eggplant, and pad see ew were all flavorful highlights. The inviting atmosphere and attentive service complemented the fantastic dining experience. A definite recommendation for those craving authentic and mouthwatering Thai food.
The place is fairly new so everything is shiny and beautiful. Elegant layout, not busy, and the food, oh the food, is to die for! The chef must be from some high end culinary school. My chicken eggplant was not greasy, absolutely delicious and the presentation was top notch. I hope the service and quality is consistent on my future visits.

Delicious food. I recommend the seafood Pad Thai. Would definitely come back for trying different variants

The Tom Kha soup is delicious and the salad rolls are fresh. Cashew dish was really yummy. We will definitely be back!
The food was good. We loved the siam sampler and pad se ew. The service was great. The only problem is there was suddenly a sewerage smell that filled the entire restaurant. We noticed it came from the bathroom whenever the door opened.
Excellent service and really good food!! Came in late just before they closed and still had a wonderful experience. You can tell when people working actually care about their job and it shows here! Definitely going back
True thai love fish cake ordered 2
Pad thai was great, coming back again to try different items!
food was delicious! super flavorful, good portions, accurate spice level. service was excellent as well, and the ambiance was great. def would recommend, will be coming back!
We have had pineapple fried rice from here multiple times. So good.
Too far from me but every time I passed by Lynnwood I have to stop by! Food is amazing! Fresh and flavor is balanced, especially not overly sweet like other Thai places. The place in colder days can be a little chill but all good if we add some spicy to the food 👍
I had to stop eating to post this review. Siam 65 Cafe makes all the other Thai places look silly. The best red curry I've ever eaten
There as Good as Thia on Main
Out of town and we loved this place. The Tom Kha soup and basil chicken and the appetizers. Wish I could come back!
All the food was great the service was fast so unique and quality really flavorful perfect
The food was top notch👌 absolutely loved it! Service was also amazing.
Love their crab fried rice but honestly everything is so good. Reminds me of back home. 10/10 would recommend
This food is absolutely delicious! Every single time we come here the service and food is amazing. We have never had a bad dish or experience! Would recommend HIGHLY
Absolutely amazing food. Salad rolls r 100%% the best I’ve ever had. Plus stellar service.
Delightful place with delicious hot food and friendly and welcoming service!!
Our family had dinner on 30 June 2024.
5 stars, spicy level 3 cleared my sinuses. Now I can breathe better!
First time there,The food was delicious and the service very good.
Delicious food and the owners are the sweetest!!
I loved their Pad basil with beef!! It's incredible and authentic!!! Recommend this hidden gems.
Requested to change water as something fell in water. He got pissed off.
8 inch plates. I requested for bigger plates and he says there are no bigger plates but later I saw bigger plates on other tables.
But, otherwise clean environment and food taste was decent.
Wow the Pad Thai we had was the best of my life and I even lived in Thailand for a year! The fried chicken had a nice light crispy batter paired so beautifully with the papaya salad! Our new all time favourite restaurant!
Excellent tasting food! At first the prices look very reasonable, but when you look at the quantity being served you know why. That is the only reason for 4 stars, otherwise one of the best tasting thai food joint in the Seattle area:)
Very good food
Some good fusion food here, flavor Poppin staff chill, loved it.
Their crispy wonton pad thai is incredibly delicious!!!
Legit place for tasty thai food at a reasonable price. Friendly people and nice, clean space. Siam paradise seafood entree was especially good. Seafood cooked perfectly and sauce was delicious with rice.
Neat and clean but I wouldn't call it atmosphere.
Just a strip mall dining experience. But if you want really good food and service!👍🏻👍🏻 two thumbs up!
Been here couple of times because it’s near my home. Quality food with fair price and tidy environment. Even though it’s a small local restaurant but they also plating the dish which shows the food is made with care and menu is designed as well.
Very well kept restaurant in a secluded spot. Wonderful, welcoming hospitality and good food. A hidden gem!
