Thai favorites from curries & seafood to tofu & noodle dishes served in a no-frills storefront.
I had the garlic broccoli with shrimp. The scribbled out menu prices were hilarious. If they would have printed new fancy menus, though, the cost would have to go up even more. Still a great value and I'd go back to try other items!
If you really want to know more about this place open your dictionary and look up the word delicious; I'm sure there is something about Camas Thai Cuisine there. If not, you need a better dictionary. We had number 2 Salad roll, ' a great start to our feast, number 3 Chicken Satay = mouth watering, the cucumber salad and peanut sauce that comes with it could be a dish by itself 'it was my wife's favorite'
Number 10. wonton soup, number 32 chicken noodle soup perfect for the cold wet winter weather number 28. Pad Thai with chicken=happy guy or gal, I have not had it so good in many year.
The house special number 58 Thai Chow Mein wow this dish is so scrumptious the smell alone starts your mouth watering so much you might want to were a life vest. The staff were polite, kind & communicated about the time on our take out order perfectly well. The restaurant's atmosphere was charming with a personal touch. We will be back soon. And then again & again & again ;)
This is the opinion of my family & I, if yours is different I can respect it but obviously your judgement is off ;)
If you like Thai cuisine then you know what I mean when I say it's so good
P.S. sorry there would be more pictures if it didn't smell & look so good
It's alright. If I am to be perfectly honest, I was actually sort of surprised at the caliber of food, given the reviews. But, I think that speaks more to our area not being accustomed to genuine Thai food, more than it does the quality of the restaurant. Now, I am not generally one to bash a place for frugality, so I will try to state list as pleasantly as I can: they put ketchup in the pad Thai. Don't get me wrong, I understand it is a move that many do to save time and money, but tomatoes don't taste like tamarind, and it doesn't pan out for people who know what pad Thai ought to taste like. It was such a turn off, that actually I couldn't finish my meal. However, the fresh salad rolls were very tasty and while they didn't have all of the ingredients I'm accustomed to, we still enjoyed them, immensely. The peanut sauce that came with them was from a jar; and not a high quality one either. But, the chili sauce was very good and went well with it. The seafood that came with the pad Thai my boyfriend got was good quality and fresh, so there's that, as well. However, the Thai tea was astonishingly sweet, and conversely very weak in tea strength; I couldn't finish that, either. All in all, I can't honestly recommend this place totally, given what a disappointment it was. However, this was only my first time, and I do plan to return to taste some of other dishes before I make up my mind. They have some original fish dishes on the menu that I am hoping will be a better choice next time.
Absolutely love Camas Thai!! The prices are great, the food is delicious and well-portioned, and the servers are always so kind. Definitely a must if you love saving money on great Thai food!
The food is very good and when you combine with the reasonable prices, just outstanding. Great service, too!
The food is great. Awesome prices for sure! However they are bad at answering their phone if you want to order takeout and sometimes they will be closed randomly.

Absolutely love this place, Best Thai food around!
Please update your hours
The food is great. Awesome prices for sure! However they are bad at answering their phone if you want to order takeout and sometimes they will be closed randomly.
Good price, good food. Please be warned that the wait time can be very long as it is only the couple who work there and run the place. They make everything as it is ordered and do not sacrifice taste and authenticity to take shortcuts in order to make it quickly.
I feel like I should specify that they do not make spicy versions (as of my last visit) of Pad Thai, so if you're looking for the authentic spicy version of this you will find yourself disappointed.
Not sure why people said the flavor was lacking. I just had a very tasty combination: Pad Thai Chicken, Chicken Curry Rice, Shrimp Salad Roll for a very good price.
super good food for AMAZING prices. the red curry was one of the best i‘ve had
Prices are good and the quality of ingredients is decent. But the flavor is lackluster of what you want from a Thai place. The two people inside seemed like the were Thai as well so I was quite disappointed. If you like white washed Thai this may be for you but if you want authentic Thai food stay away.
Fresh food with plenty of flavor at an amazing price.
Very reasonable prices (the best of any Thai restaurant I’ve seen), good food, and the owners are wonderful people. Would recommend.

Nice little restaurant, shame that most people only did take out orders instead of eating in. Prices are great, and it's easy to find in downtown Camas.
