I’d love to recommend a dish but I’ve never had anything I didn’t like, but you really can’t go wrong with the pineapple fried rice. I really love the decor too. I’m a frequent customer and I don’t want to leave anyone out because I’ve never had a bad experience from staff, but a special thanks to Jesse, Janet, Francis, Eddie, and Kane. They were unusually busy tonight so it took a little longer but everyone was working as fast as they could.

I'm sad, we probably won't go back.We were the FIRST ones in the door. Food came out slow, was cold enough to send back, waited another LONG time, still cold. Was told they'd forgot to heat the peanut sauce. Joked about us getting salmonella 🙄.. that kinda ruined appetite. We didn't finish it, but I'm sure hoping we don't get sick!

Came, sat down in cramped table, even though place is half empty. Given 1 menu for 2 people and asked for our order after one minute. Asked for 2 more minutes to decide. They walked off and never returned. Many staff in the place just standing around doing nothing. We waited 15 minutes and no one came back to our table. We got up and left.

Always been a great place to get lunch or to dinner. Staff are always great when we come in.

Food good yummy sushi

We come here a few times a year and every time the amazing. Portions are great (we split between 3 people) and food is always fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and fast. I always recommend to friends and families.

The server was rude and aggressive, posturing like he wanted to fight… 2 of the cooks were continuously glaring, staring, (mad dogging) from the kitchen… somehow my order from online was entered incorrectly. All I received from the host that answered the phone and the server that eventually answered the phone was hostility, condescending lecturing, challenging, dismissive, arguing, belittling aggression. Not one ounce of customer service, 0 politeness, and not a care in the world to deal with my problem… I order the exact same order once a week most weeks dine in and take out, I placed the order myself, I know what it said before I hit the “pay” button, the girl on the phone read the receipt back to me 2 or 3 times on the phone while I stood in my kitchen watching my family eat dinner, then put me on hold, after 5 minutes on hold I started driving back to the restaurant, when I was pulling in the fake manager answers the phone, just saying hello this is Asian 1 in Burlington, I told him I was just waiting on hold for the manager, he repeated himself, I told him ago I was just on hold, not a new call coming in, he said “yea I know, that’s me” long pause…. He asked what he can do for me like the other employee didn’t already tell him.. so I began to explain the situation, and he cut me off to tell me no, I didn’t order what I ordered I actually ordered _____ and proceeded to read off the receipt again, he repeated that it’s not his fault I ordered wrong, after this 2 times repeated I said “are you being serious right now” and told him the same customer rhetoric of how long I’ve been coming there even since I lived in Bellingham and how often I come and asked him is he telling me I’m just stuck with this order, he said no I just needed to admit it was my fault and not his, he told me I can come to the store and we can handle this in person, at that point I got out of the truck and went in, he was hiding in the back and started marching to meet me at the door, chest puffed out, angry look on his face, aggressively starting into my eyes like he was going to scare me or something… dude… we’re talking about a wrong order? My mind is BLOWN! This was WILD. I’ve known George for 15 years and he’s the nicest man I’ve ever met in my life! I know he hasn’t been the owner for a really long time but oh my god! What has happened to you guys!? What’s happened to good business!? What’s happened to customer service!? This is the adult world…. If I wanted to fight with someone over a bowl of food I’d go to prison…. This was completely insane! Your wannabe manager should go be a bouncer at a club, he’s not even qualified for a job at McDonald’s or Walmart… not even level 1 customer service, if the guy had any skill at all he could have apologized that I didn’t get the food I wanted and he wishes he could just give me a free replacement but unfortunately a place can’t stay in business if they just go and make every unhappy customer happy… I wouldn’t have liked it. I would have ate the other dish I got instead, but I would have been back and moved on instead of being a Karen here writing this review. Fire that guy, seriously. This isn’t the first time he’s done this and it won’t be the last.

Honey cashew chicken dish is by far one of the best dishes I have tried all over the world! Don’t change it!!!!!

The server Kane was the only good part of my experience here today. I got the crab chicken fried rice to go. I wish I could say the crab chicken fried rice was flavorless but unfortunately it tasted like raw chicken was poured onto it, no salt and no spice. I asked for the hottest they could give me and I got bupkis. I could not keep any of this food down, and I ate a lot of it. Whoever is cooking today needs to get verbally wrung. This was a bad mark on a grey day, I am not eating here again not even if you paid me.

Everyone was super nice. Seated us within a minute, food was delicious I got the Asian 1 style fried rice with pork it was amazing.

I had curry and some prawns. It was good and portions were better than I remember before the pandemic. My friend got yakisoba and chicken satay skewers. They were good too. Would recommend visiting. Atmosphere was chill and service was reasonable.

First off, our server was fantastic. Nothing negative about my review has to do with the service we got. However, I ordered the lunch special Asian fried rice with chicken for the protein, and immediately I could tell something was off with the chicken. An off smell, an off taste, so I only had like 3 bites with chicken.

Fast forward 24 hours and I’m struggling with intense stomach pain and running to the bathroom. I’ve been like this for a day and a half now. I don’t know what is up with their chicken, but that experience is enough to make me not want to go back.

Above and beyond. We sat at the bar and Jesse was our server/bartender. Made amazing drinks and super friendly and attentive. Look forward to coming back more! Also food was amazing. Hats off to the chefs.

Our favorite place to go!

Although I gave this establishment 2 stars, I want to say the food was delicious. Service was very friendly and food was delivered relatively quick.

I give 2 stars because after I ordered my entree from my server, I immediately asked what the soup was. I ordered the soup and waited for quite some time and my entree came out, no soup. Also, the server asked the typical how many stars of spiciness I wanted. Asian 1 has a 1-4 star rating for heat, which is odd, usually it's a 1-5 at others, so I said a solid 2 stars. When I ate my food, there were no starts. No heat, whatsoever. When my server checked on me I told him the food tasted fine but I was expecting a little more heat. By how, I was about half way through my meal.

Bill came and no soup was charged and I never made a fuss about it. I paid and left. Overall, the food was good, service was fine. I want to give it 3 stars, but Asian 1 just didn't meet my expectations of heat and the missed order of my meal. I would recommend this place to eat if you want to try some Thai food.

Bedridden due to strong new RX for the day, veggie yakisoba was delivered and was perfectly prepared meal. Also, Asia 1 followed up by phone call to check on result. Asia 1, so efficient as well as thoughtful. There was so much food, it stretched from a lunch through a dinner serving as well. I emphasize any concern re med situation for me alleviated due to Asia 1 attentiveness. You can count on them when you’re in need, it means so much when you’re dependent on restaurant.

I have only ever had take out with them. Damn the food is good and the front end staff that takes my order is always friendly. I get the Pad Thai with prawns(heat lvl 0 or 1) add peanut sauce and my mom gets crab and chicken fried rice(heat lvl 5 or Thai Spicy) which isn't that hot because I want to say the rice. If I were to get it that hot on my Pad Thai I would be dying lol. But it is great food. We also get the Veggie Spring rolls and I add side of peanut sauce to dip mine in. Then I also order Asian 1 Honey Glazed Chicken with jasmine rice and an extra order of jasmine rice. Then for drinks we get the Raspberry Lemonade. The best Thai/Asian restaurant I have ever eaten at.

Stopped last night for dinner. Have not been here for years. Service was almost non-existent for it being 7 o'clock. There were very few customers. Drink was weak, food was decent but nothing extraordinary. Prices were fair and in line with the market standard. I found the interior and decor to be a little worn, dirty and past its prime. I was rather put off by the employees...they were a little scary. I do not foresee my return.