Great authentic food, lovely service, fun atmosphere, and ample options for vegan and vegetarian meals! My new go-to spot for Thai food in the area
I am a vegetarian, and unfortunately, their Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao have fish sauce in them, but their staff called us and graciously let us know. I appreciate their honesty so much. They recommended the Pad Se Ew instead, and it was amazing!!! It's definitely one of the best if not the best Thai food place I've gone to. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and looking forward to coming here again in the near future!
Update: Nice family business. My husband picks up takeout for us from time to time, usually 1-2 twice a month. However, we recently stopped going because last time there was a misunderstanding regarding an order. Initially, it was our fault as the online ordering was confusing for the Pad See Ew, where there was an option for "No Broccoli" and "No Vegetables." We selected No Vegetables because we only wanted Broccoli, and the dish is supposed to only have Broccoli, so it didn't make sense for both options to exist unless there were other vegetables included. This misunderstanding happened because previously, they had put other vegetables in the order that wasn't supposed to be there. So this time, we selected No Vegetables to be safe due to the mistake on the previous order. However, then they did not put Broccoli into our order. So we clarified the misunderstanding, and everything should've been okay. BUT instead of remaking the order, they just threw some broccoli in the pre-existing dish and called it good. The broccoli was so bland, so we asked for a remake. We don't usually get take out and we really liked this restaurant, so we ordered from it frequently. We haven't gone back since the mistakes, and I'm sad that the quality has gone down since the first time we did takeout from them. My first review is true, 1 year ago, the food was spectacular. Now it is just mediocre. It tastes like the chef has less passion than 1 year ago. We are not sure if we will come back. The family is nice, but maybe they got a new chef.
What a treat! Delicious, super vege friendly! My picky eater kid could not stop eating! Highly recommending! Plus their menu is designed in such a great way! It's a gem!
Great staff, really friendly and attentive. We ordered Green curry, pad kee mao and Tom yum. It all came out to $19 per person for 3 people which was a little more expensive than I expected based on the portion size. However, we all left satisfied so it was worth it!
Good food. Good service. Will definitely be back.
ordered online to pick-up, service was fast, crab fried rice had whole pieces of crab and was delicious. Workers were friendly and everything we got was delicious, but the crab fried rice stood out to us.
Second time ordering food for Siam 65 and my whole family are super satisfied! The food looks good, smells freaking awesome , and also tastes better than ever! You can tell by the smell that it’s authentic. A little Thai gem right down the street from my house. Thank you
Great thai food! Always fresh and tasty. Customer service is amazing here too. Favorite place for tum yum soup
They are a little short on atmosphere and there is only one guy (the owner i think) working the tables but he is so lovely that you just don't mind waiting. The food is so amazing and delicious that the rest doesn't matter. Large portions. Highly highly recommend.
Finally, a place close to home. Food is super yummy. Flavors are always good. Portions are a bit smaller than most, but the flavors make up for it. My go to thai now a days
I always order from here on Uber eats and they have yet to disappoint me.
The food is fantastic and the service is amazing, this is our go to spot for Thai food!
Great service and delicious food!
Delicious as usual.
Would rate this place an 11/10 if I could. Atmosphere is great. Owner of restaurant was super sweet, patient, and respectful. (Congrats on opening, what a huge accomplishment!) Not rushing us to leave when closing. Food was phenomenal, 2* spice was delightful, and make sure you try their spring rolls, some of the best I’ve ever had! Thank you for having us.
The Pad Thai and Panang were delicious- I really like that the Pad Thai isn't the ketchup version, it's actual tamarind which is a much better flavor!
I ordered through their website for delivery but it wasn't delievered as there was something funky going on on the restaurant or Door Dasher end. That said, after two hours the restaurant called me again asking if DD ever got in touch and when I said no, he said he would remake my food and deliver it to me himself. Mind you, this is a full hour AFTER they closed at this point. I felt so bad but he even tossed in a few extras. It was all so good, but that showed a lot of integrity, they went above and beyond for something that wasn't even their fault!
Thanks for the amazing service and yummy food!
Hands down best thai food around. Honestly some of the best I’ve had outside of Thailand!