I always order Tom Kah soup and salad rolls and I'm never disappointed. It's literally the best Tom Kah soup I've ever had.
He also makes my husband the spiciest (extremely hot) plates ever.. Which is exactly how he likes them but for some reason can never get at other Thai food restaurants. The restaurant is clean, I get cucumber in my ice water and they play the same 4 or 5 instrumental versions of popular songs on the stereo, which we love because it's funny. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that their hours of operation are not what they state on the door and we travel quite some distance on the off chance we can catch them open.. They don't seem to answer the phone, either. It's such a bummer and we have stopped tying unless we go to Camas for another reason.
Review score is not on the quality of food as I do enjoy their food. However the rating is on never being open when the hours state they are open.
Such a wonderful family, they work so hard.wonderful food.very inexpensive..better too leave a large tip.
I haven't found this place open for the past 3 years. I used to love their food, I keep being told that they are open now, but every time I go, usually around lunch time, they are not open. Not sure what the deal is.
Good food for the money.
Great spot with delicious food and friendly staff!
Really delicious food at ridiculously cheap prices. I highly recommend it. Service was wonderful, very kind and quick.
Delicious Thai food at a very reasonable price.
Do not recommend
i wish i could give 6 stars. insanely cheap for a good amount of food. nice service and timely service too. definitely the best thai food in town, hands down!!
Good food but never open even when it says they are open
Food was pretty good although it was noticeable that the oil had been used a bit as there were black spots on some of the fried foods from previous foods that were in the fryer. The Pad Thai and sweet and sour chicken were good and the hot tea hit the spot. There was only one person in the kitchen and one person taking orders, delivering food and helping in the back so service was lacking a bit. The Bldg is also in need of a spruce up. Overall, food was good, prices were good and I will be back! This is a local "hole in the wall" that you will be happy you found.
The best wonton soup you’ll find!
Buena comida Thailandia Deliciosa. Uuuhhhh😋😋😋
Delicious food. Friendly staff. Great service.
I mean it's cheap, I didn't get sick, wouldn't go back
We love this restaurant. The food is always excellent. The prices are incredibly reasonable even with inflation.
I really love this place, I’ve tried many local Thai places and this one beats most especially in context of its great prices
Suggested
I love the food & the prices you can’t beat it is a bothersome that they never answer there phone either to make sure they are open to dine in or to place an order for take out.can someone please tell me are they even open anymore & why they don’t update their website with actual open times?
Camas Thai is delicious! They had four different specials all for 7.95 (included a salad roll, soup and entree!). We shared an appetizer of the crab puffs and they were very good too. We will definitely come again. Really good food at an amazing price point.
My only notes are 1 the establishment only has one baby high chair which was hard for our particularly group 2 the pad Thai was yummy but had little to it aside from eggs and noodles. I prefer pad Thai with veggies/sprouts and such.
Love the salad rolls! Inexpensive and delicious!!
Food was good and fresh, prices are an amazing rarity, service was nice, and I left happy and full. My only complaint is several things in the restaurant (condiments, women's bathroom lights switch) really need to be cleaned.
Out of the world Great price. Good food.
went last month for the first time for dinner and the curries were over salted. The Thai tea was way too sweet. And the pad Thai smelled like ketchup and was not good either. We ended up leaving after a few bites and ordering take out from another Thai restaurant in Vancouver that ended up being a thousand times better than the food we had experienced here.
Authentic, amazing affordable food. I totally recommend this place
Great food at a super reasonable price, owners Tony and Gail were super friendly. Will be back!
We were starving and got pineapple fried rice with shrimp and extra veggies, seafood tom yum, the appetizer sampler, papaya salad, tea for two and a massive Mango sticky rice and our bill was only $40. Insane.
Best Thai In the world? No. But it's yummy and cheap. The owner is super nice. The specials are huge and like 8 bucks. You can't beat that.
We ordered shrimp pad thai and tom kha soup. The pad thai was flavorful but there were no bean sprouts or peanuts, so it was a pretty mushy dish with no crunch at all. There was hardly any scrambled egg either.
The soup was just okay. There wasn’t any lemon grass or any kick to it. I’ve had better thai food, but this is the cheapest thai food you can find in the area. You get what you paid for.