We tried this place tonight, and I'm so glad we did! The servers (owners) were helpful and friendly. I ordered the Crispy Basil Chicken, and my partner ordered a custom dish. Both were excellent, the perfect mix of flavors and heat (spice). The iced coffee was outstanding. We will be back.
Excellent all around. Pad Kee Mao was delicious and perfectly spiced.
Ever since Talay Thai closed, we have been trying to find something similar and we definitely found it with Siam 65! Food were all delicious...even my son who is the most picky eater loved it and requested to come back the next day! The service was also superb! Will definitely recommend to all our friends!!
This place is hands down THE best Thai food spot around in the area! The prices are reasonable, portions are good, but the best part is the flavor! 2 star spicy level is perfect for just the right amount of kick.
It's a hole in the wall that's better than many more well known Thai spots around!
We will definitely be back again!
Never fails for awesome quality. Food is top tier. My go too for Thai food !
SO SO GOOD! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Their menu is beautiful, and the food is absolutely fantastic! Can’t recommend enough 💯
By far the best Thai food in the area. Noticably a step above in quality everywhere else I've ate.
Vegan friendly. Very kind service. Amazing quality food. I would come back here again and again and again.
Amazing and very flavorful food. I'm familiar with all the Thai restaurants in the area, and this one is now my new favorite. Try it for yourself! I highly doubt you will be disappointed.
Haven’t been able to find really good, authentic Thai in the Mukilteo area since Chiangmai closed. Siam has some of the best noodles I’ve had in awhile even compared to Seattle Thai restaurants. Highly recommend the thin yum soup, phad ke mao and eggplant dishes!
When I first moved nearby, there was a Thai place we loved. During the pandemic, it closed down and we tried every local Thai place to find our new favorite. One day we noticed that a new Thai place had taken its place. We are blessed to have Siam 65 so close to us because we absolutely enjoy their food. Everything we have had had been a hit (pad thai, pad see ew, pad kee mao, tom kha, black sticky rice, mango sticky rice). Thank you for feeding our craving for Thai food!
- My one complaint is that the to-go container for the mango sticky rice is a plastic container that has these sort of ridges where the white sauce settles. Enough of it settles that we feel like it's lacking in sauce and there's no easy way to get the sauce out. Please use a different to-go container for the mango sticky rice!
There was a dish at our previous Thai place called the Mana Yellow Noodles that was made with thick rice noodles and a yellow curry sauce. Lots of veggies and choice of meat. If Siam could make this dish I used to get from the previous Thai place, they'd be 6/5 stars for me!
Finally a good Thai place! I've tried many in the area and it always just tastes like microwaved food UNTIL I found this place.
I got good ol' beef pad thai. The noodles were perfect and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the beef was.
I wasn't expecting much but wow they really blew my mind.
I got medium spice and it was the perfect amount of spice. I find that other thai places tend to under spice the food but anything more that a medium ends up being too spicy so that was a big plus in my book that the spice measurements were accurate.
My order was ready when I arrived and the woman who helped me was very sweet. 10/10
Definitely want to come back and try some more things from the menu!
Food was average. But there were several negative points.
1. The food was packed in a plastic container at boiling point. It was so hot and I am not sure if this can be eaten by adults… let alone kids.
2. I did not want to waste the food and tried it anyway. The rice and the noodles were all very over cooked. Rice was smushed up and the noodles all stuck together into a ball. I guess it’s because they were packed up at such a high temperature that they kept cooking inside the package.
3. Flavor was ok. Portion was smaller than expected for the price. Pad Thai was a fail. Pineapple fried rice was ok.
UPDATE in response to Owner’s reply: Thank you for using safe packaging options. I updated my rating based on the food. 3 stars because the food was smushed up due to over cooking. Maybe cool off food a little bit before packing so that they don’t get overcooked within the package - just my two cents. Thanks for hearing me out. Appreciate your care for customer feedback. Will try again soon. Hopefully I will be able to update it to a 🖐️ star!