Great portion sizes for the price, I think my chicken pad thai cost about $7.50 and tasted amazing. Probably some of the better Thai food I've had in a while, visit this place if you're in town.
Very low priced! The prices were 1/2 of what they could have charged at least. Fast friendly service. Very delicious meal
This was such a great place to eat. The prices were incredibly cheap and the food was DELICIOUS. The owner immediately greeted us and the food came out quickly. Such a cute place with a wonderful atmosphere. It was so good I highly recommend this place!
Got here 1 hour before close, didn't want to serve us. Pshh
First time there. The food was good and they did a good job in accommodating my diet. The price was very reasonable and the service was good.
Camas Thai Restaurant is Very Good, Enough Delicious menu items at a Very Reasonable Price, it keeps ALL OF US Coming back for years.. Same Owners & Very Kind,, He is Short on conversation but big On Results.. I'm Glad There in Business.
I love this place. Food is excellent
Wonderfully delicious food. Family run, so service can sometimes a bit slow, but the food is so good that it's worth the wait - and at quite an amazingly good price too.
I wonder if they are running the business still. No one pick up the call.
Best green curry ever! Huge, generous portions and very reasonable prices. We had 4 takeout meals for $30 & were completely full. We had everything with tofu & it was all delicious. Highly recommend!
Great Thai food, feels authentic. My husband and I both ordered vegetarian pad se ew, and I asked for light sauce sauce, and it was as we asked. Taking one star off because it was still a bit on the salty side and wish there’s a bit more tofu.
Quick and good.
Great food, nice portions and reasonable pricing!
Great food with great prices. Quiet and quick. I will definitely be coming back soon.
Updated: this is my go-to thai place. I've been trying to get something new every time I go. I haven't gotten anything that I don't like. This place is so amazing. The owners are so sweet. They are so quick that I can order and food is ready by the time I get there.
Good price on good food
Food is great, prices are even better! Great atmosphere and super nice owner!
The food has always been delicious and they have some terrific deals on specials. Love, love, love this place!
Great food and prices. Very friendly owner.
Fabulous home made food. Owners are great people...its the real deal for Thai food.
Taste so good make you wanna slap yo mama! Kidding! It was some of the best pad Thai I have and the salad rolls were on point! 👌👌👌
The entrees arrived 5-6 minutes apart for each person for our table of 5. They only offered us 2 menus and we were the only people in the restaurant. The food was okay, one item had the wrong noodles, but after an excessive wait, we chose not to return the entree. The bathroom is covered with duct tape, appearing like the ceiling and walls were subject to trama and barely held together.
Best Thai food!!!
Husband's chicken was dry & tough.
Although the food was delicious the wait to get it was agonizing.
This was our 1st trip to this restaurant and unfortunately they appeared to be understaffed and overwhelmed.
The seating area, which could be very crowded if completely full, is very small.
There was a party of 10 celebrating a birthday next to us and at least 3 other tables with parties of 1 and 2.
We probably waited over 30 minutes just to be waited on and another 30 to receive our food.
As I said the food was delicious but I don't know if it was worth the wait.
Went here quite awhile ago as a walk in and place an order to go and it was good. Tried to call in an order tonight (Friday at 5:45). No answer. Just rang and rang. They are a mom and pop so I gave it a few minutes and tried again. Someone picked up after A LOT of rings and just hung up. So maybe they are closed?
Really excellent Thai food at amazing price. Very small place, prepare for a wait if you have a larger party. But the food is worth it
Always great food and the couple that run it are just the sweetest people!
Not a fan
From the street, you would have no idea that the food would be any good but it is. My wife was working late next door so I decided to bring her dinner. She had chicken pad thai and I had Pad Se Ew with tofu. Booth were good but the se was really good. We will be back soon.
Been going here for several years. A family favorite. Good food, good prices and the sweetest owners in all of camas.
Food is good. Run by a mom & pop, so getting food takes awhile. If you have a group, it's way too long. One meal brought out at a time so they start eating, your last person is still waiting, while the 1st one is done!
Good small family run restaurant.
Excellent food, great prices, amazing service. It is my new go-to place for thai food. :)
Meh. Nice location and friendly/prompt service
Food was just ok. Pad thai was a lump of under cooked noodles, though the flavors were good. Green curry was watery. Once again, the flavors were good. Need to work on execution.

We usually visit this restaurant when visiting our grandkids who live nearby. The restaurant isn't anything special but the food is good and prepared nicely. They have daily specials that three in our party ordered and enjoyed their Chicken Pad Thai. I am a big fan of Panang chery and I enjoyed it a lot. Prices are very good so taking a small group wont break the bank. They dont serve alcohol here so keep that in mind if you are planning to dine here.
Delicious Thai food!
This place is seriously a hidden gem. The owners are incredibly sweet and the food tastes fresh and authentic. The green chicken curry is the best I've ever had. I miss ma and pop restaurants like this from back in the day
I love the food,as well as the hardest working owners. There specials are so good, all with a summer roll and peanut sauce.
Fantastic food. Sweet couple that run it. Have always treated my kids and myself like family!
We come here nearly every time we visit Camas WA. Great food.
Excellent food. Great service. Their $6.95 set meal which comes with a a salad roll, chicken curry, rice and a main dish of your choice is probably the best deal in Clark county. Enough food for 2 people. Restaurant is run by husband and wife team from Thailand so the food is authentic.
Great Thai food and great price
I ordered food for pick up and when I got home and opened it, it looked microwaved and didn’t tasted all too well. I saw the other reviews with high hopes of a fresh made pad Thai, and all I got was a so-so plate
My FAVORITE Thai restaurant!!! GREAT food!!! LOVE IT!!! GREAT PRICES!!!💞
Great food. Came out at a weird pace but nothing took too long and everything was hot and fresh
Very nice Thai restaurant run by husband and wife team from Thailand. Their $6.95 all day special features a main entree with a side of chicken curry and rice along with shrimp roll appetizer. Probably the best thai deal within 30 mins of Camas.
So good!
love the food, service, price and the owners.
Admitted regular. Food is so delicious, folks who own it are so nice.
Nice folks always fresh
Good prices. The chicken satay was old and seemed reheated. Otherwise, a nice place to eat for a good price.
This place has the most amazing food. Good prices. Friendly.
I love the place the waiter is super nice and foods amazing
My wife and I live out of state, but whenever we visit Camas we love to eat at Camas Thai Cuisine! Their salad rolls and Pad Thai are great!
The food is always great and the staff very kind. We order chicken pad thai, massaman curry and pad kee mow. You can't beat the prices either!
Best thai food and best peanut sauce ever.
The Massaman was kind of middle of the road, they say peanuts in the product description but they used cashews. I don't know, maybe this represents a bit of snobbery on my part but I cannot say it was great. However, the gentleman behind the host's stand was very proud of his former king, Bhumibol Adulyadej, and gave me a wonderful pronunciation lesson and even admitted he had not learned yet to say the name of the new king, and commiserated with me on the difficulty of teaching americans the beauty of his language. He also was very impressed I knew who the people depicted on the walls were. So, friendly, 5 stars, food 3 stars, experience 4 stars.
The restaurant is lovely. I went there at 12:45pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I was concerned about the lunch rush, but as you can see from the pictures, the restaurant was empty.
I love Thai food. I usually test three dishes at any given restaurant, to rate their food: pad thai, pad kee mao, and green curry.
They had a special for $8: chicken pad thai, with chicken curry (red curry) and rice, and a shrimp spring roll. That's what I ended up ordering, along with some chicken satai. The pad thai was...weird. I don't know how to describe it. The noodles were very saucy, with a more mac 'n cheese consistency. There was too much fish sauce, which kind of overwhelmed everything else. The chicken in the pad thai was very flavorful. Unfortunately, the pad thai itself want as good.
The red curry was ok, as were the spring rolls. They were nothing to write home about, but not terrible.
The chicken satai... The only opposite things to report is that it was grilled chicken. It tastes as I've would expect chicken chief on a grill should taste, which is to day NOTHING like chicken satai. There were no spices, no flavoring, and the peanut sauce that can with it wasn't much good either. It can AFTER my meal was served.... Because? He says something about it still cooking. So the appetizer to longer to cook than my main course?
Anyway...I took the pad kee mao and green curry to go. I DOUBT that they'll be so stellar add to change my mind about this place. I don't think I'll be retuning.
I love Camas Thai family run ,wonderful food.