We stopped by only 30 min before closing and they kindly served us as dine-in customers. The papaya salad was so fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented. Our 4 star dishes were legit spicy. Both the chef and server were gracious and kind. This restaurant is right off Aurora and tucked away, not visible from the highway, and the dining room has been spruced up a bit with custom neon signage and little else, but if you are nearby seek this place out and you will be rewarded with a terrific, flavorful meal prepared by the nicest people. I'm really tempted to drive up there just to have that papaya salad again 😋❤
Very nice owner/waiter with a great cap. Was playing one of my favorite food shows on the TV. Lovely interior, all blue. He was very kind and helpful. Gave me the window seat. Even believed in my ability to take the spice to suggest the spice on the side. Excellent curry. Normal amount of rice. Also tried the pad basil and it was very good. Never had it before. Was very spicy and would've been happy to have even more in the serving, very delicious. Glad to support this place and recommend. They're tucked away all the way on the left side of the plaza. Also got a Thai ice coffee because I was very tired. Great cup choice where I could see it swirling around. Thank you so much Siam 65, you made my day much better and had a refreshing amount of spice.
This place is wonderful. The service was amazing. It's super cute inside - very well decorated and very well maintained. The food was amazing. I typically prefer doing take out over dining in - but I will definitely stop by again and try something new. Also plenty of parking available.
Pad See Yew with beef is awesome 👍👍. Today order is my second time and it is so good. We’ll come back many times.
The pineapple fried rice was divine ! Friendly staff and most dishes could be made, vegetarian & without egg. I had a pleasant experience.
Great authentic Thai food. Everything was top notch.
Came here because they had great reviews and I really need some red curry.
While all of the food was very good I was sad that we were the only customers there. I would be happy to wait in line next time
This is certainly the best Thai food around! The portions are well-made and generous, the staff is pleasant, the interior clean and modern. Best pad-kee-mao I've had in a long time.
The food has been inconsistent…
The dish I got was a bed of leaves and a few piece a of tofu. Absolutely not what I would call dinner. I had to go elsewhere to get food.
The place is super good! The food and service were amazing! Highly recommended!
真的超级好吃,姐妹们可以试一试,我觉得比我吃过的泰餐都好吃
All of the amazing reviews hold true! Amazing dishes, amazing owners. Must try the rama chicken!
Best Thai food in the Lynnwood area by far! Will be back! Loved the satay chicken and pannang curry. Can’t wait to try more!
The food was outstanding, super flavorful and really good quality. We got a couple rice dishes, satay, pad thai, basil chicken and the som tum salad.
Everything was delicious. The son said the fried tofu was spongy in his rice and said he'll try it with chicken next time but that is the only complaint anyone had.
I've been dreaming about that salad since I inhaled it and am coming back for more plus getting a serving to give to my parents.
Really happy we found this place, it will absolutely be put into regular rotation for those days I don't have time to cook!
Excellent Thai food!!
I didn't expect the food would be that delicious.
All the seasonings were balanced well.
The chef did a great job.
The server is also friendly and helpful.
We’ll come back if we are nearby.
I judge Thai, by the TomKah and it was 3/5
Very good!
I love this place! Delicious food! My only "complaint" is that I wish they were open later, and on Mondays and Tuesdays. It seems I'm always trying to order and they just closed or it happens to be their off day ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ They're great though, try them out! Everything is very meticulously well done : )
Very good! I will visit there again.
Excellent food, excellent service (and so shockingly quick!), excellent little restaurant!!!!
Great food and service! Papaya salad was exceptionally good!
The Crispy Basil Chicken is delicious. We really enjoyed our dinner here.
Unassuming Thai restaurant behind the Grease Monkey serving typical dishes like pad see ew. Reasonably priced, clean, and very attentive server. We got the pad see ew, crispy fried tofu and a tom jurd moo soup that I had never heard of before. The pad see ew was spicy, using fresh Thai chili peppers. Other places will normally use dried flakes. I liked this much better because it is spicy without changing the texture of the noodles. The Thai iced tea and coffee were good but a bit too sweet.