Friendly, great prices and enjoy their special menu!
Love the food. The best I've had around Camas and Washougal area. Cheep prices. Very nice couple run the restaurant.
Wonderful crab puffs and the soups are to die for..fabulous coconut broth..nothing fancy ..we highly recommend.
We love this place.
Amazing prices! Most dishes are great with only a few average dishes. Their satay isn't great. The decor is cheap and is reminds me of a cheap Chinese buffet. They have a weird tipping system. Nice servers. Again, the price is where this place becomes special.
First of all, this place is inexpensive. In a day when onion rings are $10, full lunch plate at this place -- chicken phad thai, curry and shrimp rolls -- is just $7 bucks. The service was lightning fast, but the chicken was a tad underdone. Not a lot, but enough. A little more fry on the chicken and this place would be a real gem. They'll get better.
Always delicious!
I always happy with my vegetables rolls yam yam the best place
Thank you guys
Excellent and fresh
We love Camas Thai! The food is delicious, the couple who own and operate it are so sweet and work hard to make sure you are happy with your food. As we've become regulars and they've seen our family grow, they do special things for our kids or provide us with an extra dish as a treat periodically. Sometimes the food can be a little slow, or your beverages come out last, but it is worth the "quirkiness" as they are so kind and their food is amazing.
This is a hidden gem. Inexpensive food with good flavor. I like the awkward decorations. They have take-out.
This place is amazing and cheap!
Didn't have any mussel's at dinner time and the place was empty!
Great price on some excellent Thai. Can't go wrong with one of the combos. Service/food is a bit slow to come out, at least at dinner.
this my favorite place. love it. sheep
..
Ma and pop shop so don't be in a rush. But the food is so so good. I've been eating here for years. Still such a treat.
Love this place. Food is tasty and unique to Thai, not another poor excuse for bad chinese.
Best bang 4 the buck if you want really good Thai food. A couple can get 2 meals for around $15 plus tip!
The man who works here is very nice, and everything I've tried I've enjoyed very much. I typically get one of the first four combos and they're a good price.
Great food, super nice couple run it, good prices. Try the #2 special
Delicious and very authentic. Prices are outstanding!
The ambiance is a little lacking by American standards, but very typical Thai. We will come back.
Healthy fresh food and lots of it. Liked the idea of "courses" in the meal.
One of my favorite places to eat in town. Excellent bang for your buck!
Genuine Thai food. The family owners of Camas Thai are there every open day, and provide consistent, genuine Thai flavors. Very reasonable prices too.
Every time I have gotten food from this restaurant it has been constantly good and is always fresh. Plus its a great price!
Nice family owners. Cost vs food is really good. I like this place
Love Camas Thai. It's our regular Thai place and one of only three restaurants we eat at in Camas. The others are Mesa and Miss Nola's. By far Camas Thai is the best deal. Super nice owner too.
I love their food. I look forward to getting out to Camas so I can go here to eat. Can be slow at times because it is just a husband and wife working but it is worth the little bit of extra time for great food.
We love it. Wonderful service. Pad thai. So good. My husband love this place....... good prices
Best Thai food ever! I come here all the time. It's cheap and you get a lot of food! I'll never find a place with a better chicken pad Thai!
New addiction!
Great specials. Cheapest shrimp salad rolls anywhere! Yum!
Amazing!
After trying Camas Thai it is now my favorite place to eat, the food is fresh and delish, the owners are your waiter and cook and they know how to take care of you, their take out service is so popular with the locals sometimes there's a bit of a wait.
My husband, Dennis and I like to go to Thai Lotus. We decided to try Camas Thai Cuisine. I am sad to say that it was not what we were expecting (per the reviews). It was definitely not busy. We had to share a menu (which was ok b/c it was date night). No silverware or napkins on the tables. None were offered even after we got the appetizer plate. We ordered our usual Pad Thai. My dinner came at least 10 minutes before my husbands. Mine was ok but not great and my husbands was so bad he would not eat it. The server didn't ask if anything was wrong when we sent it back and then paid our bill. We like to try new places...Sorry, we will not be back to this one.
I would have to say its really good Thai food and the best prices I have came across! Very nice couple that works there! I have been going there for a couple years now and will continue! I recommend it!