Eat here. Excellent food. I went for a tasty bowl of Tom Kha Gai for my lunch. The food was presented beautifully. At the table next to me was a group celebrating a birthday and enjoying their food in the meantime. The service was precise and enjoyable.
Found hidden jam hehe
We felt like we discovered a little hidden jewel. Great service, great presentation and delicious authentic food.
A few notes:
The pad cashew entree was just okay. Lacked any real depth of flavor that we've come to expect from that dish. Maybe it was an off day in the kitchen.
The crispy basil chicken was tasty and we would get that again. Make sure to order rice as none came with it.
The pad see ew was also tasty, but was a much smaller portion than literally every other Thai restaurant we've ever ordered from (the entree costs the same at those other restaurants). For that reason alone we would hesitate to get it again.
First time eating here, unsure if we'll return.
We wait a little bit around 11:00 am at the opening time. The owner gave us a free tea as apology. Great way of treating customer :). The food was top notch, but we don’t have any space in our stomachs to try other options. Definitely will revisit trying the rest on the menu!
We ordered four dishes to sample around the menu. It lives up to all the good reviews! The Crab fried rice, Pad Kee Mao, Panang Curry, and Pad Thai were all on point. This will be our new go-to Thai spot in Lynnwood!
We stumbled upon this place when the nearby restaurant we were initially planning to go was too busy. Best happy accident ever! The atmosphere, service, and food were all outstanding. The place itself is very relaxing and welcoming. Add to that attentive, kind, and funny service and then some of the most delicious Thai food I’ve ever had, and you have a real gem! Of course we scarfed our food down so fast so no photos, but we had the Spring Rolls (the dipping sauce is fantastic), Pad Garlic w/ Tofu, and Pad Thai w/ Shrimp - all were delicious! The flavor is very good and the spice range is perfect (1-3 - they use fresh chiles so the 3 is definitely spicy, but the flavor still comes through). My biggest regret is not trying the Mango Sticky Rice, so we’re already planning our next visit. :)
Thank goodness Google helped us find this place! The parking lot and neighborhood seem a little sketchy but the restaurant is just wonderful.
The food was some of the best Thai food we have ever had.
Awesome place! Great service and a great environment. And importantly the food is really tasty too!!!
One of the BEST Thai places in the area. There is a reason this place has a solid 5 star rating! Everything I've ordered from here is fresh, delicious, the right spice level, and perfectly portioned. The Pad Kee Mao and Panang curry are some of the best I've ever had. Amazing for dine in or take out. You won't be disappointed!!
I haven't had good Thai food like this in a long time. The Pad Kee Mao was excellent, the atmosphere was very comfortable, and the service was perfect. Thank you for a great meal.
Super excellent Thai food. Simple, clean and the spring rolls and peanut sauce are the best!
My normal lunch place quit doing lunches and I wanted pad Thai. Gave Siam 65 a try today.
Super friendly staff, clean location. Someone had commented that the pad thai is different than they expected, and it isn't the normal pink pad Thai you might be used to, but it was very tasty.
I'll definitely be back to try some of their other dishes.
Delicious! Fresh and authentic! Reasonably priced. Friendly service.
Such a cute spot and lovely staff! The food was also incredible, best Thai my co-workers and I have had in the area. Only preference change for me; fry the tofu that goes inside the fresh rolls. Will be back!
This is an awesome new restaurant. I was not only impressed with the detail in the presentation, but the food was extremely tasty and fresh. Highly recommend
I never write reviews and was watching youtube last night seeing some good pad thai being cooked and i missed the flavor from Bangkok and was searching for a thai restaurant around my area and saw this place. FINALLY! A place that has the correct flavors. The Pad Thai taste like it should not wierd american. The fried rice had incredible wok hei. The Mango dessert was also incredible. Go you won’t regret it. I know its new but you will enjoy it.
We often eat Asian food and have eaten at a lot of restaurants in the region. The food in this restaurant is so authentic and tasty and the service is very friendly. The moment you take your first bite you will think you are on vacation. We are looking forward to our next visit!!!
